If Trump wins in November, then he and his Republican allies will change our government in such a way that no democrat will ever be elected president again. If Trump loses in November, then several states will annul the votes of their citizens and simply declare Trump the winner, send Trump electors to Washington, and Trump will be appointed President. It doesn’t matter what the Constitution says or what the Supreme Court decides, Joe Biden will be the last democratic president.
