There are moments in the year where we are not asked to become something new…
but to stand inside what has already been prepared for us.
The Spring Equinox is one of those moments.
A threshold where light and dark meet in equal presence—
and neither asks the other to leave.
In this guided meditation, you are not learning new dimensions.
You are re-entering them differently.
Moving through 1D to 6D, you will be guided to:
- Root into Earth as something you belong to—not stand upon
- Stabilize your field without scanning or seeking
- Discern what is yours to move… and what is yours to witness
- Reconnect to your body’s natural timing and cues
- Filter possibility through resonance, not effort
- And ultimately… step into the space your future self already holds
This is not a meditation of visualization alone.
This is an embodiment practice.

Welcome on in. This is Being Cosmic Chaos brought to you by Cosmic Energy and Spiritual Wellness LLC. My name is Cass the Cosmic Being, and we are here for a spring equinox meditation. This is the Spring Equinox Gateway and stepping into your future self's multidimensional footsteps. Find a comfortable position, and as always, know that you are the main instrument for a wonderful meditation. If you are wanting to gather any crystal spirits or supplies like incense or a candle, please pause me here and go do that. If you are already, get prepared in your seated or lying down position. Let your body arrive in the moment before your mind can catch up. Gently close your eyes and take a slow inhale and a long exhale. Again, inhale, exhale. Let the exhale be a sign that you do not need to figure anything out right here, right now. The equinox has crossed our path a moment where light and dark meet. Without one needing to overcome the other. Just balance, just presence. Feel that within you. Not your light self, not your shadow self, but the space that holds both. Bring your awareness to that space that holds both. Not just one, not just the other. Bring your awareness to your body, your weight, your contact with the ground itself. Let your body respond. Now bring your awareness inward, not outward, not scanning or reading the room, just you. Now bring your awareness to something in your life that feels stuck, heavy, or even unresolved. Do not analyze it. Just let it exist. Let it exist within your awareness. Or mine to witness. Trust the first response within your body. If it is yours to move, feel where that lives in you. Now shift your awareness to your body. Again, noticing your breath. Notice your chest. Feel it within you. Where is time asking to move? Feel for the expansion. Let your body speak. Feel the contraction in your body. Time is not outside of you. Where is it asking you to wait? Notice the sensations in your body where time is waiting. Now imagine possibilities gently entering your awareness. No need to search. Just allow allow a few possibilities to rise in your field. And instead of analyzing them, feel which ones expand you? Expand your feel? Neutral? Say I only engage with what is already aligned with me. All questions, all seeking they are shifted. Expand and feel any questions, any urge to seek outside of you. Feel how it begins expanding out past your body. Moving past the room that you are sitting in, the space that you are sitting in. Feel yourself as the space holding this entire moment. You are not inside of your days. Feel yourself, not separate from you, not like something in front of you, but as a presence that already existed in the same field that you sit in right now. Notice how you stand. Notice your physical posture. Notice how you breathe. Notice how little you question yourself. That you are not searching. This future version of you is certain in its existence, in its being. Not to become them, but to remember you have already been here. Feel the shift in your body. Feel what your body recognizes when you have already been in a moment. Let this settle in. You don't need to hold on to it or define it. Just notice you are not here to build your future self. You are walking into where your future self already stood. Bring your awareness back to your breath to your body, to the space that you are in. Gently wiggle your fingers, wiggle your toes, stretch your legs, shrug your shoulders. And when you are ready, open your eyes. Now you are welcome to say this in your mind's eye or aloud. I hold the space. Then I choose the action. I hope you enjoyed our spring equinox meditation.
