On today's episode of the Babe Bulletin podcast, I'm joined by Madysen Schmidt, the board president of the Oshkosh Community Players. We discuss how to be a good leader, managing conflict and dealing with our inner critic when it tells us we can't lead. 

A bit about our guest: Madysen Schmidt started acting in 2022 but soon found herself taking part in a wide range of productions across three different acting troupes. She became the president of Oshkosh Community players in 2025 and strives to make the organization even better as it approaches its 87th birthday. Besides being involved with theatre, she also models, does voice acting, and spends far too much time at the gym. She calls the Fox Valley her home and spends quality time with her partner and cat.
