Well, I wanted a guy's opinion and could you just give me an honest opinion? And I said sure, and you know, when we were younger, we were talking about how we dated. You know, you'd pick somebody up in a bar or you'd meet somebody. That's how we dated, right?

I get on the plane, I'm getting doing our you know we're doing our florida turn, you know like we do, and uh, we're bored and it's all, everything's cool. We're like like, maybe five minutes from getting ready to close the door and you and you, you've been here, you know, you know the whole scenario. Everybody out there that's a flight attendant, we, you get the scenario where, like, there's a sense of time, we're ready to go.

All of a sudden, all of a sudden, this like pastor walks up and they're like, oh, this person, this guy in eight, eight a needs, a, needs your help. And I'm like, need my help? I'm like, why does he need my help? And so he like no explanation, nothing. So I walk back a few rows. I look behind the freaking bulkhead there. This dude had projectile vomited over the entire row and the seat in front of him and everybody is like wiping shit off them. It's going down the side wall. It's so nasty, it's all down his chest, it's all on the guy that's sitting in front of him, that had just boarded a plane. It was all over his arms, on both sides of his arms, where his armrest was, it was the pastors next to him in the seat. It splashed off the screens and stuff in front of them and all shot over to them. It was a disaster. I mean like, like, what's your first reaction? Something that's happened?

Now I'm just like commanding the situation, like I'm like you get up, go up front, go get, go try to clean up. We got towels and stuff. We'll get you up there, go up here, go this way. I'm like directing people, the guy there and he's just in a pool of like puke, puke, right, and I know, and he doesn't know what to do, right. So we're like bringing him stuff and trembling. Finally I'm like you're gonna need, you need to get up out of the seat. I mean, the guy wasn't even like moving, he was just like this total negative reaction to it and I'm like you got to get out of the seat, dude. We got it. So we had to call cleaners and you know, cleaners came there with sanitizers, spraying stuff and washing things out. I had them tearing up the seat cushions and all kinds of stuff to clean everything up. But that delayed us in the start of our day.

The guy had, like he was like elderly guy, he had had an exhausting weekend, grandchildren, all this stuff. He's like I'm so tired and he got on the plane and he passed out as soon as he got in the seat, like he sat down and he laid his head back and passed out and you know how you like, like the saliva or whatever goes back in the back of your throat and he had that choking sensation. Well, his gag reflex went off and he woke up to him, he dozed off and it was like muah.

And you made a bunch of friends now too, yeah. So then everybody in the plane, they were like, take him off, take him off Take him off. We don't want him on board. He doesn't look good, he looks pale, he looks bleak like this. This one guy was like just on me, like you know.

I can now pick up out of base. I can come here to cleveland. I'll fly on the days that I want to fly under my terms, under my schedule, and that's the flexibility of the job. You know I'm like that's what I want to do. So I do that. And you know I hold dubai okay. So I get to. You know I'm like, oh, all right, cool, I'm gonna, this is gonna go quick because dubai, over in newark, is a very to. You know I'm like, oh, all right, cool, I'm gonna, this is gonna go quick because dubai, over in newark is a very hot you know hot destination. It's a great layover city. It you know it's super modern. Everybody loves the hotel um, we, it's a marriott hotel. So we get points and stays and all that stuff, so that you know it's a win-win for everybody. So then I'm like okay, I'm ready to clear my schedule and like three hours before I am getting ready, the whole open time is getting ready and hoping, and people are ready to take my trips. Guess what happens.

So now my commuting from Cleveland to Newark and me thinking like, oh my gosh, there is a I'm going to be canceled. So now I'm going to be sitting on reserve over a new work I like this is a total nightmare and possibility. Like I'm like, oh my, what the hell have I gotten myself into? And luckily, because our coworkers aren't as sharp as we would like them to be always, these people weren't paying attention. And three, hours later it's shovel yeah exactly three hours later, those dubai trips pop, pop, pop, pop, gone man.

Well, I had, I had this gal that and this is one of the reasons why I left Cleveland is because the flexibility of my schedule and everything I've been fighting with that and I'm trying to get rid of my trips here in Cleveland and I couldn't do that. But then the last month I'm here, I get this line with this gal that in two-thirds of the base she's blacklisted. Right, I mean you, she's blacklisted, right, I mean I mean you, I know who I'm talking about but it's like I just was like this is some bullshit now.

Okay, she's. She's on our jump seat where we're taking off and I get up after we do our, you know, welcome announcement and we're almost to like altitude and she looks at me and she's like you're getting up and I'm like, yeah, I'm like getting up to you know, get ready to go, I gotta, we gotta take orders and all that stuff. She's like, she's like I don't do that and I'm like you, be you and sit there.

And she's like you know, is it okay? We don't do hot towels because I'm hot and here goes the lazy I'm like.

I just it was like I'm like and I'm chewing everything possible to the like they not bite. This is like beyond read. I just it was like. Like and you know, and like I'm like I don't want to get into confrontation with this gal on board the aircraft, I don't want to get in conversation with her at all period at work because you know there's not the place to do it, right. But at the same time's, like you know, where's that line where we like, when you say, okay, you know what, enough is enough. When we like, okay, we need to talk to somebody else, like management about this. Like this is experience, everybody's experiencing this. Like, how do you feel about that?

it's funny because I I just had a conversation with another flight attendant and, um, well, as far as um, our job and talking to someone, well, you know, we have a code of silence, sure, because you, you know the way, the same as as her being bad. Us going to anyone else to deal with this other than deal with it personally, is not good either, because you, you go to someone else and you, just, you know, we take care of this at home because a lot of times they burn themselves, and you know that, and in our job they take care of themselves. Right, but no, it just takes forever. Everybody else has done and their ass is just getting there and else is done and their ass is just getting started and then, and then you, they know when you're annoyed with them, they slow their ass down even more.

But then here's the, here's a the kicker to the thing, like not only is she a bad flight attendant, she's also like doing bad stuff on the job, like stuff that's like totally against the rules of what we're doing. I mean, she's, she's a big smoker, so she's, she's goes in the bathroom, she's vaping Nope.

That's the one time you're going to have to go explain to somebody, because here's what happens If you're vaping, if a crew member's vaping on the plane and a passenger sees that you're vaping and I see that I'm also responsible for that, because we're not supposed to allow passengers. If passengers can't do it, your ass ain't doing it. I'm straight out telling you you're not going to do it, Because if that happens, then we're going to have a problem.

Because you know passengers, when they've seen me, they know that they're going to get a very efficient service, and that's just me. But this what you're talking about, yeah, when you decide to cross over that line to where you're breaking the rules lines, not just a personality completely different thing, because now you just put my job in jeopardy and that shit ain't going to happen because you know in our business they'll bring all your asses in Right, and then you're going to have to explain why you didn't do something about this person that you did with passengers, and that shit ain't going to happen.

But it's like and many of our co-workers here in the area know, but it's like it continues to go on and on and on, and and yeah, eventually it's going to be somebody's going to like break and be like they're going to either go to management about her because she's doing something that she's not supposed to be doing and they've crossed she's crossed that line, or, or you're going to have, or you know she's going to like literally walk herself out of the job because, um, it just continues. Her behavior continues to be bad and bad about it well, when they break.

But he also, you know you don't want to get be gaining weight and we have friends, just like in everywhere in life, like there's people that gain weight, you know, as we get older, the whole nine yards. But these girls now are taking Ozempic and and I'm not trying to just there's other things out there, there's the with goby and manjourno and all these different things.

Really, the way the organs work, our organs work, that food comes in, digests, you know, but when you don't have any food coming in, there's no digestive going on. You're shutting down your digestive system. It is basically not working. So you go through this whole period of time where your digestive system is not working, and even doctors have talked about this. They're wondering down the road not right now, but down the road what happens when you go back and you try to kickstart this digestive system that you shut down? Yeah, is it working correctly?

they're saying that, like these people do, like they gain a lot of weight when they come off of it and all that stuff, it's like all that stuff happens, starts happening. But I mean you know to your point about the your digestive system. You, if you shut down that system, it's it's kind of like the faucet in your house, like if you turn off the faucet for too long, what's going to happen? You're going to start getting all these bad chemical sediments and you're in the plumbing and all this stuff and that goes to your kidneys. So the filtration system, you literally like now you're settling toxins in your kidneys and that's why all these problems are happening.

It's super scary. I just wanted to bring that whole thing up because I was like we we are encountering more and more employees now that we work with that are like that are taking this, and then then there's a whole aspect of like you, we all know you're taking it and then they're lying.

They get to a point and they're like, oh, they look good, right, yeah, but then it continues because you keep not eating. And then, all of a sudden, you went from okay, maybe, to where you didn't look so good, and then you think that you look really good and then, all of a sudden, you don't realize that you're looking like a skeleton.

But I told her and she and I was like, did you get back on it? She goes, yeah, she goes, cause I was putting on weight. I said yeah, but you said you were losing hair and she goes. Well, I am. I said, well, you want to be a skinny, bald chick, Right? I mean it doesn't make any sense. I mean it's just stupid. You just go from feeling bad, looking okay good and then going bad, and then all of a sudden, if it happens, it balloons the other way, but anyway.

The problem is that for a couple it's going to be just about $60,000 for two people to go on there, but if you're just going there by yourself as a solo travel, it's about $65,000 $65,000 for an in-flight cruise, yeah, okay.

Um, you know, so you're you're really catering to like millionaires here, like these are like millionaires that have lots of time, they want to do some world travel, blah, blah, blah, all that stuff. But it it was wild when I saw that other thing, man, that's happening also around the globe is, uh, man, the, all the news and reports and stuff coming in from the air india. Um, they recovered that black box and uh, it's been super interesting to me, like to watch all the different aspects and angles of what they're talking about. But, uh, sum it up in a nutshell right here um, I've heard reports of, like you know the one thing that's true from the black box and recorders that the, the pilot declared that there was a power, power failure.

You know they had total power failure. That's why he called out mayday and all that stuff. Um, but there's a couple of different reasons, like I heard one where, like the seat in the, in the captain's seat, slid back, which actually hit the controls that brought them back and locked them into position, and the first officer wasn't experienced enough to grab the thing to push them forward, and all that stuff, and that was one theory whatever. And then they had, uh, you know, the ram air, uh turbine that dropped down, that they're all yeah, I've seen that.

See that the rat, um, yeah, the rat, so that they're all that see that, that rat, um, yeah, the rat, so the that thing you know, but that thing it doesn't give. It doesn't give you power, like thrust, it gives you electrical power so you can operate, so the plane can glide down, um, like it had deployed, so that you know, the pilots can manually deploy it and the plane can deploy it itself automatically if it like loses power. So that was a whole nother you know. They don't know what was going on, what did they? And then there was a new engine put on, so they were like that was a weird thing. So it's, it's wild how this whole thing is developing and everything but, um, yeah, the air entity thing is going to be very interesting mystery to follow I think it's going to take a little bit of time on this one.
