Stay grounded, shine your light, and remember—you’re part of a powerful collective transformation. Let’s journey through this together. 🌟

November is a soul-searching month that will bring up a lot of emotion and may feel like a roller coaster at times, and I am here to help you through it.

There’s so much happening this month. We start right away, November 1st, with a new moon in Scorpio. New moons are a time of new beginnings, initiation, and fresh starts. Scorpio, however, is not the lightest sign of the zodiac. Scorpio is about the shadow, going deep within to let go of what is keeping you from being your true self or moving through your fears. Things will come up during this new moon to help you let go and move through so you can shed a new skin and become a different version of yourself because this is an era-defining month. History is being made right now, and you're a big part of it.

We are in Scorpio season for the first three weeks of the month. Scorpio is all about getting in touch with the shadow, all that you've been afraid to see, be, or embody. This is a time of moving through some fears. I think we all have some fear right now that is palpable. We’re actually moving through some collective trauma, and that’s palpable. Whether you're aware of what's happening in the zeitgeist or not, you're picking up on it. There's probably things coming up in your personal life as well that are making you face uncomfortable feelings. Transition times and transformational times are mysterious and unknown, and there’s often a fear of the unknown. It takes deep faith and deep trust to find your way through the darkness. Your feelings are your guide, and allowing yourself to feel and experience whatever is going on within you is so important. Accepting the fullness of who you are, what you're feeling, and the reality of what's happening is part of embodying and moving through the shadow.

On November 3rd, we have a Mars-Pluto opposition. Mars and Pluto are Scorpio's rulers, so it’s a very Scorpionic month. American elections are always during Scorpio, right? Mars represents your pioneering spirit, vitality, sexuality, and the force that drives you through the world—your physical energy, your warrior energy. With Mars in Leo, this emboldens you to be yourself, stand up for yourself, and honor what you believe in. It’s opposing Pluto in its final degrees of Capricorn, which is all about shadow, unearthing, and bringing light to what’s been buried—power dynamics, fears, and the collapse of structures that no longer serve. This creates tension between Scorpio’s ruling planets, creating a sense of embattled energy both within you and within the world.

Two days after that is the U.S. election, and we’re in a tense time. Pluto will still be in its final degrees of Capricorn, and Mercury is in its retrograde shadow, so things may feel unclear that day and throughout the month. Pluto is a generational planet; it defines a generation and transforms societies. When Pluto entered Capricorn in 2008, it transformed how we saw power structures, bringing attention to systems that were unhealthy for our society. Capricorn relates to the old guard, the patriarchy, and the plutocracy—the power of the few, or as Bernie Sanders calls it, the 1%. We’ve seen how this system doesn’t work. As Pluto enters Aquarius, we’re ushering in a new way of being.

Aquarius is the sign of the humanitarian and progress, while Capricorn is about tradition. Pluto in Aquarius is about power to the people, and we’re already seeing that in workers standing up for fair wages and recognizing the collective power they hold. Aquarius also rules technology, and we’re witnessing the rise of revolutionary technology, including AI. But we’re also seeing the shadow side, like misinformation and disinformation. Aquarius encourages us to explore collective power for positive change, but it also comes with challenges, such as mob psychology or people losing their humanity in groups. Pluto in Aquarius will highlight these themes, showing us the power of individuality within the collective. Your unique voice is so important—together, we create the diverse beauty that makes a difference in the world.

I’ve been thinking about Pluto in Aquarius in terms of personal power. A lot of people feel like their voice doesn’t matter or that they don’t make a difference, but you do. I see this a lot with voting—some spiritual people think it doesn’t matter if they vote or who’s in power. Yes, the power is within you, but your vote also matters because it’s your voice. It’s when we all work together to create a better society that real change happens. That’s what Pluto in Aquarius is about: knowing that you—and all of us together—have the power to change the world.

This is an incredible time, with Pluto in its final degrees of Capricorn shedding light on outdated power structures and helping us create a world of inclusivity, unity, and diversity. Remember, you’re part of this revolution where we embrace each other’s differences and love each other for who we are—and love yourself for who you are.

On November 15th, we have a full moon in Taurus. Full moons bring light to things, and Taurus is about your voice, finding joy in simple pleasures, and connecting with nature. This is a wonderful time to practice self-care and be in nature, reminding yourself of life’s beauty.

Four days after that, on November 19th, Pluto officially moves into Aquarius, beginning a two-decade cycle of transformation. The world will look very different by the end of this period, with many positive changes and some uncomfortable adjustments. I’m sure you’re already feeling this shift.

On November 25th, Mercury goes retrograde, entering a three-week period that could bring communication delays and misunderstandings. I imagine we may still be waiting on election results during this Mercury retrograde, which adds another layer of tension. It won’t be an easy election for anyone. You don’t have to be a psychic astrologer to know there will be challenges.

So how do you navigate this time of transformation and historic change? Here are some tips for staying focused, positive, and grounded.

Remember, if you’d like support with grounding yourself and connecting to your inner light during this intense time, I have a free meditation available, "Embody the Light." I’ll share a link in the description below if you’d like to sign up and use it to lift yourself up during this transformative month. Remember that when things feel heavy, you are the light, and together, we’re lighting up the world.

We are all in this together, and we have so much more in common than we realize. I love you so much and wish you a joy-filled, light-filled November and beyond. Lots of love!
