Calvin Bagley started in 2011 as a solo insurance agent in Las Vegas, sitting in people's living rooms and helping them understand Medicare. Nobody handed him a playbook. He figured it out one conversation at a time.

Fifteen years later, Nuvo Health is a nationally recognized FMO. He built The Medicare Store with physical locations across five states and PlanFit Medicare, which operates on a philosophy that removes financial incentives from the advice process.

What most people don't know is that Calvin also has a published memoir. It tells the story of growing up with learning differences and navigating an education system that wasn't built for kids like him.

The two stories connect. Building something genuinely different and writing honestly about failure take the same kind of stubbornness. Calvin talks about both because both are real.
