Beyond The Speech
Do you honestly think that all the highly successful people with great businesses and books and youtube channels out there with their productivity hacks, they have it all figured out? Do they never feel down and just want to lay in bed all day watching Netflix and eat Cheetos with 1 hand and gulping a drink in another? Do they really follow all the hacks that they talk about in their books and really squeeze productivity out of their day and consistently perform at their peak? Do they feel nice? Well, you are in the right place.
I am starting this podcast out of a deep-seated curiosity and a desire to learn from…..everyone. As someone constantly seeking to improve myself, I found myself drawn to the stories and strategies of those who have achieved any type of success in their respective fields.
So this podcast is about those stories. The books that I read, what I learnt from them, Readers, authors, productivity gurus, or just a random stranger on social media who might be able to help ME level up and in doing so, help you.

#26 You Don’t Need to Work Harder — You Just Need to Feel Like You Matter | Zach Mercurio
What if the secret to productivity isn’t doing more, but mattering more?
In this deeply insightful conversation, I sit down with Dr. Zach Mercurio — author of The Power of Mattering — to talk about how meaning, relationships, and a sense of belonging can transform how we work and live.
We explore:
- Why feeling seen and valued is more powerful than any productivity hack
- How leaders can build workplaces where people want to contribute
- Why mattering is the missing link between burnout and fulfillment
- The hidden cost of tying your worth to performance
- Simple ways to make people feel like they matter — at work and beyond
