Speaker 1:Sit comfortably and close your eyes, take a deep breath, in filling your lungs completely, and then exhale slowly, letting go of any tension in your body. Letting go of any tension in your body as you continue to breathe deeply, bring to mind your children, visualize them in your mind, recalling a moment recently when you felt deeply connected to them. As you remember this moment, allow yourself to feel the love and warmth that it brought to your heart. With each breath in, feel this love expanding within you and, with each breath out, express silent gratitude for this bond. Gratitude is a powerful tool that can shift your focus from challenges to blessings. As you breathe in, silently, say thank you and as you breathe out, let that gratitude fill your entire being.
