Georgia Amoore Says Getting Drafted by Mystics Was Meant to Be
On Mystics Media Day, Georgia Amoore talks about her decision to forgo the 2024 WNBA Draft for Kentucky, how she used the year, and how it got her ready for the WNBA. Unfortunately, the day after this interview, Georgia sprained her ACL in practice and we'll have to wait a year to see what she can do on the floor.
However, she'll still be around the team, and undoubtedly a massive positive influence on the culture. Amoore talks about her connections with fellow rookies Kiki Iriafen and Sonia Citron, and more as part of our conversation.
