In this episode of The Melanie Mitro Show, I’m sharing some real reflections from being back in the trenches building my business again. After 15 years in the direct sales industry, I’ve learned a lot about what works, what doesn’t, and what I would absolutely do differently the second time around.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve been deep in a 90-day run with my team, and it’s been eye-opening. Not just for them, but for me too. Going back to the basics has reminded me that success in this industry (and honestly in any area of life) isn’t about doing a million things… it’s about doing the right things consistently.
In this episode I talk about the three piles of experience we all have in business: the things we’ll never do again, the things we’d tweak and try differently, and the things that absolutely worked. When you start a new chapter, the magic happens when you intentionally decide what you’re bringing with you and what you’re leaving behind.
