1 Thessalonians 2

Paul reflects on his ministry in Thessalonica, reminding them that he and his companions preached with sincerity and did not seek human praise. He compares his care for them to a nurturing parent and commends their endurance in suffering. He longs to see them again but acknowledges that Satan hindered him from returning.
