2026 is a year for the history books, and this is one of the most pivotal months, personally and for the collective, and I am here to help you through it. Welcome to Get Psyched with Carrie Samuels, where you'll find inspiration to create a magical life. Here you'll experience all things divine, so tune in and let the magic begin. And I don't know about you, but. January felt like the longest year ever there was. It was a lot. And this month's actually going to be even more intense and more dramatic. Actually, starting February things are really going to speed up. Everything is going to be moving very fast and there's going to be a lot happening at once. So let's go back and talk about something that happened in January.'cause it's. Relevant and very important to what's gonna happen for the next generation. Actually, Neptune is one of the outer planets and outer planets really shape our collective and our culture. And Neptune is associated with like film and media and our dreams and spirituality. It is our connection to the divine and source and each other. Neptune changes signs about every 14, 15 years. And since 2011 it has been in Pisces, it's home sign, and Pisces, of course, is associated with the ocean and Neptune. It's the God of the sea. So it's this very dreamy and spiritual energy and. On January 26th, Neptune moved from Pisces into Aries. And that's not just like, okay, you hear about signs changing all the time, but that's a very big deal. Not only is it a new 15 year cycle, it's actually a new 165 year cycle because Pisces is the last sign of the Zodiac, and Aries is the beginning of the entire Zodiac wheel. So that completed 165 year cycle. Now, last time Neptune went into Aries, it was literally the beginning of the Civil War, and here we are 165 years later. I feel like we are still learning the same lessons, like trying to treat humans with equality and dignity. And here we are. We are in another battle for our ideals. We are really at odds as a culture. So we are right now in a very, very challenging time in human history. Like here we are at a crossroads and we're actually in the beginning of a very, very long karmic cycle. So one thing about Neptune is it rules spirituality and our connection to source and each other, and Saturn is also a planet. That is moving into Aries this month, and we'll talk about that in a moment. And Saturn rules our foundations and really the structures of our everyday life. So whereas Neptune is dream, Saturn is reality, they're going to be meeting up at zero degrees Aries also this month, because on February 13th, Saturn. Is also changing signs and moving into Aries. Now it's only gonna stay there for about two years, but this is pivotal having these two planets that do very different things, meeting up at the very beginning of the zodiac wheel. Now, one thing about Saturn, it is the Lord of karma. It is the get real planet. And Neptune and Saturn have been like very, very close for the last couple of years, and They've both been in the last degrees of Pisces, so there's been this like karmic reckoning. So there's this sense of like everybody personally and collectively are finishing up karmic cycles. There's a reckoning also, something happens, especially when Neptune is at 29 degrees Pisces, as we've seen. Uh, there's always these like crazy storms or crazy weather. Especially involving water in all forms. Right? And we've seen that every time in 20 24, 20 25, when Neptune has been in these last degrees of Pisces. So I want you to know that the Lord of Karma, Saturn is in that last degree of Pisces now finishing up karmic patterns for you personally and for the collective. So it's really. Something to take note as we're moving through a very difficult time in human history and in your personal life if things have been happening for you, where you are having endings that you didn't expect or want or look forward to, or things are really reaching their completion, that's why these two very, very powerful planets have been working together. Neptune dissolves boundaries and Saturn creates boundaries. So there are things that are falling apart and new worlds are being built, and that's what's happening now with Saturn in its last degrees of Pisces in the last degree of Pisces until February 13th. You personally are finishing up a karmic cycle, like what are you done with? What do you not want to take with you in the future? And as a world, we're seeing some of our karmic patterns coming to light some ways where things cannot be sustained and they're falling apart. So Neptune and Saturn are going to be coming together at zero degrees in the very, very, very, very beginning of the Zodiac wheel on February 20th. And this has not happened in several thousand years. We actually don't know how many thousands of years because it has not been in recorded history, but it is speculated that it is as, many as 7,000 BC that this has happened. Basically, this is like the formation of a new civilization. Okay. Neptune is dreams. Saturn is reality. And right now we are collectively and you personally are dreaming a new world into being. It may feel like a nightmare sometimes what's happening in the world. However, we are building a new world and that always happens after destruction, and I want you to remember that. As we are going through a very, very difficult time, you need to hold very close in your heart what your dream is for your life and what your dream is for the collective. And both are very important now, and I wanna remind you, you were born right now, right here in this body for a reason. And when Neptune was in. Pisces for the last 14 years. It brought a lot of things. It brought an awareness to spiritual things and brought them into the mainstream astrology, numerology. I mean, literally the last time Neptune went into Pisces, I was flying to San Diego to become a full-time intuitive, and that changed my life, right? Like it was a mainstream thing. Like I made that the foundation and structure of my life. And I'm sure maybe around March of 2011, like what were you doing? To change your life, to really make your dreams come true and and connect with your spirit. That cycle has come to an end. And now Neptune and Aries is the era of the spiritual warrior. And I was thinking about the archetypes of this because I work a lot with the archangels. I love the angels. And one thing about angels, they're very much not fluffy. An Archangel Michael in particular is a fierce warrior. Everyone talks about his sword and how fiery he is because he is a warrior and that's why he is the guardian of Lightworkers. Because that is the sword of truth, and that is the sword of facing things with fierceness and your inner fire as you move through this planet. Light workers are shadow workers. You're here to help cut through. All the Bs and see the truth and live the truth with your values. And that is why you are so important right now. And that's why this new era of Neptune in Aries is so important. And Saturn in Aries again, Saturn goes into Aries on the 13th. So you have the planet of dreams and the planet of structure. So it is a very much different thing. So really feel into the energy of Archangel Michael, the spiritual warrior, the one who is here to stand up for the truth, to stand up for yourself, to know what's right and to help build a new world based on equality and fairness and beauty and love and compassion, which are all Neptune qualities. But right now, Aries. Which is the ram, right? The ram is like butting heads. So right now you and the world, we're all having to face things head on. Yeah, there will be no more spiritual bypassing. I mean, there will be, I'm sure I'll get some comments here, but really it's, it's not gonna be as easy to look away from things, what's happening in the world or your life. I know a lot of spiritual people and people who are sensitive or empaths, like I'm too sensitive to know what's going on. I, I don't wanna know this. I wanna hope for the best or like it's all five D and we all have to transcend from human drama. You were born into this because you are meant to experience what's happening in the physical body, and it's very, very, very important that you really keep your feet on the ground. You do not look away from what is happening in the world and your life. How many things in your life have you hoped would change or hope would get better? Saturn, the planet of responsibility is saying, you gotta look at this now. And that's especially gonna happen in these very last degrees of Pisces. Until Saturn moves into Aries on February 13th, there's gonna be so much about, you have to see what's happening and you have to face life head on. You have to really look at things as a warrior. With a lot of strength and courage, you cannot hope things are gonna get better or like want other people to change. You need to really be very proactive now, and this is the energy of this year, and this is the energy moving forward. It's not gonna change because the elements are moving from earth and water into fire and air. Very different energy. Now we do have. A strong water current running throughout the year in terms of mercury, retrogrades are all in water signs. And February 6th, mercury the planet of communication in your mind. Transportation is going to be moving into Pisces, and it's gonna stay in Pisces for a while because at the end of the month. Mercury's going retrograde in Pisces, but that is just the very, that is just like one thing happening this month. Now, remember, Mercury's communication information, transportation. So when Mercury goes retrograde, there's often information that comes up from the past. Keep this in mind, February 1st, the very beginning of the month, we have a full moon in Leo and full moons illuminate things that. Are beneath the surface. Your emotions, they bring things to light. Leo rules the heart. So this is a heart opening month. This is about like really reconnecting with what's true to you, your passions, what you love, who you love and why. And then February 6th, Mercury's gonna go into Pisces where it's gonna stay for a long time because what happens during a Mercury retrograde, it traverses an area in the sky, right? These Pisces, and then. Goes retrograde. So goes back to say, Hey, I didn't learn something. Let me retrace that. Let me reconnect with that. Let me, what did I miss? And then goes back again. So this is why it stays in, in a sign for a longer time when it's retrograde. So Mercury being your mind and communication and Pisces being like such deep emotion and also containing all the signs, right? So that's, that's significant. Because you're reconnecting with the deepest parts of yourself. I wanna go back to and talk about that full moon in Leo on the first, there's five planets in Aquarius. During that full moon, Aquarius is the sign of revolutions, the revolutionary, forward thinking, progress, equality, unity, and. Diversity, it seems paradoxical that the individual is what is. The collective. It's like everyone needs to be their own unique self to create a world, a collective world where we can all get along, right? So it's not about like we all need to do the same things or be the same person. This is like, we need to move forward. We need to have progress, we need visionaries, innovation, we need to do things in a new way. And every unique person. Is special. And by you being your unique self, you are contributing to the greater good. And that really says a lot about what we have in this month as well, because this is Aquarian energy. You have to remember, Pluto just went into Aquarius for 20 years. Pluto is the shadow. Aquarius is society. Aquarius is also. Technology, and we are definitely seeing the shadow side of that with the plutocrats. Right? And that's gonna be significant this month too, because with Mercury retrograde, we may be seeing things about information. Stealing of information or how information's being hidden from us, that's going to be very, very significant and how technology is part of that as well. Okay. Let's keep moving for, there's so much to this month. It's like I'm trying to like fit in. This is just the first like couple weeks, right? We're talking about. Right. And then, okay. On the 13th we have. Saturn moving into Aries for two years. Saturn is leaders as well and structures and foundations of our life. Literally bones. Real estate teeth, like foundations that are tangible, responsibility, discipline leaders. So one of the things that's going to come out of this new phase is that new, young, innovative leaders are going to emerge because people are going to be like, I need to change this, and this is what's going to be happening. You need to change your world. Okay. It's really summoning all of our courage and self-actualization and some people are gonna step forth and say, I'm gonna help change the world , in that kind of way. So that's one of the things that's happening. Let's move forward here. So we have this. Thing. This big transit of Saturn moving into Aries for another two years. And of course, anytime a planet changes science, there's a lot of drama around it as there's, it's a birth right, and especially as it moves into the very beginning of the zodiac wheel, there's this death rebirth happening this month. And it's gonna happen in your life. It's gonna happen in the world. February 17th, we have our first Eclipse of the year, and it's also the first eclipse in Aquarius we've had in a decade. So Aqua, um, Aquarius Leo are going to be our new sets of eclipses for the next 18 months. However, we're also finishing up. Our eclipses in Virgo, Pisces, so we're gonna have four different signs this year of eclipses with all four elements because we need to learn a lot. Eclipses are like a power outage and a reset. They're wake up calls and this whole month is a wake up call right now. That's what's happening. So there's this reset happening. we have a ring of fire eclipse on the 17th, right after Saturn goes into Aries. And this is really going to wake up the collective. So off and running now with the fire horse year.'cause we're really still in the year of the wood snake. Until then. And then things get really fast after that, things are really going to escalate quickly. February 20th, during this eclipse season is when we have this once in several thousand year meetup between Saturn and Neptune. Remember, Neptune dissolves boundaries. Saturn builds them. Neptune is dreams. Saturn is reality. So. What's gonna happen around then? Eclipses can bring like shocking events, sudden events. And remember, Aquarius is also ruled by the planet Uranus, and this eclipse is square Uranus. So there's something about freedom that this fire horse, this is like an aquariums, always are about like a fight for freedom. So this is an era of freedom fighting. In your life and the world, and this is why we're gonna see so many revolts and strikes and protests. People are fighting for freedom, workers' rights, freedom, society freedom, other people's freedom. We are fighting for freedom now, and this is really going to be activated in this month, especially around that eclipse. Portal, uh, talk about eclipse portal or, or eclipse season. Basically what that is, is eclipses come in pears and they're two weeks apart, a new moon and a full moon. So we have the new moon, solar eclipse, in Aquarius, and then two weeks later we have a full moon lunar eclipse in Virgo. And so this time in between is like awakened. It is. A high voltage larger than life. Things come to the surface that have been eclipsed from the surface. And remember, we are in the shadow of Mercury retrograde until the 27th and then Mercury goes retrograde in Pisces. So like what's gonna come out? And I also wanna remind you that Aries is associated with war and so. This is maybe a time, especially if you consider that if Neptune dissolves boundaries and Saturn is boundaries or borders. It's a time when countries can invade other countries borders and disrespect that it's a very warlike energy and there's a lot of anger, a lot of hot headedness. And impulsiveness and Saturn rules our leaders, and we certainly don't have leaders with a clear mind or head, it seems in many places. And so we have a lot of aggression. So in your personal life, I want you to take note of that because your temper will be ignited around now. It may just be people on the street who like cut you off, or it may be people in your life who do things to enrage you. It may be because Mercury and Pisces is helping connect you to your deeper feelings and you're triggered. Be very, very mindful of that. This is a very combustible month and a lot of shocks and surprises. Okay. I just, you just need to know that, and that way you're prepared for it and you can. Manage things, and that's why I'm sharing this with you because I want you to be prepared for it so that you know how to, not react, but respond proactively and consciously. So again, we have that happening on the 20th, but Saturn conjunct Neptune at zero degrees. Aries initiates a whole new cycle, like. Something we've never seen before. This isn't just like a this month thing. This is a, like we're building a new civilization. This hasn't happened in several thousand years. It's a total reset, and that is happening during the eclipse. And also we have some astrology that very much echoes, things that have happened in World War ii, the French Revolution, the Civil War, the Industrial Revolution, like there's so many echoes. From different parts in history and when things come around to where they were, it's like, you, you get these, these reverberations. And so, uh, yeah, this is not gonna be a light and fluffy February, but remember, you have, instead of light and fluffy angels, you have Archangel Michael. You can call upon the archangels too. Angels are fierce protectors. Angels are fierce warriors, especially Archangel Michael. Remember to call upon that energy to call upon that spirit. Archangel Michael is really like the archetype of that fierce lightworker energy. That's why they're called archangels'cause they embody archetypes. So you can call upon that energy to embody as you move forth through this new cycle. And that said, I have three. Action steps for you to navigate this really high octane time. Your first action step is to have a lot of space in your calendar. You are going to need time to process your emotions. You are going to need time and space. When there's things happening in the world, especially like weather things or political things, there's going to be a lot of combustible energy. Right now. You're going to. Because even eclipses always affect everyone personally. You're going to need a lot of time to process all the things, the surprises that are gonna come your way. Now, some of them can be delightful surprises, New Moon eclipses always bring about new chapters. That can be really fateful and amazing new connections or new frontiers, especially with that fire horse. The past few years have been a lot of month where you can really like take off, but just do it in a way that you know is a marathon and a sprint. Right? Which brings us to your second action step, which is build a better world. You're going to be building a new world for yourself and a new world in the collective because you were born at this time for a reason. So in your everyday life, think about is this choice I'm making, moving me forward in my dream. Is it doing something that feels good in my heart, or is it taking me back to something that was comfortable but no longer? Right? And in terms of the world, of course, you're not meant to change the whole world by yourself. That's what Aquarius is about. Aquarius is about the collective and community. So maybe you. Choose where to spend or not spend your money. Maybe you want to only support local companies or companies that are doing the right thing and not supporting companies that are not doing the right thing. That's a big way that you can help change the world. And especially if you support your local businesses and your local communities, that is going to really help bring this Aquarian era to life. Now, your third action step is to deescalate the drama. There's going to be a lot of drama. And remember Aries, right? Hotheads. Impulsiveness. By the way, we love Aries, but we're talking about like an abundance of Aries now. And yes, if you are born in the sign of Aries, if that's your sun sign, it's gonna really light up your chart right now. But wherever Aries is in your birth chart, that's the area that gets lit up by this Saturn Neptune conjunction especially. And. Aries, I mean, people, especially with the eclipses and all this happening, people will be impulsive. People will be like, it's gonna be like. Lunar lunatic energy on steroids. So you really want to keep your calm, have your practices, and that's one thing Saturn Neptune teaches you. The conjunction is to have spiritual practices that you can count on, that are tangible, where you are regulating your nervous system, where you are connecting with source to know that like. Remember that you're born here for a reason at this time, and to help you reconnect with your purpose. So remember to like before reacting and before getting mad at someone, take some time to yourself, maybe write in a journal and get your feelings out or talk to someone. That's part of what Mercury in Pisces is about is communicating deep feelings. So however you can communicate your deep. Feelings and self love and remember your love for humanity, that will really help you through.
