Thomas Motyka is a senior at Webb Institute, where he double majors in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. He is the president of the student organization and facilitates relations between the student body and administration. With an interest in composite structures, Thomas has aided in designing several production yachts and custom boats. Before his jobs in the engineering world, Thomas earned his stripes sailing on a tugboat in Alaska and competed in the 2024 Chicago-Mackinac sailboat race.
