2026 is a year for the history books, and this is the month when everything changes. This is a big turning point personally, collectively, so much is changing. Big things are happening once in a lifetime, once in anybody's lifetime, events are happening, and this is really going to shake things up. And I'm here to tell you all about it. Hello, I'm Carrie Samuels, your intuitive counselor and happiness coach with your July forecast. And before we talk about these big once-in-a-lifetime transits that are happening this month, I want to put things into perspective for you because you've been hearing all year, I mean, since 2020, right? Like this is a once-in-a-lifetime, once in a mini lifetime thing. And you're probably like, oh my gosh, I'm so tired of it. But the beauty of it is that this is really a month where things can really change for the better. It may not look that way at first, it may not feel that way, but this is really what's happening, and it's really exciting. And we need it, we need a good positive turn. So we all know what happened in 2020. Saturn conjunct Pluto. The astrologers were like, everything's gonna be different, and then everything was different. There's also a Jupiter-Pluto conjunction. Now, fast forward to 2026 when everyone's like, this is a big year, the astrology is bigger this year than any other year. Well, as you can see, a lot is happening. It does feel like a lot is changing, and hopefully, in your personal life, things may feel like they're changing for the better, but even if they don't, let me put things into perspective for you. 2025 was when every single planet was in its last degree of its sign, it was like wrapping everything up. Plus, we had the end of a nine-year cycle because 2025 was a nine personal year. So that was a big year of endings, loss, closing chapters, ending things, like things just didn't feel the same before, or things that were working for you no longer did. 2026, a whole brand new world. It's a one universal year in numerology because two plus zero plus two plus six equals ten. That reduces to one. And every single planet moved into its new planetary cycle. Like every single planet moved into a new sign. And we have the personal planets that change signs all the time. And then we have Jupiter and Saturn, which are social planets. Jupiter changes signs once every year, Saturn every two and a half years-ish. And so those really change things, and that changes the tone of our society for that time. And then we have the outer planets, the transpersonal planets that are much slower moving. And when they change signs, it's really a big deal because those are generational, those are social movements, those are like big things happening. They're not just like these day-to-day kind of flavors, it's a it's a total complete shift. So you can imagine every single planet, personal, social, transpersonal, outer planets, changing signs when we're in a one universal year. That is huge. And because of that, not only are they changing the archetypes in our society and the structure of things, they're also connecting with your personal chart very differently. You hear about the houses in the zodiac, and houses are like parts of your life, the aspects of your life. And so when these planets change signs, they move into different houses in your zodiac. And so that's part of why you feel like you want to move things around. You you're not comfortable or satisfied or fulfilled as much with the way things were going. You want new things, you want new horizons, you want to have different experiences. That's because these planets are changing. 2026, in February, Saturn, the planet of structure, boundaries, limitations, discipline, the physical world, time itself, karma, moved into zero degrees Aries. So Saturn moved into the very first degree of the first sign, the birth of the zodiac wheel. So that's not just like changing signs, that's like it finished up a whole karmic cycle. Changing signs. Even more importantly, Neptune, which is a much slower moving planet, changed signs and went into zero degrees Aries as well. And then they met in February. Saturn, the planet of structure, Neptune the planet that dissolves structure, that's a huge deal in and of itself. And when Saturn and Neptune meet up, that tears down elements of our society. Things get rebuilt. Well, at zero degrees Aries, that's a once in a several thousand years kind of thing. That's like a whole new epoch. Not even a whole new era, like a whole new everything. Zero degrees in Aries, building a new world. So I wanted to remind you of that because you probably watched the forecasts about that in February, and like that feels like a thousand years ago already. But that's what happened. And I want to remind you, outer planets are slower moving and take a long time. Whereas the personal planets, Mercury, Venus, Mars, the Moon, Sun, the I mean the Sun and Moon aren't planets, there are luminaries, but in astrology are considered so. Those change all the time, right? And so those can create lasting changes. However, it's it happens more often. But these slower moving planets, they have bigger and more lasting changes that may take a long time. So when that happened in February, it wasn't like, okay, we're building a new world now. It's like, okay, this is the start, and this is going to continue to happen. So I want you to keep that in your mind and your heart that when these things change, when these planets have these configurations, these transits, these connections, they're long-term and they take a long time. When Pluto moved into Aquarius, right when that happened is when AI came into our consciousness. Pluto, transformation, deep, deep unearthing of truth, power, moving into the sign of technology, social constructs, everything. But Aquarius is very futuristic and it's also very individualistic. So Pluto, when it moves into a sign, shows us the shadow of things, but then after time, we start to see the power of it and the promise of it. Pluto and Aquarius promises social change, social revolution. Okay, that doesn't happen overnight. It starts with the shadow because people start to see the truth and say, hey, you know what? We want to take back our power. Pluto and Aquarius, power to the people. So that's been going on, okay? And also in April, we had another, like, this is mind-blowingly synchronistic, where we had seven planets and Aries. We're in a time of war. And of course, with Saturn and Neptune and Aries, there's this sense of war, fire, passion, fighting for individual rights, fighting for what you believe in. Saturn, Neptune, and Aries promises new leadership, young leadership, new ideas, bold new frontiers, daring, courage, passion. Really going where no one has ever gone. And that's really where we're headed. And that is some of what this month is bringing. And as we talk about what's happening, I want you to remember that this change will happen over time. These transits will be in effect for years. So especially between now and next year, when they're very active. But this is when there's this incredible lineup. Again, I want to give you some backdrop of even just this month. June 29th, Jupiter went into Leo. After a year being in Cancer, Jupiter spends a year in every sign and it blesses that sign in a lot of ways. It expands everything. It's a planet of optimism, good luck, joy, future vision, ideals, and beliefs. Jupiter expands your beliefs. It expands what you believe can be possible. Now moving into Leo, a sign ruled by the sun, Leo is a fire sign. And part of what's been happening is these planets have been moving from earth and water, which are yin, into fire and air, which are very fast moving. They're yang, they're active, they're action-oriented, and that is the energy right now. And Jupiter was the last planet that was still in a water sign. And now it's like a match. Moves into fire. And this is a very fiery month. Actually, as soon as that happened, we had a heat wave. So I want to let you know that this is a hot month. It's hot with passion, it's hot with drama. Leo always brings the drama, right? And it is elementally a lot of air and fire. So be very careful around fire and how quickly things can ignite with that. Those two elements together are very combustible. So that's part of why we have a heat wave now. And astrologers predicted this. We told you months ago, if you got any of our forecasts for the year, we're all like, July is gonna be hot, so be careful when you're planning a vacation or anything like that. We begin this month also on June 29th. In addition to Jupiter going into Leo, Mercury, the planet of the mind and communication and transportation and commerce, went retrograde. So this is a backdrop. Now, in ordinary times, Mercury in retrograde would be news in and of itself. That's actually the least thing that's happening this month. But I want you to be aware of Mercury in retrograde. So whereas we have all of these planets in fire and air, all of the Mercury retrogrades this year are in water. So you want to be very, very careful around water. You want to make sure you are being mindful about water, water things, accidents that can happen with water. You want to make any repairs around your home. Cancer, which is what Mercury's retrograde in, until the 23rd of the month. Cancer is about the home and not necessarily the structure of the home, although with Mercury you want to be mindful of the structure of the home. It's about the memories and the emotional security around your home. So what this Mercury retrograde is going to bring is a remembrance because Mercury always brings you into the past in some ways, the retrogrades, Mercury is your mind. So you will be remembering things in your childhood, perhaps, that helped you feel either secure or insecure. You may be having dreams that bring up things that can feel sad or griefful, or if that's not really a word, but we can talk about it now, right? Full of grief that bring up grief, that also can heal you. We begin this month with Jupiter, that planet of expansion, which all year is going to be teaching you, all year meaning from July now until next July is going to be teaching you how to make yourself shine, how to be comfortable being yourself, shining as the beautiful being that you were born to be, helping you light up your life, the world in a way that feels megawatt, and help you feel joyful, more playful, more creative, more bold, more vibrant, and have more fun and affection in your life. That's a Jupiter theme. Jupiter expands everything, is going to be squaring Chiron, which also just changed signs last month. Chiron is the wounded healer and moved into Taurus. It's going to show us where our wounds are. Now, Taurus is also a security-oriented sign. It's a lot about physical security, money, but also what you value and your self-esteem. Who and what you value. It's very Venusian, it's ruled by Venus. Money, self-worth, self-esteem, and the physical things that help you feel delightful. Jupiter's going to be squaring that right in the beginning of the month. Chiron's very active this month, as is Jupiter. Chiron is going to bring up those wounds around your self-esteem and your self-worth. While Mercury is retrograding cancer, helping you reconnect with those childhood memories and also your gifts. Cancer is associated with ancestral wounds and ancestral wisdom. You carry both the burdens and the gifts of your ancestors. And what's coming up for you now is healing those deepest wounds so you can shine and share more boldly, more brightly than you ever realized you could. You're carrying a lot and so much that wants to be shared. And that is what is important about what's happening this month. This is a turning point. And maybe you're feeling this inside of you, that you know that you were born for a bigger reason. You know that you should have a bigger reach in the world, feelings that help you feel more joyful, more fulfilled. You're meant to shine your light brighter and reach more people in whatever way that means for you. And you're meant to have more fun and joy and play. And you're feeling that. It's in the stars and it's in your heart because what's going on up there is a mirror for what's happening in here. It's showing you, and you are exactly where you are meant to be. It can feel very uncomfortable. So I want to emphasize that the changes happening now and moving forward and that we've been through are uncomfortable. But the potential for the fulfillment and the transformation are beyond what you could have previously imagined for you personally and our collective. Also, we have a very explosive kind of energy on July fourth. It's fireworks, metaphorical and physical fireworks, because Mars, that planet of explosions and action and anger and war and aggression, but also passion and drive, is going to be conjunct exactly meeting up with Uranus, the planet of surprises and unexpected events, freedom, liberation. So that is America's supposed day of freedom, right? Like so, we're that is a celebration of freedom, which is very Uranian. And then we have fireworks on July 4th here in the United States, which is perfect for Mars conjunct Uranus. It just couldn't be more symbolic. It's just amazing how these things happen. However, very unexpected events can happen all around this time, beginning the third, especially. So that doesn't necessarily mean something awful or tragic is going to happen, but it doesn't mean that it won't. Tempers will flare, people will be hotheads and act in very unexpected and surprising ways. So I would be extremely careful driving. Do not instigate. If someone is acting irrationally, you just get out of the way. I personally would avoid crowds and anywhere where you have to like travel a lot or large groups, which I guess is what a crowd is, right? But I would really avoid anywhere where something unexpected or um angry could be happening. But that doesn't mean that you need to be afraid of anything. Just keep a cool head and stay present, just letting you know what the energy is like that day. What everyone's talking about in terms of July being this big, massive event of the many centuries, unprecedented in history, is something called the Barbot's Basket. Why do we call it that? Because Andre Barbot was a famous-ish astrologer, famous amongst astrologers, French, and he passed away in 2019, but he predicted with accuracy the pandemic of 2020. And he also predicted exactly when the Russian, the USSR would fall apart, really, and that was when the Berlin Wall happened. Well, he also predicted this transformation that's going to happen this month. This Barbose basket is a combination of outer planets. Now remember, the outer planets bring big, long-lasting changes. They're going to be connecting in such a way that is unprecedented. The synchronicity is mind-blowing. It's hard for me to even fathom how this is happening. But the outer planets of Jupiter, Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto within four days are all aligning at four degrees. So if you have these planets that have an 84-year cycle, 165-year cycle, or 260-year cycle, and they are connecting at the same degree, it's unfathomable. I'll tell you what this means and what he predicted. And first, let's talk about what these planets are. Jupiter and Leo, the planet of expansion, going to be in Leo for a year. Uranus, which is the great liberator, again bringing surprises, moving us toward the future. Even though Uranus is a slow moving planet, it acts very Very quickly. It brings unexpected events. It's very much associated with lightning and electricity. That's why you have to be especially careful. Especially around fireworks. You want to be very careful around that. But Uranus brings unexpected events that move us toward the future. It's the modern ruler of Aquarius. It's associated with higher octaves of communication and space travel and electricity and progress. That is going to be at four degrees. Neptune, as we talked about, which moved into Aries, is also going to be at four degrees. So Neptune is the planet of dreams, intuition, psychic energy, culture, movies, anything having to do with illusion and anything cultural, Neptune will be there in Aries, bringing forth new bold dreams and new bold visions. And then Pluto, which is the lord of the underworld, which is associated with power, the mob, secrets, money, in um, not in a Venus way, but in like a big plutocracy kind of way. Pluto being the lord of the underworld reveals things that have been hidden for who knows how long. Now remember, Mercury is in retrograde until the twenty-third, and Mercury always brings information from the past. So these planets coming together are going to bring up information and insight and innovation and a kind of synchronicity that we never thought was possible. So Barbot, this astrologer, predicted this as a time of the end of chaos and the beginning of a new age where people will be coming together in a collective power for the greater good, which is the promise of Pluto in Aquarius. So there are a lot of ranges of opinions about what this means. Because if you look around the world right now, you're like, okay, that's not gonna happen this month. However, things can happen that start to break open those possibilities. I want you to keep into your heart that these are longer cycles, but it begins now and it begins with you. Because what's gonna happen is you are starting to recognize things are going to break open for you this possibility of what can be for you personally and what can be collectively when you are using your personal gifts for the greater good. What's gonna happen when you recognize that like we have more power than you realized? Because what's happening now is that Pluto and Aquarius revolution. This is revolutionary energy where people are recognizing that what's happening, what has been happening with these dinosaurs that have been in charge of all the big structures of our life, Saturn, we're recognizing that one, that doesn't work for us, and two, we need to build something else, and we're not gonna count on the people in charge to do this for us. And that starts with you sharing your unique light, your unique gift in the world. So that time, especially between July 18th and July 22nd, is when those planets are coming together in a never-before seen synchronicity at four degrees. This is, if you just think about the odds of that, is so mind-blowing. And I'm hoping that this gives you hope that as things are falling apart, we, you are all building something really incredible. So I want you to remember this so that you're not afraid when things are falling apart, when things are coming to the surface, which is what Pluto does, that shows you how terrible the people have been, the powers that be, or maybe even people in your life. And this is, by the way, leading up to next month in August, we're going to have eclipse season. And eclipses always bring fateful endings and fateful beginnings. And a lot of world leaders were born under eclipses. And a lot of these wars started during eclipses. So eclipses always bring up information shockingly, suddenly, very much like Uranus does, and end and begin new chapters. So keep this right here in your heart as we're moving through this month. As crazy things can happen with like Mercury retrograde, Mercury retrograde is teaching you how to do things differently, how to think differently. Right now it's all about thinking in unique ways that are breaking patterns, breaking molds, breaking into new frontiers, new ideas. That is what is happening this month, and that is why it is so exciting. So this is all for the greater good. And remember, you are part of what we are building. So it's not a time to just sit back and hope things change. You have to be a very active participant in the changes that you want in your life. You have to be very active this month. Yes, even with Mercury Retrograde to start new things and break up routines and break up patterns so that you are living more authentically. You are living more from your heart and have that fire and that air really light something in you to get you moving and motivated to do something different, to do things differently and to take a chance on yourself. Okay, but that's not all that we have going on. On the 23rd, on the 22nd, also, the sun moves into Leo. So it's connecting with Jupiter then. And on the 23rd, Mercury goes direct, and that's really whoa, we are full speed ahead after that. So that's right after like this really intense energy of those four planets meeting up in such a way, and Jupiter is going to be opposing Pluto at that time. Jupiter is going to be expanding what you think is possible, and Pluto is going to be bringing things up to show you the truth and also bring up power dynamics that you and the collective have been avoiding so that you can step into this new phase of evolution. So that after the 22nd, things are really full speed ahead, especially with all this fire and air. And then on the 26th, you've heard about the moon's nodes, the nodes of the moon, the nodes of destiny and fate. They're changing signs. They change signs approximately every 18 months, and they're changing signs again. So they're moving into North Node Aquarius, South Node Leo. So you've been hearing about Leo and Aquarius. Those are polar opposites, so they're called an axis because they're two opposing signs that really are working on a range of a dynamic. Aquarius is for the people. Leo is your light, your how you radiate in the world and shine and share in such a bright and beautiful way. Now, the south node is what you're releasing, and the north node is what you're moving to, you plus the collective. So our north node is moving toward an Aquarian vision. So that's going to be connecting with Pluto, bringing a lot of truth. That's our destiny, that's where we're headed, that's the head of the dragon. Like we have to go toward the truth. And when the north node has moved into Aquarius, it has brought social revolution. Whereas the South Node being in Leo with Jupiter in Leo is about letting go of the belief in the idea that everything we're doing is just for yourself. And Jupiter and Leo is magnificent in the way that it's going to give you a sense of pride and passion and belief in yourself and confidence that you can do anything more than you've had before. That is such a beautiful gift of Jupiter and Leo. The shadow side of Leo, Leo is rulers, and Leo typically represents a benevolent ruler. Then there are those leaders that aren't really here for our greater good. They're more about self-aggrandizement. The autocrats right now that are just taking and doing things for themselves and plundering, and they don't care about the people. They're more about what they can do to enrich themselves. With the nodes moving into Aquarius as our north node and Leo as our south node, those leaders who are not benevolent, who are not here for our greater good, also that shadow element of that Leo quality, which Jupiter and Leo can bring, where you think you can do everything, but maybe that's not good for everybody. And there's a sense of hubris. What happens when the South Note goes into Leo is that is the fall of kings. And this is going to be an 18-month cycle. So between now and August, too, a lot of things are going to come up that are going to diminish the power of the autocrats, the non-benevolent leaders. This is the fall of kings, especially when we go into eclipse season in August. So this is going to be a very transformational time. I want to remind you that changes don't happen all at once, and these outer planets, they happen over time. So keep that in your mind and in your heart, okay? With that, also, July 29th brings the most powerful full moon of the year, most likely. It is really an incredible full moon. So right after the nodes of the moon change signs, and we have all this alignment and transformation. And remember, Mercury's direct now. That is a full moon in Aquarius, and that is going to be squaring the nodes of the moon. And that is going to be the moon is going to be connecting with Pluto, because Pluto's in Aquarius, and that is also opposing Jupiter. So there's this tension that's happening with that moon around, first of all, the collective, because that's what Aquarius does bring. It's collective energy and it's collective good and progress and future. And it's also that sense of tension within you where perhaps where you've been going does not feel right for your destiny, and there needs to be a change. This whole month is leading you toward changing course, pivoting direction so that you can realign with your soul and your destiny, and you can release the parts of you that have been holding on because you thought that's where you needed to fit in, or that's what you needed to do for security, or you didn't have the esteem. That is one of the many things that are going to change this month. And you want to be very proactive about those changes because next month, especially when we have those eclipses, eclipses bring the changes that you don't do proactively. So really start them now. Yes, even with Mercury retrograde. But because we have that retrograde, your three action steps this month all begin with RE words. Now, your first action step is to reconnect with your joy. What are the things that used to light you up? What are the things that you used to do that you love to do that you maybe put aside because you don't have time for them, because life takes a toll, because you've been too busy? How can you start small even to reconnect with those joys? How can you bring some more joy into every single day? How can you reconnect with the joy of your career, of your friends and family, and just being alive? What is it that you used to love to do, or that you have had inklings that you wanted to pursue that you pushed aside? Now is your time to reconnect with them. And that is going to change everything. There will be no excuses for not doing that because everything is changing now, and your joy, your passion is what is going to lead you to your purpose always. Which brings us to action step number two. Reimagine your future. You may have set intentions at the beginning of the year, or maybe you didn't set intentions in the beginning of the year. It doesn't matter. Right now is a time when your future, there's a recalculation happening, there's your GPS is set to a different destination there, and you are meant to really change course in some way and reimagine a better, brighter future for yourself, your loved ones, and the world. There's something in you that is not feeling right about where you've been headed, because maybe it was just too like it wasn't big enough. It wasn't really connected to what was in your heart, it's just what seemed safe at the time. Maybe now is a time for you to say, if I can have anything, if I could be anything, if I can experience anything, what is it that I want? What kind of life do I want to create? And your third action step is to remember that fortune favors the brave. Take chances on yourself. Do things that are daring. Do things that are bold. Do things that surprise yourself. Every single day. Do something that you've kept yourself from doing or expressing in such a way. And now you just want to be yourself, your unique, beautiful self. Say things that you haven't said, be creative in ways that you've been holding yourself back. Remember that fortune favors the brave. This is a very pivotal month.
