When God Rewrites Your Story (London Live Keynote)

A year ago, I couldn't have imagined standing on a stage like this
At London Live, I was invited to speak about human behavior, lasting transformation, GLP-1 medications, and what I've learned after more than 15 years of coaching. But somewhere along the way, the conversation became about something much bigger.
It became about God.
Throughout the keynote, I kept returning to the truth that no amount of information, discipline, or external success can do what Christ does in a human heart. Real transformation isn't just behavior modification. It's the renewal of the mind, the reshaping of identity, and the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives.
I also shared parts of my own story. The brokenness, the addiction, the pride, the success that still left me searching, and the grace that met me when I finally surrendered.
One of the most meaningful parts of the day happened after I stepped off the stage. We prayed with people, listened to their stories, and witnessed God meet them in deeply personal ways. It was a reminder that the greatest thing we can ever offer someone isn't our own wisdom. It's pointing them to the One who changes hearts.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to teach, but even more grateful that God continues to use imperfect people for His perfect purposes.
I hope this conversation encourages you wherever you find yourself today.
