12. Change the Narrative on your Fear of Rejection
In this episode, I explore the negative stigma around rejection and how it can hold us back.
What if rejection was simply an illusion? What if we could instead replace this with ‘this person or place just didn’t receive my energy’?
Energy meets energy in this world - sometimes it’s received and sometimes it isn’t.
I also explore how our fear of rejection points towards an underlying belief about our expectations and inadequacies. When we have an expectation beyond our control, we are bound to the external.
