So yeah, we took uh yoga and Chinese meridian energy flow, and we combine them together so that you could get an amplified um experience of releasing energetic trauma that gets held up in the physical body.

Um anything from uh experienced trauma to physical trauma.

And then stretching it out and putting it all together in one exercise, one practice. Yep, one practice.

Yeah, yeah, for sure. People are experiencing future life-changing um experiences as far as letting trauma go, releasing it, yeah, feeling more energetic. Yeah, kind of that missing piece to the yoga piece.

What is that energy? Uh Kundalini energy growth.

Yeah, I mean, once you get your energy flowing and uh get it, I guess not stagnant or seeping out slowly like a trickle, and then you incorporate yoga, which is working with the physical fascia, the different places energy can hang on to. Yep uh, and then you incorporate both of them. It's teaching people how to work with their physical body through the yoga positions and moves, but then teaching them how to work with their energy body on the flow of the energy itself through the Chinese medicine concept, which is energy likes to flow in the direction that it's meant to flow in. And if you've never worked with either, then it's it can be a very life-changing experience.

Yeah, and incorporate it with yoga. Yeah, incorporate the two, and it's like a whole it will Danielle actually, I think I still think what she said that time was kind of like in it on the head. For 20 years, she's been uh teaching yoga and she always knew something was missing.

Right. Yeah. It's like there needs to be one more um aspect to it. And I brought in the meridian work and we combined it together to where it's you kill two birds with one stone, but like I said, it it just amplifies both.

Oh, yeah, totally, 100%.

It seems it because in doing the Chinese meridian work for me, which is working with your energy flow of your meridians, I too felt like there's something more to this because um, you know, your your meridian points, which are called the acupressure or acupuncture points, they are they sit very closely to the lymphatic system.

Yeah.

So if you're just doing the energy work, um, you gotta go into the whole lymphatic system as well, because you need the physical body to um be trained on that stuff as well sometimes. Right. And so by incorporating the yoga into the meridian thing, I felt a difference in how I felt afterwards.

And uh doing them separate is a great process, but then when we put them together, uh, for me even, it was like, oh yeah, this is definitely what needed what this needed, needed a little zz. And then on her side, being the yoga instructor, when I presented it to her, she said the same thing. She was like, Oh yeah, this is the key that's been missing. So when you take those two systems, put them together, then you're actually working two systems together, and it just brings a whole different concept too.

Do We Follow Or Create Flow

For sure. And uh, you know, when you get to clearing and f freeing up that energy, it kind of brings me right into our topic of the day. Do tell so the energy flow in that you're creating with Jin Dan Yoga. Yeah, when you exercise and do the yoga. So my question is, and I and I've been kind of battling with this thought for a couple days, and that is do we go with the flow of energy or do we create the flow of energy? And do we listen to either one? Well, it's a rabbit hole concept.

Juicy.

Yes, it is, and so because in my uh uh mindset of it's almost always be that I try to follow the breadcrumbs, and we we've actually talked about this on podcasts um about following the breadcrumbs. And when you follow the breadcrumbs and the energy flows, you're following the energy energy. But are you creating the energy when you're following the breadcrumbs? Dun dun dun dun dun. That was the wrong one.

Wait a minute. What what what or do we follow the energy or do we create the energy? It's a question. It's actually a pretty deep pretty deep hole when you really think about it. So what's your input, Dr. Jenny?

Well um so I would begin here, and I would say that uh energy is not created or destroyed.

That's right. And so who Preach it, sister, preach it.

Who said that?

What do you mean?

Well, somebody said that Tesla said that.

SPEAKER_02

Um I think Tesla was the first one to ever say that put that in scientific words.

I don't know. Either that or it was the E equals M C squared dude.

Oh, wasn't that Einstein? Was that Einstein? Not sure.

Anyway.

I thought it was Tesla.

We're giving a shout out to whoever initially said that quote.

Yeah.

Energy is not created or destroyed. Right. So you're not creating Can it be multiplied.

Uh oh, absolutely. Okay.

So you're not creating the energy. What you're essentially doing is you're taking existing energy and giving it a new identity.

SPEAKER_02

Right. Okay.

SPEAKER_03

And deciding where that energy gets to be navigated in, what direction it gets to be.

So you're labeling the energy basically?

SPEAKER_03

Uh you're labeling it, yes, and identifying where you want the energy to go. Okay. And based on your beliefs, patterns, or programs, you're deciding how big your containers are, which we've covered in other podcasts.

How big is yours?

SPEAKER_03

And uh essentially you're getting you get to decide. You get to decide how big is that container, how much energy will it hold, and what is this sliver of energy going to be called. And um, so it's not that you're creating the energy, you're aligning with the energy and then deciding where you want to put forth the energy and how much of that energy can go into each little topic of the life pie to put it in summation.

Breadcrumbs Toward A Promotion

Summation. But if you're labeling the energy, uh and my question is so you have a label for this energy. So you say in the morning, I'm gonna put my energy towards manifestation and I don't know, in a relationship.

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

And you've now labeled that energy.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

Now my question is do you follow the breadcrumbs of that energy for that day, or do you create the breadcrumbs to follow that energy for that day?

SPEAKER_03

So there's two answers.

SPEAKER_02

Uh oh. Confusing point coming up. Dun dun dun.

SPEAKER_03

There's the first grade version of the answer.

SPEAKER_02

That's the one I'll understand.

SPEAKER_03

So you are following it, and in essence, you're following the breadcrumbs based on how your beliefs and your perspective will let you go, which are called action steps.

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

So when you get that desired intuitive nudge to go and do this thing or that thing in that category, and you brought up what? Relationship?

SPEAKER_02

Yes.

SPEAKER_03

Relationship of give me a more focalized uh like a relationship with your employer, relationship with just any relationship.

SPEAKER_02

I was just using that as an example.

SPEAKER_03

Right. So let's pick let's pick one.

SPEAKER_02

Okay, let's say relationship with your job.

SPEAKER_03

Okay, so you're in a relationship with your job, and if you're wanting, for example, a promotion in that job. Okay, you've got that intuitive desire where you finally decide, okay, I'm an office assistant, and I would really like to climb up the ladder to be office manager, for example.

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

You've got that desire.

SPEAKER_02

What was that? Desire. Welcome to Club's desire.

SPEAKER_03

You have that desire, which is intuitively given to you.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Let's digress for a minute because desire is that intuitive flame or nudge to go and act upon a thought that is ready to come into fruition.

SPEAKER_02

Hence breadcrumb.

SPEAKER_03

It can't, yeah. That's what we call it, breadcrumb.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Because if you're not having the thought, if you're not having the desire to to move or to do anything, then either it's not ready, or if you've not had the thought at all, then you're not ready. And the reality itself has not been created. So there's nothing to align to.

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

So when you have the desire to do something, that means all right, this is ready for you to take it as far as you can take it based on your beliefs and your perspective.

It means it's already queued up, it's already ready to go. All your job is is not even the how, it's the follow the breadcrumbs or follow the micro steps to get from point A to point B. That means that reality is already created, it's already manifested. You're just aligning with it through your next best action step.

Okay.

So let's back up and say, okay, I want to be manager of this office now instead of office assistant.

SPEAKER_02

I want to be the boss.

SPEAKER_03

Okay. So then you'll get uh different ideas given to you.

SPEAKER_02

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

Your breadcrumbs, your intuition, your mind, your imagination will give you those breadcrumbs. And it might be that you the very first micro step is let me just get on the company website and see if there's any openings. Yep. It it will depend on how in gulfed you are in assuming that role. Let me say it differently. I'm in an office assistant. I wear that hat. That is a name, that's a name that I've I identify with. It's normalized in my system. Of course, I go to work and I do that job. I fully have embraced that. Now I'm starting to embrace a uh title of manager that is still like, can I do this? Can I see myself as that? Uh, that you have to identify with and then totally encompass and own that identity and become that. Okay. But for most people, until you can do that, you got to take the little steps that further validate, yes, I can, because you're whittling away the doubt part of that and giving it less and less of a voice and less and less space to live within that. And that can go for any topic. Yeah. If you're driving an old beater and you're ready to upgrade to a brand new car, if you're um wanting a relationship intimate and you're single, or uh you want to take your relationship to the next level, there still is a little bit of doubt that swirls around in there. And so for most people, in order to work through that, you got to do the little baby steps or the follow the breadcrumbs. But we're gonna go back and we're gonna stay with the example that I have. So it may be that your beliefs and your perspective can't just go from zero to sixty and embrace the fact of, okay, I'm office manager now. I'm gonna start acting that way, I'm gonna start doing that, and I'm just gonna take over the world.

So your your example is that change your mindset to where you are becoming what you want to become. That would just that I just want to clarify. Okay. Yes. In your mind.

SPEAKER_03

Yeah, okay. You you you have to do that first unless you're proficient at being able to say, okay, I want this thing, and you just go get it, period.

SPEAKER_02

Fair enough.

SPEAKER_03

Otherwise, doubt falls in. Because there'll be days where you feel very confident and you're like, okay, yep, I'm ready to do this.

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And then something'll happen and it'll set, you'll say, oops, wait a minute. I didn't know that was part of the job. I don't know if I can do this. Um doubt, doubt, doubt, doubt. Right. So most people have to work through the process in breadcrumb manner, step by step.

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

So for most people, it's okay, I've had the thought. I want to be manager. Then I privately go to the company website, for example, and I look around on there. I'd be looking for managers. Is there anything out there? Oh, look, there's several areas where they are needing managers. Okay, so now what you've done is you've created a perspective that, okay, there's availability out there. So the next level entry place is okay, there's actually openings. So I can convince myself in my mind that now that I've gone to that place of I want to be manager, now I've validated and shown myself that okay, there are spots for me to fit in. I can fit into that because there's an actual opening, there's a space there that holds that energy that I can move into and I can see myself being at that place. Okay. Um, and we'll we'll say, okay, it's a it's at another location, but there's room for me there. Yeah. Right. And so then you come to that realization of, okay, I want to be this. And now I've found that there's actually room in the company for me to exist in this space. So that validates to your head, uh, okay, so there is an actual space where I could exist in this title. That's the next level place of this particular example that we're using.

Right. Yeah. And this applies into every subject. I was just wanted to make sure and throw that out there. Because it can be growth with a job, growth within personal, your own personal development, growth in money, growth in friendship, growth in business, whatever.

Making Space For Love To Arrive

And I'll give you just a quick uh example of another area just for uh example. If you're single and you're ready to have somebody come into your intimate life, uh, one of the things I teach is go and prepare your personal space for that person to come in. Go empty a part of your closet out so that you're making space for their things to exist. If you want uh someone to come into your personal life and have an intimate relationship, but your closet is so cramped full with your own shit, you're not giving that person space to exist. Right. So one of the fun things to do once you've come to that decision and uh made the decision that you're ready for that person to coexist in your space is to go and take a portion of your closet, clean it out, move everything to one side, and you're giving that person, even if you don't know what they look like, you know what their name is, you don't know anything about them yet, you're giving room for that energetic space, for that energy to exist in this space, in your bathroom, in your closet, in your bedroom, clean out the bedside table, clean out space for that energy to live so that you can embrace the concept of okay, it's not just me and my stuff that houses this master suite, master bathroom closet, but now I've opened it up to allow this thing, this person that I want to come in. And I've given them room for their energy and their being too.

And so you're kind of creating the spot for the energy.

You are from a realistic.

SPEAKER_02

You're not creating the energy of the flow, you're creating the spot for the energy.

SPEAKER_03

That's right. Okay, and so you're doing the same thing in the job space by finding when you're the one wanting to go to a new level, you're finding by looking at the company billboard to see what is open, and you find that, oh, in this office, in this location, there is space for me.

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

And that's what that ad does when people put out, okay, we've got an opening here that's creating. That space for those that are energetically aligned to take in and become that thing.

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Now on the on the side of the person who's going to take over that space in the job platform that we were using as an example, by you going and doing the next best breadcrumb thing, which is, you know, just privately as you're digesting the concept of being this, you go and find that this office has room for you and has created space for your energy as a manager. Now you can mentally conceptualize that, okay, this is a doable thing because there is actually one, maybe two, maybe even three locations that have created space for my energy of being a manager.

Okay.

If you were to have gone on there and there were no openings, you would bump into some resistance. And your mind would be like, uh, okay, this may be more difficult than I initially thought because there's not any openings, and you would possibly some people would talk themselves out of that uh concept because they see that it's gonna be more challenging than they thought because there's no space that's been created for them. Right, that is a surmountable um experience that you can overcome. It is gonna take a little bit more work.

Right.

I'm taking you down the easier journey.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, I agree.

SPEAKER_03

So once you do that, what that does is that builds confidence inside of you to say, okay, I've I've done some research, I've explored the next thing you might do is you might go and research the job description and the criteria. You're taking just little breadcrumbs, little steps, and you see that okay, the job description is already encompasses things I'm doing now. So yeah, I I can do this job. Right. I I can do that. So you're further feeding into the aspect of your mind that says, all right, this is not so far-fetched. I can do this, and giving the doubt part of it less and less space to live in. So on a rabbit hole concept, you're taking any of the energy that you once had that was called doubt or low confidence or low self-esteem about becoming a manager, and you're taking the energy from that and you're moving it over into the concept of, yeah, I can be manager. So you're not creating energy, you're just moving the energy around.

Relabeling it, yeah. Right.

You're just relabeling it.

SPEAKER_02

And you can use this really on any aspect of your subject, anyway.

SPEAKER_03

And then what you're doing is you're taking your own personal identity and you're weaving in this new identity at your pace based on your perspective, your beliefs, how confident you are, what your personality is. You know, are you a slow-go kind of person? Are you a mover and a shaker where it's like, I'm gonna take over the world, I'm doing this, and it's gonna be whatever identity you currently hold and how fast you take over the thing that you desire.

Right. Yep, I agree.

Based on previous experiences, perspective, and beliefs and everything else. So if you're still kind of that average slow mover person, and I don't mean that negatively, but most people are. Most people move in directions when it comes to their job.

Well, and they get they get triggered by their beliefs.

SPEAKER_03

Well, but they move in a very strategic manner. Yeah. They're not like us where they just fucking go and jump off the cliff and hope that the parachute fucking opens. Uh but that's just the way we roll. And we always have. If we see something we want, we just go all in. Just go do it. Yeah. And we just freaking jump in, man, and roll with it. And so you just follow the breadcrumbs slowly but surely. That's the easy way or the conceptual way that that unfolds. Right. Then you get to a place where you're more confident and you get up the courage or the confidence to actually go to your boss and say, uh I want your job. I I want to do what you do, and I've done the research, and what's my next step? Right. And then that person will guide you into, okay, well, you've got to fill out the application and uh present it, and they'll give you the next steps or you know, whatever the protocol is within the company. And each of those steps is gonna further validate you moving the energy from the doubt category into the, yep, I can do this. I am doing it, I am taking the steps actively to becoming this thing.

Yes.

The Three Month Method Identity Shift

Now, if you want to catapult it and move it uh quicker in your imagination, because our minds don't know whether it's real or imaginative. In your imagination, you imagine already having it, already doing that job, already going to that job every day, already functioning at that level in your imagination, as if you've already been doing it. I call it the three-month method where you take it and you put it in the past and you start talking to yourself or others, your companion or whatever about already or journaling it, if you're not comfortable talking about it in that way out loud, journaling a whole story about how you've already been in that job for three months and what that conversation looks like and what it feels like, and what it what would your day look like if you already had the job and you'd already been doing it for three months. And then you leave that sit there because the universe has no option but to make that so.

Right.

Make it so, number one. Right?

SPEAKER_02

Right.

SPEAKER_03

Um, and that's kind of how that process works.

Turning Doubt Into Evidence

SPEAKER_02

And I I totally understand what you're saying. And in the flow of energy, when we as humans have a tendency to try, we're trying to quickly manifest things and we're trying to, you know, accomplish goals that we have set for ourselves, or you know, like like you just like we just talked about becoming a manager at my job or or you know, growing my business or any of that kind of stuff. We have a tendency to not put ourselves in the place where we want to be, and we'll hinder ourselves or our own flow because of our own beliefs, you know, that say for example, they wanted to go be a manager. But inside there's a belief that they they don't have the smart they're not smart enough or they're not experienced enough, and so they will listen to those negative thoughts in their subconscious mind, it's their monkey mind, as we talk about, is saying, Oh, you you'll never get that job. And it and it ca or or it's too difficult, or it's it's you know, it's too hard to get there, or I can't do it this fast, they're gonna want somebody you know, all those little monkey mind thoughts are hinder the energetic flow, and so that yeah, that moves you into the hindering the flow of the actual energy. Once you create that in your thought process, and like you said, use the three-month method. If you had let these monkey mind thoughts come in, it will hinder the flow of what you're trying to manifest.

Absolutely. That's called doubt.

Right.

SPEAKER_03

It's called uh doubt and fear, and so that will that will pop.

SPEAKER_02

Inadequacy is a big one, right?

SPEAKER_03

But that all still boils down to doubt and fear. Yeah, I agree. You can name it whatever you want, but it all boils down to the same core seed of fear of not being successful or fear of not being able to do the job, which can be also cloaked as uh doubting yourself. Yeah, doubt is is just a form of fear.

Right. Yep, yep.

SPEAKER_03

If you boil it all down into the core concept, it still is just a place of fear.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

Um, and so how do we navigate that?

SPEAKER_02

Well, there's many ways of navigating it. I would say, you know, I think one of the major ways that I navigate it when I have the monkey mind thoughts or doubt fear come into play is I can both get myself into a spot of remembering where I accomplish the same time. And if I can't, then I will imagine it.

Right.

I will make it up in my mind that I did accomplish this, and I put myself into that mindset of like if I want to have the best mechanic shop in the world, and my monkey mind is telling me, Oh, well, you're not the best mechanic in the world, how are you gonna have the best mechanic shop in the world? And it's about the specification within your own mind of creating that in your own mind and putting it like you said, three months in the three months in the past, and then in your own mind create that history.

Right, because essentially what that does is that allows you to assume that persona and assume that identity as though it's already happened and it already exists.

And so to have a clear understanding of what we're what the topic is within the podcast today is undering uh understanding that the energy behind what you're trying to do is not what you're creating.

Right. I think to clear it up even more is getting people to understand that you're not creating the energy of it. The energy of it already exists, it just has a different name.

Yes.

So the energy is already there. And currently uh it could be named fear, it could be subcategorized as I'm not smart enough. Yeah, I doubt, I don't know if I can do the job. Yeah, and go so what you have to do is is you've got to move that energy from the fear doubt category and move it into the yeah, I can do this confidence category.

Right.

You're just moving energy.

Yes.

SPEAKER_03

And one of the simple ways to shut the doubt up because not everybody can say, shut the fuck up, doubt, and move on, is validating the opposite end of that poll.

So if you're take, for example, if you're doubting that you can do the job, sit down and take the two job descriptions if you have access to them and see what parts of that job description may you already be doing as an office assistant that you didn't realize you're doing. And once you see that out of the 20 things that are required in the job description for the manager, you're doing 15 of those on a regular basis, on a daily basis already, then it'll be an epiphanal moment of duh.

Which takes you back to remembering or under understanding that it's you're actually doing this stuff already. And that's what I that's what we're I was just talking about, is is when there's something that pops up.

I just wanted to give them an actual example.

Yeah, I know, I know, I agree.

For going to a previous job, if you're not currently doing that in this particular job, going back even further to a previous job where you did do those tasks.

Yeah, totally.

Now what you've done is you've taken that energy of, oh, I can't do this job. I'm not that smart. And you've taken that energy and you've moved it now over into the bucket of, you know what? I I have done this particular task. Right, exactly. I have done this.

Yeah.

I did this at this job. Or you know what? I'm doing this now in the current job I'm in.

Resume Language That Changes Self Image

Right. You know, there was a thing back in the day. Um uh I can't remember who wrote that book, but I I r remember back in the like it was like mid-90s, there was a book that came out that talked about the difference between who you are and what you are is how you word it. And it was uh it was a thing that it was literally a book written about how you write a resume.

Oh, I think.

But it was really what he I don't think he realized that what it taught people was is to look from a different perspective.

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

And to take, like, for example, you know, oh um I'm I'm just try I'm trying to remember one of the examples in the book. Um you are a janitor.

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_02

And you're trying to get another job or you're trying to get the supervisor job or whatever, and you do your resume.

Right.

SPEAKER_02

And in the resume, instead of saying you're a janitor, you are an environmental service cleaning, you know, or whatever specialist that work that works on, you know, this, this, this, and this, and it's got, you know, it's it gives you a different perspective on how to re-own and your intention behind what you're trying to create, which keeps the monkey mind at bay. Because if you can chicken instead of saying I'm just a janitor, you say I'm an environmental cleaning specialist, you mean the same thing, right? But you're giving yourself a positive spin on it.

Right. And not only that, but sometimes when you reword something like that, if if in your belief a janitor is a low-level job, for example, and that's how you've got it defined, if you do environmental specialist technician, it will elevate in your mind a higher level of employment.

Right.

And that's essentially what you're wanting to do, is find that energy where you can come out of the place where you're at and move closer to the place where you want to be.

Skills Transfer From Any Background

Right.

And I'll use an example. Um, I'll use our son as an example. He uh was a um what do you call him? Server.

Server. Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

He was a server in a restaurant, and he wanted to go and we we actually went through this on two different occasions with him. He was a server in a restaurant, he wanted to go be a phlebotomist. And he's like, I don't even know if I can, I don't know how to get there. So I had to train him on embracing the fact that you didn't know how to be a server. You went and applied, they gave you the position, and then they taught you what you needed to know for that company for that position. Right. So don't forget that aspect either.

Right.

Whenever we hire people in positions, we don't expect you to come in and know exactly how the company does that particular title. So don't forget that that there's there's job training that comes along with that. And it's okay to come in and not know 100% everything about the job, right? Which that comes from, for most people, feeling like you've got to go in and know everything about the job comes from the seed of needing to be perfect before you let yourself move. So if you can work through, I don't have to be perfect, I just gotta have some sort of foundational knowledge on that.

Right.

Another aspect of this is finding areas in your life where you're already doing that, and it may not even be in a job. So, what what you and I do in our companies, we give a platform for the young teenagers to come in and start their careers. And what I mean by that is when you're like 15 years old, 16 years old, and you gotta go out and you gotta get a job, but you have no experience, a lot of the time when our kids went through this.

Oh, you mean back when we were managers? Right. Okay, yeah, okay.

SPEAKER_03

Back when we were managing, our kids You lost me for a moment. And and when our kids were younger, they would come home and they'd be like, Yeah, I went on this job interview, but I don't have enough experience. So how can I get experience if nobody's gonna give me experience?

Right.

SPEAKER_03

So when we were managers, we opened our community up to allow people to get that experience.

SPEAKER_00

First job, yes.

SPEAKER_03

But how we helped them navigate it was I they would come and interview with me, for example. I can only talk about myself, and they didn't have any formidable job experience to put on the application. And so what I helped them see was to change their perspective and say, okay, well, did you baby? Because they had to have references, job references is what the application wanted based on our company's protocol.

Right.

Did you babysit for anybody and get paid for it?

SPEAKER_00

Right.

SPEAKER_03

Did you mow somebody's church? Yeah. Did you mow somebody's yard? Did you volunteer at the church?

Right.

Those are all job skills that you were training and cultivating, and you can use those as references because evaluating your job type persona is all that they're really wanting to do.

Well, you know, and that's where I'm going with it real quick.

Even if you're going from server to phlebotomist and you're now looking for jobs and you don't have any experience, where can you say I may not have experience putting a needle on somebody's arm and drawing blood, but where do I have experience on skills that will mesh into where I'm at?

Right. That's exactly exactly where I was going to be able to do.

SPEAKER_03

Taking orders, transcribing the order, understanding conceptually how to follow the steps of the order, fulfilling the to ta the task, the to-do list. Those are all skills that a server n learns how to do, but that will come into play when you're the phlebotomist.

Well, you see, and that that's where I was actually going with the with my little bit of input here is My little bit of input.

What are you trying to say? I've commandeered the mic again.

So what I so what I'm trying to say is when you're when you're trying to go with the flow of the energy flow that you're trying to create, and understanding, first of all, that you're following the breadstrom, you're not creating the energy. The energy is there, you're just changing it, labeling it, right? Doing it differently. But like, for example, this is where I think a lot of people they do this a lot, because I hear this all the time. Well, I just heard it like two or three times in the last week from other people.

Uh-huh.

And that is they have a like you just use phlebotomists as an example.

Uh-huh.

SPEAKER_02

In their own mind, they create a definition of what that actually is.

That's right.

SPEAKER_02

And they don't realize that a phlebotomist is not just somebody that sticks needles. They have paperwork to do, they have to, you know, like you just said, and so that creates a definition in their own mind which will hinder their own energetic flow instead of following the energetic breadcrumbs.

Right. And to clarify it even more, it will hinder them from taking the action steps because they think, I don't, I don't know how to do that. If that's the only definition, I can't do it. That's right. If that's the only definition they've created on that particular job, and they think that that's the only thing that goes on in that job, they have a hard time finding relatable things in their life that they've already done that resemble that.

Right.

And then they throw their hands up and they're like, okay, I can't do that.

Well, you know, I think some of the best things I've ever done in my life, I just did it by the seat of my pants, and those things came up.

You know, I just I just decided I was gonna go do this, and I just handled things as it came up. And that is where that's where you've you're following the energetic flow. You've created a thought, and then you're just gonna follow the energy to to go do it, which is how we actually live, is not just fly by the seat of our pants, but you know, we followed the energetic flow because once we decide that, hey, I want to I want this, we just follow the energy to go do it.

Right.

And that's where and handle it as we go.

Right.

And there is this time that we will have to stop and plan some things, but most of the time, it's it's just following the energy.

Right.

And that's where we get confused with our own monkey mind thoughts as humans, is we think, oh, I've got to, with my intention, I've got to create energy and I've got to blah blah, you know, do all this. And really, all you do is make the decision to follow the energy of what it is that you want to do. And it will, this the universe, the spiritual energy, it's gonna manifest. It's gonna become whatever there.

Well, just yeah, so to clean up the whole mechanism, it's it doesn't manifest the energy. The energy is already there. When you make the decision that you're gonna go and do this. Without any encumbered thoughts of I don't have the schooling, I don't have this, I don't have that. Those are all feared out feedings that are going into your mind. And you just give the freedom of the energy to transmute in the direction of doing it, being it, becoming it, whatever it is, the energy itself will automatically move. The universe will move that energy because you've given it the freedom to flow.

Right.

That's what being in flow means. Giving the universe an uninhibited room to move and flow in the direction of the thing that you desire and that you're asking for. It's your beliefs and your perspective that either inhibit that flow or slow it down to where that energy can't become something different than what it already is in your own reality. Right. You've got that energy segmented over here into self-doubt and unworthiness because I don't think I'm good enough, or life events that you've experienced that you're identifying as trauma, you're keeping that energy locked up over here in this cage of, oh, I'm not good enough. This can't happen to me. It's too good to be true. Um, and when you unlock that, when you become the key to your own prison and you unlock that door, then the prison walls fall down. You give the energy space to flow, and it will flow automatically in the path of least resistance. It's just like electricity energy. It takes the path of least resistance. It's like water energy, it takes the path of least resistance. So your own conceptual energy, your own physical energy, your own universal energy of becoming aligning with the desired intention is taking yourself out of that personal prison that you've created, unlocked. You like that? James wrote a book that's called Unlocked Unlocked.

And it was opening, it was unlocking in my mind.

That's right. Unlock the prison that you've put yourself in. Unlock that box that's got you contained in the I can't, I'm not good enough, blah, blah, blah, whatever. And give the energy freedom to just move and flow, and it will automatically do that. It uh with you just following the next best step, the next best step.

I think a lot of that is that people gonna quit overthinking things too. They just they get their human thoughts in the way and their definitions. Yeah, because they have, you know, they they'll create a definition off of a thought that they had many years ago about something else. And then and then instead of kind of re-beginning with the energetic flow of whatever they're trying to create, they'll bring the old definitions or old negatives into this reality.

Right.

Instead of leaving it back there in the past and creating a new past where everything worked perfectly.

Right.

And that is uh uh well that just that's that same comment has happened to us three times in the last week from other people.

Right, and you're boxing yourself in.

SPEAKER_02

And you're boxing yourself in. You're not allowing the energy, you've created the thought, you've created the intention. The universe has created it. Now all you're gonna do is is keep bringing in these negative from you know, from your past, all the negatives, and or the thoughts of inadequacy or doubt and fear, as you said.

Yeah.

And that is where w I think we do most of our work with people is bringing them into realize or the realization of whatever they're thinking that they want to do.

Right.

They've the universe has already created it. Now you just have to align with it.

Essentially, what I call it is giving yourself permission slips.

Yeah.

SPEAKER_03

It because if if if you can get to a point where you give yourself permission to go and do and be, it will open the energy even more.

Yeah.

And so really the rabbit hole concept of all of this is that anything that you're doing that doesn't automatically allow you to line up with that thing that you desire instantaneously and line up with the reality that's already put in place. It's waiting for you to come and live in that reality based on perspective, beliefs, whatever, habits you put in place permission slips that let you get there one breadcrumb at a time.

And that then defines where the energy is gonna go and what new title you that energy gets to embrace and become.

But it also, rabbit hole concept, it also defines the time aspect of the space-time continuum of how long it takes. Yes. That still is based on your perspective. If it's a very big move or a very big thing that you think is gonna take a long time, then it will take a long time.

Right. If you grade it.

If you are it's a small thing, and in your mind it says, oh, this is this is easy. I can I can align with this quickly, then you could literally turn around and it'd be right there.

Everything in this in this universe is only as big as you make it in your mind.

That's right. That's right, exactly right. And and so what the the time frame um because you you brought this in, you said uh the the timing and uh and the flow of when that actually changes titles of the energy, that still is based on that individual person's perspective on if they feel like it's a big thing that is harder to obtain, then they're gonna be harder to obtain inadvertently they'll drag it out and have all these permission slips that they have to create go through to get to the end desired point.

Stop Saying Manifesting Start Aligning

100% great. So and so, like to kind of quick recap before we close out, but is that is a first of all understanding the difference between creating the flow and becoming becoming the flow is what this is about. And so anything that you want to manifest in your world, all you have to do is join into the flow.

And I would encourage people to stop using the word manifest.

Yeah, I'd agree.

It is such a you overused words, it is overused and it has a not uh most beneficial definition anymore because you're not manifesting anything.

Right.

And and whenever you're when you continue to say, oh, I'm trying to manifest this or I'm manifesting this or I have manifested, it can put people in a place of feeling like that they have this huge action steps that they've got to do. Yes. The reality is that the mechanism is much easier than that. Yes, it's already manifested the minute that you get the thought of the thing.

Yes.

It's immediately manifested and put into a reality in this dimension by our higher selves, our guides, whatever. It's already choreography together, it's already manifested, it's already done.

Right there between you getting there.

There's nothing for you to do except the flow, man. That's right. That's the real way is is the quicker you can align with that reality that's already there waiting for you to step in and cross the threshold, then boom, it's yours to have. But along the way, most people have to create the permission slips to allow them to go from this step to this step to this step to this step.

That's how most people work.

And I'm I'm hoping that one day down the road that we can empower everybody that's in our tribe to to really push forward and and overcome their fears and their thoughts of people are gonna look at them weird like they're crazy or whatever.

Right. And changing that uh, you know, collective energy of we've gotta still hide, we've gotta keep our um woo-hoo, weird pots cloaked. Uh because we're out of that era, we're out of that energy. I agree. Nobody's gonna be burned at the stake anymore. Yeah. Um, so it's you gotta take it out of that uh fight or flight, life-threatening bucket and just put it out there, man, because somebody is looking to somebody's looking for a friend. Your friendship, the words you have, your skills, your abilities. 100%. Uh, there's somebody out there, and so put it out there, man.
