With nearly two decades of experience, he has worked with leaders from public schools to Fortune 500 companies, driving transformation in both education and corporate leadership.
His philosophies are taught in a graduate course at the University of Notre Dame.
Sonbert's partners include Google, Northwell Health Systems, and hundreds of K-12 schools.
Based in New York with his wife and three children, he also serves on the board of the autism nonprofit, Families for Inclusion.
