Rob runs Wheelworx along with his Utrarunning wife Aisling and together they provide an amazing service to the triathletes of Ireland and beyond. Aisling is also Rob's coach and helped him on his journey to qualify for the Ironman World Championships in 2012 and again in 2013. In this interview Rob talks about how he came from smoking 60 cigarettes a day to lining up on he start line in Hawaii.
