The following podcast is intended for mature audiences. Discretion is advised. We are two idiots, so please take everything we say with a interest. Hello and welcome back to our little corner of the internet by nail. David repositioned himself. What are you doing? Another diamond special. So today, if you haven't already gathered, we're joined by my lovely wife Nikki. And we're also joined by Connor and Talia. Hi. Hi. Let's start. I know I it's so funny. For fuck's sake. Well, welcome to the podcast again. Um yeah, so first of all, Damon's still reproduction himself. Do you cushion fam? You're good. No, I've got slowly. That's why you're supposed to just chill on the sofa. Yeah. Yeah. I think I'm alright now. You sure? You good? But yeah. Alright, fair enough. Um, yeah, so obviously back after I think it was two weeks we did the last one, wasn't it? Yeah, some of that. Yeah, some more of that. Or was it last week? I don't know, I can't remember. No, it was about two weeks ago. Yeah, one of them. Um first of all, how how is everyone? How's everyone's weeks been? Oh mood. Shit. Full of sorry as stuff now. Yeah, this has been a shite week. Yeah. Real shitter. So uh we made it in semi one piece. And that's what counts. We all know. Yeah, except my toe. Well yeah, R I P the nail. Rip toe. It's fucked. Um yeah, I've I've been here there and fucking everywhere this week, so that's been chaos. It started on Sunday and didn't stop till Friday. Yeah, it did, yeah. So that's my week. How about you, dude? Yeah. What's what's happened? Yeah, um we're doing a big bit BQ thing because they're coming into our offices. So on presentations and um packaging and POS and all this rubbish. The sounds and tons. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Every day was a pub day. Valid. Valid response like. End of the next point, yeah. I wish Mike could been like that. I was in the pub for Monday morning. That didn't leave until Friday evening. That was a secret. That was a secret meeting. Um we used to do it anyway. Yeah. That Friday after work, I was like, that's been a long week. Better get drunk. Yeah, it was. It made it it made it slightly better. Fair enough. Double the pain. Yeah, for a bit. Fair enough. Uh Bob, your week. Same shit, different week. Really? Just works work. Fair enough. Gotta pay the bill. Gotta pay the bill, check. Tell you. Oh, you know, death and taxes, anything that's certain in life, but work-wise, same soup, just reheared. You know what I mean? Same soup just rehearsed. It's my daily thing, you know what I mean? It's what it's it's my like it is what it is. She said it to me the other day on Xbox. I was like, how was your day? Because I haven't asked her in a while. Like, how would you like same soup just reheated? I was like, I love that. Same flavour every carrot coriander bullshit, man. Yeah. Or chowder, you know, whatever's boring. But clam chowder. Just tomato. Basic. Not even tomato and basil. That's maybe like hump day tree. Fucking hell. Yeah, a little bit of bread and butter on the side, but that's if you're desperate because keto, whatever. You have to then go pizza. You're like, no, I need to deny myself plenty of fasting. Just an ongoing cycle fuckery. Yeah, that's what we've been right. Bro. Oh, yeah, yeah, just again. Same soup right here. Um yeah, just a casual GT5 course. What's what's for next course? Oh shit. Oh wait, more shit. Oh wait, I guess I guess another course. More shit. Just prison. Fucking shit. Yeah, long hours of driving, big houses to empty, just absolute nightmare. Um, you know, being a removal man it can be quite challenging at times, you know. Uh not only a physical but a mental strength, so it's one of them, but you know, you you power through, you get the music on, you uh you focus on the good and you you push yourself. Nice. I feel like that's how you deal with anything. It's pretty much the same as being on site, to be honest. Hi, I'm Nikki. Absolutely. It's been I'm night a chip. Killing everyone. Right, so um download is nearly upon us. Yes. So me and Dame are gonna shut the fuck up because we talk about it pretty much every single episode. So we're gonna take a bit of a back seat. That's enough. Yeah. Drag me behind the car, bro. Like tin cans at a wedding. Jesus Christ. So, first person I want to talk to about this is Talia because this will be a first ever download. Yeah, yeah, I bet you're all living vicariously through me. Yes. Yeah, we're all be. I like oh we've got a bunch of the main bulk of the buys done, apart from as you know, air pump, electric, battery, whatever. Yeah, and then there's the fucking what was it? The cooker. The cooker, yeah, the the important thing for me to eat, yeah. The cooker would gel shit. I don't fucking know, so that's gonna be uh go outdoors. Hi, please, sir. I can have some advice, you know what I mean. But apart from that, we've got kind of very thin sorted. I've got I'm actually excited for my little potty. Yeah, I've had it fucked up. The portable toilet, yeah, I'm excited about that. Yeah, so with the with the portable toilet, how because you said that you were gonna get some bags to go into one of it. So, right, I'm glad you asked. So I'm getting like kitty litter trays, like liners, you know, like um litter tray liners. I'm gonna stretch one over because it comes in like a little bucket that you pop in the seat and the little lid goes down. But I'm gonna get um a cat tray liner. I've bought like packets of like silica gel lemon scented because I'm bougie. I'm gonna sprinkle one, and maybe you can probably get like two pisses out of it. Who knows? We'll try. Not at home, I'll try. I don't know. But then sprinkle your shit with lemon. Actually, literally rolling a turd in glow, it's me. But anyway, so uh but we do have a shit. I will empty the bag, not it, and I bought from BM, came through for me, BM. Fucking it's the little bin thing, it's like a telescope poppy up thing. You put like a big yeah, so all the shit like the shit bags can go in there. But um I've got a pile of turd, basically. Yeah, that might inspire some flag artwork, I don't know. Camp turd. An actual turd rolled in glow. Brain camp. That's that's that's a very clean version of what happened last year. Oh, gosh. What's the team? There were no bin, there was just a bin bag just like full of it wasn't even a singular bin bag, it was just little individual shopping bags just full of shit, and Fred, God love him, I swear, God love him. There was this guy in the tent behind us, behind me and Neil, and he forgot to turn his work alarms off. So every morning going off at like half four or five o'clock, and you can hear people telling him to shut the fuck up. So Fred suffer the consequence of being the fucking animal that he is took a shit in a bath fresh turn. It's still warm, like steaming at everything. Like, or even the flies wouldn't go near it, it's too hot just yet. But oh my fucking god, he learnt his lesson. That kid did. I sweat because next morning, nothing. It wasn't fun. Apart from like the odd person like singing and dancing here and there, it was bliss. Yeah, absolute bliss. No, so I mean but a tough loving character building goes a long way. Like you, Dad. Wow. So, yeah, how you're feeling about it? You excited? Or are you nervous? Yeah, I'm excited and nervous. I think a nice 50-50 of both, maybe 70-30. Um, but yeah, I think it's just the thing the amount of people is gonna be gooky. But I'll be fine. I'll take pop some calms tablets, so I'm gonna be off my tits anyway. So I even acknowledge anyone, so be fine. I might put me on like get some reins for me there like a toddler. Because I don't want to get lost. If I become by myself, I will sob and everyone's gonna go, what the fuck is that white bitch doing? I'm at they won't, they'll try and help you. I've just no faith in people. I saw this thing on Facebook where um, because I mean quite a lot of download things on there, and it was um this woman, she's got her own Etsy shop, and she's made like little wristbands for kids off of this. Because there's like a little mini moshers thing, so it's like mini mosha, if lost, call this number. And in brackets it's like mum or dad. Oh no, that's good. I think we need to get one for you. Yeah. If you find this adult, she's not an adult, she's a 12-year-old girl locked in a fucking fat woman's body, like um call this number RSPCA or something. You know what I mean? Get the cages. Fuck mate. Where is she? She's on the ring in the corner. Four at the walls. So who are you more likely who are you most excited to see? Banwise are to be fair, obviously sleep token. Duh. Yeah, duh. Fuck the haters. Fuck the haters, but spirit box because Courtney is like my wife. She doesn't know it, but we're a thing. So have you have you had a look at the clasher yet? No. Oh fuck. You need to do that, dude. Honestly, it's been on my mental to-do list every single day. I'm like, yeah, I'll do that. And then I'll procrastinate. Yeah. Totally in their part, your favourite one. I have, I just haven't looked at the clash thing. I know, I want to see Fay Tooth. They're they sound pretty fucking sick. I wanna, to be fair, cover all the female artists just because a feminist. I'm not, but you know. Female supporting females. Yeah, just because I want to see, like, I know Mothica's there, and she does some good poppy bops and I dick that she's like. Harpy's there again as well. Yeah. Harpy is there, yeah. There's um, I can't remember who you were trying to explain it to, but you were trying to explain Harpy to someone because we went to she was supporting Cassiette when we went to go to see the end of the house. You missed up. Yeah. Oh my gosh. The visuals. Remember me and Neil just went, mm. Wow, it was the source. I think Ness had to um drag around a wet floor sign behind she was salivating from the get-go. I'm like, I respect it. She fucking was. She's like a hot Edna mode, isn't it? Not Ness, one of our fucking set. Ness, I love you. Perhaps my sister. Yeah, so Connor, your third download, I think. That's right. Yeah. Third. How are you feeling? Do you feel more than that? Right, well, let's just talk about let's talk about the common issue that just well, the issue that's happened to not just me, but it seems like quite a few people. So what happened to me very recently is I received my car pass through the post and I was like, oh brilliant, that's here, okay, I'll multi go online now and just check my ticket, just as you do. And I went on there and my ticket started, it was void, and it completely cancelled, and I had had a refund. Now I will make this very clear, I have not received any some sort of refund at all. Um I've got all my payments um that I did through Klarna's, every payment was paid on time every day, uh every uh that day of the month. Yeah. And yeah, I I emailed um a few people, Ticketmaster, uh the download, uh download didn't get back to me, uh Klaner didn't get back to me, Ticketmaster were the only people who did get back to me, and they seem to think that I owe them £137 left. Work that way. Even though I have the list of the 12 or 12 payments. He's got the receipts bitch. Yeah, like yeah, you know, don't kiddle kidday. But um but yeah, anyway, it's resulted in me actually panicking to the point where I'm unsure what's gonna happen, so I've had to rebuy another download ticket. Just to just to be safe, yeah, then we'll have a look at reimbursement after download as well. I'm hoping that that I'm hoping that that gets resolved because honestly, I've I'm fed up and I think a lot of people have started to give up with Ticketmaster now. I don't think anyone's gonna be using them anymore. Yeah. Um the problems the cause not only with just the queues are horrendous in general and the bots take all the tickets as well. It's just it's just a really shitty um thing to use. This podcast will never be sponsored by Ticketmaster. I don't care if it's not a few. I don't want it to be or won't work. Sponsored by Never. But one I have been using the one I have been using recently is that I IXS started as being flawless. Yeah. I think that was originally the Ticket Factory, but they've changed to that now. Oh, that takes me back to the case. Yeah, yeah, so that's actually them now. IXS, that is them. Um, because I converted over because when I downloaded IXS, it said, Oh, you had an account with Ticket Factory and it merged it over, which was quite cool. Oh, that's really good, yeah. So, but literally every time I've used IXS, I've got access to any ticket stand-in seating, they're always available. I've never clicked on a gig yet, and it said completely sold out or anything. It's really good, so I highly recommend using it. Yeah, yeah. Fuck is SeatGeek. Oh, I listen to a lot of podcasts, and they're all fucking sponsored by SeatGeek. Oh, SeatGeek. SeatGeek. Yeah. Yeah. Use code cancel for 10% up. Not the time merger. Okay, so bar the obvious, who are you excited to see? Um, to be honest, I'm I'm excited to see pretty much half of the bands that are there. I mean, you know, I've never seen Green Day Live before, so that should be really interesting for me. Uh Sleep Token, I've already seen. Um, absolutely amazing stage presence. So, people who haven't seen them, you are in for a fucking treat, I'll tell you that much. Um I'm actually excited to see CKY as well growing up with uh obviously, you know, Bam Margera and that kind of stuff, so it'd be nice to see them play some some good stuff live. Um The Darkness, believe it or not, I'm kind of psyched. That's cool, man. I can't wait to see them as well. Um and obviously I know people might get a bit fingy over this, but seeing as Busted were there last year, I'm I want to see McFly. Oh yeah. I do want to see McFly. I would love to see McFly. But this is the thing, you know how um it was going on about all over like Facebook and whatnot that president's um lead singer is Charlie Simpson. Oh right, yeah, yeah. Here's me thinking, like my big brain energy coming. Do you remember a couple of years ago when Busted and McFly got together and did the whole McBusted thing? Yeah. Do you reckon they're gonna do that next year? I reckon they're either gonna do that this year, like this year, as like kind of like maybe a secret set in the doghouse or something. Yeah. Like after hours, maybe like a DJ set, or next year they're gonna bring the two together. I hope I hope you're on that. Wait, McPresident? No, it's in like McFly and Busted together. Um Mackey's secret menu, what? Yeah, Mackey's secret and McBusted. USA. Mc mc McPreg McPregust. McPregninent. McPregnino. Yeah, a few, you know, rise against uh kids in glass houses, like all all these, all these all those bands. Like the trauma best to say them all all in order, all in all in. There is some clashing kids. There is, yeah, someone known. Sounds like our bad name. Sounds like Telford. Trafficking kids. Jesus. Sponsored by Hello Friends. Sponsored by Jeremy Gorbin, sorry. Jesus. So Bub, what about you? Who are you looking forward to the most? No, all the answers to this is already, but go on. Greedy. Lawn ashore, we forgot about Lauren. I love you, Connor, but like my man will. See, I've already seen Lawn Ashore. Download. Don't get me wrong, they were really, really good. Yeah. They were so good. When I recorded it for you, because that was the first time I actually properly listened to them. Yeah. And then when I saw them live, I was like, oh okay, yeah, you know, the nipples got a bit hard. I was like, yeah, it makes sense. The world is like that. A bit spicy, yeah. I really liked it, but because I've already seen them and just like I've never seen Green Day. Oh are they cross? No, no, no, no. Lorna Shaw's on the Sunday, I think, um, on the second stage. Green Day are on the Friday, headlining the main stage. Yeah. But Green Day have I'm the only one in my family that hasn't seen Green Day. Like my mum seen it, Steve's in it, Vanessa's seen them. Vanessa saw them when they were doing their American Idiot tour back when she was like fucking 14, something like that. No way. And I haven't seen them, so that's so like they've always been a really big part of my childhood. So I'm just like I really want to feel like. Oh yeah, you gotta do something for nostalgia. Exactly. Like I am not the biggest fan of Green Day, I won't lie to you. I've probably like four songs. But I'm not gonna say that just because I don't like a certain band or not fond of a certain band doesn't mean like I they don't have undeniable talent, you know. I know, yeah, exactly. Um but yeah, I'll I'll definitely go and see just the fact that I think my teenage self would appreciate it because you know she was into Green Day. Yeah. Um but now yeah, I'm I might yeah, I think well if everyone's going, I'm not gonna again be by myself. Someone needs to take the reins. But it's actually not so bad being by yourself because I I know for the past like two down lows that we've been to have kind of um stayed at the main stage, and that's not not because like I want everyone else to have a good time, because you know, I am like that, but then also you know, I'm not really interested in the bands that are playing at that moment in time. So I'll sit I'll situate myself at main stage, I'll look after all the chairs and stuff, because we'll have them all out in a row like that, and I'll have like the bags if people reserve for director, that kind of shit, are they? Yeah, kind of. So if people don't want to like take all their stuff with them, and then I will look after it, and I'll just sit and watch the bands there because if I am not interested in the bands that are playing, but I've never heard of the ones that are, I want to give them a chance to do it. Yeah, it's just like, oh new music was gonna be this is not my favourite band. Exactly. Yeah, exactly. So I was doing I did that last year with um what was it, Kerry King that I did that with? Yeah, yeah. We went off to watch Parkway Drive. You did, yeah, whereas I've already seen well I I haven't seen Parkway Drive, but I've I've heard of them, I've listened to them, I'm kinda like, eh, I'm over it. You saw them at 2023? Because we fucked off to go to the book. Didn't they at 2023? No, that was a funeral for a friend who stepped in last year for um God Islands. Did they? Yeah. Either way, either way, I'll just probably get myself situated at the main stage. I'm not really that fond of corn. Yeah, I'm no I'm not not. So that's why like I'll I'll probably be like This is where I was sorry, let's just pretend I just said that. Well you guys can like go frolic. Oh no. But that's probably why I'll go to see Bullet, because I know Bullet are gonna be on the second main set of second stage. Yeah. At the same time, roughly corner on, I think I need to have a look at Clash Finder. I'll probably be reading the tense then. That's fine. It's absolutely fine, but yeah, because like I've already seen Bullet because I saw Bullet this year in January, but I want to see them again because in January they were doing the um Ascendancy Poison Tour. Was it Ascendancy? Ascendancy Poison Tour. Whereas now I know they're gonna do great. So it's like they're gonna do all my favourite songs. Yeah. So, question for Connor. You've been to download twice. This is gonna be your third one, as I said earlier in a row. Not taking into account this year's one, because we'll probably talk about that after it's already been. So far, out of the two, which one's been your favourite download? Oh. Dear oh dear. Get me thinking I get the call to work out, yeah. It's gotta be first yeah. First year? It's gotta be the first year of one. Okay, go on. Not only was it the uh It was it because it was your first Nah, not well it partially, but it wasn't just that. It was for me, it was It didn't rain. Well, yeah, it did it didn't rain. It was it don't get me wrong, it was you've had the best of both then. It was it was unbearably hot, don't get me wrong. It was thirty five fucking degrees. Like literally I was putting I remember putting sun cream on, looking down five minutes ago and I'd smoked a fag, I'd look down and the sun cream had literally melted off my arms. I was like, Whoa! I was like, it's that hot, so I had to literally constantly keep wearing a hoodie. Which was even more hard but it would stop me from burning. Yeah, I know. But the hoodie was black. So I was like, Oh my god, I'm dying on sizzling. Because he burnt he burnt on the first day. First proper day on the first day. When when he came in and met me and Neil in like um just after we entered, got our bag search and we were walking in, Connor came and gave us a hand to go like take us take us to where we were pitching our tent. Yeah. Um one, he was hung over, two, very severely dehydrated because you could see it in his face that he was dehydrated. He was green. Yeah, green and kind of like like sunken in. I think he had the heat stroke or something. Yeah, definitely. And he was just there in a hoodie as well. She's like, you poor bastard. Five seconds, five seconds out of the car with the air car, and I was like, dying. So I don't know how the fuck you survived. I really don't. Soldier on, you just gotta think, I'm here for a good weekend, I've just got to get on with it, you know what I mean. Like there's gonna be pain along the way, whether it's feet hurt, long the pain remains. Yeah, the pain remains, you know what I mean. Good night for a band. Um but it was it's one of them, like I said, it's not only because it was decent enough weather and it was my first year, it was not only the anniversary of download, but personally I think it's been the best set I've ever seen Breoming the Horizon do in the c whole career. Yes, it was Yeah, it was brilliant. I mean I I I shocked Neil because Neil seen them just when they were going a bit sour and they were a bit mmm, and I I even said to Neil, I said, Bro, these are gonna like kill this whole weekend watch. And they come on and they absolutely smashed it. Um and personally, as much as I love Metallica and I've grew up with listening to them and seeing them twice was amazing. Bring me still st stole the show for me. Stole the show, and I'll never forget that. I'll never forget it. No, I was in the videos, I was like, Wow, they really really did. They really did. All of us had our faces so lit up because we because obviously, like Bring Me went through that really um really shit phase a couple of years prior where like they were every every fan was saying that Ollie can't sing anymore, he can't scream anymore, he doesn't know what he's doing, and you know that was mainly because of the substances and yeah, and his relationships and then like when we all saw him and just the stage presence that he had and the fact he interacted with all of us, like he knew that we were like tired and like oh like completely worn out because of the water. But he bought the energy with him, didn't he? He did he really did as well. And the intro when they first came on was probably the best intro I've ever seen at download because it had because it was part of um promoting the album that was released, I think it was in 2020 or something. Yeah, the post-humanity. Yeah, but they did it in the Resident Evil style, didn't they? They did, yes, it was absolutely f it was so good. Incredible. So so fucking good. So I do have to agree with you on that one as well. Do you want to just turn that mic around? Because I'm looking at the monitoring and it's a bit there you go. I'll just hold it. I was gonna say if you turn it round so the like that. Yeah, because it pointed. Oh right. There you go. I try to do my best. Um I actually have a question for Connor actually. Oh, okay. Because you've experienced scorch load and drown load, do you have like pros and con tips and stuff? Just for me, really, of like, you know, the like the like what do you what would you find better if you could pick a weather for this year's download? What would you prefer for? If I had to pick weather for this year, I mean ideally I'd like it to be not 35 but a decent 20, up to 25. Um, maybe a few clouds if if it's gonna get like that, maybe a bit of I don't mind if it's sunny, I want it to be nice. I'd you want that in-between of balance, you want it so it's like, yeah, it's nice in the day, but when it gets to about like two o'clock, a bit of cloud comes over, gives you a bit of coverage, gives you a bit of time to cool down, chill out for a bit, and then on the night a nice little sunset or weather. It's giving you what's your perfect day. April 23rd. I've got I've got the perfect answer for this. Wednesday mor the Wednesday that we had last year. Yeah, that Wednesday. That was perfect weather where it was like sun cloud cover. Yeah, still could see the sun setting. Yeah, really nice chilled vibe. That which to be honest, looking at the forecast is probably what we're gonna get. I hope so. You know, you know the one that's on my Facebook. But out of the two, a scorch load or a drown load, which one would you each prefer? Oh yeah, would you prefer like I'd rather it be fucking muddy because I'm staying cool, or I don't like the mess, I'd rather be scorched and would deal with the heat kind of thing. Like, what would you what's your preference if you had to pick what one worse of evil? Straight away drown load. I'd rather it piss it down. And that's purely because I'm ginger, so I can't do heat anyway. Um, even when it is really cold, your tent still warms up, so you still get that little bit of heat, yeah, and you're walking around, so you're still again you are warmed up because you are extra. And the mud it it didn't bother me. Yeah, it didn't bother me at all because like I I went camping when I was younger, and I'm I'm a messy person at heart, so like I I didn't care enough. I was just having a really good time. I was just stood there in my poncho after it just pissed it down with rain. Me, Connor, and Neil, we were just sat on our chairs, absolutely laughing our asses off. In a thunderstorm. In a fucking thunderstorm with the rain pelt, we're just kicking me. Just listening to Fallout Boy as well, it was just absolutely amazing. But then also when you wake up the next morning, you got that nice smell of like well, obviously forget all the piss and shit that is outside of your tent because the toys smell under the piss and shit. Yeah, smell under the piss and shit once that's lifted a bit. So if you get close enough to the ground, you can actually smell the freshness of some of the grass that may be growing there. I dropped my phone as well, didn't I? You did! I dropped my phone and it landed five stone in the mud. I went down and go, Whoa! No! I picked it up, I just turned it over, I looked at the screen, I was like, Yeah, piss and shit on my phone. I've seen this lot. Diamond Cynic. Oh that's person. Commiserations. I remember it flipping like a piece of toast. But do you know what? The the advice the advocate the advice that you're asking, Talia, is is regardless, if it's muddy, if it is rainy, do you know what? When you have the mindset of fuck it on here, on here to enjoy my own. You won't care. So what about the mindset? You don't forget about the mind. You don't give a shit. If you fall over, you'll just laugh about it, and then everyone else will be like, hey, you're gonna. Put it this year. For my very first year that I went, which was back in 2014, when we got there, it had already been raining profusely for days before. So it was really shit before we got there. And um we when we got there, it was like, okay, it's been raining. It was fine when we arrived. It was a bit overcast, and then it had a few showers here and there. Yeah. But there were some really hot points where it went from like 19 degrees up to like 28, like it shot up in an afternoon. So whatever you were wearing, the problem that you don't want to have is you wear something when you're out, the year and can't easily get rid of. Yeah. Especially if there's a run of bands like there was on the Saturday that year, where it's like, you know, got suicide songs, like Dahlia Murder, loads of bands like you know, Steel Panther, stuff like that. There's just band after band after band you want to see. Trivium as well was on that day. Yeah. And you're just going, I I can't go back now, I'm locked in. So you kind of don't want both. That would be my pick. You either want one or the other. Because if you for me personally, the heat was a bit too much for me. Like, I got a nosebleed. When I got back to the tent, like just profuse blood coming out my nose because I was like, Yeah, like you're like you're constantly open to the elements. Oh yeah, you're open. Yeah, whatever's going on, then you just got to. Like when when he got back to the tent, he was um, like you said, he had a he had a massive nosebleed, but he also like when he was blowing his nose, loads of like dry dirt was coming out. It was like black. Because it was so dusty as well, and like every time the wind picked up, just more dust would go in there. So he was blowing his nose and he had a bit of a panic because he was like, Oh god, there's blood, oh god, it's black. Like, you know, he didn't really didn't really know what to do. I didn't know what it was. I was like, what the fuck is this? Um but then after about like an hour of blowing his nose, he was like, Okay, I'm fine. Yeah, let's go. But round two. To answer the question, last year's weather. If I had to pick, like if if so two for drown load then. Yeah, if if I had someone held the gun to my said and pick one, I'd pick that one. But ideally, if it is praying, it's this way, like the Wednesday was last year, and we got there where it's like not too hot, there's a bit of cloud. All you need is a light jacket. Basically, yeah. So it's like breezy but still warm. Yeah. And a little bit of cloud covered. Like how our spring's been, to be fair. We've been had a really good not last week, but the week before. Yeah. That's what you want. Yeah. Yeah, because let's find it to be fair, at the w at the minute, what we've experienced so far in this well, in this month, is when it has rained, it hasn't actually been like really bad. It's just been like a quick mad shower, it's gone. Like a thunderstorm will last like 15 minutes and then it's hot again for the floor. If you have that download, yeah. But when it's like raining constantly, like it was for like a few hours, especially on the Thursday when it just pissed it down all day. Or the baby metal, oh god, yeah. Oh god, that was the thunderstorm, well, the rainstorm literally just happened over our heads. Even everyone was laughing, everyone was laughing. We were looking at each other, we were all going, oh my god, this is so bad we're gonna be. And then we all just did this. For those who were listening, obviously, we just like turned and like to the right and like saw this black fucking cloud, it looked like someone from fucking halo coming towards us, and we were like, fuck. Oh fuck, and then we saw lightning coming out of it, and we were like, Well, put the ponchos back in boys, yeah, got strapped in, and then it just the rain just opened. It just literally was like the whole time. It was amazing. Well, it did not only did it feel good, but it was the fact that everybody was in the same boat, and all you heard was there was no moaning, there was just laughter. Because it was just like Jesus. Really? What the fuck can you do? Nothing. What the fuck can you do? You've got to fucking thermit. You can either either sit there and accept it like we did, or you can be those types of people that bitch a moan and walk back to their tent to try and get dry. He just drapes an old shit. Yeah, you may as well just stick with it. Because if you if you dress correctly in Crocs. In crocs. Well, unless you've got magical powers like this man who's somehow got his foot under the mud but come back up with them dry. Yeah. Don't know how the fuck he did. Like fairies were. The whole time Damon was there, he was just kicking his his little feet in the mud with his Crocs on, get back to the tent. I've never seen cleaner socks in my entire life that have troped through mud. Now either he's been very sneaky and changed his socks and thinking none of us are gonna be the wiser. The biggest conspiracy theory. Or he's a fucking wizard. I think he's a wizard. I think he's a wizard. I think he's a wizard. Yeah, that that's kind of my answer. So, Damon, what about you? What what's your thoughts? Moist load. Moist load. Moist load. Speaking of which, no. That's my nickname in prison. Sniffing now. Yeah. 18 to 20 degrees, sunny all day. Yeah. Perfect. Yeah, yeah. Red night, red morning, I like that. Yeah, that's perfect. I've got some advice going into download as your first time. You can honestly prepare and prepare and prepare. You are never prepared. Especially like as a girl. Yeah. Nature happens. Well, luckily, I'm my nature happening stops um three days before, so perfect. Okay. And I'll be ovulating. So who knows? We need to pack it, plug some. Yeah. Fuck you, what about I'm gonna put my ear up to the tent? Fuck it. Should we be in there watching? Like, one! Hold on a thing, some snacks, the cardinals? But again, one thing he's trying to say is no matter how much you think you've planned and how much stuff we've bought to go, you will still like get your tent up, get all your shit ready, and there'll just be a little f voice in your head and go, could have done with that, couldn't I? And then you go, oh. That'd be a cool challenge for me, because I like to test my organising organisation. Freddie, I love you, but you were a nightmare. You were a nightmare. Oh my phone's dead, diamond. I know you got that battery pack over there. Come on. Come on. Again, Mary Poppins over here with his bags. Bless him. He put up his tent last year and we were getting because the way that we did it is we had the. What? Okay, she'll get there later. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Give me a second. We had the gazebo in the middle and then we all put our tents around the edge. So we had like a cute little communal area where we would all sit, we'd all smoke, and just listen to some music. Damon bought like bought out this fucking mahoosive speaker, looked like it was part of a karaoke machine. Don't know how the fuck you managed to get in with that. But then also we were just like, oh, what are you gonna do for power? Because none because we've all got our power banks, we just didn't see him with one. He's like, nah, kid, got that. It's got a fucking plug on it. It's got an actual plug on it for like you know, if you've got hair straighteners, you can plug it in and shit like that. Fucking phone. That lasted you the whole entire time. And not only was that powering his speaker, it was also powering my phone, his phone, Neil's phone, Freddy's everything. My Apple Watch. His Apple Watch. iPad Why the fuck did you bring an iPad? I was debating the switch before not iPad. What's the point? I could bring my oh I could bring my my Steam Deck. Oh fuck me. No, I wouldn't I'll not be. I'll probably get robbed. Diamond Dominic. Why mean? If you said like maybe like, I don't know, uh DS Light, I'll be like, yeah. But like a Steam Deck, bro. How to push just for the price of them, I wouldn't I wouldn't do it. How to push a switch. Didn't you say that you were like very tempted to bring like an Xbox? And a TV, an affordable TV. Projector. A projector. Didn't they get projector? What is it? We were watching um, I think it was just after Download 23, or just before Download 23. You showed me. It was TPD at 2000 Trees, they were playing Guitar Hero in the tent. Yeah, they literally, they went to bed. They went to Ikea and everything beforehand. They bought an IKEA double bed, built it when they were there, like they kept it all in the flat pack boxes, they put their tent up, they built this bed, they rolled out a mattress, they put some cute little cushions on it, a cute little duvet cover, and they were like, okay, so body pillow. In it. They were just like, that's the sleeping quarter. Now we're gonna go onto this bit, and we're like, hang on, what the fuck is he doing? He's building a coffee table, he's put his Xbox on there, he's got his fucking Nan doing the dishes. May as well have. May as fucking well have. He's got everything barber kitchen sink. And he's just sat there playing guitar here because he's bought his fucking Xbox with him. And we're just I'm just sat there thinking. That's amazing, yet so stupid at the same time. That's a bit of me, that is, that's sick. If I had the means to, that would I'd be all over that. That is how I would picture you doing that. Yeah. To be fair, Mim and me, I'd ideally I want the tents at like the fucking Quinnich match in fucking Goblet of Fire. Just walk in, it's a mansion. You're fucking sick. If only if fucking. We were looking at tents like that, weren't we? Not actual like mansion tents, because that fucking bag. I wouldn't live here right now. But like we were looking at homes. Off next year will be bigger. Fucking up. Yeah, it's in this year's, yeah. He's gonna bring a whole construction crew with him. Um JCB pulling up and carry the shit. Imagine if I allowed you to take port then you know them portable houses. Imagine if you can put whack one of them on the field. That's a sick damper. Yeah, you can literally buy a flat pack home on uh Amazon. You can get it delivered, you get it delivered by a massified survey truck, they'll bring it off, and it literally it just folds out and connects each room and there's proper doors on it and everything. It's a heavy sense, it's just a portable house. Imagine off basically as well. Yeah! That's a question for you, download. Would would you consider that? Would that be allowed? Yeah, imagine but the price ticket range for that that they'd have to like have their own section. Probably. You know about the caravan sites and all the fucking fancy TPs and shit. To be fair though, if I won money uh we'd do RAP straight away. Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Like absolutely. Like every single R.A.P. Well here's a funny thing as well about um another show to do a download podcast. They're doing download again. I think they're on the Wednesday this time instead of Thursday. Yeah. Obviously we can't go because we haven't got RIP tickets, so we can't get to that stage, which sucks. But they keep getting offered RIP camping and they keep turning it down because they want to stay in Blue Camp. Yeah. Because that's where they always go. Which is fast, but like for a for a content and an experience. Well, Stu did do it the one year, didn't he? Went on his own. Yeah. I think it was 2023, he went on his own to RIP. And he literally pulled up his car, put put his tent next to it, and just stayed there. Yeah. And had private shower like private showers, private pub, everything like that. Like an actual pub. That's fucking surfaces and shit. And then they could get to the VIP bit where all the bands go. Yeah. Which is where me and Chris were because we were in guest camping the first year I went. That's where I met Dan from Bury tomorrow. Yes, it is. And um Robert from uh what was Volby? You know, the guitarist met him as well. I'd like to do RIP at least once. Yeah. But I think that might be saving for the fucking TP's once. Two grand. But that's mega money. But walking past that it looks magical, I know the cabin. Yeah, a lot of proper. But the problem is though, when you walk past them and you're in general camp, you look at them and you think posh guns. Poshmarkers. Yeah. Every time you walk you walk back, because you have to walk past them to get to the arena. Yeah. And you look you're walking from your bit and you've gone to the co-op and got whatever. And you know, maybe sandwich or something, and you're walking up and you look at them and you go, Posh guns. It 100% comes from a place of jealousy. It would be for me. I'm like, you know what? Fuck you first. Fuck you. Yeah, because it could be if I could, it would be me. So what do you do for a job that you can afford that every time? Guarantee. Most of them are retired. I'm like, how? How do you accumulate that much money that you can just do it every year? Fucking hell. I think that might be like more of a tenth wedding anniversary thing for me and you, I think. Yeah, I think so. Yeah, that seems acceptable. But uh Yeah, I mean So votes were drowned load then? Yeah. Yeah. Continue Damon's bag. Oh yeah, shit. I'm with I'm with the nice weather thing, but I I will agree just because of the first day and how hot it was. Like I I actually you can ask, you can ask all three of these guys. Like when it first started getting muddy, I was getting a little bit pissed off because I was like, I weren't expecting it to be as muddy as it was when I thought I was fucking skeptics. But then it was like it was that scenario moment where like I just looked at everybody else and everyone else was just laughing, having a good time, not caring. I was like, do you know what? Why am I bothered? Why am I bothered about mud? Like, do you know what I mean? You step in mud sometimes almost every day, just walking somewhere, who cares? Yeah. Do you know what I mean? It's part of the earth, innit? It's only your phone. Is it on my phone like that? Another thing that I quite liked about download when I first went was when um Neil and I came back, I had um an email from um this completely random, random email address that hit me thinking, oh it's a fucking scam. And um no, because the old phone that I had, my Samsung, I left it there. I dropped it as we were packing it up and I left it. And someone emailed me saying you've left your phone, and I was like, Can you prove it's mine? Like send me a picture of it. So they did. They sent me a picture of this phone, switched on, yeah, and luckily there was a lock on it. So I don't know how the fuck they found my email address, but they did. What do you say that? Because there the sometimes I s I think it's a Samsung feature where you can if your phone gets lost, it comes up with your email address on your lock screen. I think so. So that's probably fuck thank God for that feature because And um yeah, so they sent me a picture of it turned on and they sent me a picture of the phone case, and they were just like, This is your phone. I went, Oh shit, you know, thank you so much for finding it. I do appreciate it. Um and they were just like, Yeah, you can have it back. I just want you to pay for for post and packaging, eight quid and I got my phone back. That's uh and that's what I really that's what I really liked about it because like genuine fucking people You wouldn't you wouldn't get that up to the president, yeah. Speaking of which, are we still doing that day at Fuck yeah Leeds, yeah. So Anyone else? No one else. Bill Murray's at Leeds. Oh, is it Bring Me? And Bring Me. And then Shikari. What die? And Lick Biscuit? Yeah. When? I think it's the is it Thursday. It's August. It's the Thursday twenty third, was it? How much is it? 125? Yeah. When does it fall on a weekend? Uh oh no, you said Thursday. A day. Wasn't it the Saturday? Do you say twenty third of August? 135. That's Saturday. I could do that. I could Saturday, the 23rd of August. That's doable. Yeah. Might change your mind then. Think about it. Little biscuit. You've got Becky Hill. Enter Shikari. Mr. Bill Murray. Bill Murray. And you've also got your uh your Lamborini girls. Yeah. Lamborghini girls. And a couple of actually there's a couple of bands here from uh actually download as well. You got pale waves on there as well. That's decent, you know, I might consider that. And you got um heavy older as well. I think what people fail to fail to realise with like ticket processes is the fact that like you look at that just in itself, it's 135 quid for just that die, right? And you look how many big names are there. Now, usually, if you look at bands today that are as big as they are, you'd be paying 135 just to see one band on the road these days. Yeah. So when you look at it, it's actually a ball game. People who mind about this Holy Osborne thing and the ticket prices, I don't think that's that's just viable because like No, but I don't think that that price was even bad considering how many the line-up that you've got there. That's incredible. Yeah, that's incredible. What diamond? Yeah, I'd invite you. You've thought that type of fucking money to piss away. No, I did not. You could. So I only brought two. I thought the standard general was 250. More than more than uh everything was sold out on the ground. I must have read that wrong. Because by the time Sam got through, because he had season ticket holder for Villa, the only reason me and my mum got them is because Mum used a credit card to buy them. And I think all in all were about 405 for two tickets. Wow. And we were in the altend as well. So we're right opposite the stage, on top, like the front row, the top bank of the altend on the left, if you're looking from the picture. So your mum was so sweet because the whole plan for the um Aussie thing was that me, Neil, and Lindsay were gonna go together. And then because um there was a rule saying you could do to get two tickets per card that you were paying with, Lindsay was like, Oh no, you and Nikki can go, it's fine. I was like, no, Lindsay, I really don't care enough. You can go. Yeah, you can go, because I yeah, don't really like Aussie that much. I like one song. And then she was like, Are you sure? I was like, just get me t-shirt. Yeah, in it. Just like in Lion's hair was there. I think regardless, like, if I don't get a ticket before the days there, I'm still gonna go down to Villa Park because not only am I a Villa fan anyway, but like any if any anyone you can hear you can hear stuff from outside the arena anyway. I will join you. They're doing some at Aston Hall anyway. Oh they are they're doing some at Aston Hall anyway, they're gonna have big screens apparently in Aston Hall, like right opposite Villa Park. Oh there you go, then that's fine. So while I'm in there getting getting my head kicked in. Take a cool box for snacks. You guys can be nice and chill outside while I'm in there getting beat up. Little picka dicky, yeah, man. Might take these uh camping chairs. Yeah, I literally just said like we take the chairs, take a cool box for snacks, park up, take the gazebocket. Yeah. It's a hot day. It shouldn't be about to do it. I believe my mate um has got a friend who lives in a terror block right near it. Oh, and you can see the grains. Oh sick. That's gonna be good for him. Especially with fans those dyes with hundreds and that's fine. Yeah, I'll actually binoculars. If you can, if you can get Mr. Matt. But with um with saying that when um Metallica were doing Download 2023, they had these like massive sound towers. And then after Download 2023, Metallica donated them to download, so then they were there last year as well. Nice. So you've got like this massive sound tower and you've got like screens all over it as well, and then you've got like the screens on the side of the stage. But where we were last year and for the year before, because it goes kind of like an uphill type thing, you can still see. Nice, regardless. You just don't want to be behind the actual sound bit itself because then you can't see shit. Yeah. But we always go to the one side, and that's where funny enough, Pizza Time came from because that was a that was a food stand that was already there, and we were just like, oh, where are we gonna meet? Oh, we'll meet at Pizza Time. Nice. Hence the name of the podcast. Nice. Full circle moment, yeah. Nice segue. There you go. I don't think we've ever discussed where the name came from. No. So that's the first time it's been oh a little baby. Sorry, Ollie's been really cute. Um, but yeah, that's where the name came from. So um Yeah, I I don't think you can ever prepare yourself for it. Cool. But you can try. Yeah. I mean, I'm there I'd rather have things that I don't need than need things that I don't have. Yeah. If that if I said that right. I think that it's a good thing that we're going on the Wednesday because it gives you two days to get used to what it's gonna be like before it starts kicking off, you know. Because once once when you go on the Wednesday and Thursday, it's kind of like the preamble and when everyone starts going to the doghouse in the den for like gigs that are on there, you kind of see a mini version of what it's gonna be like. So if you can deal with that, you'll be fine going in because the the thing about the arena is especially like 2023, that was rammed. Like I've never seen download that busy, like literally like hobbling to get anywhere. That's how packed it was. But it was sold out. But it was sold out and it was the anniversary, and you got Metallica two nights, which is a massive pull. Yeah. Um I think another thing as well is don't don't you hear a lot of stuff about different festivals about how people act and everything like that. It's not a lot of like downloads, you know, we've been going the past three years, and we can all sit here and say that we didn't see really in a little bit of trouble. Like everyone's kind of on the same vibe, no one's aggressive, no one's nasty, everyone's having a laugh. Yeah. Like, even if like you say quote, people join in that night where I sang through that thing, everyone joined in, it's it's all love and respect. Yeah, and that's what you want. I've seen that in the the download groups on Facebook, the the communities in there are so lovely. Especially girl groups, but I was gonna say the I know that the females have got a certain female group going on, yeah. Which is pretty cool. Yeah, that is good. Yeah, just like a no girl asking for advice, it's like, oh well, I'm gonna be on my period for this, that is my advice, or I've got chub rub and things like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like the the piss, the piss post, whereas that people are suggesting taking um like you know the big bottles of like dazz and Lenore like fabrics off and stuff like using them to piss in. Yeah, because the holes are big enough. The holes are big enough, and if you especially if you don't wash it out, if you leave a bit of residue, there's no odour at all, and you just collect it and then just dump it at the end of the week. Fucking geez, well they had them uh they had them piss corners, didn't they? Piss corners. For the girls, yeah. They're like little cubicle things, but like you just sit and squat. Yeah. And you just do things. Yeah, yeah. Which is pretty cool. So Yeah, I see like a morning shit. Like I can dump in the morning while I scroll on TikTok and you know, drown away my sorrow. Well, if you're gonna do that. No, that's when my portable toilet comes in. Well, I was gonna say you are gonna go to the main toilets to do that. Yeah. Do it at about seven in the morning. Yeah, because after that, yeah, forget it. If if if if noise wakes you up, you'll hear the trucks coming to re to redo all the toilets, and once they're gone, that's your best time to go. Yeah, but I'll I'll have the portable toilet. That's kind of like the best thing about like the girls' toilets in a way, because like men they've got the cubicles and then they've got the urinals as well. But for girls, obviously, because we we have to sit for everything, yeah. Which is not fair. But that's an argument for a different day. Different podcast. Different podcasts, different day. But like they do clean them quite regularly, and even if you do go to the ones in the arena after there's been a long ass fucking queue, there is still a sense of hygiene in there because every girl is exactly the same. They want to take the toilet roll, they want to use the hand sanitizer. It's not gonna smell as much as the men's do. It does smell sometimes, because you know, the festival food, sometimes you get diarrhea, sometimes you don't. Yeah. But it it it is what it is. The drama of last year. Yeah, that poor girl. But um and like ours when you get mount shit more. Yeah. Oh yeah, I was gonna put a duck on top of that. Best way that I can explain it is seeing the difference between the male toilet and female toilets at Planet. The girls' toilets have some respect to it. Men's, yeah, it's out the window. Like the doors are missing and there's no toilet seats, but hey, this is a shit on the walls. Yeah. And I'm not promoting vandalism, is it? But take a pen with you as well. Oh, I'm tagging Sharpies. I've seen some stories on some of the toilets in some toilets. Yeah, there was that guy with the gold pen who wrote in every stall, and it was like, what was it? It was like day two, just took the morning shit and he's like telling the story of what's happened in the day three. Oh, I love that shit. That's really brilliant because you're going in and you're just reading this while you're having a crap and you're still laughing. Yeah, it's so funny. Some of the stuff you shit seeing, some of the people that you meet as well. Yeah, brilliant. Like, I've told the story before. I don't think I've told it on the podcast, but the when me and Chris went, which is my first year back in 2014, we bumped into a guy dressed like Buzz Lightyear on the first day. And the first band, which was Within Temptation, which is the first band I ever saw it download, so I might have to sneak off and go see them for a minute just for nostalgia's sake. For sure. But we met this guy who was dressed like Buzz Lightyear, and we saw him on the first day, we kept bumping into him like every single day, like multiple times throughout the day. And on the last day, I can't remember who we were seeing. I can't remember who it was, mate. I think it might have been bowling for soup or something like that. And we were quite far back, we were like by the same tower, we were like in the middle-ish. And um we saw him go over our heads in the crowd in a rubber dinghy, spotted us, and he went Lads! And then he just descended into the crowd, and that was the last part we saw. It was just like what literally on the last days spotted us, turned around and went, Lads! Look at that as he's going down fucking brilliant. There was a crowd surfing there as well. Oh yes. I want to be skinny enough to be able to crowd surf. It's my dream since I was like nine and listen to like you know, brats, rock angels, and I'm like, oh, I'm I'm a rock chick now, so I want to do rock chick shit. I want to crowd surf. So good. So good. I wonder what's gonna happen when uh Steel Panther come on. If uh they will point. Any girls are gonna let's see your titties! They will, they will. I've seen Still Panther for once, and when it was Charlotte Sylvia, so you know it was a good fucking line. Oh fucking hell yeah. Yeah, and uh yeah, we yeah, just the girls got on stage and like leopard print bikinis, and it was amazing. Yeah, so what I will say is when me and Chris saw them at 2014, they did play 17 girls, and literally 17 girls on stage got the title. Brilliant. And we were just there like, wow. It's like two teenage boys in the crowd going, oh my god, it's like yeah, it's just oh my god, dude. You stay the typical lads, whoa literally, that's what was going on. But it was quite funny because when we were watching him play, there's this one girl who stayed on stage, and like Satchel's obviously the lead guitarist. She kept trying to like grab his dick while he's playing the song. He's like, oh, I'm like trying to batter off while he's playing. She's having to play like one and then batter away like that. So stay away, stay away kind of thing was quite funny. Black heathen, get back, yeah. You know how old he is, don't you? No. Satchel. He's like in his late 50s. Is he really? He looks like he's 30. The dude doesn't look like he's aged today. Wow, he's on that adrenochrome shit. Yeah. But uh, no, but they are quite fun life to be fair. Aside from that, like they are they are bants, to be fair. Yeah, they're the ones that are um clashing with uh Kids and Glass. Oh really? Yeah. Oh yeah, well half and half, then that's the way it's gotta be. That's that's the way I look at it. You just have to if you've got bands clashing and you both you want to see both bands, you just you decide which half you want to save which half, you know, and you just avoid it, and then because the stages aren't that far apart, you just decipher, you just cut off at a time like I'm going over there now. You should have 20 minutes with uh Steel Panther and shift out of. Yeah, I think it's the like you know the setless and you what if you wander off and like your your favourite song comes on next and you're not there. Usually usually you can hear. Oh yeah, you'll get to a point where the minor arena where it is in that side. If you just do a bit of a walk past like the ferrets will on your roll and go down that way, you can start, you'll just hear the other stage, so you'll know exactly what's on. So, how many bands are usually playing at a consecutive time? Probably like three, four tenths, isn't it? Yeah, all at the same time. All at the same time. The worst one for me is the Sunday morning because there's four bands that I want to see on at the same time. Harpy, Orbit Culture, Southern River band, and another one that I can't remember. I like Southern Culture. No, Cameron Deer is the one I want to see first, because we're gonna go see Justin Hawking Rides again on the den, and then they're the first band playing that I want to see. So go see her. But on that day, I've already seen Orbit Culture, they were sick. I've already seen Harpy, I haven't seen the Southern River band, so I'm gonna go see them. Even if I'm on my own, I'm gonna go see them because they're on the main stage. Yeah. Oh, here you go. So, yeah, so I've just got Clash Finder up for so on the Saturday, let's say for example, so we've got a clash with Green Day as a headliner, and within Temptation and with McFly. Those five clashing. Because McFly are on at 5 to 8 and they finish at 5 to 9. Within Temptation is on at 25 to 8 and finish at 10-2-9, and Green Day are on at 10-2-9 until 10 to 11. So you've got a you've got a good clash with them ones, so you're gonna have to McFly. You're gonna have to pick. On the Saturday, you've got Sleep Token clashing with Sex Pistols and Dayseeker, because they're all the main headliners. Oh, why did I say Day Seeker? On that. And then on the Sunday, we'll just go for headliners. You've got corn clashing with uh Steel Panther and Kids in Glass Houses. So that is how you can see there, because all the bands lined up as well. So yeah. Sacrifices, woo, and then you've got like and then you've got like um I've got sixth as well, clashing corn. So you've got like Outpost, which is just like a little pub, Ace of Spades, the Den as well. So the Den's not actually in the arena, it's just slightly Oh, we agreed that we're seeing President. Obviously. Obviously. I mean they've they've only got the one song out still, right? This is what I'm saying. So are they are they just singing that one song or no, they're probably not being a little bit more than a little bit. This is what my if they don't release anything else towards download now, I imagine. How would it be a fresh reveal on stage? No, no, that that's that's what I'm that's what I was gonna say. Yeah, if they don't release anything now, then I'll have a feeling that when they start playing the download, you we're just gonna hear brand new songs straight off the back. Which you reckon they'll start. That'll be cool though, seeing something like that, because it's like, oh okay. You know. Do you think there'll be a face reveal? Nah, do you even know for sure it's Charlie? Yeah, because it's Teeth. Yeah, definitely. Yeah, and the voice, come on now. Yeah, for sure. And his eyes as well. Yeah, it's the eyes, yeah. My theory, and I've said this before on Xbox to you guys, I think download will announce uh not download, Sleep Token will announce their next album at download. Yeah, for sure. Before they start the show. Yeah. Yeah, all the faders. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You'll have to be like a video. Yeah. You'll have to be like a video on the screen or something before to like announce it. And then, like you mentioned, maybe they'd open with one of the songs off that and then drop into the normal, but I don't think they would. I think they'd announce it and then start the night belongs to God and then play the set. Or maybe do you think this is when we will get them speaking? No. I don't think they're the way. They won't. They won't. They won't. Because that's just giving people what they want to do. And I imagine President are gonna be exactly the same because there was uh something that I read, um I think I read it here, didn't I? Yeah, you did. Um basically, I think I can't remember what magazine it was, Rockfest or something like that. They did uh there was quotations that obviously Rockfeed. Yeah, Rockfeed that that he made to the magazine, and it was like we are remaining anonymous, just like. Yeah, you're like you may know who I am or whatever. You may know who I yeah, you some of you may know, but like when I put on the mask, I am a this person. I'm not the person I was, like, which I love because it's like it's not yeah, it's like separating the art from the audience. Yeah, it's like it's like it's like almost essentially cosplaying. It's like once I'm in this outfit, I am this person now, I'm not me anymore. Like, yeah, yeah, yeah. Which is cool a lot. Yeah. Hint, hint, wink, wink. Mmm. Ludge, nudge. Yeah. Spank, spank. Okay, so going then into maybe going a little bit late into the future then. Early predictions for next year. We literally did this last episode me and I owned it. Okay, go on, what we're saying. I think Ghost. Ooh, I can't. Yeah, Ghost are gonna return, definitely. Bringing the horizon again. Hope so. And as much as I don't want them to, I think they will, Iron Maiden. Oh that's what I think next year's lineup's gonna be. Architects are gonna make a return as well. Oh yeah, they'll be on main stage a bit higher up, I think. Yeah, definitely. Because I've just released some of the well. And possibly Deft Tones as well. Yeah, yeah. I'd love to see Deft Tones back. I keep putting them on lineup predictions every year just in case. Deftones, deftones, deftones. Trivium as well, they'll definitely be there next year. Yeah, trivium. What about you? I don't really have any predictions. I've got more like hopes, but Okay, what are your hopes? I mean it's not gonna happen, but just because they're my favourite band like Paris, obviously. I know like I would I would love to see Cassia at download, she's already done the download. I would love to see Rory as well. Oh okay, yeah. Um, which is if you don't know Rory, it's you know ADHD Love, you know the girl with the blue hair. Yeah, on TikTok. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I fucking love They were there last year. Yeah, they were there last year, yeah. Yeah, because she spoke about it on their podcast, and uh yeah, I would love to see her live, it'd be sick. I don't really have any predictions, really. No, you're gonna get the feel of the land first. Yeah, because obviously I've got no experience of it, and I don't how do you base your predictions off? Like what's your mechanics or something? So with me, with the predictions that I've made, and some of them have been accurate, it go for me personally, it goes off who's touring that year, yeah, who's big enough to tour that year, who sell new albums or sell out concerts. So when I went to go see Fallout Boy in the October of 2023, just after we got married, it was a new album that they were promoting, even though they didn't do the whole album when they were there, all of their concerts were sold out. Yeah. And they had a big fuck off dog on stage. They had a big fuck-off dog on stage, which I was just like, they're gonna be at download. Fucking side note only clocked on to me the other week though, that that dog was not a hint at download because that dog is on the cover of their album. So I fucking shot myself in the foot. However you were right, but I was right, yeah. So the past two years, because for Metallica and all that, I didn't predict, because I just we just bought the tickets when we moved here, because I got my deposit back on the flat, and I was like, fuck it, we're gonna hit a download, so just bought the tickets. Nice. Because you've never been. I was like, well, I'm gonna go back, so we'll go. Um but I've predicted two out of three headliners for the past two years. No, because I've predicted Queens last year and Avenged. You did, yeah. Um I didn't predict Fall Out Boy though. Nikki predicted that one. So did Fred actually in Fern is two in. And this year I predicted calling green day, but I didn't see Sleep Token doing it. I thought it was gonna be like Ghost. That was my lineup was it was gonna be Green Day, Ghost, Corn, but I'm happy with Sleep Token being like because they've earned it. So I could go for it. I'm gonna say a band that hasn't performed there in over five years. And I would like just because they're one of my favourite metal bands of all time, I would really like to see them again. Um Periphery. I don't know if I think. I would die to see Periphery there next year. I I really hope they do because it's it's been a while and I know they've you know they've they've keep releasing music as it's today. I'd I'd just love to see them back because you know it it's been well yeah, it's been fine. We came with Romans as well to be good. We came as Romans, yeah. I'd love to see Youngblood. Young Blood. Do you know what? I was thinking about saying it before. Bloodfest. Bloodfest, yeah. That's his festival. Yeah. No fucking way. Shit. Not Bloodstock. So he could No, I know, I've been to Bloodstock. I've been a Blood, I've never got a Bloodfest though. He could be, he could be there because I know that he did something with Bring Me the Horizon. Yeah, so that might actually tie in quite nicely to next year. Popping off at the moment as well. Really is so if Bring Me Are there next year, then chances are you know they could. could that would be sick do something like whereas with is it V this year or V Fest this year that you're blending going to be two reading which everyone's closed then. So what I'm thinking then is because like leads slash reading are kind of like a pop quote unquote like festivals like things. It used to be metal and then they got swapped over to download and then it went from download to bloodstock. But because Bring Me A there, chances are they're probably gonna have Ed Shearing because of that one song as well. So that's more clout then for Ed Shearing of bad habits. I think festivals these days are coming to a point now where it's like anything goes like that's what that's what that's what people don't understand now is everyone understands that download is a metal thing but like if you look at like like you know Nicki's looking at Minair S. Yeah like Mike and performing then they got booed off yes. This is what I because you said that anything can happen right so this is what I'm thinking Mike came a touring next year in Mexico City as part of a 20th anniversary of the Blackbraid album being the biggest album they've ever sold so that's one of my predictions. But things that I because I wanted that to happen and you and then you mentioned that they got like booed off stage on throw and stuff like that. They were never downloaded even though they did download in America like little two years ago. Yeah they got booed off stage and they got pissed thrown at them at down at the download when them a a good couple of years or so ago I hope that doesn't happen to fucking sleep token because all those things. No, the only thing that might happen to sleep token and this is something that might happen if there's a lot of diehard metal ends going which from what I've read it doesn't look like there is this time. If it was then it would be a repeat of what happened to BiffyCloro which is where half the crowd just fucks off. Yeah I mean I would at BiffyCloro that's the thing though it's now like the generational shift it's the same thing that happened at Planet like when we went to Planet it was all Paris, Paramount all these things and then as we started to fade from going to Planet the younger generation were coming in with their newer music so when we went with Nest we were there just half one in the morning we've got four of these songs we don't have any I recognise that young bud's voice but that's about it. But again this is why I think my cam because my cam are because the newer generation because when we went to go see them there was a lot of young kids there that are appreciating the music. The other good point to add to this is that because we've now got Bloodstock all of the die hard metal heads which I guess you could c class me as one of them I guess but not now really because I've sort of broadened my horizons a bit but bring me the horizon. Yes but they all fuck off to that so they won't go to download to it's very rare you'll find someone who does both because they'll either love the download vibe where it's now more inclusive of old pop and dark indie shit which is good because I'd said before and I said it on our very first episode that download needs to diversify and they have a USB. No it's dead. No can I charge it for you? No because it's dead it doesn't have a thing I will I thought that was like a charging for give me yours. But um basically to add to it Neil I will say that you know um everyone's got their everyone's entitled to their own opinion of of course but the one thing I will say to the people in the comments who have been very negative towards the bands that are performing there this year like like what Neil said if you don't like it there is plenty of other other festivals that will have everything that you want like stop moaning about it like do you know what I mean? If if if it's not band for you sucks to be you don't it sucks that you've got shit music to it sorrow people will still moan. People will still moan but it was like um it was like when we were buying tickets for last year's one because I remember I sat on the chair in the corner there and it was um just like everyone was like bitching around why a Fallout boy there Fallout boy aren't even that good and and rare rare and it's just like don't fucking go then or if you want to go and see a band that you quite like and buy a ticket for that day there is day tickets there is weekend tickets don't ruin it for the rest of us. That's what fucks me off about haters it's like oh they're shit they're not shit they're not shit because they wouldn't be where they are if they were shit you just don't like them and that's fine. That's fine. But don't shit on people for liking something that you don't like you're not the only person on the fucking planet. Fucked me off Olive Olive fucking pretty I hate Adal is she shit no of course she's not she's got an amazing voice I just don't like her voice personally that's cool. You wouldn't pay money to go see her but fucking I'm everyone knows if you're driving down the road and you hear hello from it's Chinese Thay can I mean it's no one's gonna sit there and fucking listen to it. Unless your mum mum sorry Ange she'll probably hear this love you sponsor by love your pet hashtag the perfect pet parent everyone get on it thank you this is really nice isn't it Love Your Books by Angie on Instagram shout out to be having to get some of these for download can you get these in can form so currently uh Neil has passed me some Thatcher's blood orange cider and it is very very nice. You know that is this this is kind of drink I'd have a download. You know what that is not dangerous to me I'm gonna be a basic white girl and get four cans of Taurus rose for Aldi and I'm not a really big alcohol drinker like taste of alcohol unless it's red wine. Oh no this is lovely but I'm gonna be decanting my birthday red wine into a full fat Coke bottle and disguising it as that need to disguise it you can just walk into the campsite alcohol. Yeah as long as it's not in a glass bottle if it's not in a glass bottle you can just bring it into the campsite you just can't take it into the arena that's good. Alright speaking about stuff like this I was speaking to Tally about this earlier download I've got a bone to pick with you so Ron I am going to a camping festival what do I need what are the tools I need so as I entered the arena I got searched and I had a mallet on me a rubber mallet which is used for none other than putting pegs in the floor and keeping your tent down now the woman who stopped me confiscated this hammer and said I could use it for lethal use whether what she meant was violently attacking random people probably didn't have a tent pegs if you put them in a wolverine claw you know I mean I was gonna critic nails I stopped and you know with disbelief laying eyes up on her and I'm like looking confused and I'm like what do you mean and and she's like I've got to take it off you because it can be used as an offensive weapon. So my response to that was well how do you expect me to put my tent up because I'm used that's what it's for. Yeah exactly. I'm really sorry but you you'll have to buy one in there and I'm like nutting my forehead okay then cool you know what I mean so that's not happening. Yeah confiscate my weapons I could just go buy a new one. Yeah I can just go and buy another hallo for about what a like a 200% markup price yeah literally something that cost you six quid in fucking BQ or something like that is going to cost you a kidney and a fucking your firstborn child. Yeah. Oh my god ridiculous fucking ridiculous yeah we won't bring up the security don't I've already I've held up a load of A4 sheets of different bags I've got and I'm calling it that's that's not going to change anything because they're very picky and choosy my black bag is not the is is exactly the same size as an A4 piece of paper because that's the thought I had in my first way they let me in in 2023 no not last year poor Neil bless him thank you for the sacrifice had to trap back to the tent because that one fucker screw no no and yet they let a fucker with a camping backpack with a backpack straight in literally straight in. Make it make sense yeah but thank you to Connor thank you to Freddie and thank you to Kel for standing with me because I was stood there fuming. But yeah and Freddie was like have a fag love and more of a story don't risk it just get an eye full bag don't get anything any bigger don't risk it just a fucking fanny pack. Yeah I've got two I can't wait to use them well I need to get my leg pouch that I'm gonna get you might want to order it now Bob oh I can get in prime Primus not spot as well Optimus Prime Bezos help me out broke I'm gonna start I'm gonna build a shrine and start praying like a pentagram on the floor and catch up and just be like there going Homender Bezos home delivery not just fuck it out are you absolutely not a bold man pitch one of Amazon boxes with his brain pulses just like I am here to deliver sort of like thanks bro fucking off you fuck but yeah um just trying to think any other points where you want to secret set yes yeah right who who who do we think Talia ironically fly leaf hasn't they didn't oh my god I haven't thought about that age I like that they're back together a lot sir yeah that'll be interesting that'd be fucking awesome yeah that'd be good secret set look busted I'm gonna go for this year instead of the next year Daemon Electric called by I have heard some rumours they're gonna be playing elevator operator on and they've just released a brand new song yes they have yeah could that be in the mix then do you think next year for a headliner I reckon they might headline one of the tents I don't think they want to do with mainstage what about um opus maybe opus stage I think would actually be really good for that yeah it's got the right vibe tree because each I think I think each tent stage has its own vibe as well tell you so if you want die hard metal you go to the uh what is it is it the dog dog tooth tooth yeah yeah the dog tooth stage if you want like your more poppy alternative shit you go to Avalanche the Kerrang tent. Cool opus is like bands that are like up and coming or like decently sized and then the main stage obviously for like big acts so to be fair Hayley Williams has just released new music she has no gosh words Hayley Williams what's your prediction in the monkey electrical box oh yeah sorry uh Connor Odd Watchy Ghost I was thinking that and I'm only saying that because same aspect as Carnival Dimes said they've just released a new album again. And they released a new singer Um yeah he's transformed again now hasn't he I can't remember what his name is now I think it's just another Papua Matrix seven or six I can't remember which one it is now. I don't know how quite some the lore is actually pretty crazy on it though I'm not gonna lie I'd definitely love to see you can see his lips and they're slowly peeling back the curtain although everyone knows who he is already because of that lawsuit so but uh yeah I think I think Ghost is a good show but I think I don't know I do think it's gonna be like a bigger band that's like a big big band oh really okay that people are gonna get lose their shit over that they're not gonna be expecting so like I don't know like Venga Boys 2.0 or that well maybe I was thinking like or just off the bat kill switch just off the bat like that just kill switching guys they're just there. They go to the tour I was looking at that I was looking at that as well you know what I've got in my head is is constant money constant money money constant help me then it's on merch spend as well I I did a calculation at work with Jason because you don't know how much money have you spent on gig tickets in the past year. Yeah and I did I did it and I was like I was like how many? I was like hang on and I did the maths on it it's about two grand I've spent how could you how could you ever how could you ever be bored if you won the lottery or just literally look at the yearly list of bands I'll be like I'm going there I'm going now going there the rest of the year I'll be going abroad travels yeah flying to the event yeah fly to the event yeah yeah we can actually go see fucking MCR of Mexico you'd be okay just go backstage you know what I mean? Yeah fuck just just look at vessel and just just just bow just yeah you've got to I wouldn't do that anything less than that is just shining I'd just I'd just hand him a pint and go fair play fair play. That's what I'd do I'd just feel like fair play mate and then just leave him alone just feel like fair play yeah I'm gonna go I'd hand him a feather and go thank you and then run away I'm not a massive Sleep Token fan. Fuck you I'm I'm really not why okay what is it about it that's like not your cup of tea so there are songs that I do like but the song the songs that I like are the song that everyone likes The Summoning Choehold Aqua Regia. I do like those songs I granite no disrespect but I think it's because I'm very I'm very set in my ways about the songs that I like and the music that I do like so it it does take a lot for me to like listen to new music as well. You're more on the lines of like panic the discourse if it wasn't if it wasn't with me through secondary school it's not gonna be with me now like I will give props to them though. They are they are very good. So when we were stood in the kitchen and we were listening to Caramel that's a very good song it's the first time I heard it's the first time you heard it as well because we were just listening to it and then Neil came back from work and he was like oh my god the whole album's come out can we listen to it together and they're going I really don't give a fuck mate but credit where credit's due yeah I I I do like them. And again it'll be one of those things where it's like I will go see them just to say I've seen them. And they change my mind I think if you I'm not saying they'll change your mind completely but I think when you do see them live at the time that they're on as well when it's dark and they've got a light show I think you'll be very captivated by it and you'll be drawn in because even though me being a big fan of them as it is when I've seen them live I mean when they opened with the Night Does not belong to God they literally had it in sync with the with the lights and it went with the song and it was just like one of those moments where you just couldn't record you were just like just captivated. That type of shit turns me on as a theatre kid that type of shit turns on it's funny to say that because I obviously I've never seen Slip Token live however I've binge watched live performances of them and I think what people haters aren't getting from my perspective is like they're not just a masked band like Slipknot to me they're like it it the characters in a performance like in a stage show yeah it's a show it's a stage show it's a play it's kind of story yeah yeah if you if you watch it as an is a way of like I'm I'm going to theatre to watch a live performance of a musical it changes the game you know I mean and the thing now you're speaking about language this is this is what we said we when we say them I highly recommend we we we somehow all go down yeah I'm I'll happy ham. Even if we have to like just look at the watch and be like I'm gonna have to sacrifice this last song run back to the tent put all your shit and then just go back get to the front yeah just yeah I'm all you get after because it's gonna be immense it's our hands away. Yeah it's gonna be good. But the thing is as well what I will say is even if you give it a run through once I'd say listen to the new album before you go. Yeah because there will be playing songs from it and there's some songs on there that are like gonna be if not already which by the numbers they already are but there's key songs on that album that relate to the whole fucking story that crack it wide open. Yeah because in in the past especially early on their songs were very like metaphorical and he was using sleep as like a metaphor for a person whereas now for the song that I can never pronounce the name of that get get some that one he literally peels back the curtain and he's literally talking about the physical experience that he had with this person and what's gone on. Yeah like I I know all about like the the story and the meaning behind like the actual name of the band and and what they're trying to do. I completely get that and I love that idea because in my knowledge and understanding no other band has done something like that. People have done something similar but not in the way that they have done it and I was like I quite like that. Like no stone is unturned with everything they've done its full full purpose. However I may not listen to the album before we go because again going off what Tallio and Conor were saying that it is like a live performance. Experiencing the song for the first time with the performance I want to be in that R I want to be in that moment type I completely on I completely understand that. I may I may like on the drive back home I may play I may play Sleep token over and over again until Neil's just like I'm fucking sick of this shit. Yeah I know it's it's it's addictive. I mean to be fair like the song that I'm looking forward to the most is The Night Does not belong to God because it would as soon as I open with that's it I'm gonna be like losing my fucking mind on that style. I'm looking forward to when they do the summoning because that is actually my favourite song that they have ever done. Nice. And it is such a good song and it's not because it's like the most popular it's one of their classics in it it's one of their classics staple be because I have listened to it because I I was playing GTA a couple of months ago and I was listening to that album on repeat because I I wanted to try and get into it. I really did but ADHD I couldn't focus on yeah I couldn't focus on the TV and then that and I was just like I got very overwhelmed by it but as soon as like something came on I just shut off and I was just listening to it and it was just like the first time I was like that's actually really fucking good and I really like it and it's just the lyrics behind it as well but that henmanship is crazy. I think once people understand the concepts of mixing genres together like you know I was I said it before in a video like um I think musicians completely understand it but like people who are non not saying like you know don't know fuck all about music I'm just I'm just saying very yeah these these these keyboard warriors who are just drawn to the same genre and they're not really experienced in the field. This is a metal who gives a fuck is it a good fucking song? It doesn't matter do you know what I mean? And the fact that like this band has come out and they've worked so hard to get where they are now and creating you know that's why I write them as one of my favourite bands of all time just because it's got influences of hip hop ambience metal um classic it's jazz like it's got it all what's not to look like blasphemy saxophones come on to me and let's not forget that pink floor moment from the past when that when that first played I was like oh god and I was like oh I literally was like listening to it because I was down here listening to it because I started the album upstairs we went out and I came back and carried on from after past self so it would have been caramel that I came back to or was it dangerous? No it's caramel first isn't it and then I carried on playing it from that and I was down here and it was before you came on X Worksal and I was listening to it the guys were talking about I was just cocking in the deaf and because I was listening to it and then when Infinite Bass came on I was just like sitting there I was like okay okay and I like clocked on at that point where it was going to go because I was like okay it's gonna loop back. I can tell it's gonna musically make sense for him to do it. And then that bit came on I was like oh oh I look put my control down and I went oh the world in the chair literally did that I was like oh my god oh my god and then it just comes back into that heavy bit at the end of the song that repeats back to the why to winward the why that that ended and the fact that it the last lyrics you hear is like teeth of God blood of man I will be what I am it's like oh do you know what I mean and like you know ending on that heavy part as well where and if not not only that but probably one of very few heavy really heavy songs that ha literally carries on as an outro but it's still dun dun dun dun dun dun dun dun and it's just to me that that kind of is like is this a hint that like that being an outro even though it's like a loop that being an outro in itself does that mean they're not done with the heavy yeah they're kinda they're gonna they're gonna still carry on with the heavy they're gonna bring more definitely I feel it's gonna be like an extra two like bonus trap. The way my mind goes is like when they perform a download this year I feel like I don't know if that Encore, which I love Encore is like adult peekaboo. Anyway, um it's like peekaboo for metalets, but um fucking I feel like they'll perform like two unheard of songs at the end or something, or one in the beginning and then one at the end. J but like kind of like a tease. Yeah, but like dirty. You know what I mean? Dirty. I think that'd be cool. Just to like set the tone for longing and then end the thing. I think the the encore will be Euclid. Yeah. Yeah. That'll that'll be the encore. It has to be because if they start with the night does not belong to God, yeah. They have to end on that. Yeah, true. Because then if they pick the songs correctly, it'll tell the whole story in a cyclical way. That's literally what they did when I was seeing them a lot of literal um And with how like artistic they are with their planning and procedures, that would make sense. Yeah. Yeah. Well another thing about downloaders as well that I keep forgetting is if you if anyone is going on the Wednesday, as soon as you get your tent up, if you want merch, go and get it now. Yeah. Go and get stride away. Don't white around because I like the hoodie. The t-shirt. Have you seen the t-shirt? The t-shirt, I haven't seen the t-shirt. It's like it's like a blue thing. Yeah. Like the grim reaper on it with download above it and like three dogs that he's got on a chain. Oh really? That's sick. That was gonna be a question I was gonna have for Talia because she said that she wasn't gonna get an official download merch this year. Yeah, I just can't justify a hoodie of that price. Yeah, I for the memes, I should get one because it's the first download. But get a t-shirt then? Yeah, I just I'm not gonna wear it. I don't like the colour. I think you'll buy one of the jerseys. I fuck with a jersey to be fine. Because there's um jersey hot pants, come on. What's a what's her name? I seen it the other day. It's that girl, it's she's done a club in line with downloads, she's really good. Um I can't remember her name, but she's collabed and one of the download merch things that's gonna be sold at the store there. It's like a jersey, it's like got the download colours, it's like it's like black and it's got the blue, and it's got like the um what's that font? You know which font I'm gonna call it. No, not coming. So that's that's a you know, like the gothic kind of yeah that, yeah. Blat letters. Yeah, it is. It's Halberger, isn't it? The the old the old English thing people. Halberger, like curie new, it's cute. Funny, that's that's how me and him became friends. Because I walked into uni one day and we had like a Mac room and all that shit. And one screen had like a rainbow background with bitmapped images on there saying I love graphic design spelt wrong in comic sands, and I looked at it and I went, Who the fuck's done that? And then went, Oh, it was me. And then we started talking, oh, I'm going to the pub after this with my mate, Mark. You ever come with? I was like, go on then. And then Mark appeared, and then that was it. That was it, that's how we became friends because of that. A memed meat cute for it. That's just been memes and shits and giggles ever since. It has, yeah. Are you able to reach my uh sausage rolls by any chance? And this is the part of the show where Diamond gets to eat 20 sausage rolls. In one bite. In one minute. Thank you. No, I'm okay, thank you. I still don't trust you all. Sweet. But yeah. I don't know, I'm I'm looking forward to them probably the most because I'd say them the most because I've been listening to them like non-fucking stop. I think people uh who have heavily judged them will definitely be for a shock if they do stick around and watch them and go, oh fuck really. This is interesting. And then they'll have a different mindset, I reckon. Yeah. 100%. But you gotta be there, you gotta witness. Besides them, probably Green Day. Oh yeah, for sure, man. Never seen Green Day. No, neither of us. I know we well, we can all cider we've all done Green Day since bloody when. And Corn as well, because that was one of those early bands as well for me. It's Corn! I remember listening to Green Day on the drive down to Monands in Oxford, listening to um the Dookie album. And then the American Idiot album. I remember it very, very well, and my mum was like, Come on, girl, sing along. And we're just like, Yeah, do I be an American idiot? Like, I'm I'm like, what? So that came out in 2004. So I was like 10? 10, 11 years old singing that song? Fucking mad, and then singing basket case as well. I can't not ever talk about Grindow without mentioning that Voral video of him. Uh one fucking minute, you're gonna give me one minute. I'm not just in fucking Biber, you assholes. I must admit I do love Billy Joe for that. He's that he's funny. Yeah. Yeah. He is still very attractive to this day. And it makes me laugh because I don't know if you guys have heard of this band Madalli since it when he was a teenager, but you know, stray cats. I know stray cats. Yeah, you know, lead singer stray cats. Don't you think they look like each other? Yeah, they do. I remember my dad showed me as a kid and I was like, ah, what the well I say as a kid, teenager, and I was like, ah, is that Billy Joe from Green Day? He was like, who? What am I at? Okay, no then. Stray fucking cat strut the fuck, and I'm I'm sorry, Paul. Don't beat me again. I'm joking, he never did. I just don't know my mom's gonna listen to this. I'm taking the pissange. But yeah, um I don't know, obviously corn, because yeah. It's corn. It's corn. If it comes out on stage and does shots and ladders with the bagpipe, oh my god. I think I'd quite. If they ever did a pop album fit, they'd be called sweet corn. Oh fucking happy. No baby corn. Baby corn. Baby corn, yeah. Do not three rhymes. Speaking of which Slide Walk on. Oh, so you all love Slide Slide Wow. Okay. Yeah, they're um they dress up in Dogs. Like, yeah, they dress up as dogs with like dog helmet hats on and uh we talking like latex furries or we talk like tweenies, big big fluffy ears and bluey live. And they do like kids songs. So last year they did like um SpongeBob um Square of Pants theme tune. Um it wasn't but it's like death metal. Oh sick. It wasn't like a circle pit either, it was a hexagon pit if you're all like shapes, they're like the baby shark thing, so like the parents have the kids on the shoulders and like dolphins and shit like doing this in the pit. That's sick. It was really that. My inner child would love that. It was great, it was so fucking good. That's a picture of Slow they're going. Yeah. Oh sick. Yeah, they're all different dances. They are really, really cool. I really enjoyed them. It was so nice. Dame's got a video. He does, yeah. But yeah, we'll we'll uh we'll pass that over once we're done. But uh I don't know, is there any other key points we want to talk about? To be fair, I'm surprised none of us mentioned uh Lincoln Park possibly performing either. Oh fuck, yeah, no, I am I am hit and miss with Lincoln Park for next year. Oh my god. Purely because I know they've backed out quite a lot of things. So I d I don't think I don't I don't think they'll do it. I don't think they'll do it. I don't think they will because I haven't got the pull, but they used to have. Yeah, true. I would like them to do it. Yeah, for sure. Because I do like the new singer, I do like Emily, I think she's oh she's fantastic. She's really fantastic. The problem is though, no one can get past Chester. Well you're not going to, we're not in the past. It's like it's like not having a new singer, it's like it's not my concurrence anymore. Like I struggled with a drummer change, you know what I mean? Well, yeah, but like when when Lincoln Park did that thing where it was the countdown on their website, and then they did the count up, which then led to their um live YouTube performance, and everyone was just like, it's not Chester, it's not Chester. We know she's not trying to be Chester. That's why they've got a female on it. But the joke is though with that Nikki is all when you when you actually hear her vocals and her range, it's it's a female Chester. It is a female Chester. It is very well. They picked very well, they picked very well. And the thing is, like, I think um I think you were telling me about this, Bill, but they were like doing an interview or something, and Chester died in the 2000 and 2017, he died. They had her picked from 2019. Yeah, but they just didn't do anything because they're not. Yeah, because they wanted to respect Chester, they wanted to respect his family, which is completely understandable. It's a lot of market into fucking sorcerer as well. But in if if you think about it, when you are a big band like that, and then something does happen, like Chester dying, you can't then just be like, okay, well, he's died now, I'm gonna take a back seat because it was never his band to begin with. The show must go on. It was never his band to begin with. I think if they took a back seat, in my personal opinion, Chester would have fucking hated it. Yeah, he's like, Why the fuck? He would have fucking hated my fuck my mind. Because he believed and he enjoyed people enjoying the music. Yeah, exactly. They would not be the band that they are if it wasn't for the people who made them there. Same with Sleep Token, same with every other band. Yeah. And the fact that Emily's come on now and she's doing the best that she can. Granted, there's a lot of backlash because she's not Chester. I don't want her to be Chester. She's not a necromancer, he's dead. He's fucking dead. Tough shit. She's great. Move the fuck on. No, I think what Pippa's realise. I think it's not just that, I think it's uh the fact that obviously you put yourself in Mike Shinoda's shoes and you know he's been with Chester thick and thin with the band, and then obviously him passing, I mean, you're gonna take it hard, aren't ya? And the way you've got to look at it is like if you carry on something that you that that person was a part of, you you're respecting the legacy of it because you're keeping it going. Well, it's the same as what happened with Suicide Silence. Exactly. Because when Mitch died, because I I got really fucking upset when that happened, because they were like, as you can contest, they were like my number one band when that happened. Yeah. And then when they brought Eddie on, I basically wasn't sure because I'd watched him on the the memorial show, and I wasn't sure at the time if he'd be the right fit. But after seeing them twice live with him, and the punch and the impact that it has, yes, it's different, but it works. But it works. And the thing is, you look at Suicide Silence now, now they've moved away from being a Death Turns clone, which was weird. I don't know why they did that, but now they're back on their original form. Yeah. No one is releasing songs as heavy as them, not even Lord of Shore. Like the shit they're doing is like OG Deathcore, it's like fucking brutal stuff. If if you think about it as well, like how many people tuned in to watch the Lincoln Park live show? How many people then have then downloaded the album, the new album, how many people have then listened to it, and then how many people, if you think about it, have gone, hang on a minute, I'm gonna go back to the old albums. How much money do you think they've made? Not necessarily the click traffic in a line. Exactly. So not necessarily just the money itself, but it's like people from our generation who grew up on Chester, who enjoyed like the whole Lincoln Park from when Chester began in it to when he died. We're gonna want to relive that because it was Chester and it is something that we are familiar with, but then we are welcoming this, we are welcoming Emily as well. So it's kind of I don't understand why people are getting so butthurt about it because it is like we're appreciating what she is doing and what she is trying to do. She's trying to give them a new image, that's why they changed their logo. I did pay attention, and they changed the logo, they took a piece away when Chester died, they bought a piece back for Emily, they completely rebranded the best that they could while still keeping the name Lincoln Park. And it is like when Paul died from fucking Slipknot, Slipknot didn't stop. Yeah, granted, he wasn't a lead singer, but they didn't stop. Sound was Avenged. Same as Avenged, yeah. And if they did stop, fans would have been mortified. Yeah. I I love Slipknot, they are my favourite band of all time. I would have been absolutely heartbroken. Yeah. So a band should only stop if you know your lead singer gets done for nonsense and babies, you know what I mean? Lost profits. Yeah, that's it. That's that's a good full stop to your fucking whole career, you know, regardless of the thing. Nothing, nothing can bring that back. No, nothing is gonna ever bring that back. And it's such a shame. Even if I made so many good bangers, man. Yeah, you know that hurts. It's like it's only so much to like separate the art from the art if you can handle the name at whether that line. Well well, never less it's burst them. It's like when I'm ridiculous fucking hell. When Jason was round here the other week or something, he um no, not even the other week, it was a it was a good couple of weeks prior or something like that. He put Lost Prophets on YouTube and my heart was breaking because I was like, I really want to sing to it in it, but morally I can't because of what he fucking did. He had him on in the car the other day when he picked me up to work as well, got in the car. That's a nice car. Got in the car and he had the window. Well, he did actually drive past a nursery, funnily enough. He had it on and I looked at him and he had the windows open, I went, fucking Lost Profits. He went, yeah man. And he carries on driving and I was like, You know what? Do it with a chest. I was like, I looked at him, I looked at him and I went, fair fucking play. Not with the kids' chest, though, that's weird. Oh fair fucking play. On Spotify Lost Profits have got 299.6k monthly listeners still. And I have all of them joking. One of them is Jason. Yeah, one of them is Jason. Paran numbers, I mean. Yeah. No, I mean, I don't know, I think I would like Lincoln Park to be there. Yeah, it would be it would be cool if they were, but I I think because of the fact that people can't move away from that. Again, it's the same like what's happened with the new Doom game. Everyone who's like a proper Doom fan is like, yeah, yeah, cool. I'll accept it. It's Doom, it's a Doom game. Sick. People who bummed off Doom Eternal and were like the proper like neck beards, as I call them, they're like, oh, it's not the same. It's like, yeah. In it. But if it's not the same, there's two things you can do. Either A, don't worry about the new shit, don't listen to it. Or don't play it in this case. Yeah. And B, you can always go back to the stuff that you did like. You don't have to stop listening to the band. You can still listen to the old shit. Do maternal and hybrid theory. They're on the same kind of wavelength. You know what I mean? You can't repeat greatness, you can just carry on and have fun with it. Yeah, just and if if you want to relive it, go relive it. Yeah. Don't bring everyone else to go. Exactly. You know, you can always take a step backwards if you don't want to take a step forwards. Yeah, it's not Woolworth, it's not going to vanish anywhere. But again, if you do respect new sounds and you do respect other genres, you can learn to accept. I mean, there was a time where Brim of the Horizon released Ammo. Now some people liked Ammo, they liked the album. Me personally, I thought it was the worst shit they've ever done in their life. But I mean there was a few good tracks on there, you know, you had Wonderful Life, Ludon and stuff like that. There was some good bangers. Yeah. But for the most of it, when I heard Medicine, I was like, oh dear bring me. I was like, this is the end there for you. But they've even progressed further than that now, and when they released Posthuman, fucking hell was all wrong about them. Innit? All was very wrong. It just shows like you need to give bands a bit of freedom just to express. Yeah, not even that, just have a little periphery. They did an EP called Clear, and that was just an experiment where like each of them wrote their own song in the band, and my god, it was a good album. My god, it was amazing. Yeah. So you know, some bands just need that freedom, I think, sometimes just to experiment and just see what they can play. Like Paramour, for example, like after laughter album. Exactly. Yeah, it's not Riot will always be Riot, you know what I mean? But like it was still there's still something like Rot School of Boy. Sick song. Hard time, amazing songs. Yeah, like that was what Planet's New Year's anthem for like three years in a row, because I fucking remember every single moment. But like it's it's it's like a whole evolutionary thing. Because like you said, Riot will always be riot. Right will always be riot. Like it it will always be, and so will hybrid theory, yeah, but then so will this. Yeah. Well the thing is as well, what I always argue the toss is, is if somebody isn't prepared to listen to a band's new stuff and they can't move past something and they don't want to move past something, and my question is are you actually really a fan? Yeah, that's another one as well as it's a bit of a few. Because it's like if you love the band, you'll love the band. Yeah, they might put out a shit album that you don't really like that much, but you do what change days romance. You do you do what I did with Suicide Silence. You don't listen to that album, you'd give it a go, and if it ain't your jam, you just don't listen to them for a while until they put out some of that you do like, and then you come back in again and go, Okay, fair enough, that wasn't my cup of tea. Yeah, but I'm back again now, so and I'll I'll still listen to your other shit. Yeah. Again, going off going off Talia's point there, Danger Days, that came out in 2010. All the diehard My Chem fans that I knew, because we're a bunch of losers, um, back then they're like, Oh, now it's shit, it's shit. I really enjoy that album, just like you do. Yeah. But when we went to go see them and they brought out that song Foundation of Decay, I was like, I'm gonna give it a listen. Bless you, I'm gonna give it a listen. It's not my cup of tea, because to me that's not the my chem that I know, but I still listened to it. The fact that they gave us a little treat was lovely. They they bought that song out and they brought a couple more songs out, they included it in their set. I didn't go, you know what, fuck this, I'm not going, I said I'm gonna play that. No, I gave it a go and it it it's it's not it's not for me, but I still support them. Yeah, exactly. And it's like at the end of the day, like, oh I don't like this album. Okay, well you're not in the band, you don't have a say. Shut the fuck up. If the bands make the songs and the songs plummet, or it's a really bad marketing thing, or like you said, they do something really fucking stupid that completely tanks their career, that is on them. Yeah, it is not for us to judge and it is not for us to decide that. But even but even so, they'll learn that lesson as well. And when they release it and like no one listens to it, they'll go, Oh fuck, we have we took the wrong turn here that's bring me. We won't do that again, don't worry. Yeah. It's like for me with Bring Me the Horizon after Send Paternal. I stopped listening to them. Yeah. But only because of how they were at download that put me off listening to 'em, because it was really shit. Yeah. But obviously, now that I know in hindsight what was going on with Ollie, it makes sense. Yeah. Yeah. But at the time, one I was a teenager, and two, I didn't have the context behind it. Yeah. So it was like, okay, well, one of my favourite bands now sounds like shit live. The songs that I do like sound nothing like this a natural person, so no thanks. In it. So I stopped listening to them, and I only started listening to them again after download. So I went for what, nine years without listening to Breamy the Horizon at all. Like even if they came up, I'd be like, no. And that was me and you and Liam's car fucking singing out of the top of our lungs on my planet. Yeah. Because I'm just like this isn't this isn't what I had in my head. Yeah. Which again, with age, that changes. So I mean, like, now, if if if I met me now back then, I'd be like, what the fuck do you listen to that? Like, if sleep token came out then, and me then knew that I liked it, would be like fucking gay. That's sort of like, what the fuck are you listening to this for? It's like, why aren't you listening to Chelsea Grin every other minute? Like, you know, that that's what I was like back then, or like some disgusting Finnish black metal band from a cave. You know what I mean? Like, that was where my head was. I mean, part of it still is. But But just like Bancy Gro, we we we dropped testing. Yeah, exactly. I mean that's the thing, like, if you listen to because I was listening to the Deer Download podcast yesterday, when Nicki's mum was over. And Adam was actually talking about um I think it was Kids in Glass Ages, he was talking about Adam. And he said I used to listen to loads of their shit back in the day, because I had to, because all my mates listened to it, so it wasn't my thing, but I listened to it because they had it on. So, but now coming back to them, you can tell it's been about ten years because the sounds evolved. Like if you listened to the band then and now, you wouldn't know it was the same band, apart from obviously the vocals and everything like that. So other than those bits, there's no connection, which is good because it shows that they've evolved. Yeah. So, you know, I think I think that's the thing that people need to kind of keep in mind with musicians, is they are people, they're not robots if you like an album. Music machines, like you know, I mean you can't always write the same stuff over. Unless you're iron main. All the albums are the same as that. You can't win. Yes. Unless you're Iron Main, then you can release the same album with a different cover on every single year. Yeah, literally. Fucking get paid millions for that. Just fucking retire from cash crabs. And stand on a stage going, Can I play it with my net all the fucking time? It's like, oh fuck off, Bruce. Yeah, that's why I don't like 'em. The music is great, but hear me shrewing it. Because when it was Paul Diano, R. I P. Okay. Great band when it was a villain. I have a question for the group then. Go on. If you could pick one band To be at download that you know will never be at download. Oh, okay. Who would it be? Controversial or not, who would it be? I'm taking lost profits off the table. Okay. Yeah, that that's that's a valid point. That is yeah, I'm taking that off the table. So can this be a band that exists but with members that don't anymore, or is this like uh bands that are alive and still kicking, mate? Are alive and still kicking. And then we'll go on to that one later on. Jackson Five, I'm joking. Um Jesus Christ. Would that be a stage in the mini marsh? It can't be. For that one. It will if Michael was still alive. Yeah. Please edit that out then. Leave it in. No, I'm leaving it in. I think so. I'm leaving it in. Jesus Christ. Sorry, Mom. That bit I'll edit out. There's a sudden cut there. Something was changed. Yeah, me. Um. But yeah. I don't know, that's a good question. Um go on, Bob. Since you asked, you clearly got an idea. It's the wiggles. I've got an off muscle. No, it's not the wiggle. Okay. Aspen Alexandria. Ooh. They they performed in 2023, didn't they? No, they didn't. They did, didn't they? Yeah, they did. Did they? Yeah, they did. Yeah, I didn't say that. I thought they said that Black Valbrides or something. No, Black Valbrides was um gonna be 2020, because that's the one I was gonna go to. Um but I don't think they will do it. I've seen them too many times to count. Yeah. No, Askin would do it, but it wouldn't be the same as it used to be. Because Danny doesn't scream anymore. And if he does, it's very rare. So does it have to be bands or can it be like just download just do bands or can I just well Harpy's not a band, she's just Harpy. They do um solo artists as well. So um Bambi thug from your vision was there. Fairs. Okay, then my my one I guess would be because he's an all-rounder artist, Asli does just do the one thing. Play Post Malone, not gonna lie. Because Mans can scream, you know. I'd have Post Malone as my choice. Yeah, it's a very good one. Come on, Damon. I'm still thinking. Oh, okay. Me? Yeah, you got one. Come back to me, because I thought asking was a pretty good one, but come back to me on that one. Oh god. Mine's very rogue. Yeah. Neil Buchanan, you know. Hmm. I'm sure. So many, isn't there? What was you gonna say? A perfect circle. Who the fuck are they? You know Tool. Yeah, it's a lead singer. It's a lead singer from Tool, it's like Tool but less trippy. I would like to say that. Devin Townsend. He he would definitely do that, he does blood soft. Pink Floyd. Oh that's a show. That'd be good. Pink Floyd. That'd be awesome. Yeah. That'd be unreal, actually. Yeah. Yeah. Creed. Oh no, they have to do download at some point. I would be at that that fucking set quicker. I'd be running to go see Creed. I'd be like, we'll have one in the fields, just on my knees going, yeah. Fucking yeah. What about remember three doors down? Oh, that'd be sick. Three doors down. They're a great band, Three Doors Down. Here without you. I'm a fucking Superman. No, it's Kryptonite. Kryptonite, yeah. Sick song. I've got mine. Golden. Bon Jovi. Ooh. No, I've got Yeah, duh. Bon Jovi. Bon Jovi, yeah. Sexy man he is. What about you, Damon? I don't know. I don't know. Hugh Ackman doing the greatest shoe. I don't know. Imagine take my money. Well I know Bill Bailey's done down low before. He did Metallica with horns. Yeah. So he did it, it was like fucking hell right, okay. Yeah. Yeah that. Britney Spears. Imagine. I'm joking. Jack Black doing Britney Spears. Oh. Oh, can you imagine if Tenacious D. Tenacious Did you know? I've got one of yours doing the Tenacious D as well. Tenacious D would be sick. Tenacious D, that would be amazing. That would be unreal to be fair. I would pick I'd pick either a perfect circle. Yeah. A perfect circle, definitely. I'd pick that. Yeah. What about dead ones? Yeah, so dead members of a band, or just dead artists in general. And then we're like straight away. No. Fuck's sake. King is colour. For fuck's sake. If we're doing dead, I've got a good one. Go on. Hendricks. Ooh. Ooh, it's a good one, boys. Just to see him just put that tab of acid in his head, put the M band on. Just get on and do do. Fucking freaking green at download. God damn. I'll be a good shot. Queen at downloads. I was gonna say queen queen. Oh. Queen. Mine would be children of Bowden. Ooh. That would be mine, because I never got to see them. I had the chance and I didn't fucking go. And I kick myself for that all the time that I never saw that band. I love the Lexicler. I mean that's why I got that fucking white guitar upstairs, is because it's just like homage to him. I I know he's not dead, but his career may as well be. Savage. Savage. 30 Seconds to Mars. Oh. Oh shit. Yeah, I love I listen to them this day. I love those things. Oh, I would go see them. Yeah, I'd say I'd see them live, yeah, sure. I would go see them. What about Eudemon? What are they called now? I don't know. Narrowdown. Killing in the name of. Oh right. Oh, they rage that is bad. Best Christmas number one in it. Love it. I'm so glad that happened. Oh, that was that's one thing. I've got about the British public. I've got another one. Moathead. Oh. Boston Pacilemmer. Yeah. You've been seeing a statue. No, I want to have a devil. Apparently it looks just like him. What dead? God damn it. He's gonna be surrounded by bottles of Jack Daniels. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Bottles of Jack Daniels with candles in the top. Yeah, just packs of marble red. We'll give me empty bottles. It's the story that fucking Scotty Enthromanthrax told about him. And he was like, we pulled up to like a gas station, petrol station, for those in the know. Um sorry Americans. Um and uh said, yeah, we we've pulled up to this petrol station, and he gets out and he goes and buys like a box of cigarettes, and he buys a massive bottle of Jack Daniel and a massive like four-litre bottle of coke. So he pours out part of the coke, opens the Jack Daniels, and just pours it straight in. Doesn't get any food, and he goes, Yeah, not getting any food or anything, goes, No, I don't fucking need it, and just starts downing this thing and just lights a fag. It's like just like near mind at this point the guy's like, I don't know, in his 60s, and he's like, What the fuck? He's like, How? How are you still alive? Rock and roll. And the thing is as well, they tried to give him a blood transfusion at one point, and they said, and quote, you can Google this as well. They said to him, if we give you a blood transfusion, put clean blood in you, it will kill you because your body is that toxic it won't know how to handle it. Yeah, it won't know how to handle it. It won't know how to do it. Literally kill him trying to refresh his blood for both sides. It will kill him. That's how toxic it is. Yeah. So, yeah, that that's my picture. Either children are bowing them all. It's like those old people, isn't it? You know, when they're uh, you know, coming up to the 90s and like they're like, the doctor's told me I've got to stop smoking, but I'm 90. I might as well not keep going there. It's like, well, yeah, you might as well, because if you stop and your body tries to recover at that age, you'll die just from recovery. Yeah. So just carry on. Fuck it. It takes energy, you don't have it. Right. Yeah, have we got any more questions? Because we're about to hit the two hour mark on this one. Jesus. Wow, we've done well. Yeah, this is this is the longest episode we've ever had. By like 20 minutes at this point. Awesome. Nice. Oh well, just um my advice is you know, have fun, stay safe, and don't talk to strangers. Don't yeah, don't talk to strangers unless they offer you candy from the van. That's when you take candy off strangers at state. I've got a small tip. On T. On uh on Twitter you can get um liquid death. Five pound a case. A case. A case. Mmm. Can you get the other flyers as well? Um not looking. Only now, but you can get definitely get the uh maze of one. I'll have to definitely uh Yeah. Yeah. Because there's any left after I've placed my order. Can you pass me the drink again please? Oh it's gone. Oh you drank it all first. Um But yeah, I don't know. I think for me, my only advice for download is don't overpack, don't overthink it. Hydrate, hydrate, drink, drink, and have a good time. Or don't drink. Or don't drink and drug. Don't drink and drug. But uh yeah. And just yeah, just have a good time, don't think about it too much. I mean once once you're there and this goes straight to you, Talia. Once you're actually there, you will not care. Yeah. Whatever's going on. For a fact, for sure. Anything in your normal life, you will forget. Because when you're in that bubble, the second they open those doors, in fact, even before then, really, when you see the sign that says download and it's got the yellow arrow on the motorway, the second you see that sign, because every single year that Nikki's seen it, she squeals. Every single year that I see it. Every single year that I see it, I get butterflies in my stomach and I stop gagging because I get that excited. I'm like, oh what to get in there kind of thing. But when you do get in there, and they open the doors and you go straight in, everything outside, all your work worries, money, all that shit, gone. Nice. You just stop caring the second you get in there. You're just like, I could not give less of a fuck. Oh. I'm here for one thing and one thing only. But it goes quick. Those five days fly. My bad. Like they literally disappear, and you'll be packing up on the Monday morning. And if you're anything like me last year, you'll cry. Yeah. Because I did when we was leaving last year. Don't know where it came from, just died. Yeah. So the blues kick in straight away. Oh god, they did. As soon as we were leaving, I was looking at Nikki like I want to go back. I was like shaky lipping in the car, go back. Kind of thing. But yeah, that's kind of my last words of wisdom is you won't care when you're there about anything else. Oh no. You just go into this little bubble and that's it. Five days. So. And don't worry about getting dirty either, you know what I mean? Who gives a shit? Like, yeah, you know, you've got your standard hygiene, but like if you get muddy, you get muddy, who cares? Doesn't matter. Suck it up. Five days. Just don't eat it. Yeah, I don't uh yeah, I think you said a face mask, I presume. And that first shower when you get back. I bad. Chocolate milk. Oh. I show it on there. Literally orange coming off your skin. That's right. Like you will exfoliate yourself and you'll just feel like you've just like you're like a snake and you've just shed your skin and you're so invulnerable and all you want to do is cry in the shower. That's me most days. I'll blend in quite well with that then. Oh there you go, then again. Fucking awesome. Yeah, that's uh I think. Are we wrapping it up? Yeah, I think so. That was a that was a good run. Alright, well, we'll let uh Connor and Talia say goodbye first this time. Thank you very much for the first time. It's alright. It's been a pleasure. Wifey. Yeah, it was alright. Have a good time again? I did have a very good time, thank you very much. Alright then, and it's a goodbye from me. Adios. See you next time, guys. Take it easy.
