Questions, Quandaries, and Quips is out is officially out!

This time, we opened it up to our tenants and answered the questions they actually care about — like what a risk mitigation fee is, how lease breaks work, whether we offer 2-year renewals, and the classic one: are tenants responsible for pressure washing the house? (Short answer —  no, and please don’t try. )

Some of the answers might surprise you, and some will probably make you laugh. And of course, we had to throw one personal one in there: would Sam rather have a  rewind button or a  pause button in life? Her answer was… very on brand.
