Hello beautiful, beautiful black people, especially all of you nine ethos that are out there in America and everywhere. Beautiful black people. Do you see how life-taking white spaces are? White people are every day showing us the parasites that they are. They cannot help themselves. It is their human biology. The little bit of it that they have. It is their biochemistry. It is in their DNA ingrained. They are the vectors of parasitism. White people are parasites. And those white spaces are life-taking. White spaces like corporate offices, academic institutions, government hallways, mainstream media, certain neighborhoods carry a particular kind of weight for black people. The psychological toll of cold switching every day. Shrinking your blackness, shrinking yourself to fit in, to fit in, performing comfort that you do not feel, and suppressing authentic expression. All of that accumulates over time. And the researchers call it racial battle fatigue. The body keeps the score even when the mind pushes through. The data confirms that black people, it confirms what black people feel. Black professionals in predominantly white workplaces report significantly higher rates of anxiety, hypertension, and burnout compared with their white counterparts. The American Psychological Association links chronic workplace discrimination directly to cardiovascular disease, depression, and shortened life expectancy. White spaces literally cost black people years of their life. The mechanism runs deeper than discomfort. These white spaces reward assimilation and punish authenticity. A black man who speaks candidly gets labeled aggressive. A black woman who leads with confidence gets labeled difficult. The white space demands that black people shrink the very qualities that make them extraordinary. And that shrinking sustain over decades break something essential in us. History shows the alternative clear Black Wall Street, HBCUs, Black Fraternities and Sororities, the barbershop, the Black Church. These spaces produce genius, wealth, joy, and solidarity precisely because black people could breathe fully inside them. No performances, no coats which they require. And in 2026, building and protecting black spaces digitally, physically, economically, and spiritually carries the same urgency. It always has.
