The Lighthouse and the Lanterns
Welcome, Monkeyminders!
In this episode, Jomo brings you three more delightful meditations to help you feel calm, kind, and cosy.
🕯️ We start with a mindfulness meditation called The Lighthouse of Your Mind, where we visit the calm and constant light inside us, no matter the waves and weather of life.
🎈 Then we gently float into Lanterns of Love, a sleepy visualisation where we send glowing lanterns filled with kindness into the night sky. A perfect wind-down for your heart and mind.
