Decoding the Language of Signs, Symbols & Synchronicity: Tuning into Everyday Magic
What if right now, as you're reading these words, your soul is dropping breadcrumbs for you to follow? What if the universe has been speaking to you your entire life through a secret language of signs, symbols, and synchronicities that appear exactly when you need guidance most?
This episode takes you on a journey into the mystical realm where meaningful coincidences aren't random at all - they're your soul's navigation system guiding you home to your authentic self. Drawing from Carl Jung's profound work on synchronicity, we explore how to distinguish between true spiritual guidance and ego projections, how to read the archetypal symbols appearing in your life, and most importantly, how to trust what your heart already knows.
The challenge isn't whether signs are real. Science increasingly acknowledges something beyond random probability is happening. The real question is whether you're willing to follow the breadcrumbs when they lead you into territory your mind has never explored. Every time you choose to honor a meaningful coincidence over social conditioning, you're building your spiritual discernment muscle, that sophisticated ability to recognize when your soul is speaking to you.
True synchronicity has a unique energetic signature. It feels expansive rather than contracting, brings clarity rather than confusion, and connects you to something larger than yourself. Your body is your ultimate truth detector, and learning to trust its signals over your logical mind is perhaps the most essential skill for navigating your spiritual journey authentically.
Ready to experience life as the mystical adventure it truly is? Listen now and discover how to read the signs that have been guiding you all along. Your soul has so much to tell you, and the universe is conspiring to support your awakening. All you have to do is trust the breadcrumbs and follow them home.

JOYA:Hello, beautiful souls, what if I told you that right now, as you're listening to these words, your soul is dropping breadcrumbs for you to follow? What if the universe has been speaking to you in a secret language, your entire life? A language written not in words, but in signs, symbols and synchronicities that appear at exactly the moments when you need guidance the most? And what if the only thing standing between you and this profound guidance is learning to trust what your heart already knows? Today we're going on a journey into the mystical realm, where your inner world meets the outer world in the most magical ways. Where a cardinal appearing at your window isn't just a bird, it's a message. Where finding a feather on your path isn't a coincidence it's confirmation. Where the song that plays at the exact moment you're thinking about someone isn't random. It's your soul's way of saying yes, I'm thinking about you too. This is the realm Carl Jung called synchronicity meaningful coincidences that connect your inner psychological state with events in the external world. And learning to navigate this realm isn't just about spiritual growth. It's about coming home to the truth of who you already really are.
JOYA:There is something so profound happening to so many of us right now. It doesn't announce itself with fireworks or grand declarations. It's a quiet, imperceptible transformation happening, a silent journey that unfolds inwardly. Imperceptible transformation happening a silent journey that unfolds inwardly. You might not even notice it at first, except for one day. You realize you no longer react to things the way you used to, the things that once triggered you can now barely even touch you. You've changed, not just on the surface, but really deeply, at the root of who you are. On the surface, but really deeply, at the root of who you are.
JOYA:Carl Jung understood this process intimately. He called it the process of individuation, the journey of becoming who you truly are, beneath all the layers of your conditioning, expectation and survival patterns. And he discovered that the journey often reveals itself through synchronicities, those meaningful coincidences that serve as our guideposts on the path to our wholeness. But here's what Jung knew that many people miss Synchronicities aren't just pretty spiritual concepts. They really are your soul's navigation system. They're the breadcrumbs your higher self drops to lead you home to your authentic self. And the question really isn't are they real? Because science actually studies these things and says, yes, they are real. The question is are you listening?
JOYA:Three days before my birthday, weston sent me a kitten. I was with my friend Stacy and we were about to go on a hike and I had to run into my office and when I came out she was looking up the tree right next to my office. Now you have to understand that my office is in an industrial complex. There are no houses nearby and it's at a very busy intersection. There's nothing nearby that would indicate there would be kittens. But here's this kitten was up a tree. I said what are you looking at? And she says a kitten. I could not even believe there was a kitten up the tree Because the day before he left for that fateful trip that he never came back from, I spent that day.
JOYA:We spent that day together, and part of the way I was bribing him to stay was to go find him a kitten. And of course, we couldn't find a kitten because it wasn't kitten season, it was February. So now here's this kitten appearing exactly when I needed a sign. It was in between his birthday, mother's Day and my birthday, and that week. I remember it was a really hard week, and I did have Stacy here, which was beautiful, but here was this beautiful little kitten Panther up this tree, and the synchronicity was so perfect, so perfectly timed and so impossible to ignore that I absolutely knew it was Weston sending me a kitten.
JOYA:Immediately after, though, anytime one of these things happen, the first thing that happens to me is my rational voice says maybe this is just a coincidence. You're seeing what you want to see because you're grieving. Doubt creeps in on me like a freaking prosecutor building a case against magic. I swear, and it's very annoying and I'm very aware of it now, and my practice has been trust, trusting synchronicities, trusting magic and not trusting doubt. If you listen to my episode on trust, then you know the secret of trust already, and if you haven't, I highly recommend listening to it, because this is where the battleground, where spiritual growth lives or dies. This is where your soul's guidance meets your ego's resistance, and it's how you navigate this tension that determines whether you step into your authentic spiritual power or remain trapped in a world that feels disconnected and meaningless. We are the ones creating our reality.
JOYA:Young believed that synchronicities arise from what he called the collective unconscious, a shared field of archetypal wisdom that connects all human experience. And when your personal psychological state aligns with this deeper field, meaningful coincidences emerge to guide you toward wholeness. But how do you know when a coincidence is truly synchronistic and not just your mind, creating patterns where none exist? Because that's what the mind does it creates patterns. How do you distinguish when your soul's authentic guidance is speaking to you versus your ego's wishful thinking? So here's what I've learned on my own journey in studying Jung's work and in trusting my own synchronicities.
JOYA:Trusting my own synchronicities, true synchronicity has a unique energetic signature. They feel expansive, they don't feel contracting, they bring clarity and not confusion, and they connect you to something larger than yourself, rather than making everything about your personal drama. Real soul guidance feels like a gentle, knowing that lights you up from the inside. Weston told me I know something is true because it lights me up. The truth lights you up. Information that comes with peace, even if it does challenge you. Messages that sound like wisdom, not just what you want to hear Timing that's so perfect it either makes you laugh or cry. Want to hear Timing that's so perfect it either makes you laugh or cry and a sense of being held by something larger than yourself.
JOYA:There's a real feeling of awe and wonder when you experience a synchronicity that you can't explain. You know it's your ego if it's urgent or there's a demand for immediate action, or messages feed your victim story or your superiority, complex information that increases your anxiety or begins to create obsession, guidance that isolates you from others or from your own inner knowing or anything. Anything that asks you to abandon your own discernment. The key is learning to feel the difference in your body. Your soul's truth creates expansion in your chest, a sense of coming home, a feeling of yes, this is right. A feeling of awe, of wonder, excitement like it could just blow you away. Where you have that experience, where you go no way, but your ego projections create contraction, confusion and a need to convince others that what you're experiencing is real. You don't need others to convince you that something is real when you know it, because you don't need the external validation.
JOYA:Here's what nobody tells you about spiritual growth. The closer you get to your authentic self, the louder your ego gets. The closer you get to your authentic self, the louder your ego gets. The more you begin to trust your inner guidance, the more your rational mind will try to talk you out of it. This is what Jung meant when he said that enlightenment doesn't come from imagining figures of light, but from making the darkness conscious. The darkness isn't evil. The shadow parts of yourself resist change and they prefer familiar suffering. They like to stay small to the terrifying freedom of becoming who you are. It wants to predict. It wants to know what's going to happen, even if it means creating misery.
JOYA:When you start paying attention to synchronicities, your ego will mount a campaign against your awakening and it'll say things like you just are seeing what you want to see. Successful people don't make decisions based on finding feathers. You're being irrational. You're being irresponsible. What will people think if they know you believe this stuff? This voice is not your enemy, though. Your ego is your protective mechanism trying to keep you safe by keeping you the same. That's its job.
JOYA:But Jung understood that individuation requires you to outgrow your need for safety and step into the unknown territory of your soul's calling. The ego speaks in certainties and demands proof before it will trust anything. The soul speaks in whispers and asks for trust before proof. Learning to discern between these two voices is perhaps the most important skill you can develop on your spiritual journey for real, and this is why we have to be embodied, because our body is our truth. Detector Young discovered that the psyche and the soma, your mind and your body, are intimately connected, and science is proving this. Now there's so much proof. The mind-body connection is real. Your body is constantly giving you information about what's true and what's not, but most of us have been taught to ignore the subtle signals in favor of what makes logical sense. We live in a culture that worships thinking, that worships the rational mind, instead of a culture that acknowledges that we have three brains in our body the head, the heart and the gut. All have neural pathways, all have neurons. There are three brains that do three different things.
JOYA:So when you encounter a potential sign or synchronicity, pause and close your eyes and notice what happens inside of your body. Pause and close your eyes and notice what happens inside of your body. You'll feel warmth, you'll feel recognition, you'll feel a sense of aha. You might get goosebumps or chills. You'll get a quiet settling, like pieces of you are falling into place, like a knowing, and you'll feel expanded. You'll feel your heart opening because it creates a sense of awe where you just know. Heart opening because it creates a sense of awe where you just know. But again, that ego projection feels like constriction or tightness, frantic energy or urgency, the need to convince yourself of something, confusion, mental spinning or just collapsing or closing off. Your body never lies and it knows the difference between genuine spiritual guidance and mental fabrication.
JOYA:The challenge is learning to trust what you feel over what you think, especially when what you feel doesn't make logical sense. And, believe me, it won't. Every time you choose to honor a meaningful coincidence over social conditioning, every time you follow your intuitive guidance, despite not having all of the information, every time you say yes to what lights you up, even when you can't explain why you're building your spiritual discernment muscle. This kind of self-trust does not happen overnight. It's developed through small acts of courage, through paying attention to the results of following your guidance and through learning to distinguish between the voice of fear and the voice of love within yourself.
JOYA:Young wrote extensively about the process of differentiation learning to separate your authentic voice from the voices of your parents, society and culture that have been programmed in you since birth. Synchronicities become one of the most reliable ways to hear your own voice clearly because they bypass the mental chatter and speak directly to your soul. As Jung said, the privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are, and becoming who you truly are requires following the breadcrumbs your soul leaves for you, even when no, especially when they lead you into the territory where your mind has never explored and your mind will freak out. Your ego will kick up its heels like nobody's business. Young discovered that synchronicities often carry archetypal themes, universal symbols and patterns that appear across cultures throughout and throughout history. Learning to read this symbolic language is like learning to understand the native tongue of your soul.
JOYA:Some common archetypal symbols and their meanings are birds, which are messengers between heaven and earth. Are birds which are messengers between heaven and earth freedom, transcendence. Different birds carry different meanings. People who have departed loved ones often see cardinals or hummingbirds as messengers. Hawks mean to see the bigger picture. Owls are for wisdom and darkness. Water is always about emotional healing, cleansing the flow of life. It represents the unconscious mind. Finding yourself drawn to water often signals a need for emotional release or spiritual purification.
JOYA:Butterflies, of course, represent transformation, resurrection. My theme the soul's journey, beauty emerging from struggle, the soul's journey, beauty emerging from struggle. Butterflies will often appear during times of change to confirm that you are in a metamorphosis process. And then, of course, we have numbers Seeing repeated numbers like 1111, 333, 1212, or, in my case, 14, often indicate alignment with your soul's path and divine support. They have messages for you. Feathers, of course. Lots of people find feathers which represent your angels, protections, messages from spirit, messages from your loved ones on the other side. Finding feathers often signals that you're supported by forces beyond the physical realm. Coins Do you find coins a lot? That means abundance is flowing to you, confirmation you're on the right path, and messages from loved ones. If you find pennies, are pennies from heaven. Whenever I find a coin, I always say thank you, I'm so abundant and I put it in my pocket.
JOYA:The key is learning to feel what each symbol means for you. Archetypal meanings provide foundation, but your personal relationship with each symbol is what matters the most. The cardinal that appears when you're thinking about your grandmother carries a different medicine than the cardinal that shows up when you're making a career decision, for instance. So just pay attention, and you can always ask Chatty G to be your Jungian archetype analyst, which is what I do. Learning to work consciously with signs and synchronicities is not about becoming superstitious at all, and we're also not turning every coincidence. Everything is a sign, everything is a symbol, everything is a spiritual event because it's not but really developing a mature, discerning relationship with the subtle ways your soul or loved ones, or the universe is communicating with you.
JOYA:I like to begin my mornings by setting an intention, asking what do I need to do today? What will speak to me today? Help me to see, help me to hear, help me to know. And then go about your day with a curious awareness and just note and pay attention to anything that feels meaningful or unusual to you. When facing a decision, you can ask for three confirming signs to point you in the right direction. Pay attention to what shows up through conversations, songs, billboards, books or anything else that catches your attention. The universe loves to play with this and be creative in its communication methods.
JOYA:In the evenings, before you go to sleep, do a review of your day what repeated themes, numbers, colors or symbols appeared for you and write them down and during the day on your phone, keep a record. I have a notepad, a note on my phone and photos. I have evidence of sign symbols and synchronicities and when they jump out for me and they're always in the shapes of hearts, birds, a cat in a tree, the number 14. So just really pay attention to what they are for you and ask the universe to show you what you're not seeing, because there could be something that's arising all the time and you're just not noticing it. And then, when you do notice the synchronicity, pause and ask what if this is meaningful? Why is this meaningful? What if my soul directed my attention to this for a reason? And tune into your gut response. The first hit, the first meaning is usually the right one. And don't just collect synchronicities like their spiritual trophies, but ask if the sign is inviting you to do something differently. How is this guidance asking me to grow or to change? And then take one small action in alignment with the confirmation you've received. It takes courage to do it, but it's amazing what happens when you do.
JOYA:And definitely the greatest challenge in following synchronistic guidance is learning to honor what your heart knows when your mind can't make sense of it. The mind always wants to know why, how, why, how, and your rational mind will always prefer the familiar, the provable, the socially acceptable, always. But your soul's path requires you to venture into territory that can't be mapped by logic alone. Jung understood the journey of individuation requires what he called holding the tension of opposites, which is learning to honor both your rational mind and your intuitive wisdom, without letting either one completely override the other. And is my favorite word, because it doesn't mean we're abandoning our discernment to make impulsive decisions based on every random occurrence and calling it a sign. It means developing the sophisticated ability to recognize when your soul is actually speaking to you through the language of synchronicity, and having the courage to follow that guidance, even when you can't explain it to others.
JOYA:Remember that your soul's path was never meant to make sense to anyone else. It's meant to make sense to you, was never meant to make sense to anyone else. It's meant to make sense to you, and the sense it makes is not logical, believe me. It's the deep recognition of coming home to yourself and of aligning with your authentic purpose of finally finally living the life your soul came here to experience. It's not easy at first, but then it's the most easy and natural thing you've ever done.
JOYA:There is a moment in every person's spiritual journey when they have to choose between the safety of conformity and the wild adventure of authenticity. When you start following synchronicities, you will inevitably reach decisions that don't make sense to the people around you. They just won't. You might be guided to quit the job that looks so perfect on paper but it drains your soul, or you might be led to a relationship that doesn't fit your mental checklist but sets your heart on fire. You'll be called to express gifts that don't have a clear career path, but just trust that something's aligning for you, because it is, and this is where the self-trust becomes everything. This is where you discover whether you're willing to disappoint other people in order to honor the truth of your soul, because following synchronistic guidance will sometimes require you to choose love over logic. Definitely to choose love over logic. Definitely to choose authenticity over approval and your own inner knowing over external validation, and all three of those things are utterly terrifying to your ego.
JOYA:Young wrote your vision becomes clear when you look into your heart. Who looks outside dreams who looks inside awakens. The signs and synchronicities you're receiving are invitations to look inside and to trust what you find there and to have the courage then to live from that truth. Here's what happens when you finally embrace the guidance of sign, symbols and synchronicities the mystical becomes your normal. You live a mystical life. What once felt like occasional spiritual experiences becomes your everyday operating system. We live in a spiritual universe. We are spiritual beings having a human experience, and life is as magic as we make it. You begin to navigate your life with a constant dialogue, with a deeper intelligence that orchestrates all things.
JOYA:I talk to God all day. I talk to Weston all day. When I'm driving, I'm talking to God. I'm having a convo. I'm like, hey, god, and I'll be, like, here's what's going on. Can you help me find a sign? Can you just show me that you can hear me? And it's amazing what will arise in my consciousness, like, oh, that's exactly the answer. And you'll stop feeling alone because you're in an ongoing relationship with the forces that guide and support your highest good. You're not lonely. I love being alone now. Love, love, love my aloneness and my solitude, because I'm not lonely in it. You stop feeling lost because you're always receiving course corrections through meaningful coincidences. You stop feeling powerless because you're consciously co-creating your reality with the universe itself.
JOYA:This is absolutely not about living in fantasy land or avoiding practical real world responsibilities. We still live on planet earth in a body. But we can bring about the sacred and put it into our mundane. We can recognize that there's no separation between spiritual life and ordinary life. I used to always say that I want to live a sacred life. I would go on these big sacred journeys and then I would come back and it would be such a hard comeback to live a sacred life. I would go on these big sacred journeys and then I would come back and it would be such a hard comeback to home, to reality, because I was like I just want to immerse myself in the sacred but I didn't realize I am the sacred. Where I am is sacred, every ground I'm walking on is sacred ground. If I treat my life that way. It's a mindset shift, but it happens and it's happened to me. Every moment becomes potentially sacred for real. Every interaction with every person you ever have is intensely meaningful. Every day becomes an opportunity to dance with the divine through the language of synchronicity. You can play with this.
JOYA:As Jung discovered through his own profound mystical experiences, we are not separate from the creative intelligence of the universe. We are expressions of it. The signs and synchronicities you receive aren't external messages from a distant god. And synchronicities you receive aren't external messages from a distant God. They're your way of connecting to your higher self and they're the way your higher self communicates to you, to your human self, guiding you home to the truth of who you've always been. Your soul wants to express itself through you in your life, but the freaking ego is taken over.
JOYA:There comes a moment when the accumulation of signs and synchronicities reaches a tipping point. It's when you can no longer pretend they're just coincidences. When you start logging them and noticing them and writing them down. At what point do you stop saying it's a coincidence that I keep seeing 12-12 or 11-11? And, instead of just noticing it, ask what it means? There's a point you can't pretend that they're just coincidences. I often say that coincidence is the word someone uses who doesn't believe in God.
JOYA:When the voice of your soul becomes so clear, so consistent and so undeniable that you will have to make a choice, will you continue living in according to what others expect to you, to what your own mind expects of you, or will you finally honor what your own spirit is calling you to become. We feel that that inner tug, that gap between who we are and who we know we want to be. And even if we know, we don't know what we want to be at or who we want to be. And even if we know we don't know what we want to be at or who we want to be at, we know it's not what we're doing and who we're being. And this moment of choice is what Jung called the confrontation of the self, the archetypal core of who you really are, beneath all the personas and the masks you wear. It's terrifying, it's exhilarating and it's utterly necessary, because on the other side of that choice lies a life of authentic power, genuine fulfillment and the deep peace that comes from finally being aligned with your soul's purpose. The signs have been leading you all along and to this moment, to this choice, you've been led and guided through the choices you're making. How are you making your choices? What are you allowing to guide you? The signs have led you to the recognition that you're not a victim of circumstance. You are a co-creator with forces far more intelligent and loving than you have ever imagined, forces far more intelligent and loving than you have ever imagined. Your soul has been dropping you breadcrumbs your whole life and the question that remains is simple Will you follow them?
JOYA:I used to work with this amazing woman. She passed away a couple of years ago. Her name was Aviva Gold and she did this process called painting from the source. She was an older woman in her 80s, very wise, very wise woman, and she was a Jungian art therapist from way back. She'd been doing it since like the 60s, and she did this process. You would go to her house over the course of three days and you paint.
JOYA:And the first time I did this, I thought it was ludicrous what she was asking us to do, because your painting grows as you paint it. You don't have any idea what you're starting with. You just allow the painting to start leading you. And she believed, as a Jungian art therapist, that your painting was revealing something in your unconscious through the symbols that were coming out on your painting and you would embody your painting. And the first time I did that, I thought it was just so absurd and, to be honest, I thought it was absurd because I was afraid to do it. I was terrified to do it. I was terrified to be that authentic, that vulnerable, that raw, that much showing of myself to these strange women in this place with me, and I did it again. And then I did it again and I went and painted with her three times and the third one was so incredibly powerful and I took everything that she had to teach me, everything, all of her wisdom, and I bundled it all up inside of me and I learned her method and I learned her process and I began doing it for myself and I'm feeling very called to start doing these workshops again.
JOYA:It's called, except I'm calling it soul led painting, where you just allow and you trust and you let these archetypes come out on your paint. It's dreaming with a paintbrush and the things that came out in the symbology were so powerful, so healing, this work of Jung being a mystic, a lifelong mystic, which is what he was, and so am I, and maybe so are some of you. You've always known you're mystical. You've had mystical experiences your whole life. That can't be you. You've always known you're mystical. You've had mystical experiences your whole life that can't be explained. You've just known you're not like other people, and not in a comparative way, but you just know you're not like other people. But now it's time to use those gifts. As we are moving into this fifth world, this shifting consciousness, it really is time to say yes and step up and embody the fullest expression of what our soul came here to do.
JOYA:This body is just a spacesuit, as my favorite Buddhist teacher, tara Brach, says. Buddhist teacher Tara Brock says this is our spacesuit on spaceship Earth and my soul, my light, is embodying it and your soul, your light, is embodying yours. But, as Weston showed me in that meditation, he said, mom, we got to wake up in the game. You have to teach people to wake up in the game. And he showed me this visual of playing a video game and the avatar in the game decides it's real. And he showed me how he'd be playing this game and it and the game. You're playing this game and you start yelling at this avatar going. Why are you doing that? You're going to hurt yourself. That is a stupid decision. All right, now I got to try to get this guy back on tack, on track. Let's work this out for his good. Let's make this be like XP. He's accumulating XP. That's experience points for you non-gamers. And he showed me like this is what life is like.
JOYA:This is what it's like for our soul watching us that this avatar, this being, this ego, has taken over and is leading life from this very limited perspective of reality, based on a conditioned self. We cannot see beyond the level of our own conditioning, and the older we get, the more the ego locks in on an identity of who you think you are, and this is what Jung called the ego, your self-identity. The story yourself tells you about who you think you are, and this is what Jung called the ego, your self identity. The story yourself tells you about who you are, which we would now call in modern neuroscience your default mode network got unplugged, that. There's a tremendous opportunity in that to trust something else, to say yes to the signs, the symbols and the synchronicities and no to the default mode network that's crashing. And all of us will face one of these four horsemen eventually in life. None of us get out of life unscathed.
JOYA:And I say the four horsemen that force this transformation to happen in you, that unplugs your default mode network, that shakes up your ego enough to make it go whoa, I don't know who I am anymore. Which then your soul now has a crack to get in there and go ooh, let's start doing some spiritual work. To get in there and go oh, let's start doing some spiritual work, let's start giving this person, this avatar, a different direction. And those are death, divorce, diagnosis and devastating loss. And I don't think there's a human being alive who gets through their whole life without experiencing at least one of of those, sometimes more of those, more than one. I've experienced more than one.
JOYA:And if you're in the middle of that, if you're in the middle of that grief, if you're in the middle of that terrible trauma, ask your soul for help, just say hey, I'm drowning here, I need some help, I need some guidance. Please send me a sign, symbol or synchronicity. Open my eyes to see it, open my ears to hear it, help me to see it and know it and understand it. And let me know that it's definitely, definitely from you, so I can not question it. And then, when you notice that thing, say thank you, thank you, thank you. And this is how you begin to rewire yourself, to rewire your ego, your default mode network, to reprogram yourself to step into a life of miracles and magic. And yes, the heaviness is still there. And yes, the heaviness is still there. The grief doesn't go away. What happened happened? We can't change it, but we can change how we live with it and who we become because of it. We don't have to be victims of our lives. We don't have to be victims of circumstance. We can choose to be conscious co-creators with our existence, because we are so.
JOYA:Before you go back to your day for the next week, I invite you to carry a small notebook with you, or even just use your phone and record every moment that makes you pause and think hmm, that's interesting timing. Huh, that's a strange coincidence. I want you to notice every repeated number, every unexpected encounter, every song that plays at the perfect moment, every animal that crosses your path in an unusual way, anything out of the ordinary, anything that makes you take notice beyond the realm of your ordinary day. Extraordinary. Look for the. Look for the extraordinary. I love that word and make a note of it. I like to take pictures of them. For me, those are things that are heart shaped Definitely hummingbirds, butterflies, feathers, coins, license plates, songs, a book. I usually find lots of interesting things in a book. Like, I'll open a book, it'll be a paragraph, it'll be just the thing I was just thinking about or wondering about. So keep your eyes peeled and your ears open and your eyes open for how your spirit wants to communicate with you, and write it down. Do not judge if it's real spiritual guidance or just a coincidence. Just notice it and record it Really like do this as a scientist, collect data and at the end of the week, read through your list and see what patterns emerge.
JOYA:What has your soul been trying to tell you? You know, I have a friend and I kid you not. Every time, every freaking time, we have a conversation and Weston comes up and we start talking about Weston. I don't have this experience. My friend does. On the other end, wherever he's at, he will see 11s, whether it's 111, 1111. And just this morning we were having a conversation. He wanted to ask me a question about Weston and he yells in my ear holy shit, joya, my car odometer just turned one one, one, one, one one. And I was like no way he goes, I swear to God. So this is a definite message for him and for me that what we are saying is true, because here's what I know for sure the universe is always speaking to you. Your soul is definitely always guiding you, your departed loved ones are always loving you.
JOYA:And the question isn't whether or not signs are real, whether or not they're logical, whether or not they're rational. The real question is whether you're ready to receive them, to notice them, and if you're listening to this podcast and if these words are resonating in that deep place within you that recognizes truth when it hears it, if it's lighting you up, then you're already more ready than you know. In fact, someone told me something I posted was a sign for her and I just started laughing and I said, wow, god, thank you for letting me be a sign and a symbol in someone else's life. That is so amazing and that's also true of you. And this is why we want to operate consciously, because we are conscious co-creators in a field that is conscious itself and we do impact and affect each other in ways we have no idea.
JOYA:But when we're following the love, when we're following the signs, when we're listening within, when we're staying present and we're moving from a space that's a high vibrational place of love and deep trust, we are making an impact and ripples in the field beyond what we can even begin to comprehend. We're just doing it from a place that it feels good to our soul, it feels good to our heart, it feels good inside of us and therefore it's good for everybody else, and that's a fact. So trust the signs, trust the synchronicities, but, most importantly, trust yourself. Trust that you are absolutely worthy and capable of receiving divine guidance. Trust that your life has sacred purpose. Trust that the breadcrumbs your soul is dropping will lead you exactly where you need to go. Your authentic life is waiting for you to follow the trail, and it starts with the very next sign you notice, the very next synchronicity that makes your heart whisper oh, my god, yes.
JOYA:So until next time, beautiful, beautiful souls, keep your eyes open, keep your heart receptive and keep your journal handy. Your soul has so much to tell you and I can tell you right now. Your soul is so excited that you're going to start paying attention and remember you are never, ever alone on this journey. The universe itself is conspiring to support your awakening. All you have to do is trust the breadcrumbs and follow them home, and I will see you next week. Be blessed everybody. Thank you for listening to. We Woke Up Like this.
