Robert Gourlay, water expert and innovator of MEA water devices, explains how structured water with negative charge is fundamental to cellular health and optimal bodily function. He reveals that drinking structured water is the fastest way to supply our cells with the negative electrical charge they need to function at their fullest potential.

• Water holds energy and information, with structured water maintaining a permanent negative charge that supports cellular function
• Most municipal water carries a positive charge, forcing our bodies to use approximately 50% of daily energy to convert it to a negative charge
• Pristine waters like mountain streams and oceans naturally carry a negative charge, explaining why swimming in the sea feels rejuvenating
• Structured water forms smaller molecular clusters (5-7 molecules) compared to destructured water (20+ molecules), enabling better cellular hydration
• Reverse osmosis and other filtering methods strip minerals and can amplify the energetic signature of contaminants
• Cooking with structured water enhances nutrient extraction, particularly collagen from slow-cooked meats
• Plants watered with structured water show 2-4 times greater nutrient uptake and produce larger, tastier fruits
• Structured water passed through wine improves flavor, softens harshness, and reduces hangover effects
• MEA water devices use magnetism to restore water's natural negative charge, creating what Gourlay calls "block points" where superconductivity occurs
• The human body functions as an antenna for negative charge, which can be obtained through structured water, grounding, sunlight, and specific frequencies

Introduction to Water Expert Robert Goulet

Speaker 1

Hey , jeff , here back with another episode down the rabbit hole podcast . Thank you so much for tuning in , guys . In today's episode we have water expert , professional groundwater explorer , water devonair water witch , master of structured water , robert Goulet , and I got to be honest with you . This is , I feel , like one of the most , if not the most important podcasts I've had the good fortune of recording and putting out in the world . Water is life . Water is what we're made up of . Our cells are made up of water . You know we're all familiar with mitochondria , right . The powerhouse of our cell , well , our powerhouse of our cell runs off of structured water , this easy water which Robert's going to talk a lot about , and why structured water is so important for our health , why it's so important for our health all the way down to cellular level . Robert , one of the many reasons why I wanted to get Robert on this podcast is because he he's such a knowledgeable person that he can take this very complex science of quantum physics and quantum mechanics and he breaks it down so eloquently so everyone , I feel like , can understand it and make it applicable . And Robert , robert is the innovator of Mia water devices and since 1992 , robert has specialized in biological research on structured water sciences . Again , you may never have heard of this and may never known that . You know the science of structured water has been around for over 100 years , but it has , and Robert is going to educate and drop knowledge bombs all over us . It has , and Robert is going to educate and drop knowledge bombs all over us .

Speaker 1

This was such an awesome podcast . I highly recommend you have a notebook and take notes as you listen to this , because I really feel that this is such an important podcast . Please share this . Please like it . Please put it out in the world . Let's spread the word . Water is healing . Robert's going to change your view , I think , on how you look at water , rather than from a chemical standpoint of H2O to an energetic standpoint which he gets into . Please , if you have any questions , if you have any comments , reach out to at dc sports training , um . I hope you guys enjoyed this as much as I do .

Speaker 2

Thank you so much so , look , um , you made some very critical points here , and one is this uh , the engagement of science with community values . And I think probably in the last 50 years , science has become quite insular , and I know this because I attend conferences on structured water and I listen to academics talking to each other and you know , but there's no evidence that they're actually bringing the science of structured water , including the science of quantum physics , down to the community level . So it's actually rolled out in terms of solutions . Now , you know , while I'm a scientist , in fact , I probably had the advantage of not going to university until I was 35 . And I listened to professors talking about the scientific procedure and about problem solving and all that sort of thing and , look , I knew that was absolute rubbish the approach they were taking , because I actually came from a background as an officer in the Army and I was taught the absolute opposite .

Speaker 2

You know , the best way is to first of all focus on the solution or an outcome , and then devise your plan you know , and the task , whereas the scientific procedure starts at the other end and collects all this data , thinking that they're going to solve a problem . Well , if you get a room of you know 10 people together and ask them what the problem is , you'll get 10 different answers , but generally , if you ask them what the solution is , you'll get some agreement . So the reason I really got involved in the water area is that I grew up in a country area , on a farm close to National Park . I was close to nature . On our doorstep we had one of the most pristine rivers in Australia . So , you know , that was the first 17 years of my life

Scientific Approach vs Solution-Oriented Thinking

Speaker 2

until I left school , high school , and so I always had a yearning to learn , to do more in science . I probably didn't get enough at high school and so I did a deep dive at about 35 into university and thrust into , you know , chemistry and physics and biology and ecology and all these things , and anyway I made it through , you know , to my master's , after six years , of my wife . I was a kept man for six years . Fortunately , my wife , you know , kept me going through that time , and so at the other end of that I formed a company , a research company , wanting to do things my way .

Speaker 2

So my introduction to water was through reading the works of Victor Schauberger , who , in just one paragraph that's all it was of his work where he said when they straightened out the Rhine and the Danube in Germany , they changed the polarity of the water from a negative charge to a positive charge and , as a result , the water lost its magnetic levitation . The water level dropped . Now , I hadn't read anything like this in any of the other literature . You know , even coming out of work by Pollock and others , they weren't really worth talking about what they would call bulk water . Now , as you probably know because you've read Pollock's book , that when people talk about structured water they're talking about cellular water . Yeah , but you know what about the ocean and what about all the river systems ? You know , because what we now know is that these pristine river systems and some of them still exist , even in Australia , and you know , I know , in New Zealand and probably in the mountain areas of the US and so forth , you've got pristine streams and springs , so that water is actually structured , and I did work out how to measure the negative charge in these pristine streams and so any water that is pristine in a way , including the ocean , will have a negative charge in these pristine streams , and so any water that is pristine in a way , including the ocean , will have a negative charge . That's why swimming in the ocean is often feels so good it's surrounded by negative charge . So the human body is really just an antenna for negative charge and we get this negative charge . You and our ancestors did this brilliantly because they just drank water from the pristine flowing streams and they got negative charge in their body . So all our cells are actually work at their fullest potential on negative charge . So you know , we're just designed to be an antenna for negative charge . So drinking structured water is the fastest way , by tenfold , to bring negative charge into your cells .

Speaker 2

Then you know . Then the food . So if you're eating food directly from nature , like you take the apple off the tree and eat it , the water in it is negative charge . And I learned from Professor Korokoff that you know after about 60 hours that fruit and veggie loses its negative charge and turns to positive . So all the food that's sitting in your supermarkets and so forth is dead dead . It's dead when they harvest it and it's it's dead dead after 60 hours . So so the other thing we learned was if you put that into structured water , that is , water that's got a negative charge in it , you'll restore the negative charge in the fruit and veggies . So you know , I I show this in my powerpoints and , um , if you're interested , I can send you the full-blown version of that .

Speaker 1

Yes , please so just by bathing the fruit and vegetables in the structured water .

Speaker 2

Yes , that's all you've got to do .

Speaker 1

How long would that ?

Speaker 2

normally take , normally within an hour or so . I know my wife if she buys something from the supermarket , we would just sit in water , structured water in the sink overnight , so like apples and so forth and berries . So the other way we get negs charged , of course , is sunlight , infrared light and sunlight grounding is a very obvious way that people know , by walking barefooted or hugging a few trees or putting your hands in the dirt with gardening , yep . And of course , there's frequencies that we get from music like Mozart , beethoven and there's many other frequencies out there that people will know about that have healing effects . So my aim was , and I was given a challenge by a group of scientists in Austria back in 2010 , and I met with 14 of them and when I left , they said Rob , if you can get water still water to hold a permanent negative charge after 60 hours , you've cracked the whole degree of water .

Speaker 2

Well , two years later ,

Understanding Negative Charge in Water

Speaker 2

in 2012 , I worked out how to do that and I knew that magnetism had to be part of it , because you know , if you sit down by a pristine river and you just contemplate that issue of how does this water get a negative charge , now this is where I think Schauberger got off track . We went into the vortex and looking at vortexes and the way of doing it , and I think you know the vortex is a facilitator , there's no doubt about that . But the negative charge in this water comes from the magnetism of the earth and that's the same way in the ocean . So all these waters that have current have vortices and this forms what's called a block point B-L-O-C-H . But also you can do this with magnets . You can form these block points and it's at this block point that you get really the superconductivity . Of water comes in . That's where it's captured . So if you've got a combination of magnetism and the water flowing through the device , you've got these like zero points . Actually , at this point you've got no magnetism at all , but the magic happens there and quantum physics still hasn't sorted all this out yet .

Speaker 2

But the fact is all we know , jeff , is it works . It's good that in my device you actually get a permanent negative charge . When I say permanent , I have to qualify that because there are things that will knock it out and I can tell you how it's high levels of radiation from a microwave oven or 5G if you go too close to it . But the normal EMF in a house doesn't do that . We know that .

Speaker 2

So also we know that certain filter systems will convert the negative charge to positive charge and the main one that does that is reverse osmosis . So any filter system that is like really harsh and I'm talking about water distillation , water desalination all of these things actually produce water with a high positive charge . And I can tell you now , all bottled water out there is positive charge unless it's come from and it's pure from a , what we call springs , that would be called sacred water or whatever . They actually come out of the earth with a a negative charge and often with higher levels of magnesium bicarbonate , but they're rare , although I do have such water on my property where I am in australia , so I'm very fortunate , in a way , that I've got access to this water .

Speaker 2

So , look , you know . The challenge we really face , though , is getting this message out about how the body works as negative charge , and that the you know we think about the body probably in three layers . The first and most important layer , for all life , is the energy layer , or the electricity layer . Of course , we are an antenna . So without that negative charge , full potential in yourselves , your biological system , which I'll say is just all your organs and systems of your cells , which are nourished , really , by negative charge and you know and also but food and your lifestyle , so your lifestyle also affects . Then you've got the chemistry as a third layer . Now that chemistry , which is the way the body uses to make , like , for example , pancreatic enzymes , or your liver makes vitamin B12 , and you've got detox functions . You've got fat metabolism , you've got . You've got metabolism for sugar or glucose metabolism , but all of this chemistry , it won't work unless the electrics are working and the biological system is working .

Speaker 2

Now you know that the medical system is just designed to cater for the chemical system . Yes , sir , that's it . That's , you know , not a very good way either , but anyway . So we need to reverse the whole thinking in the wellbeing industry and start with what do we do to improve the electrics of the body and , of course , the biologics , with eating natural food , you know , and cooking this food in a way that you don't destroy the nutrients and so forth . But you know , water is probably the most important thing you put into your body . Your body is 99.9% of the molecules are water molecules and well over 70% of your body is water . If you don't maintain that hydration , dehydration is probably one of the major causes of disease . People who've got high blood pressure are really dehydrated most of the time . They've suffered from chronic dehydration . So water is the most important and that's why I went to the negative charge in water .

Speaker 1

Well , tying back to that , I apologize , sorry . Um , with with hydration , has there been studies or have you looked into uh studies on structured water and hydration with people compared to just drinking non-structured water ? Because I work with athletes and I've had

The Three Layers of the Human Body

Speaker 1

two female high school girls have to go to the hospital due to hydration issues , so I'm I'm very curious about .

Speaker 2

Yes , jeff uh , look , you know , we've been studying . Um , I do run a research company and we've got our own laboratory and we do do this research . Um so , um , a lot of my clients because we've got a health and well-being component to our business as well a lot of my clients because we've got a health and wellbeing component to our business as well , a lot of our clients are just here getting you know , advice about diet and lifestyle , but I can tell from just the results we're getting .

Speaker 2

There's a lot of dehydration and people often say they've got this thing called brain fog . Now , as soon as we get them onto structured water , the water with a negative charge , the first thing they'll tell you is the brain fog went away . Wow , and this is a result of hydration . So structured water actually has the water molecules in much smaller clusters , like there might be , let's say , five to seven molecules of water in a cluster for structured water , whereas destructured water , your normal urban water or municipal water the clusters of those molecules of course it's got a positive charge would be up around about 20 or more . It's easier to hydrate with small clusters , and Pollock , you know , describes this that you'll get far better penetration into the cell . So the sodium on the outside of your cell opens up an aquaporum on the cell and the water probably comes into the molecule at a time through the aquiferum . But if you've got smaller clusters you will more easily hydrate with this water .

Speaker 2

But the other thing that's important with hydration is salt , and a lot of people are just not either having the right amount of salt , which is about a teaspoon a day . But you know something like a complex salt , like Himalayan salt or Celtic salt , celtic salt particularly because it's got all the platinum group of minerals , those eight , you know , minerals that are part of the platinum group . So I think for digestion and hydration you've got to have adequate amount of salt . Your blood won't actually work without salt . It's interesting that Roman soldiers were paid in salt , and that's where the word salary comes from .

Speaker 1

Oh , cool little tip there . I know that that's awesome . Now I want to backtrack just a little bit , just because in a previous podcast I've heard you on , you kind of try to give it , you give it . You give a different description to what water is and I think that's interesting . So first question I had written up was you know what is water ? Because you kind of already touched upon it . Right , we kind we kind of get caught up with , uh , the chemistry of it's H2O , but , as you've alluded to many times , with the negative charge it's actually energetic . Um , there's an energy to it and I just , I don't know I've never heard anyone explain it like that as as well as you did , uh in that podcast , if you don't mind , I think that's such an interesting way of viewing water . But also , you know Dr Cruz has talked about how food breaks down , not into fats and carbohydrates but into energy , and so it's got to break down into electrons and neutrons and protons .

Speaker 2

So you know , I guess , if you have to give a definition , what is water ? Well , look , it is a fascinating question and you know , most people would think that , yeah , water is just hydrogen and oxygen , two hydrogens and an oxygen . And I mean even most professors at university , you know , they just talk about the chemistry of water . You'll never hear them talk about the energy of water . But if we go back , I mean , water was created on this planet probably well over 4 billion years ago , and my view is that all the water we've got on this planet , or most of it , was formed within the planet , down in the Moho zone , about 40-odd kilometres down . Then over time , this water's found its way to the surface . It was formed down there . Walter Russell actually , in his books , gives a very good explanation of why this , and there's many other people who have written about this . But basically you've got what's called a radioactive transmutation that forms the water there . It comes up through fractures and this is how the oceans were formed initially . Then it's only when we had an ocean that we had the evaporate transpiration process . So we're , you know , clouds forming and rain . So rain is a result of water , you know , forming or collecting on the surface .

Speaker 2

Now the amount of water on the earth is increasing all the time because the production system in the earth is increasing . So the sea levels will rise and continue to rise . And there are islands out in the Pacific that will , you know , be underwater . Probably in the next 50 to 100 years they will be under the ocean

Structured Water and Hydration Benefits

Speaker 2

. As we know , there are cities under the ocean . So water is just everywhere , you know . It's in the atmosphere , it's in liquid form , it's in ice form , it's the basis of all life . There is no life without water .

Speaker 2

But it's the energy of the water that is the critical thing and this is what we've missed in academia and we've , you know , missed in science . So the scientists involved in structured water science , like you know , pollock and Kurokoff and Beverly Rubick and others , you know they've shone a great light onto the energy of water , including the works of May Wang Ho and others . But we can go right back . You can go back 100 years to a guy called Kravkov who showed that water , it's the energy of water , that is involved in most of all the healing , and this is why he proved that homeopathy works . So you can have water where it's only holding the energy of something , whether it's the frequency of a plant or a mineral , you don't have to have the material thing there .

Speaker 2

So water has this capacity to receive , store and transmit information . So in your body it's part of the antenna system and the transport system of moving information . So in your blood , your blood's 83% water , so you know , and it's connecting with every cell , it's talking to your mitochondria and taking information back to your heart and your heart's then organising the whole distribution system . You know , it's also receiving the heart's receiving information from your brain , of course . But the heart , those four chambers of your heart , are involved in vortexing the water around your body . So it's the energy in the blood or the water of the blood that allows the blood to vortex around your body . So your heart actually isn't a pump at all . That's been proven many times . So it's this energy in the water .

Speaker 2

So when water and this energy is at its maximum peak at a cellular level , when your cells are about a negative 50 millivolts , although your heart operates at a much higher level of millivolts , about a negative 110 .

Speaker 2

And this is why your heart will never get cancer , because cancer cannot or will not attack the organ of highest negative charge . So it looks as though your body will sacrifice other organs and systems , you know , and maintain your heart because of this high negative charge . So it makes sense then to maintain this . But water's got many , many properties , and we can distinguish structured water from destructured water , because it's only in structured water that you're really holding the energy of life . This is critical , and we know that probably more than 90% of the global population are drinking dead water . And when you drink that water , your body has to use your energy , and Kurokoff tells me probably 50% of most people's energy every day is spent converting positive charge water and positive charge food into negative charge , just to support your cell function , and that's how you wind your body down eventually . I was going to say what ?

Speaker 1

what is the what I was gonna say ? What is the cost of doing that ?

Speaker 2

it's a massive cost and we see this cost in medical , in the medical cost , and it's a medical cost that is sending countries bankrupt . And while we prop uh this up with , uh , just with drugs , you know , rather than fixing the water , fixing the food , you'll continue to wind people down to sickness . Unfortunately , sickness makes a lot of money .

Speaker 1

There's no cure .

Speaker 2

There's a whole industry making money from sickness and of course they don't have a lot of interest in turning that around . Money from sickness , and of course they don't have a lot of interest in turning that around . But look water . To answer your question a bit further , when water is structured it has a permanent negative charge on it . It will have a blue colour , you know , and this water that comes out on my property with a permanent negative charge is blue . And when we structure water you put it in a large container like an IBC , a 1,000-litre container . The water is blue . The other thing you'll find with structured water is these little bubbles that form on the inside or stick to the walls of the container . It's called cavitation . We believe those little bubbles are involved in getting toxins out of the water . The other thing is that structured water will have a much higher surface tension . So this is important . If you're washing your clothes in structured water , you'll get cleaner . Or if you're bathing in this water , you'll get better contact with the surface of your skin and we know that people who shower in structured water get far more negative charge into their body and that will pull positive charge out .

Speaker 2

The other thing we've found is structured water has an antioxidant and also exclusion zone capacity . You know , pollock was great on saying around the cell , that cell has this potential . It's like the gatekeeper , it decides what comes in and what goes out . So it has exclusion zone . But then again , you know , the ocean water can do this and of course any pristine water has this exclusion zone capacity .

Speaker 2

But the other thing we know about structured water is that it can transform the chemicals in water . So it can actually transform a chemical and take it back to its elemental form . And also we know that the pathogen microbes that often are in like particularly rainwater tank water , they don't survive in structured water . So we've done many tests . So we've put piggery water , you know , with thousands of E coli , colony-forming urns of E coli , into the device and they haven't detected any at the other end . So the water has this capacity to clean itself . We know in nature , when water's in this structured form , it has the capacity to clean itself . So why can't we do it ? And we can . We've just got to use magnetism to take water back to its natural state and it will clean itself . The water that comes out of a tap in an urban area can't do this uh , okay , uh , apologize .

Speaker 1

So , okay , magnetism . So I know you and I purchased your uh , your one of your devices , a couple weeks ago from uh me water and I'm very much looking forward to that . Um , so , other than that , is there other ways to structure water other than magnetism , or is that the only way to do it ? Um , you know , using tesla's kind of quote , energy , frequency , vibration , you know , can you use frequency , can you use ?

Speaker 2

vibration to help structure as well well , you can , but it's only temporary Geoff . So biodynamics , you know , do this as well . And yes , but after about 60 hours , you know the structure has diminished or left the water , so you get a temporary structuring . The only proof that water is structured is the proof that it has a negative charge on it , and how do you measure ?

Speaker 1

that I know .

Speaker 2

Well , I measure it . I had to develop my own techniques to do it because there was nothing on the market when I got into this science . So I use a voltmeter Okay , but I've got other things sitting in between , which is to amplify the signal , of course . Voltage in water is actually quite small . You know you're measuring in small millivolts , so I've got an amplifier . I'm happy to share all this information with you . I'll send you my PowerPoint and you can have a look at this . There's about 140-odd slides that just go through the quantum physics of water and the results we've achieved , you know , in drinking this water and growing food with this water .

Speaker 1

Well before we , if it's okay , sir , before we get into the results , because I think hitting home with that is going to be huge for people to hear the amazing things that you're doing and you've done with that . Just a couple of questions , because I'm in Pittsburgh , pennsylvania , right now and we have three rivers , right , and we're famous for these three rivers , but they're disgusting . Um , coal , coal ships and just all these ships have just , I mean , for for 200 years have just kind of polluted it . It's , they're disgusting , they're all brown and there's no blue , they're just nasty . And I'm from upstate , new york originally and for the finger lake area and we have Lake Ontario , we have all these beautiful natural lakes , and when I came to Pittsburgh I was warned about the water system here and the drinking water and we can't touch .

Speaker 1

You know you got to be careful because there's some days where they'll put public warnings on in the news that , hey , you know you shouldn't be drinking out of the water , and so a lot of clients of mine have bought a lot , purchased a lot of these like water filtering systems you already kind of talked about , like reverse osmosis and and other things like that . Or they'll , or they'll just not touch their tap and they'll just drink alkaline water and these other kinds

Cooking with Structured Water

Speaker 1

of waters . I'm just curious again you already kind of touched about the reverse osmosis , but like what is some of the differences between structured water and like a reverse osmosis or just your basic spring waters that might come in plastic ? I know a lot of people are against plastic and they use glass , uh , and what you know , alkaline waters . Is there a difference between structured water and alkaline water ?

Speaker 2

yes , uh , jeff , I get asked this question almost every day .

Speaker 1

I apologise for being redundant then .

Speaker 2

Yeah , look , it's an obvious question because we've had decades of people being convinced that if you put a filter on you've suddenly made all the chemicals disappear . So let me just step back and say that water that is structured in nature . Firstly it's carrying this negative charge on it but it has minerals of the earth in there , the frequencies of the minerals along the pathway of that pristine river . It's entraining the minerals' frequencies and the minerals of that it's also taking on the biology . So your ancestors that drank water from pristine streams were also drinking the biology you know from the plants and the animal , everything else that was in the water . So you were ingesting that and you those microbes were then contributing to your digestive system . So we've got our microbes from nature . Most of the microbes in your gut are basically from symbols of what's in the soil or the water . So first we don't know actually what water is , you know in its most natural state and what our bodies are attuned to having . So these systems that then strip the minerals out , like reverse osmosis , desalination , distilled water , are actually removing the natural things that should be in water . That's the first thing . But what we do know just from our own research let's just take alkaline water , for example , which has been marketed Now . It never ever made sense to me that you'd want to drink alkaline water , because within a second or so of drinking this water it becomes highly acidic in your stomach , because your stomach has a ph or about 2.6 or less . I mean there is an issue with alkalinity in our body . Our blood needs to to maintain an alkaline state and we get this from alkaline minerals that come in salt and bicarb . I mean your pancreas can make bicarb . So the idea that you need alkaline water and even alkaline food , I mean it's a bit of a nonsense to me , because everything is acidic . So everything from your mouth to your anus is acidic . It's only your blood really that you know , and the other bodily fluids that need to be in an alkaline state , and you know , as I said , you get that from alkaline minerals . So , and then you've got reverse osmosis that basically strips all the minerals out of the water .

Speaker 2

But we have to ask jeff , what is the purpose of a filter ? Does it actually do any good now ? My wife and I threw our filters away in probably the 1980s and now , if you just basically take Einstein's equation E equals MC squared , we can discard the C squared because it's a constant . So energy equals matter . So if energy equals matter and of course energy equals frequency , then mass equals frequency . So as you build up matter in the filter , you're actually building up the toxic energy there as well . You've still got to put the water through it . So the water coming out and we've actually measured this , we've actually had filters tested and found that the toxic energy , for example lead , was 10 times greater than the water coming in oh , wow . So this is the other thing is that whatever it is in , whatever matter exists on this planet , it has frequency . Right , we know , there's gold or silver or copper has its own frequency , like everything , and even the chemicals have their own frequency , and our body is an antenna for frequency .

Speaker 2

So why would you want to drink toxic water out of a filter ? That's my conclusion . So the human body is a perfectly designed filter and detox system . It doesn't have a filter in the sense that we know . So how does a body do this ? A human body ? The reason we've got a liver processing blood 38 times a day and directing toxins out through your kidneys or out through your bowel . You've got lungs to get rid of CO2 . You've got skin to get rid of toxins . Your hair gets rid of excess minerals and other things in the body . So we've got a perfectly designed filter and detox system , so why mess with it by putting , you know , other toxins in from a filter ?

Speaker 2

So I think as long as you're drinking structured water and maintaining high cell voltage and you're on a good diet of natural food , so most of the food you eat should be natural . You know , if it looks like an apple , it is an apple . You know that sort of diet , you know , rather than the junk food I see it in Australia at the moment . Something like only 45% of a child's diet in Australia now is actually natural food only 45% . And while I grew up , I grew up on a farm where we grew our own veggies , we grew our own meat , we trapped rabbits and we ate fish from the river and oils from the river 100% of our diet was from natural sources . Wow . So if 55% of a kid's diet now is just junk , I mean , just imagine the toxins coming in Geoff you know from .

Speaker 2

I mean , we know that glyphosate is a big thing , you know , particularly in America . Now , you know , with grain production as it is in Australia , there's a lot of glyphosate coming in . This is going to collect in the filter and the energy of it increase there or magnify . So yeah , that's my take . Of course , we all got choices in life and sometimes people don't like . You know , having made a commercial decision , and sometimes in thousands , if not tens of thousands , of dollars into something , and then you know you's someone like Rob Gullo .

Speaker 2

Well , perhaps it isn't a good idea , what do you do ? But again , it's an education process and most of what I do , jeff , is just to give people another perspective . And so they start thinking . Because our education system is not set up to give people another perspective . And so they start thinking because our education system is not set up to enable people to think . You know , you don't go to school and they throw you an issue like a teacher should say well , why do you think we need to have a filter on our water ? Let's discuss this and bring some science into it . Well , they won't do that . They'll teach you about maths , and you know history , and you know spelling and English and all these sorts of things , but they actually might teach you how to think and resolve things . So then we go into society just accepting if the government says this or industry says this , well , you just accept it .

Speaker 1

Yes , sir , we give a lot of information but not a lot of knowledge , and that's again one of the many reasons why I wanted to have you on this podcast , sir , is because I think you just do such a beautiful job of making things so elegantly simplistic , even though it's so complex in its quantum form and things like that . Now you mentioned because you talked about this in a previous podcast , but you also mentioned a little bit here acidity and CO2 . And again , I've never just heard anyone explain drinking carbonated water or carbonated drinks and what that does to the blood and what that does from oxygen levels . Would you mind explaining that ? Because that's a huge thing with a lot of the teenagers I work with is drinking carbonated drinks and energy drinks and things like that .

Speaker 2

Yes . Well , the human body is designed to deal with carbon dioxide and so when we eat , particularly carbohydrates , they ferment in your digestive system and produce carbon dioxide . Now , the body can get rid of this by putting some of it into your blood , and you know , this is what you know . We burp or fart or something . You know . We get rid of this gas . The human body is designed to overcome the results of fermentation in digestion . However , we're not designed to take in huge amounts of carbon dioxide , and this is happening now because the diet from when I was a kid , you know , back in the 40s and 50s , most of our diet was protein . You know , slow cooked meat with some vegetables and fruit . That was it , and I didn't even know a carbonated drink existed until I was 17 .

Speaker 1

Hopefully that was a beer .

Speaker 2

We didn't have electricity or gas either . We just had a wood stove , so everything was slow cook . But the thing is that the diet these days is full of carbohydrates , so we're producing more carbon dioxide in our body . And secondly , carbonated drinks . Where you think carbonated water or carbonated you know what we call soft drinks here , or soda , whatever that is increasing the amount of carbon dioxide .

Speaker 2

Now , carbon dioxide has an acidic effect in your blood . It makes your blood acidic . So when your blood's acidic , you will carry far less oxygen or negative charge . So you're now actually depleting negative charge in your blood . So actually , you know that thing they put in your finger to measure your blood oxygen saturation sometimes . Well , actually and I've heard Pollock say this too they're actually not measuring oxygen , they're actually measuring the charge of your blood . Oh , wow , right . So carbonated drinks will actually degrade your health . They will rip negative charge out of your blood . Just not a good idea at all . I just don't have carbonated drinks . I haven't had a carbonated drink probably in 30 or 40 years . And you know , once I learned all this sort of stuff .

Speaker 2

But I think we need to go back to the diet you know of . You know , for me , I grew up in an era where you know we had a perfect diet . But we need to go back to those times , which is , whether it's your grandmother , your great-grandmother , back to the , you know , the 1940s sort of style , and you know , if you actually look at people , your photos of people back in those times you didn't see anyone who was obese . Yeah , I've got photos of my class when I was nine in 1957 , and there was not one kid in the class who was overweight . And I went to the same school as my father and I've got a photo of him in 1927 when he was nine and there were no kids in his class who were considered overweight or obese . And we got there because now too much carbohydrate and too much carbonated drink and I think the other thing is the amount of toxins and chemicals that are in food . So the only way you can avoid that is eat organic , natural food yes , sir .

Speaker 1

Well , I would love to , because you you touch upon it in a podcast with Perry and I have a . My sister-in-law is a really good chef with her husband and they're opening a restaurant and this is their second restaurant . So cooking with structured water , this is something I'm hoping to share the podcast with her . Would you mind talking about cooking with , because I think what you talked about was fascinating ?

Speaker 2

um , with you know , cooking your meats and everything with structured water oh yeah , well , basically the diet for my wife and I is sleep with meat . So we do a whole chicken , um , and we might do lamb , like lamb shanks , lamb shoulder or lamb leg , or also bucco , a beef

Wine, Whiskey and Structuring Beverages

Speaker 2

cut around from around the leg , or you can do a whole fish , of course with head and skin on . But when you cook food , whether it's meat or vegetables or even fruit because we also , you know , we do stewed apple , all those but all our cooking is done in structured water , all those , but all our cooking is done in structured water . The reason for this is that and as long as the heat is not too high , that's the other factor that you don't knock all the nutrients out is that structured water is the same Living cells recognise structured water .

Speaker 2

So the cells that are in plants or vegetables and fruit and meat , they know by frequency that they're in the right sort of water . So it takes those cells in that food back to its natural state with a negative charge . So the cells now have more potency . So the release of nutrients from there is going to be far superior . And one of the nutrients that you're going to release is a protein called collagen , although 97% of your collagen , which you know , and collagen is absolutely essential for every cell in your body . It is the it sets up . These fibres that you know allow your muscles to stretch , they give the elasticity to movement of your muscles and tendons . So , collagen , you can only get collagen by slow-cooking meat , in structured water preferably , and you'll get 3% out of fruit and veggies .

Speaker 1

Well , you have to tell all the people here in the United States because athletes take collagen supplements that they get at like a GNC store and they take all these processed collagen supplements and so that's very interesting to hear .

Speaker 2

That's right , Jeff . Energetically it's not the same . You know it's a bit like probiotics . You can go and buy a probiotic in a powdered or a capsule form , but a probiotic that has been fermented in structured water is far more vital in terms of its energy and the microbes . Microbes can only live in an environment of water and food , and the food they mainly feed on are sugars . So when we make a probiotic here , we make it with honey , so the microbes are in honey and they feed on the natural sugars of the honey .

Speaker 2

So it gets back to the question you asked earlier on about water . It's about the energy in the water and the transfer of that energy into the food . Particularly , if the food has been harvested greater than 60 hours , you have to return that energy to it , Otherwise it's just dead dead . So structured water will make a massive change to your health overall . So , depending on your age , I just know with people you know , let's say in their 50s or 60s , it might take them two years to get their body back to a state where they feel as though they're in their 30s or 40s . Wow , it might take that long , but if you're a teenager in your 20s , you can turn your body around literally within six months just with the water . So I know that just drinking this water , because we've seen thousands of clients coming back to us giving us reports .

Speaker 2

But one interesting one was when I had men who were told that they had cardiovascular issues , that they might be getting stents or bypasses probably sometime in the future . Within two years of drinking this structured water , their cardiologists were saying that their arteries were crystal clear . Wow so , and it's not cholesterol that clogs up your arteries , it's actually calcite that's coming from the carbohydrates and the mineral boron is actually what helps also to take the calcium out of your blood and put it into your bones . But there's no doubt that drinking strushy water does help with the cardiovascular system and maintaining the viscosity of your blood and perhaps avoiding the accumulation of fats in your blood . So we do all our cooking here in strushy water of fats in your blood Interesting , but cooking . So we do all our cooking here in Stratia Water and I just know the benefit because you'll get far better taste from the food from that .

Speaker 1

And the same for the liver ?

Speaker 1

Yes , mainly the way that the food is received at a cellular level in for digestion I mean , now , is this the same for , uh , uh , gardening and and growing your own crops and things ? As I know , you've talked about that um as well . So , uh , have you ? I mean , I'm sure you've done experiments , because my wife and I , uh , again , we bought one of your devices , which I want to talk about soon , and we're going to do experiments of our own Several you've mentioned but we're going to grow in one . You know , one plant and use structured water versus the other , some vegetables and stuff like that I also want to . You know you mentioned how you'll vortex your bourbon and your wine , so I'm very interested in trying that as well . But , yeah , what benefits for gardening , for fruits and veggies and plants in the results of you guys have seen with structured water ?

Speaker 2

Yeah , yes , well , I do run workshops here on biological food production and I take people into my garden , but we've probably done well over 300 experiments on plants and animals . So in plants what we've observed is that the uptake of nutrients is increased between two and fourfold . The fruit is tastier and it's larger . In fact , I had a guy send me a photograph from Germany . He sent me a photograph of a tomato on his plant . He hadn't picked it but he said it was the ones . The tomatoes that were watered with the structured water from my MEA device were twice as big as the other tomatoes .

Speaker 1

Oh , wow .

Speaker 2

And I'll know . I went back and emailed . Well , you know the nutrients are going to be at least twice as much as well in that . Yeah , so you think what the implications are for food production if you can actually grow food to their fullest potential or not . I think , because of current practice in agriculture and the fact that we're not using structured water for growing food , the size of the plants has diminished . The nutrition we know , like minerals , like zinc and copper in most food now , has dropped between 40% to 60% since the 1940s . So I think there's a desperate need in terms of food security to change our ways .

Speaker 2

You know the way that we water plant , and you can easily do this in agriculture with a device . You know whether it's growing . You know horticultural or viticulture or whatever . You know you can water the plants with structured water , so , but also with animals . I'll give you just one example In an experiment that was done over in Israel , they found that cows

MEA Water Devices and Applications

Speaker 2

dairy cows that were drinking the structured water produced an extra litre of milk per day . So also on food , you know , I know you've mentioned this , but we like to drink raw milk , so we put it through the bottle top device and I tell you what . It'll last longer in the fridge . It will pasteurise and homogenise in a split second , so it stops the fats and oils from separating in the cream and it sounds , you know , almost unbelievable . But I've got evidence of this and I've got it in my PowerPoint too , jeff .

Speaker 1

That is so funny . You said that because I've been drinking a lot of raw milk lately because we worked at a farm and the lady is a naturopath that's her background and she purchased this farm with her family five years ago and she's the one that educated us about raw milk . So I've been drinking a lot of raw milk and since I've learned about your devices , which I'd like to get to talk about in a minute I'm thinking like what are all the things we can structure ? And I'd be and that was literally one of my thoughts is like could I structure raw milk ? What would that do to it ? Um , so it's funny that you brought that up , because I just bought some last night . I've got a couple of gallons up in my fridge .

Speaker 2

Well , give it a try , Jeff . Yeah , look , the difference is the way that that milk is received at a cellular level for digestion . For it , you've now energized it to a level and if there were any pathogens in it , you know you've knocked them out , you've neutralised them completely . But you know , I also put my wine and my whiskey .

Speaker 1

Yes let's talk about that . I'm more interested in that .

Speaker 2

In fact , the first device we made for testing was a bottle top one , because it was the simplest . And the first test we did was with wine . That's awesome . So we put a bottle of wine through and the guy that was with me or helping me with the construction , I said look , let's just leave this overnight , but we'll do a before and after test . So we took some water out of the wine before we put it through the device . Then 24 hours we tasted and the difference was just amazing . We could not believe how softer the wine was , the , how enhanced the flavors were and um , but there are only there are two things that stand out . One is because of the smaller , because wine is 83% water , like your blood , yep , and now it's got smaller clusters in the water molecules . It actually sends the alcohol to your cells a lot faster . So when you've had one glass of wine you feel as though you've had two .

Speaker 1

Oh wow , okay , there's a little faster . So when you've had one glass of wine , you feel as though you've had two .

Speaker 2

Oh , wow , okay , there's a little benefit but the effect , and I've had a lot of people report this . They send me emails and say it's taken the headache effect away . So it actually puts the alcohol into a form that is better treated by your liver . So you get far better processing of alcohol in your liver . So you don't have the after effects of drinking awesome .

Speaker 1

That's cool , very cool . I'm excited to uh test that out , because that was definitely something my wife and I talked about .

Speaker 2

We wanted to do as well , because we definitely are wine drinkers well , one thing if you put wine through a device and always put my wine through 24 hours or 48 hours before drinking , so I just decanter into a wine decanter , leave it open to the air to get rid of all the chemicals , and I can tell you what that wine will never , ever turn to . Vinegar never . Wow , that's cool . You can sit it there for months , years and it won't turn to vinegar .

Speaker 1

That's awesome . Now , if we can , sir , you know , to tie it all around , okay , all the benefits of structured water , from the science to the practicality of using it for cooking and gardening and stuff . Okay , now , where can the listeners you know ? Where can we get things that structure our water ? I mean , you have a company , miwater , which I bought , your portable gold , which is on its way . I'm very excited about that , Would you mind ? You know , let's do a shameless plug here and let's talk about your devices and you know what is the difference between the gold one and the silver , and like , what do your devices do ? If you don't mind , Right .

Speaker 2

So we've got a range of devices . There's a bottle top one which would and we sell it with the bottles , but it will attach . I mean , I've been to america four times so I know that this device will screw on the top of just even a plastic drink bottle . Okay , so if you're travelling you can have , you know , any sort of bottle , it will attach to it . Or you can just travel with some plastic bottles .

Speaker 2

I don't think there's an issue with plastic , with structured water . So there's a bottle top device . There's the devices that we put under the sink . So for people who live in apartments , there's a device that goes very easily onto the cold water line under the sink , takes 10 minutes and one to go on the shower . So the water for drinking and cooking with and the water for showering would be structured . Then there's a household device . So if you live in a , a home , there's a device that sits between your meter and the house . Or if you're in a rural area and you've got tank water , it just sits between the pump and the house .

Speaker 2

And then we've got agricultural , industrial size ones that go from one inch up to four inch , although we've got designs for six and eight . I mean , we're all really looking at production in America anyway , and so this will significantly cut the cost . And these days we seem to live in a world where everyone wants to have tariffs or trade . We've lost this idea of free trade these days , which is a bit stupid . But transport is a big cost , so we are moving production into Europe and to America , and I've got that underway , but probably in about six months there probably will be production in america awesome , that's great , um , so what ?

Speaker 2

people want to buy now they can just go to my website , wwwmeawater .

Speaker 1

Yes , sir , I'll be sure to attach the , the link , uh , and the show notes now , like for the portable one , for anyone that's listening . I've watched your YouTube videos and your Instagram videos , but would you mind describing kind of what does that do , how does it structure the water and why counterclockwise ?

Speaker 2

Yes , well , I did ask myself this question . Yes , well , I did ask myself this question . But there's 100 years of Structural Board of Research and there's a lot of other things you have to take notice of . So why does the earth rotate anticlockwise ? Why do we go anticlockwise around the sun ? And when I took a trip to China back in about 2016, . You know , I took the device with me and I was at a business meeting and I was just vortexing some Chinese rice wine and they were fascinated and I said , well , you've got to spin it anti-clockwise . And they said to me they said you don't have to tell us about anti-clockwise , we've known about that for 2,000 years .

Speaker 1

Wow .

Speaker 2

Okay , so there's some . Look . The theory is , jeff , that in a vortex , in a natural vortex in water in the river or in the ocean , in a vortex in a natural vortex in water in the river or in the ocean , the theory is that in the anti-clockwise spin , or what's called the left-hand spin , the water brings in the negative charge from the magnetic energy of the earth . It brings in that negative charge and then it twists into a clockwise and I say in the clockwise spin , it grounds it into the water . So if the water could keep vortexing left , right , left , right , you know anti-clockwise , clockwise , it will hold a negative charge but it only comes in in the anti-clockwise spin . So in the bottle-type device we advise people to spin it anti-clockwise and do it four times . It only takes one minute to do a bottle of wine or a bottle of water , but you will get a better effect . You will actually get a higher negative charge by doing it in the anti-clockwise spin .

Speaker 2

Okay , and that seems to be some sort of universal law . It's a bit like the . The universal laws to do with thermodynamics , and probably the major one that governs water is the first law of thermodynamics , which is you cannot destroy matter , you cannot destroy energy . So that applies to a filter too . You can't destroy matter . You can't destroy the energy . You can only change it or transform it to another formal state .

Speaker 2

So my device is a transformer . It actually transforms the water and brings back its natural energy state , which is a negative charge . But in doing that , so the wine , let's say now , which is a negative charge . But in doing that , so the wine , let's say now , is surrounded by negative charge and it's not losing any oxygen , so it's fully negative charged and it's now in a superconductive state . That's when you get this great expression of nutrients , the full potential of whatever . It is like cooking your food in this water . But same applies to any liquid . It could be milk or wine or juice . I've got people who are doing their essential oils this way as well , interesting . So you know , there's a multitude of ways , and even , I think that , people involved in homeopathy .

Speaker 1

So rather than using alcohol , they should be using structured water well , I yeah , I heard you say that to perry and I , I I'm I'm right on board with that like 100 , because uh , there's a big uh push a few years ago with grounding and all the grounding mats and grounding sheets and pillows and all this stuff and it's supposed to help with the negative electric charge because you can't have inflammation if you have a negative electric charge and that's what they're pushing . But I don't know the validity of all of those devices , but I know not all of them do what they say they do . But drinking structured water , I think , makes more sense .

Speaker 2

Well , jeff , the literature is very clear in this Drinking structured water , as long as you drink the right amount . And the best time to drink water , by the way , is prior to eating , and then you wait one and a half hours after eating so you don't dilute your stomach acid , because if you dilute stomach acid you upset digestion and then that upsets absorption . But if you drink this water in a structured form , you will bring in 10 times more negative charge to your cells than breathing . And also , you know . But if you want to earth , I suggest you go out and walk barefooted or go and hug a few trees , because we know , by just using a simple voltmeter you can increase the amount of negative charge coming into your body by fivefold just by having your skin attached to the earth or to a tree . So the amount of negative charge running through a living tree is massive . So just touching it you will entrain that negative charge and release positive charge . So that's what you're doing You're actually releasing positive charge into the earth or into the tree just by that contact .

Speaker 2

Cool , so , but I don't have grounding sheets . I don't need to , because I'm surrounded by 110 acres of natural bush here where I live . That's awesome and I go . You know I've got my labyrinths and things like that . We'll . You know we do this , but I'm always in contact with the earth . Yes , sir , either barefooted or with my hands . Yeah , I'll give trees a big hug and I'll take the dogs for a walk as well .

Speaker 2

Nice , I think that's probably the best way , but there's no doubt that drinking structured water regularly will do that for you . Yes , sir , you know , just fill up your glass with structured water and do it that way .

Speaker 1

Two quick questions before I let you go , because I've taken enough of your time , sir One and this is not a knock on anyone , this is more a I don't know . So I'm interested in asking someone smarter than I . There's a company that makes a glass , a special glass that is supposed to be imprinted with a frequency that structures water . I'm just curious if you're familiar with that , and if that is , actually does it do what they say they do ? If you even have looked into that ?

Speaker 2

well , the first thing I'll say is we've got a lot of evidence on this is that if you want to entrain a frequency into water , it needs to be firstly structured , and preferably with a permanent negative charge . That's the first thing . So that's the starting point . Now , there's no . All water will entrain frequency , good and bad , good and bad . It's only the structured water that will actually exclude the toxic ones , right , and also , I can tell you , my device will permanently , will entrain frequencies and hold them permanently . So we know that as well . But if you structure your water and put it out in the sunlight or with frequency devices that you can buy these days , just embed those frequencies . So when I do this , so when I'm sitting down with my whiskey at night before dinner , I have it sitting on a device and I just select whatever frequency I want to put in .

Speaker 1

Oh , that's awesome .

Speaker 2

You know , it might be 528 or 444 or 432 . Whatever I think about at the time , I'll just dial it in and zap my whiskey or my wine . But even my drinking water in my office is receiving frequency . But the starting point has got to be structured water . So I don't think you need to . I think you're better off buying a frequency device , which I know we can buy them for about you know , $130 , and you can dial in whatever frequency you like into them .

Speaker 1

Okay .

Speaker 2

You know , and I think that's probably the way to do it and select what you want , because there are frequencies . You know that you want to address your liver , or for pain relief , or whatever . Yes , sir . Or you can just play Mozart to it , you know , get 432 or some . You know Beethoven's Tall Sympathies or something like that , you know . Or just take it out and put it out in the sun or out into nature and it'll entrain the frequency .

Speaker 2

Okay , but that is the nature of structured water . It's , you know . It has its own intelligence and there's a woman called Veda Austin , a New Zealand woman , who has done a lot of work in this area and she wrote a book called the Secret Intelligence of Water and she's got a new book out . It shows that you can put all sorts of intent as a motor show into water . So if your intent is to put this frequency in or whatever the water will receive , it's already connected to you energetically , just like a plant is energetically connected to you , and people want to know about plant connection with humans . Read a book by a famous American guy called christopher bird and he wrote a book called the secret life of plants yes , sir , yep based on work by cleb baxter , who developed the lie detector .

Speaker 2

So , um , you know , once you understand how we're energetically connected with everything . Yes , sir , you know the chinese , the Chinese , the old Tao saying was everything is connected . They wrote this stuff 400 or 500 years ago , but we are energetically connected in some way . That's why we have an aura , we emit this energy and that connects us with the universe . Yes , sir , this energy and that connects us with the universe . Yes , sir , that's the same . But water is the ultimate . Water is the ultimate antenna , but it's in its most , uh , potential form in when it's structured . But most people are using destructured water . To try and put frequency into destructured water is probably not the best way to go .

Speaker 1

Gotcha Now . Last two things , sir . Why ? Because when you try to Google or look up benefits of structured water and this and that , why are people with over 100 years of you ? As you've already said several times , why are people calling this pseudoscience ?

Speaker 2

Well , the main reason for that is and I can tell you , whenever structured water articles hit the newspapers in Australia and there are professors at university who come out and attack the press and say this , but I can tell you that a lot of this is because

The Truth About Structured Water Science

Speaker 2

academia going back to the 1970s , are now a lot of these professors are funded by big water , big chemistry and big engineering . Gotcha , and they will attack water because they only talk about the chemistry of water . They will not talk about the energy or structure of water . So I think it's a pushback by the big corporations to get you to believe that there's no science . Know that there's no science in it . Yes , sir , Makes sense . There's 100 years , including . I mean , we've got at least three Nobel Prize winners have written about this . More recently , Luke Montagna yeah , Wow , St .

Speaker 2

George you know guys like that Brilliant work about the energy of water , and you go right back to guys like Whitaker , walter Russell , I mean even Einstein , even though you know , people try and paint him in the particle side of quantum physics .

Speaker 2

He really was about the energy . You know , and there's a lot of work here . You know we don't have to go out and , you know , really defend structured water . The science is there . If people just want to read it and like my PowerPoint , I'm happy to share it with you and you can share it with other people . If people want to do a deep dive into the quantum physics of water and the evidence of what this will do , as long as they're prepared to go through the PowerPoint , yes , sir , and I update it all the time . So whatever link I send you , if you click it in another month's time , you might get some more information . Oh , awesome , very cool . Yes , please . But I think it's what I was saying earlier on that people can be dumbed down , you know , and not put the effort in to really go out and think about this . This is what I had to do Thirty-odd years ago .

Speaker 2

I had to let go of everything I was taught at university about water and so forth , and particularly about magnetism . Of course , what they taught me about magnetism at uni was totally useless , so I had to relearn this . I was just very fortunate to meet some very clever people , you know , and magnetism . I learnt this just by having dinner with a woman called Elizabeth Roucher she's now dead , but she , I think , was at Berkeley University . I met her in the UK . I got talking about magnetism , she said , and she told me a few little secrets about magnetism and some books to read . So I was just fortunate , you know , to meet people like that who were able to point me in the right direction . That's awesome . But you know , if you want to learn a bit about magnetism , there's a great book written by a guy called Albert Davis called Magnetism and the Effects on the Living System . Okay , you know he's an American guy and he wrote this book probably back in the 1970s , but his research goes back to the 1930s . But he turned magnetism on its head completely Awesome .

Speaker 1

Okay , I'll definitely be checking that out ?

Speaker 2

The answer to your question is that I think the people who do the pushback and call the science pseudoscience and I often call my device a snake oil , but I think it's a protection racket- more than anything else ? Protect their belief systems ? Because I think . But most of the people in Australia who are teaching water are chemists and engineers . They're not quantum physicists and they have no understanding about the energy and structure of water . So it's not surprising they would say that .
