Encouragement
Warriors, what's going on? How you doing? I'm back again. Yeah. As always, if you can hear the sound of my voice, you are on a positive trajectory. You are going in a positive way. Some place, some situation that is going to be for your good, right? Yeah. So, warrior, right now. I want to remind you that you are in a place where you can be yourself, where you are protected, where you can take your armor off. You can lay down your weapons for a moment. And just relax, right? Yeah, it's all right. It's all right, okay. All right, say, breathe in. Breathe out. Yeah, breathe in. Breathe out. Let go of stress. Breathe in healing. Let go of stress in your body and in your mind. And breathe in healing. I don't know where you are in your life right now. I don't know if your situation is one where you are winning at every hand, or if everything seems to be a challenge. But however and wherever you are, I always have to say this. You have survived a hundred percent of the things that were sent to destroy you. If you've ever listened to a previous episode, I'm sure you've heard that again, but I want to repeat it one more time. You have survived a hundredth percent of the things that were sent to destroy you. Yeah, you warrior. Whether your friends sent it, whether your foes sent it, whether families sent it, you still find yourself listening to this voice right now. So this is your evidence that you pushed through, you made it through, you live to fight another day, and sometimes that is a blessing all in of itself. You made it to this day, to this moment. You're stronger than you know, Warrior. Yeah, now today I am going to discuss grief from a warrior's perspective, right? Cause even though we have to fight through to get through, we still have losses. Yeah. So to the warrior, grief is a sign of is not a sign of weakness or deviation from the past. It is the final tribute paid to a fallen comrade and a necessary process for maintaining the integrity of our soul. It is the final tribute paid to a fallen comrade and a necessary process for maintaining the integrity of our soul. In many martial traditions, the warrior's standpoint on grief is defined by discipline, communal honor, and the transformation of pain into purpose. Yeah, I like that. From pain into purpose, pain into purpose, pain into purpose, pain into purpose. I love it. Yeah. See, in the warrior culture, bonds formed in the heat of struggle are considered stronger than blood. Yeah. The bonds formed in the heat of struggle are considered stronger than blood. When a peer is lost, grief is viewed as the final duty owed to them. To not feel the weight of their absence would be a betrayal of the connection that kept both of you alive. So it's okay to fill the void. It's okay to feel the empty space, warrior. It doesn't mean that you're weak, it means that you're human. It means that that relationship was very special to you. Twice as high. Huh? Wow. A warrior carries their fallen friends not as a burden that slows them down, but as a standard or flag that they must now carry twice as high. Many traditions are specific rights such as an empty chair, the missing man formation, or the pouring out of a drink to externalize the internal pain, giving it a structured place to exist. I don't know about you, but how many of you have pouring out a drink for the ones that are no longer here with us? I know I have. Yeah. I'm gonna share something, warriors. In the last three weeks, I have lost three people that really mattered to me greatly. And all three of them were unscheduled, and by that I mean no one expected that they were going to pass away when they did, and so right now I am speaking to you, warrior, about grief as I myself am feeling it right now. But I want you to know, Warrior, that you're strong enough to get through even hurting, even if it's the main person that you have in your life, even if it was the main support system you had in your life, know that you can make it through and not only make it through but thrive. Yeah, I'm gonna read that one again. The grief becomes a reminder of the fragility of life, sharpening the warrior's appreciation for the present moment and their dedication to protecting those who remain. You warrior, I'm one of those who remain for me. Yeah. So the objective for us is to move on and heal, but also integrate our feelings and honor those who are no longer with us. Our focus is to have emotional health. When we are a warrior, we have a duty to the fallen and to those who depend on us. We can express this part of our grief mainly through being open about our vulnerability. But even while being open about our vulnerability, we must be disciplined when we reflect on those people that we lost. And see, when we do those things, we can have closure. And how do we show that we have closure? Well, for me, it is continuing to serve others, right? I get so much joy out of seeing someone do well. I get so much joy out of adding to someone's lives. That's what it is for me, just adding quality, not just space, not wasted energy, but quality, right? Because, see, warrior, when you come into this space, I want you to know that this is just for you, this is just for you. Now, I don't know who you look up to as a higher power. I don't know even if you acknowledge that there is a higher power in your life, that's definitely your business, right? But as for me, I have a higher power. I have a God that loves me, and even though he sees every mistake that I've made, he continues to give me strength to be here to do this right now. Yeah, grief didn't slow down this particular episode. Grief made me do it faster. So, with that being said, I pray that that this is encouraging. Just want to remind you of something, Warrior. The brave man or woman, it's not he or she who does not feel afraid, but he or she who conquers that fear. Similarly, the strong man or woman is not he or she who does not feel grieved, but he who carries it into the next battle without falling, without faltering, without giving up. Instead, we push harder, we push stronger. The opposition that comes against us, and as I've said so many times, when the opposition shows up, what do we do? We can go to the left, huh? Yeah, we can go to the right, huh? Yeah, we can go below it, yeah, or we can go above it, or if you're a diehard warrior, we can go through the middle, we can go through the middle, yeah. It might be the hardest part of the opposition, but we can do it, uh, because sometimes we don't have time to deviate and make this plan or that plan, or how we're gonna do this, or how no, we need to get to A from A to B. So we go right through the middle.
SPEAKER_00Oh my yeah, blessings on blessings on blessings on blessings, warriors.
SPEAKER_01Keep your head up so God can see your face clearly, and so you can see the blessings coming down to you because you didn't have time to look down and see who was talking about you, who was stabbing you in your back, who was trying to mistreat you and scandalize your name. No, you were focused on doing what you had to do, yeah, and that's how you make it through, that's how you break through, that's how you bust through the opposition. So, water, as you pick up your swords, no no, let me backtrack as you pick up your armor again, yeah, as you now put your helmet back on. Yeah, now as you pick up your sword, whether your sword actually in reality means going to a computer, doing a hard maintenance job, being a truck driver delivering things, being a doctor, nurse, whatever it is, you have now picked up your picked up your armor, you picked up your sword. So now as we go back into the world or continue to fight and conquer things, I want you to know that my prayers are with you. Yeah, no matter what you say or what you believe, I'm gonna pray for everyone who hears this. Because whether you believe what I believe, I believe when I pray for you, God is going to do something great. You're gonna get approved for some paperwork, right? You're gonna get good lab results from tests you've taken previously. People that you want to be in your life, and they left in an angry state will call you, and you being the warrior may say, Oh my gosh, okay, I'm not going to complain, I'm not gonna say, I need to win. You'll have the mindset to say, Oh, it's a blessing to hear from you, it's great to hear from you again. What's been going on in your life? Blessings can come in so many ways, not just finances, but improved quality of life, improved mentality that will allow you to be open to receive positive blessings. So now that you have your armor on. So now that you have your weapon of choice, as you go in that world, remember we are spiritual beings in a physical world, not in the physical world. No, no, no, no, no, no. We are spiritual beings in a physical world. Period. There's so much power and energy that can be had that will galvanize your physicality once you get your mentality and your spirit in order. So let's go, warriors, yeah. Let's go out to play, yeah, warriors, let's go out to play until next time. As you see, I'm trying to get consistent with this warriors. Because if nobody else hears this, I'm also speaking with myself. Until next time.
