The Footsteps of my Life
In this episode, Jomo gently guides us through three calming meditations, perfect for finding peace, clarity, and a sense of love and kindness. Let’s take a moment to breathe, relax, and reset.
We begin with a mindfulness meditation called Footprints in the Sand.
In this practice, we’ll imagine our thoughts as footprints on a soft, sandy beach—temporary and ever-changing, gently washed away by the rhythmic waves.
Next, we’ll drift into a dreamy sleepy story meditation called The Mind Palace.
Together, we’ll wander through the palace of our minds, exploring all that is good, comforting, and beautiful in our lives. Each room holds something special to remind us of the joy and warmth that surrounds us.
Finally, we’ll end with a classic Loving Kindness Meditation to fill our hearts with love and kindness. We’ll send well wishes to ourselves, our loved ones, and the wider world, leaving us feeling warm, connected, and ready for the day or night ahead.
