Put A Quarter In It Podcast
We will be discussing all things in the world of energy healing. All the healers, the initiatives, the seers, the readers, the channelers, the ministers, the crystal workers, the empaths, the physicists, the teachers, the authors, the visionaries, the sages and of course the prophets, that converge in this glorious world of subtle energy exploration is extraordinary. The inspiration for this podcast comes from years of listening to the brilliance of my friends, Dr. Sara Allen and Debra Hurt.
The name comes from a student who was in a class that Debra and Sara were teaching. She said she loved asking a question and getting a really juicy, in depth, OVER answers to her questions. Debra and Sara really do over answer every question. This student proclaimed that she was going to bring a roll of quarters and keep feeding the juke-box to hear all the hits...she was gonna “put a quarter in it and just sit back and listen”. We thought that was really funny and it has stuck.

Today on Put a Quarter in It, testing those nests. Five points to work with keeping them clean and decluttered. Let's get started.
SPEAKER_02The other the other things, you know, I'm considering talking a lot about it, but it's so etheric, and it really is something that really needs to be demonstrated and seeing, you know, how we test it, how we use the etheric, it's called the etheric touch test. For those of you that understand assemblage points that have been through class seven in the Eden program, you will understand what the etheric touch test is. It's when we go use the baby finger and the thumb to locate the assemblage point. So there is that. And for those of you that understand how to do that, those of you that are not, you just can switch to different podcasts if you want. But what you're gonna do is you're gonna is after you have these points balanced, so let's say you've rubbed them, and let's say you're a tester. I know not everybody out there listening is gonna be really great at self-testing, but for those of you that can do this, if you three-point at that and you have strength there now, you're gonna see if the nest is empty and can the lady shaman come and sit in her throne at that point. In order to evaluate that, you're gonna take your thumb and your baby finger and put those together, and you're gonna go to those points and test. This test will test empty, meaning no thing that is correct. So when you put your thumb and your baby finger together to go test means the muscle unlocks, means the muscle unlocks. So when you go to test that, if it's a positive test that the nest is ready for the lady shaman, you will test weak with the baby finger and the thumb. So first things first, you're gonna take your three-finger notch, your balance polarity test, you're gonna go to those five points, and you're gonna make them happy. So make them strong. Then you want to know is that is that throne ready for that for that shaman? You're gonna take your baby finger and your thumb, go back to those same points, touch them again and test. And a good test means you're gonna be weak on this test. Did I do that clearly, you guys? I did not do that backwards, right? Sometimes I say things like that. No, that was I think that was right. Okay, cool.
SPEAKER_01So on the three-finger, just to clarify, just on the three-finger notch, I just for those everybody out there, that you what at that point you need a strong test, would be the correct result. Okay, just I just want to clarify that. And then on the on the baby finger one and the pinky, I mean the pinky and the thumb, that needs to be the where the muscle unlocks, which would be considered a weak test. And that would be the correct answer.
SPEAKER_02Okay, and that's a good that would be considered positive. That's an empty nest. That's a positive empty nest. So when we talk again to clarify, when we talk about emptiness, when when the Chinese talk about an emptiness, they say the potter makes a bowl, a beautiful bowl. We love the bowl, but the value of the bowl is what we put in it. They go on to explain when we build a house, the house has four sides and a roof. It's not a home, it's only about what we put in it. So, this concept of what's in it, who is guiding your vision, who is guiding what you're feeling, who is guiding what you're saying, who is guiding, who is guiding that? That's the purpose of this. So, not only does it guide, not only do you perceive things correctly when you have the lady shamans in those empty nests, you also act correctly and appropriately. Your timing is good, your jokes are funny, you're you know, everything. So, so not only are you able to see correctly, you're able to communicate really effectively to others. So it's clarity both ways. Now, the other thing I like about the nests, when I teach nests and when I do nest, and if I do it in a group, like if I'm teaching a class, I find it fascinating that if I clear one person completely, the rest of the room usually clears. So there is something to this about looping with other clear lady shaman-ness. So what happens is, and here's what and here is the most important thing to me in this whole conversation. Because in this process, I started to see that there are a lot of people out there that have empty nests, and this is a subtle thing, and I want to be able to recognize them. So when my nests are empty, and I have my spirits sitting on their thrones, I can see clearly everybody else who has spirits sitting on their thrones, and those are the people I know I can trust, those are the people I know I can absolutely hand the baby to, and it'll be just fine.
SPEAKER_01So you're talking about your islands of coherence, recognizing those people, recognizing those people, and also when you're talking about we clear one person, you clear another the room. That's that borrowing benefits we've seen so much in energy psychology.
SPEAKER_02Absolutely. It is the energy, it is the energy when you're that clear, when you're that clear, I love the story, the parable. I you know, I teach talk a lot about Jesus. I love Jesus. I think Jesus is all right with me. When when he had that woman touch his robe, remember he's walking through a crowded town and he was kind of being mobbed. It was about the I think a week or two before he was crucified. And he's walking, you know, so he was really getting his nest clear because he was about ready to meet fate for humanity, right? Big, big, kind of a big deal. So you gotta get your nest clean for that, you know. So he's walking through that, and she manages only, she's on her hands and knees, moving through the legs of the crowd to try to get to him, and she could only touch his robe. She touched his robe, so he's getting mocked. Everybody's touching him. She touches his robe and he says, Who just touched me? He makes everybody, he clears the room, he just does this, who just touched me, and there she is, you know, on the ground. And he he looks at her, he says, Go and send no more. So clearness to clear nest. So they found each other. So all those people grabbing at him. Somebody with clearness wouldn't be grabbing at him. You know, I touch your head.
SPEAKER_01We're all doing uh squishing the head. Squishing the head of jokes for those of a certain age.
SPEAKER_02But that's what I'm saying. It's like that's knowing. That's knowing. So every so my kind of what I'm doing right now is every time I hear a scary story about AI, I test my nest. Do I have my nest? Was that bullshit? Yeah, that was bullshit. That was not AI is not scary. Confirmed by the Lady Shamans. It's not scary because I'm smarter.
SPEAKER_00William Debra keeps laughing. Well, yeah, I'm I'm reminded of that old um, I don't know, it was some new agey thing. They were big into acronyms. And the one for fear is a really great description of what happens when the nest gets clogged. It's false evidence appearing real. That's cool. I like that one. So when we when we get to that place with the when the nests are clogged with all this trash, we make the mistake of believing our own craft. We buy our own, you know, we we buy our own illusions. We have to clear that out so that we see the real evidence, so that we can access all of the uh virtues of the goddesses as well. So that when we when we get the ye nest cleaned up, then we have access to faith and trust. We know we know what work, you know, we we we have um we have the ability to clarify what's worked before, but we also can move forward with the understanding that that we are supported by by spirit, by the by the by the goddesses. We have that that that higher understanding. When you talk about anxiety, there is when we are in that place of the dirty nests, we're also completely isolated. We're isolated from from the goddesses, we're isolated from each other, and we and we fall prey to that belief that we we should know what to do. We should know how this works, we should be we should know the solution, but we can't know the solution when the nets are dirty. This is what I have to say about should. Exactly.
SPEAKER_02Well, that's not the topic today. We're not talking about finger modes. Very famous finger mode. You all know it.
SPEAKER_00You all know it.
SPEAKER_02You all know it. Just make a fist and raise your middle finger.
SPEAKER_00That's right. You probably learned it in driver's ed.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's how I feel about shoulds. As my grandfather used to say, he would say, shoulda woulda coulda, got up and left.
SPEAKER_02I agree. That could be a good name for a band. Shoulda wda, couda. Shoulda wulda, coulda, wada coulda. Oh, I have a new name for band. I had it in a chant the other morning. I was doing woo-way, woo-wee, woo-wee. Woo-wee is you know, flow, right? It's woo-wee, woo-wee. So I was going water water woo-way, water water woo-way, water water, water water, water water, woo-way, water water woo-way, water water woo-way, water water, water, water, water water woo way. I know it's catchy, isn't it? Yeah. It's a catchy chant. So it's supposed to be Woo-way, woo-way, baby, woo-way, woo-way, baby.
SPEAKER_00Won't you let me take you on our sea cruise?
SPEAKER_01We've now entered the musical portion of this podcast. I will not be joining in.
SPEAKER_02Hey, there are two other points. I call them the rotisserie chicken points for the goddesses. So, the rotisserie chicken points.
SPEAKER_00Don't make me laugh because I really have to pee.
SPEAKER_02We've been sitting here for so long. Where's your towel? Don't you know now? Just sit on your towel while we record. Okay. So, oh shoot, I was gonna say it was funny.
SPEAKER_00Oh, the rotisserie pointsary chicken points.
SPEAKER_02So we've got these points. We've got the the uh third eye point, we've got the sternal notch point, we've got the circulation sex, uh, so we've got shen, hoon on the chest, at the circulation sex uh mo point is uh yi, which is spleen, the stomach alarm point is po, which is lung, the navel is zur, which is kidney, and why oh, and then we have point, the pull point, uh, was it govern central one? Central one, which is right on the perineum, and then governing 20. So that's why I call it the rotisserie chicken points, because it's like you stick a skewer through and then you're gonna rotate on the rotisserie. So you're gonna sit on it and spin. So what those points are, you're gonna sit on it, sit in spin. Exactly. So the rotisserie chicken points are uh you know, there's they're central and governing, you know. That so central and governing hold hold the nests, so they're built, so one is the top of the Chung Mai Tower, and one is the bottom of the Chung Mai Tower. Maybe that's a good way to kind of explain it. So um, so the rotisserie points and that holds all the structure of the nests together. So sometimes if I find that when I do three-finger notch just to see if those points are even happy, if they're unhappy, like all of them, all five of them are just unhappy. Sometimes if I tap governing and po, yes, you're going to tap your po-po point. So if you tap your po-po point and your in the top of your head, I've had spontaneously all those points go strong to the three-finger notch. So there's something about an electrical charge that will send that through. I do think that it's wise when I do this treatment on somebody. So I clear those points for the three-finger notch. Then I get the nests clear and make sure the goddesses have a place to sit. And then one of the things I do is I will tap the rotisserie chicken points, kind of just to kind of get that settled in. A lot of times what I'll take them home to do, especially if it's not like a practitioner. I'm working on an eating practitioner. This is pretty advanced work. So I'm not going to be explaining this to a civilian, so to speak, on my table. You know, so if I have a client that's not that's not a student or doesn't have a lot of stuff, I will have them just tap the po-po in the top of the head. I won't bother them with the point locations or anything for their homework. They can remember to tap their PP in the top of their head. That is easy to do. So that will often hold corrections. Um that's that that is not a bad thing to do to get that the top and the bottom tower to talk to each other. Yeah. One other thing about the Chang Mai Tower is there's a thing called an opening point. So the Chong Mai, of course, stands for penetrating flow. It's the Chinese version of what we call penetrating flow. So it's a radiant circuit. So the radiant circuits clearly they have pathways, but what they really do is they come in and they inhabit meridians. They inhabit the organs, they inhabit the dermis, they inhabit the physiology, you know, they infuse into it. And so for every radiant circuit, there's what they call an opening point that actually says, hey, penetrating flow, open for business. And for the Chong Mai Tower, that point is spleen four on the foot. So sometimes people will get a lot of juju from their lady god, from their lady shamans, just by just by tapping spleen four. Because what you're doing is if you think about the Chong Mai Tower, it's kind of as their high-rise. This is where they live. And so that spleen four is kind of like the doorman opening the door to the fancy tower. So spleen four will do that. So spleen four will open doors to the fancy tower, and then they can get on the fancy elevators and go up to their fancy apartments. Yes, I should have been a kindergarten teacher. I know, I know it. I know it. Stop saying it. I know it. I should have been a kindergarten teacher. I think, I think, I think I've said this a lot. Yeah, I would have been, I really would have been, I really would have loved that. My I I I don't know if I've ever said this on the podcast, but my husband Craig, who who died in 2010, he used to tell me, he'd say, Sarah, he says, You look like you look like five-year-olds with money dress you. And I've always thought that was really fun. I think he said it to hurt my feelings, but I was so flattered by that. So he also said about decorating my house. He says, It looks like five-year-olds with money decorated our house. And I'm like, I like that too. I like five-year-olds.
SPEAKER_01So I had a therapist say, you know, when I was uh relationship therapist talk about that uh when we were arguing, you know, it's it's your your five-year-olds were out and they were in charge of the the argument, you know. It's like sometimes and so so we still use that today, you know. Oh, my five-year-old was out, sorry, or whatever. You know, we this is that was my five-year-old reacting.
SPEAKER_02I I have I have accumulated fights. I'm thinking of fights with Craig in particular, who I was married to for 30 years. So you and Jill, Jilly, you and Elizabeth have been married for 30 years. So you know those old fights, those old relationships, right? So I remember one bad fight I had with him, and we were in Hawaii, and we're we're hiking on Kauai. And what is the name of that shore, that beautiful shore where they they um film Jurassic Park? So there's that park with the waterfalls and all that kind of stuff. So he we we have and it's it's hot it's hard hike. It's not this is not like you know, so we have shoes that we bought for this hike specifically, and I took once and I broke mine in and he didn't wear his once, right? So the whole time I'm going, I don't wear it. He's like, yeah, you know. So he we get lost in the jungle, literally lost in the jungle. And he at one point says to me, We're hours covered in mud, can't find anybody, mosquitoes were lost in a rainforest. And he, oh by the way, the trail said this is a really intense trail, and he says, Oh, they just put that up so the old people don't walk on it. He says, This is not gonna be hard. So that was that was a famous laugh word, right? So we're stuck in the jungle, and he stops me and he says, I really need to stop and look at this. He takes off his boot, he has a blister the size of a teacup. And I am so angry at him because he didn't break these boots in, and I remember just just I just I hate you, blister boy.
SPEAKER_00Boopy pants, boopy pants, blister boy five years old so mad.
SPEAKER_02So I know that five-year-old. Oh Lord have mercy. I think they're present today. Thank goodness. Well, so we don't want to lose the five-year-old completely. Well, I think they're five-year-olds that are smart smarter than AI, I promise. Because they don't have crap yet put on their in their nests.
SPEAKER_00Augie is a way smarter than AI.
SPEAKER_02At five, right?
SPEAKER_00At five, yeah. In the devious, in the most devious ways.
SPEAKER_02And he's much smarter than AI because his nests are clean, and so are we. So I want to let people know that you have connections to infinite intelligence already hardwired into your body. You have five points on your body that you can start to work these things. Do not be intimidated by AI. You are smarter than AI. You are I. I, Captain Scotty. What you gotta do with your Scottish accent?
SPEAKER_00I I don't think I can right now.
SPEAKER_02I didn't know cold colds interfered with your accents.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02I wonder if that happens to Meryl Streep. With her accents, you're almost as good as Meryl. You're really good.
SPEAKER_00I don't know.
SPEAKER_02Well, she's good, but you're really good.
SPEAKER_00She's pretty, yeah. She's pretty amazing. Somebody wants to be said.
SPEAKER_02Okay.
SPEAKER_01Uh oh yeah, five o'clock where you are. Yeah. That's he's getting he's like crawling all over, like, okay, mommy, you're just sitting there. Do something. Why are you sitting there? I have one down here. Oh, do you is it a cat or a dog? I heard somebody barking.
SPEAKER_00Okay. Well, she is yeah, she was whining because there were deer in the yard.
SPEAKER_01Oh, cool.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, she's she doesn't bark.
SPEAKER_02Will she chase a deer?
SPEAKER_00Oh god, yeah.
SPEAKER_02Yeah, she would. Yeah, that'd be right now.
SPEAKER_00I have to be really careful not to let her out of the yard without a leash on because she's not smart, and she will take off after a deer or a squirrel. We the boys and I were up on Pilot Butte, and it was, you know, about this time of year, probably, maybe maybe a little bit later. And it was starting to get dark, so we were heading down the butte, and Nolan wanted to hold the leash, and I had Augie to deal with because he was like three and he was done. It's a mile up and a mile down. Uh and the deer deer came by and they yanked that she she yanked that leash out of his hand so fast and she disappeared. So she's chipped. So we walked down. So we start walking down the trail, and I get a phone call from somebody who was on top of the butte. She went back up. She went back up. So Miles, bless him, ran back up and got her and brought her back down. Because it was like, oh, I cannot, I cannot carry Uggy back up that hill.
SPEAKER_02That's where that's what that's what five-year-olds are for running up Miles Hills.
SPEAKER_00Well, he was only three at the time.
unknownMiles?
SPEAKER_00Wow. Oh no, oh no, Miles Miles was six, yeah. Okay.
SPEAKER_02That's what they're supposed to do.
SPEAKER_00Oh yeah, no, he was totally into it.
SPEAKER_02I think they have a little cards. I'll run up the mountain.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, exactly. I could do that.
SPEAKER_02I could do that.
SPEAKER_00Would you please?
SPEAKER_02I could do that. I could do that. Of course he's the wood, too.
SPEAKER_00Of course he is. He has a mission. That's right. You need help? I have a solution.
SPEAKER_02All right. Well, do you think do you think that I hope people put those in their nests? I hope you all do this. It's it's pretty groovy not being afraid right now.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_02It's pretty groovy. And it's intermittent. Don't get me wrong, man. It's really intermittent.
SPEAKER_00It comes and goes, but the culture is growing trash in your nests all day. Throwing trash in the nest every day.
SPEAKER_02And so, you know, like we have to poop every day, we have to brush our teeth every day. There's just so much clutter right now. I we just I just have to do nest work every day. And it's you know, it's not that big a deal. It's not that big a deal. Maintenance. Um, yeah, maintenance. So yeah.
SPEAKER_01Well, that's what I got to say about my myth. Clean your nests. Like it. I will be using it. So the moral of the story is clean your nest. Next time, heart, karma, and maybe even circular time. Remember that you are smarter than AI. Thanks for listening to Put a Quarter in It.
