You guys... I've been doing it wrong this whole time! Mitch schooled me on how to properly groom my horse and look our best for the Halter classes. Did you know you aren't supposed to use a curry comb in a circular motion?! Blew my mind!
Form to Function is something Mitch talks about A LOT. No matter what class you want to show, the structure of the horse is the #1 priority. Not dropping off behind the wither was something he said first: a good topline is a priority.
We talk breeding, showing, grooming and how to be your best in the halter pen.
Even if you only show in the performance halter to secure your chances for winning an all-around award ... this podcast is SUPER helpful. I know I learned a TON!
