Sophie Dimitra Fengaras, the host of this podcast, is of a Greek ethnicity. The journey she’s been on is one of high achieving corporate hustle (being a lawyer) to stepping into her true divine power and gifts that has led her to her life’s work and finding her passions.
Her focus is helping stuck and stressed individuals really discover their natural gifts and their life’s work to build a life of fulfilment and happiness everyday because we all deserve that.
That’s the true embodiment of a goddess - the divine energy to embrace who you are and what you were brought on this planet to be. It’s the process of initiation into coming back to your true self - there are so many shifts, changes and transitions that we go through in our lifetime, but most importantly, our 20s and 30s.
We are challenging our past patterns and moving into our future self whilst shedding parts of us that no longer serve our highest selves and processing our identity changes.
