On this episode of the GPP, Ger chats with fitness coach and 5 time IM finisher Dinny Collins. Dinny is the owner of Dinny Collins fitness, based in Swords, Dublin and is an expert in fitness training. Dinny made the decision to rebuild his body through training after an accident on a motorbike caused him to suffer a broken back. He went on to complete 5 full distance triathlons and now spends his time training other people to achieve their goals in fitness.
