Lyra doesn't much care for the gods, doesn't care for the games they play once every 100 years and especially thinks Zeus deserves a few good curses himself.
When luck... but more likely the fates end up landing Lyra in the crucible she has mainly one thought, survive. However the more she plays for hades the more she realizes stories aren't always told with truth, not all gods are what they seem, and how big her own heart is.
