Redistricting Wars: GOP Plays Chess as Dems Play Hardball

Season 2 Episode 32

Send us a message!!!

In this jam-packed episode of Pardon the Politics, Jeezy, Manny, and special guest Chuck from NcompassD Podcast bring the heat from NFL preseason headlines to the high-stakes Texas redistricting battle. We salute Coach Prime as his Colorado alumni shine in the NFL, then pour one out for the end of AOL dial-up (RIP to that iconic “You’ve got mail” sound).

But the real fireworks? Texas Republicans’ mid-decade redistricting push that could flip five new GOP seats before 2026. Over 50 Democratic lawmakers flee the state, sparking legal threats, blocked paychecks, and a national political chess match. The crew digs into Trump’s latest plays: missing sections of the Constitution on the Library of Congress website, economic data “adjustments,” and disappearing climate reports all while questioning what’s real in America’s digital age.

From gerrymandering games to climate dangers, and from nostalgia laughs to deep political analysis, this episode blends humor with hard truths. Buckle up.

21
Jeezy: not not too crazy, not too crazy. I want to. I want to give a shout out to
22
Jeezy: coach prime Bro. Be.
23
Manny: Awesome
24
Manny: man. This was the 1st preseason week. One of Preseason and a couple of his former players from Colorado performed what I believe
25
Manny: ball.
26
Jeezy: Is pretty pretty darn good. Bro. I think. The nation was watching this. Shador got out there, for the Browns finally got out there to get some to put some something on film, and I don't think he disappointed man. I think he did his thing, Webster, for the I believe the ravens ran back to
27
Jeezy: there ran back a kick.
28
Jeezy: We got to see Travis Hunter, even though just for a little bit. But he still got out there and he looked. He looked like he's making strides, and he's progressing to be able to make his stance at the next level. And I believe even what's my man in Carolina, Jimmy Horn, Jr.
29
Manny: Jimmy Horn.
30
Jeezy: Jimmy Horn got out there. He didn't do too much, but what was thrown his way homey got the mit on it. He took care of it. No drops.
31
Manny: Silo did well.
32
Jeezy: Yeah. Oh, yeah. Shiloh had a sack. I think he had. He played about 37 snaps.
33
Jeezy: So hey, coach prime deserve deserve his flowers, man, because he got those boys to the next level.
34
Manny: And they and they showed up. They showed up prepared.
35
Jeezy: They showed up prepared. Bro. When you get the opportunity you gotta show up.
36
Manny: Got to do it.
37
Jeezy: So shout out to Coast Prime and I got one last thing I'm going to do before we before we hop into our topics
38
Jeezy: is that, brothers? There's there's been an end of an era that has come about.
39
Chuck: Hello! What's going on.
40
Jeezy: It was announced, Saturday, no. Sunday.
41
Jeezy: That Aol is shutting down its dial up Internet after 34.
42
Manny: Oh, years!
43
Chuck: Man.
44
Manny: It's been a hot minute.
45
Chuck: Oh, man!
46
Jeezy: I didn't even bruh! I didn't.
47
Jeezy: I don't even know.
48
Jeezy: But apparently people still use dialogue, which is wild to me.
49
Jeezy: Rural areas.
50
Chuck: How about say the rule?
51
Chuck: The world?
52
Chuck: Sure.
53
Chuck: But Elon hasn't been able to get out to him yet. So you know, the rural area is definitely going to be using that dialogue. They're gonna struggle.
54
Jeezy: Bro. This, this is an end of an era. I don't know if our our younger generation, the Gen. Zers, know anything about Aol dial up. But let me tell you, having to navigate using the Internet
55
Jeezy: while your mama trying to get on the phone and gossip.
56
Chuck: Yes.
57
Manny: So.
58
Jeezy: You trying to get through that dial up.
59
Manny: Why, said somebody, pick up that phone.
60
Jeezy: While you're trying to download.
61
Jeezy: Oh, if you try to download.
62
Manny: Favorite Song from Napster.
63
Jeezy: Bro. If you ain't never tried to download a mixtape over, dial up only for it to download and find out. It's the wrong version. To begin with.
64
Chuck: Listen.
65
Jeezy: Brother.
66
Manny: Or that, or that somebody picked up the phone realized somebody was on the Internet hung up.
67
Manny: And then the download download didn't complete.
68
Jeezy: Right didn't complete, and you woke up.
69
Jeezy: You woke up in the morning like Bro. Come on.
70
Chuck: I'm on 23% of this gotta start over.
71
Jeezy: 8 h downloads. Bro, you're going to talk about Bro, we, the generation that got patience.
72
Manny: Bruh, you 8 h downloads for for a 4 min song.
73
Chuck: So hold on. I'm gonna take you a little further back than that, because I'm a little older than you all. But
74
Chuck: okay, 1st got Aol, and you were waiting for the mail to come.
75
Jeezy: Oh, so you get a 30 day free trial.
76
Manny: CD.
77
Chuck: Oh, no, I know about that.
78
Manny: I know about it.
79
Jeezy: You have. You have a little collection of them sitting there.
80
Jeezy: Yes, sir, when that that trial 30 day trial run out. Go and get that cold for another for.
81
Manny: Oh, absolutely not.
82
Chuck: Those are.
83
Chuck: I don't even know how much Aol cost, because I never had to buy it, never bought it.
84
Chuck: never bought it.
85
Jeezy: So I wanted to do this man in in memory of the of the 34 years that
86
Jeezy: Aol dial-up
87
Jeezy: has been very pivotal to our childhood. I'd like to leave and pay a little bit of respect to Aol in this way.
88
Jeezy: Oh.
89
Manny: Yes.
90
Chuck: I'm having flashbacks. You've got mail.
91
Jeezy: I had to give them a little taste. Bro.
92
Manny: And.
93
Jeezy: Ain't never heard that sound.
94
Manny: It was 1st here.
95
Jeezy: That, let me tell you. That was a beautiful sound. Back back in the day, brother.
96
Manny: And but before we leave this topic
97
Manny: there is no type of embarrassment
98
Manny: to the embarrassment of your 1st Aol email address or screen.
99
Jeezy: Oh, brother!
100
Jeezy: Oh, Bro.
101
Manny: Okay.
102
Chuck: So, so I I have a not quite dial up, but my aol. So I had the sidekick.
103
Chuck: Instant. Messenger aol instant, messenger. And yeah, I got I yeah, I still remember. I still remember my script.
104
Manny: Oh, I still remember mine, too!
105
Jeezy: Hey? All I know is, hmm!
106
Jeezy: I can't be the only one
107
Jeezy: I didn't. I done gave it up in some of them chat rooms.
108
Chuck: Oh, Bro.
109
Jeezy: Bro. I don't when they hit you
110
Jeezy: the Asl. Oh, Bro, I done that a couple of times.
111
Manny: I'm lied a couple of times.
112
Chuck: Liz.
113
Manny: Baby. I'm baby. I'm 24.
114
Jeezy: Good.
115
Chuck: Yeah, you couldn't see me. You couldn't tell him.
116
Jeezy: No.
117
Chuck: Yeah.
118
Jeezy: Before there was true catfishing. I don't talk. I don't talk. Somebody hunt you down, boy.
119
Jeezy: 14 years ago.
120
Chuck: Oh, man!
121
Jeezy: Shout out to Aol down, little man! Those those were the good days. Bro.
122
Manny: Oh, man!
123
Jeezy: Good day, so that's all I had to get. I had to get your coach prime his flowers. I had to give give Aol dial up his flowers, too. Bro. So with that being said, Man, let's go ahead and jump into it, man. I know we got some mess when it comes to the political landscape that we got to cover.
124
Jeezy: and if you followed our Tiktok, you you know this 1st topic. We've already kind of previewed on our social media. But
125
Jeezy: Texas man, take the data.
126
Manny: Texas, Texas.
127
Jeezy: They got a little bit of a mess going on, man. So for those of you that are not familiar Texas Republicans, backed by a move that trump has been getting them to do. They're pushing for a mid decade redistrict plan
128
Jeezy: to reshape the Congressional map, and I think in the reshaping of the Congressional maps, it will allow them to gain 5 additional gop seats ahead of the 2026 midterms. In response to this, over 50 Democratic lawmakers have fled Texas.
129
Jeezy: traveling to States like Illinois and New York to deny the legislative decorum.
130
Jeezy: That they need and have basically blocked for them from being able to get anything done.
131
Jeezy: And this has basically become a nationwide spotlight of of this move that has been taking place. So before we jump right into it.
132
Jeezy: Why are they? Why, that I'm just gonna start there! Why.
133
Manny: Why, why are the we could take that in so many different ways?
134
Jeezy: Well, what?
135
Jeezy: Why is trump pushing this? Why is why is Atv Abbott pushing this.
136
Manny: Star.
137
Jeezy: That's right.
138
Chuck: I'm not awfully rabbit.
139
Jeezy: I gave gave y'all a little. I gave y'all a little love it last week.
140
Jeezy: I got Atv added, for you this week.
141
Manny: Look! Have you seen Trump's approval? Numbers they they.
142
Jeezy: Hey, Bro, I know. Last time we
143
Jeezy: talked about it they were down.
144
Manny: They down, but they not up, shout out to.
145
Chuck: I think he's because sure he goes. I was about to say, Yeah, yeah.
146
Chuck: straight. Fear, man, that's all it is. They're scared because the numbers are down, they see what's going on. They see the pressure that's on their head. And realistically.
147
Chuck: they're in fear that things get flipped drastically in 2026. So they have to make a desperate move to try to combat that some way possible. But there's some people saying, Slow down.
148
Manny: Oh, wait a minute.
149
Jeezy: Wait a minute! Wait wait a minute.
150
Chuck: So. Yeah, but to to answer your question from my my perspective, it's a bunch of fear.
151
Manny: Yeah, yeah, no. And coming to that. So Trump's approvals, numbers are at 40%.
152
Manny: And you know, you are the de facto lead of the party. So this is all but shaping up that you are about to. Your party's about to get. Molly whooped
153
Manny: in in the the the midterms.
154
Manny: essentially making you a lame duck president in his last 2 2 terms.
155
Manny: So what do you need to do? You need to try to shore up your battle lines, you know, to try to
156
Manny: to try to like. Make sure you're able to survive. Make sure you're able to to get through your agenda. Right now. There, it's seeming just about his. His approval is about 40% down from 42%.
157
Jeezy: I say, last time we talked about it, it was like 42, 43.
158
Manny: So yeah, so it it keeps getting worse.
159
Manny: And I think at this point, if you look at the Maga movement, you look at what's happening. Like people are starting to jump ship.
160
Jeezy: Yeah.
161
Manny: You know Marjorie Taylor Greene, starting to make her her moves to to or attempted her, moves to greener pastures.
162
Manny: people already saying that they're not running, that they're going to go run for other seats, or or just retire like it's not looking good.
163
Manny: And all this before Trump could build his big, beautiful ballroom.
164
Manny: so he he could throw a party for no one to show up to.
165
Jeezy: Right. That joint gonna be that joint gonna be so empty right.
166
Chuck: Move it out to the great rose concrete.
167
Chuck: Pray.
168
Chuck: They go to an empty ballroom.
169
Jeezy: I don't get it, but
170
Jeezy: you know when I but to that point Manny and chuck with it, being fear
171
Jeezy: right and and making this move. You've already seen that with them pushing this, you have other States democratic states that are saying, Well, if y'all want to play that game.
172
Manny: To to play that game.
173
Jeezy: We really can get. Look! I don't know if you heard the recent statement by Ken Martin from the Democratic National Committee, he said. Look, we ain't bringing no pencil to no knife fight, we going knife for knife, we gonna fight fire with fire. So in that, having that fear, are you really opening a door?
174
Jeezy: That's really going to make this thing even worse, or even even in 2026 more catastrophic than what it may potentially already be being what the poll numbers say, what approval rating is saying, what people are just saying out in the streets on social media. Are you opening this door to something much worse.
175
Manny: More than likely
176
Manny: more than likely. But this will be interesting, because this could have been dealt with years ago. But the Supreme Court has been running from this decision on how you needed to draw lines.
177
Manny: And now I don't really know how the Supreme Court's going to act.
178
Jeezy: That's true.
179
Manny: No, no idea. But it'll be interesting in seeing what's what and how States can respond. Yeah, you know
180
Manny: it, can you? Really? Because ultimately Texas is looking for 5 more seats.
181
Jeezy: Yeah.
182
Manny: And when I ran the numbers, if you look at right now, Texas has 38 seats.
183
Manny: 25 are Republican, 13 are Democrat.
184
Manny: So by percentage
185
Manny: 59 of those seats should belong to Republicans, and 40% should essentially belong to Democrats.
186
Manny: So right now, there's a 2 and a half almost 3 seat advantage for Texas Republicans, anyways.
187
Manny: So we're not talking about a whole lot. But Cnn. Did an analysis of the seats. They're also going to try to shore up some other seats that that have been ranked kind of low. If you look at the the cook ratings for them.
188
Manny: but then it'll be interesting to see how other States respond, because you have California with its 52 seats.
189
Manny: 43 of those seats right now are Democrat, and only 9 are Republican.
190
Manny: And if you, if you look at the percentages in the State, 60% of that state is Democrat versus 39.
191
Manny: So if you were looking at true proportionality in California, based on 2024. And I want to be key that I'm saying based on 2024. It should not be. But we're going to hit that in a second.
192
Manny: 20 Republicans
193
Manny: probably should have, just by population 11 more seats. But when you start talking about density and whatnot.
194
Manny: It'll be interesting to see how some of these States kind of respond. And I think some of the States you gotta if I'm Republicans. I gotta be concerned about responding New York. So right now, right now, New York is 7 Republican seats to 19.
195
Manny: So that gives a 3, 3, almost 4 seat advantage to Democrats over what they have.
196
Manny: You know Pennsylvania will be interesting state.
197
Manny: I don't think you can do it in Pennsylvania just because of the nature of Pennsylvania, and it's and it's and the party. But
198
Manny: Pennsylvania right now is one is one seat. I think that's where it gets real crazy
199
Manny: is to see some of these States like Pennsylvania. That are
200
Manny: kind of fair. What I'm calling kinda fair is 2 seats and lower.
201
Manny: and if you see some of them starting to respond, I think this paints everyone in a very, very interesting kind of situation.
202
Manny: because no one's asked for this.
203
Jeezy: Bruh! No one.
204
Chuck: You know, good old Tiktok. So I saw a Tiktok where someone kind of did a breakdown on the amount of Democratic States and the amount of Republican States that are
205
Chuck: disproportionately leaning to whatever side, and
206
Chuck: if I remember correctly, it was like 5 5 States that was leaning heavy on the Democratic end as far as the number of seats, and it was like 12
207
Chuck: States on the Republican end. And so they brought up the point kind of what you were just talking about, Manny, of how interesting this will be if some of those States that were more neutral or not necessarily neutral, but seemed.
208
Manny: Farish families.
209
Manny: Yeah. Fairish.
210
Chuck: Exactly, and if they took that stand and tilted those numbers.
211
Chuck: how things will play out in in the reverse domino effect
212
Chuck: that Texas is going to cause.
213
Chuck: But I want to bring up a point that you all have been talking about
214
Chuck: for the longest. I want to say, doggone since the start of the pod.
215
Chuck: Excuse me, and that is
216
Chuck: Democrats. Are y'all going to do something? Are y'all going to continue to be punked and pushed around.
217
Jeezy: Yeah.
218
Chuck: And so to hear New York's governor. Was it Kathy Hashel? However, you say her name last name.
219
Jeezy: When you read about.
220
Jeezy: We don't. We don't. We don't get names right here.
221
Chuck: But this ain't the pot for you.
222
Chuck: We we got good information. We just don't got good good names.
223
Manny: Come back in right.
224
Jeezy: It won'.
225
Manny: Because.
226
Jeezy: From the era of Richard Mccoll.
227
Chuck: But just her response
228
Chuck: was good to hear. Yeah. And then, you know Illinois, governor, stepping up in his response and open, you know, hey? Y'all welcome to come here like the church. Say our doors hang on welcome hinges.
229
Jeezy: Yes, sir.
230
Chuck: To the Texas Texas representatives.
231
Chuck: It immediately brought me to you all. And how you say, hey, Democrats.
232
Chuck: The.
233
Jeezy: This is her!
234
Chuck: Strong response.
235
Jeezy: It is.
236
Chuck: It's a brand newbie, and saying, Punks, jump up to get beat down.
237
Chuck: What y'all gonna do all right. Now, what they can't do is just let this be a bunch of talk
238
Chuck: they have to, you know. Follow this with action. If things go through, I.
239
Manny: I think that's fair. But I have another theory.
240
Chuck: Whoa!
241
Jeezy: We got one, we got one.
242
Chuck: Forgot.
243
Chuck: This is the 1st one that I been a part of. Oh.
244
Jeezy: Yes, sir.
245
Manny: I agree. This has been the strongest response that I've seen for Democrats.
246
Manny: But what if people are really just starting to Peacock so they can get ready to run for the the White House in in 2028.
247
Jeezy: Because the guy from Illinois he's saying that he his name's been mentioned around. What's his name? Pritzner? Or.
248
Manny: No, it's not Pataky. It's dude. New York. Sorry I was going back to. I was trying to make a hey, Arnold reference.
249
Jeezy: I was. Gonna say, Mr. P. But then I feel like I gotta put a pause on that.
250
Manny: Whoa! Whoa, sir! Whoa! Whoa!
251
Manny: So they could be. But I think again, this is big talk until I actually see them do something, because one of the the interesting things I heard from Newsome.
252
Manny: is he? He came out and did that press conference like, Hey, we're going to push back. We're gonna do all this. But we're going to do all of this with permission from the voters. And I'm like, sir, how
253
Manny: housewife, how you gonna do a special referendum.
254
Manny: And again, hope you have enough turnout, because you're probably only going to get. If you do, a special referendum this year, you're probably only going to get maybe 35% turn turnout to vote.
255
Manny: maybe.
256
Manny: Maybe.
257
Manny: But you're still going to keep your independent reduction group.
258
Manny: What are you actually going to do. Yeah, Texas has made moves to do something. Are you actually going to do something.
259
Chuck: Yep.
260
Manny: You know, because I think that if we're being honest, that is, trump can be as bad as he can be. But if your own voter base is apathetic to the way that you lead. Yeah, they're not going to come out anyways. Yep.
261
Manny: so yeah, I may hate how Trump is doing. But I'm not really feeling motivated to get out to the poll to vote
262
Manny: against him or vote for somebody.
263
Manny: So I think I think this is this is going to be problematic.
264
Manny: I just want to see what what the Feds end up doing. Because, you know, you know, big big trump
265
Manny: Whoa! Whoa! That was that was bad. That was bad. President.
266
Chuck: Over.
267
Manny: It's not President Trump has has said he wants to send the FBI.
268
Jeezy: By the Secret Room.
269
Manny: Send them to your own.
270
Jeezy: Address, boom.
271
Chuck: Been there, and he got. That's why he do the immunity out there. Yeah.
272
Jeezy: But I think that with Texas, though I'm interested to see how Democrats are going to respond, because, as you all know, there have been multiple legal actions that have taken place. Attorney General Ken Paxton filed a suit with the Texas Supreme Court to remove 13 House Democrats from office for abandonment.
273
Jeezy: Based on them leaving and fleeing the country, I mean fleeing the State. Excuse me.
274
Manny: Same thing, same thing. We we're almost there.
275
Jeezy: Right bro so and then Atv. Abbott
276
Jeezy: had sought the removal of the House Democratic. See Leader Gene Wu
277
Jeezy: and then also a Tarrant County judge issued a injunction blocking be better, O'rourke. No, he don't. You know. He got to get it popping when it's some action going on. He got mixed.
278
Manny: I'm here.
279
Jeezy: He has a group called Powered by People, which that probably is a terrible name, because those people ain't power you to get over their finish line when it came to voting. But that's neither here nor there
280
Jeezy: right
281
Jeezy: bad choice name, but they have blocked him from his group from providing financial assistance to the absent legislators, which Ag. Paxton is alleging that that violates campaign finance rules which we won't have to talk about.
282
Chuck: Finance, roof.
283
Jeezy: Goalpost on the finance rules. But how long will Democrats hold out with all of this? Now that you have these lawsuits.
284
Jeezy: I know some of these Democrats didn't pack enough draws for this this long of a trip. Somebody got to return back home.
285
Jeezy: Well, that yeah gotta do something.
286
Chuck: I need to Google how many Walmarts are in Illinois?
287
Jeezy: Bruh.
288
Manny: Oh, there's there's enough now, I think the the.
289
Jeezy: Zoom socks and Hayes going crazy. But right.
290
Manny: The the question is going to be, because I believe what they've also done now in Texas is, say, oh, ain't no more direct deposit for y'all.
291
Manny: I'm gonna cut.
292
Manny: Y'all got to come pick.
293
Manny: I could pick up your chair.
294
Manny: Oh.
295
Jeezy: Oh, right!
296
Chuck: Come into the office.
297
Manny: Gotta come down.
298
Chuck: Manage.
299
Chuck: You gotta sign that.
300
Jeezy: With all these, all these lawsuits, and I think there are maybe possibly arrest warrants, too. I think I heard of, but obviously they can't.
301
Manny: 30.
302
Jeezy: Thing. They're not in Texas.
303
Manny: It's not criminal like, and I think that.
304
Jeezy: Beth.
305
Manny: And they can't make it criminal
306
Manny: without them getting quorum. So yeah.
307
Chuck: What I read on that was that they can issue a civil warrant, which essentially is nothing.
308
Chuck: It's like it's not even really a citation.
309
Manny: Have you ever been to civil court? People don't even show up with ties on Bro.
310
Manny: A citizen's arrest.
311
Chuck: The Civil War. It reminds me of the kid that the teacher puts at the front of the classroom when they step out to write people's name down.
312
Jeezy: Oh Bruh!
313
Manny: But if you talk.
314
Chuck: You just look at them like Bro.
315
Jeezy: You take your job too serious.
316
Jeezy: If you write my name down, you better erase it before she get back.
317
Chuck: Yup!
318
Manny: But.
319
Chuck: But I want to give my man, the Governor of Illinois, some love.
320
Chuck: Jb. Pritzker.
321
Manny: There we go!
322
Chuck: George Pataki would. I do know who George Pataki was some years back.
323
Manny: We just call him Jb.
324
Chuck: Jb.
325
Chuck: yeah. Yeah. Jb, so, yeah, I want to give jb, some love for allowing. You know, those doors to swing on welcome hinges.
326
Jeezy: But I'm kind of the manny's point, though, his name thrown in that hat he might just be.
327
Jeezy: He might just be kind of doing a little reverse. Joel Low. Scene.
328
Chuck: He could be grandstanding, for sure. And I agree with Manny's point of where's the action? And that's kind of why, you know, I said that. What are you doing after the fact? Yeah, it looks good. Now, it reminds me of that Loudmouth person that
329
Chuck: you know when it comes to a fight, you loud and you bad, but when?
330
Chuck: What do we can.
331
Manny: When hands start flying.
332
Chuck: Moving back of the line. Hey, bro.
333
Jeezy: A pair of 5 knuckles start flying through the air.
334
Chuck: It's a.
335
Manny: I I wanna call out for our users, you know not our users. Man, I I don't. I've been working.
336
Jeezy: Right, application.
337
Manny: 2.
338
Jeezy: Got you jacked up.
339
Manny: Well, I want to point out for our listeners how redistricting is supposed to happen
340
Manny: every 10 years. There's a census done.
341
Manny: and that is our country's attempt to count all the people in the country. So we count, and then.
342
Manny: after that count is done, all the States get their numbers, and from that the the seats are reallocated in Congress.
343
Manny: and then at that point, state legislatures like Texas's State legislature. So when we're talking about more than the Federal Government, you know, seats are important. Your State legislators are super important here because they are the ones that redraw these lines.
344
Manny: and they're given over to the State houses to draw how their seats are supposed to be, you know, allocated. Who's going to live in one district. I remember when I ran in 2018, one of my good friends could not vote for me. He lived across the street from me literally I could walk over a street, Morrisville boulevard. I could walk over the street and be in a new district could not vote for me
345
Manny: so. But they're responsible for drawing those lines and figuring out Who's there?
346
Manny: And then they get put in into effect for the next election. What is also happening on top of this is trump is calling for a new census
347
Manny: and yep, and in that new census he would like all illegal immigrants to not be counted so.
348
Jeezy: Right.
349
Manny: Yeah, yeah.
350
Chuck: Manny, manny.
351
Manny: Yep.
352
Chuck: Oh, see you, I ain't gonna say you stepped on my work, but
353
Chuck: I have something to say about that. But.
354
Manny: -Oh.
355
Jeezy: Oh!
356
Chuck: Oh no! Oh.
357
Manny: Oh, no! That's.
358
Chuck: Okay, we'll go with it. So
359
Chuck: in regards to the census I've I've had my qualms with the census for a while now, and I'm pretty sure you have as.
360
Chuck: How accurate are our senses and the data that is collected.
361
Chuck: Number one, number 2.
362
Chuck: All this immigration stuff.
363
Chuck: Let's see, what had his money?
364
Chuck: Yes.
365
Jeezy: There we go. We got it up.
366
Manny: There we go!
367
Chuck: Now Trump says he wants non-legals to not be counted.
368
Chuck: How does that impact you now?
369
Chuck: Because I truly feel when they and it's been theorize that
370
Chuck: illegals have been counted in the census for many years.
371
Chuck: especially in in areas where there is a lower population, and it kind of helps bolster their numbers.
372
Chuck: as we know
373
Chuck: certain Federal fundings and certain Federal aid is given to certain areas because of your population. So I'm without question believe that some of these areas fluff their numbers with.
374
Manny: Yeah.
375
Chuck: Do this now, and these folks are all shipped out, and you're getting them out of here.
376
Chuck: How much damage are you doing to your own people.
377
Chuck: Not that he cares, but on that level you you're hurting yourself.
378
Manny: Yeah.
379
Manny: So
380
Manny: what I what I wanted to call out, I did some quick searching about the census, and generally the census is considered to be highly accurate at the national level.
381
Manny: The I look, I'm just. I'm just. I'm just telling you.
382
Chuck: What the Ca.
383
Chuck: P.
384
Manny: T.
385
Chuck: I can.
386
Manny: Cap, cap, CAP. Cap.
387
Jeezy: Yeah.
388
Manny: Okay, see, you didn't even let me finish, man.
389
Manny: So, according to the census bureau again, I'm just reporting the facts for the people. They estimate that there is a net undercut of point 2 4%.
390
Manny: But there are often groups that are undercounted black, Hispanic and native American populations, renters, and low income households and young children under 5.
391
Jeezy: Don't nobody want to count the people in the hood.
392
Manny: Group strangely groups that are often overcounted, non-hispanic white population.
393
Jeezy: Oh!
394
Manny: Homeowners and people with multiple residences.
395
Jeezy: Oh, I know I got counted twice then I know I got counted twice because I was at my grandma house more than I was at my own house.
396
Manny: So in 2020 it's projected that African American households were undercounted by 3.3%. Hispanic or Latino, undercounted by 4.9, and American Indian Alaska, native on reservations, were undercounted by 5.6.
397
Chuck: And I would like to dispute those numbers and say that that percentage is much higher.
398
Manny: Oh, it's gotta be much higher.
399
Chuck: Simply because the way they're conducting these census.
400
Chuck: some of them are still going door to door, or they're sending out mailers.
401
Chuck: 2 things.
402
Manny: How many people you got in your house? Why, you didn't know.
403
Chuck: Admit it.
404
Chuck: They're not answering the door.
405
Jeezy: In fact.
406
Manny: Not at all.
407
Chuck: Number 2, just like that weekly mailer that comes in with all the coupons.
408
Chuck: Trey is going right? Yeah.
409
Manny: That's right.
410
Chuck: Yoink.
411
Manny: I ain't thought twice about.
412
Chuck: On File 13, it goes. So yeah. Now, granted, I will be. I participated in the census. I've given the information, but.
413
Chuck: like you said. They're not. It's not a matter of they don't want to count the people in the hood. The people in the hood don't want to be counted.
414
Manny: That wouldn't be okay.
415
Chuck: Hello!
416
Manny: And it. And what's so problematic about not counting undocumented immigrants
417
Manny: is because these people is people still tax the system.
418
Manny: When we talk about healthcare funding, funding hospitals and areas. If we're just not counting a population, guess what? They still have emergencies, they still go to the hospital stress on on water systems and electrical grids. These things still happen.
419
Manny: and by not counting them it.
420
Manny: it causes problems. But my other theory about why trump now also wants to to go ahead and and do another census is actually.
421
Chuck: Oh!
422
Jeezy: Burning.
423
Manny: But no.
424
Manny: based on his love of ice. And what what does doing a midyear census, a mid decade census allow him to do? It allows him to use Congressional approved funds
425
Manny: for the census to now go door to door hiring that ground force to go door to door across the entire country. Oh, you're undocumented. Okay, cool. Never mind. Okay, thank you. There's 4 people here. Cool. Go ahead and enter that app. Go to the next one.
426
Chuck: The door.
427
Jeezy: That next knock on that door is crazy, was waiting on the other side of that door.
428
Jeezy: So that is, that's crazy. But Bro, that that is, that is.
429
Chuck: You want to.
430
Jeezy: Go on to something. Bro.
431
Manny: But.
432
Jeezy: You owning something.
433
Manny: I just want all of our listeners to know at home that
434
Manny: I like my life, I enjoy my life. I have no desire to do any self harm. I have a fear of heights.
435
Manny: so if you hear about me skydiving just now.
436
Jeezy: We know many perished in a hot balloon accident.
437
Manny: Bye, while he was enjoying a hot plate of fish.
438
Jeezy: Right. Yep.
439
Manny: Nope.
440
Jeezy: Nope, Nope, not my brother.
441
Manny: They're coming in from an evening job.
442
Jeezy: Nope, you ain't. Gonna you ain't gonna pull the wool over my eyes like that.
443
Jeezy: No, sir, painted turkey bacon.
444
Manny: Hey!
445
Jeezy: Hey, Bro, I just want to say that turkey bacon ain't nothing but bologna shaped as bacon.
446
Manny: Meat, strips, timberland shoestrings.
447
Manny: It's factual.
448
Jeezy: But with this undocumented immigrants I just want to say one thing, and maybe I'm wrong.
449
Jeezy: But when we hear undocumented immigrants, why, why is it? The 1st thing that people think of is, is our brown brothers and sisters in Christ?
450
Manny: Bye.
451
Manny: I mean, because if we really want to talk about the largest number of undocumented immigrants here in this country
452
Manny: are people who came over here on visas and overstayed their welcome.
453
Chuck: Oh, lot of them!
454
Manny: That's the highest, highest population of people who are technically undocumented immigrants. At this point.
455
Chuck: You know why, you know why, that's the case, man, the strong propaganda machine.
456
Chuck: no different than the the same propaganda machine that
457
Chuck: leads people to believe that black on black crime is actually a real thing.
458
Manny: Same.
459
Jeezy: I'm just waiting to turn on the news, and they say undocumented, immigrant, and it'd be an Asian person.
460
Manny: Bruh.
461
Chuck: Listen.
462
Manny: I've heard not not an Am. Russian being deported.
463
Chuck: Never.
464
Jeezy: Bro. Hmm! Let me let me stop
465
Jeezy: look like like my mama told me I'm in Company House. Behave myself so I'm gonna Bro. Look.
466
Manny: I will, Loki.
467
Jeezy: Trying to throw you a little ignorant alley-oop.
468
Manny: Listen! Look! That's why I came in.
469
Jeezy: I was testing the water a little bit.
470
Chuck: I saw the lane, and I was like, you know what I'm in. I'm in Company's house. I behave myself.
471
Manny: Bro.
472
Jeezy: I'm just saying Bro, but all I'm gonna say before we move on to the next topic is, Hey, my name is Jerry, and I'm here to Mander.
473
Jeezy: I'm here.
474
Jeezy: Demand.
475
Jeezy: that's all I want. Our listeners know when it come to come to Texas. And all this this mess is going on that. You're just meeting Jerry, and he's here to Mander.
476
Manny: Oh, man!
477
Jeezy: Good luck!
478
Manny: Good luck, Texas. Yeah, we'll see how long they can hold out. And you know, I think it's important to note that Governor Jb. Is a billionaire.
479
Manny: He is so so that money money long and beat.
480
Chuck: Born in California, so.
481
Manny: That money alone, that money alone.
482
Jeezy: Yeah.
483
Manny: Good luck, hot wheels.
484
Jeezy: Atv added good.
485
Manny: Yeah, we really try, we really, we really do try to run a fair and honest. Podcast, but sometimes this stuff is ridiculous.
486
Chuck: Is, that's man.
487
Jeezy: But we're moving right along
488
Jeezy: Texas. I'm sure we'll be talking about you a little bit more as things come to a head with this, this whole Jerry being mandered around
489
Jeezy: so we'll we'll come back to you and put a quarter in the parking meter for a later episode. But next thing we're going to look at is man. Trump is trump always doing something. Man. He remind me like how my grandma used to always get on this. Sit down somewhere.
490
Jeezy: That's the way. Sit down.
491
Chuck: That's why I named the segment on my, podcast. What trump done did now? It's always something.
492
Jeezy: Always doing something. Bro.
493
Jeezy: It's that bad cousin that, you know, is always going to do something.
494
Manny: Man you like you already know.
495
Manny: Oh, my God!
496
Chuck: You look you, your grandma come home, hey, grandma? The lamp broke. Who was.
497
Manny: Don't you out?
498
Manny: I know.
499
Manny: I already know who it is. Something go Missing. I already know who it is.
500
Jeezy: Money go missing out of person. You know what, cousin it is.
501
Manny: And then.
502
Jeezy: That's how you steal money out of your grandma's purse, and she don't realize that it's you. It's your cousin Bam
503
Jeezy: already. Know with him, Grandma. He always he ain't gonna never be nobody. He ain't gonna be.
504
Manny: The low line.
505
Chuck: It is dead!
506
Manny: But yeah, he's like a daddy. You and mama say it all the time. Right?
507
Manny: Wow! That's.
508
Jeezy: Man. Trump trump is at it again. Bro. And
509
Jeezy: what it looks like that trump is doing in this second administration is an apparent attempt to reshape
510
Jeezy: some fundamental things. And first, st I want to start at what happened this past week was, there's some some segments, some sections of the Constitution that went missing.
511
Manny: If you went to the website, I believe you got a nice old picture of George Washington and all his glory and his wooden teeth.
512
Jeezy: But apparently when you went to the Library of Congress, there was a temporary omission of parts of Article one, including Section 8, and entire sections, 9 and 10
513
Jeezy: key clauses limiting Congressional and State power, such as habeas corpus and other things. The library blamed this on a coding error, but critics flag this as something that seemed kind of suspicious. Now, Manny, I know you're you're that you're you're our coding expert.
514
Manny: Bye.
515
Jeezy: Bruh.
516
Jeezy: Do you really believe that this was a coding error, or were they trying to kind of slip in there and say, Okay, let's see if they, paying attention to what we really trying to do.
517
Manny: Things just don't go missing.
518
Manny: It's real now. Now.
519
Jeezy: Right, right.
520
Manny: And you're not even like
521
Manny: the question I kept asking myself in my head is, how often y'all touching this this data set? How long. How often do you need to update the Constitution pages on your website?
522
Jeezy: Bingo!
523
Manny: Like. Because if you're constantly, if you would have told me they were on the Irs website, the rate that the Irs is constantly updating their website. I'm like, you know, what that could happen feasibly.
524
Manny: It still seems fishy. But we're talking about the Library of Congress.
525
Jeezy: Shouldn't even be touched.
526
Manny: Bro. Why are you touching this.
527
Jeezy: Somebody was trying to change the word and say oops. Sorry I deleted it, but.
528
Manny: And to get a little bit more specific on what was missing.
529
Jeezy: Yeah.
530
Manny: In Article Article one, section 8.
531
Manny: Clause 15. To call forth militia, to execute Federal law, suppress insurrections and repel invasions.
532
Manny: Clause 16. To organize, arm
533
Manny: and discipline the militia and govern them while in Federal service. Clause 17. To exercise exclusive legislation over the District of Columbia.
534
Manny: and clause 18. The necessary and proper clause gives Congress the power to make all laws needed to carry out all its other powers.
535
Jeezy: Bro.
536
Manny: But and cause. All of these are problematic, the ones that are most problematic. And this is just section 8.
537
Jeezy: Yeah, yeah.
538
Manny: Is just. Section 8, clause 18,
539
Manny: giving Congress the power to. So you you trying to realign this so only only executive orders, or or or trump, or trump.
540
Jeezy: -
541
Manny: Do it like that's problematic.
542
Manny: And going to section 9, of course. Habeas corpus. And we've talked about it here. You know, cannot be habeas corpus can cannot be suspended suspended unless in cases of rebellion or invasion, when public safety requires it.
543
Manny: and then also a number 5 in section 9 number 3, no direct taxes.
544
Manny: and number 4. No taxes on exports from any State.
545
Chuck: No.
546
Manny: You know.
547
Manny: and then section 10, and I think this is a direct call out for Gavin Newsom, because California is what the the 4th or 5th largest economy in the world.
548
Manny: and section one of that says, States cannot enter treaties, alliances, or confederation, coin money, or pass bills of attainer or grant titles of nobility.
549
Manny: The Tarots of nobility, you know. Come, see, come, sir.
550
Manny: and then section 2. States needs Congress consent to lay duties on imports or exports, keep troops or ships of war and peacetime, and enter agreements with other states and foreign powers.
551
Manny: It's real hard to make again, how often are y'all updating this stuff? Yeah, that there is a coding error. Yeah, that needed that happened that took it down.
552
Jeezy: And and what was taken down is just
553
Jeezy: the the connection to this administration, and the things that they have been trying to accomplish. The connection is very telling, because I can see if it was a coding error, and it knocked off. You know the whole constitution, or just whole sets. But why, in particular, these sections that hold certain things that tie to what this administration has been trying to either evade or get around, or just do entirely against what the Constitution has said.
554
Chuck: Yeah, I'm with you, jeez if if it said you went there and we the people, were no longer on there. Simple coding error. Manny is the coding expert. When I got my master's I did some coding, and the amount of time that it takes
555
Chuck: intricacy per line.
556
Jeezy: Yeah.
557
Chuck: Coding, and we know the Constitution mainly just read off the different sections in the different parts of the section.
558
Chuck: You didn't just accidentally click delete.
559
Manny: Right.
560
Chuck: And not wipe out other stuff.
561
Jeezy: Yeah.
562
Chuck: No, that's not happening.
563
Manny: And then, if you did what your regression testing must be trash to not have picked that up.
564
Jeezy: Yep.
565
Manny: After you released it.
566
Manny: Some like. So so where is the level of incompetence? Here.
567
Chuck: We had. We. We know we don't see much of it with this administration. Now.
568
Chuck: the level of incompetence is with the people. That's where it's at. It's not what they're doing, because they're wanting.
569
Chuck: Take. Take what they're saying and say, Oh, okay, yeah. Yeah. Y'all got it fixed.
570
Chuck: No, that's no, absolutely not.
571
Jeezy: Cause somebody a part of magazine gonna sit there on their couch watching it. They floor model TV, saying it was a code in there.
572
Chuck: It would turn over, turn on the computer.
573
Jeezy: The both technology they got in their house is a cordless phone.
574
Manny: Look, we, we can do a whole nother subject on this matter. But I want to just drop this nugget for you guys.
575
Jeezy: That's like the 5th one today.
576
Chuck: Oh, my!
577
Jeezy: Real fire, right.
578
Manny: Is there a danger that we're getting ready to walk into with everything being digital?
579
Manny: Because another example, this is readily another example of them attempting to, of an attempt made to restrict or act like something doesn't exist. Another example that I will call out is Alicia Keys messing up the the National Anthem that one time where her voice went all crazy. But you can never find a video of it.
580
Chuck: So as I think, as things grow and change.
581
Manny: Able to preserve what actually happened versus what what they want, what people want us to believe or happened is going to be really impactful, moving forward.
582
Chuck: Well, Manny, I will say this
583
Chuck: in regards to what you just asked.
584
Chuck: All I have to do is call Nicolas Cage.
585
Manny: Right.
586
Chuck: He is my hero when it comes to national artifacts, preserving yes, sir.
587
Chuck: of our Constitution and those things that we hold true to America. Nicolas Cage got us covered, so I ain't even worried about it.
588
Manny: And what were they gonna do? Don't they have the Constitution posted in the Oval office? See? That's how I wish this would really come out.
589
Chuck: Sitting in the, isn't it? Sitting in the middle of the Library of Congress?
590
Manny: Yeah, I'd have loved for someone to be being there talking to trump or doing an interview and be like, Mr President.
591
Manny: sections 9 and 8 aren't on the library of Congress. But I see them here on your wall on the the
592
Manny: the constitution what do you think about this. That would have been funny.
593
Chuck: Deep fake. It's AI like what in the world man.
594
Jeezy: Brad.
595
Jeezy: So even with even with that happening with the missing constitutional sections, we talked about it last week, how there was tampering with the economic reporting right. The numbers came out and they were drastically changed. They fired her. The Commissioner.
596
Jeezy: the Bureau of Labor Statistics, I believe it is Trump has publicly discredited jobs data calling it phony. So that's another area, that shaping and shifting
597
Jeezy: and reshaping those things that are fundamental to our nation. And then even going as far as revisions and removal of climate reports. He's he's even done things with that. I believe that the website
598
Jeezy: has been shut down. If I'm not mistaken, Manny. I think it's like.
599
Manny: Yeah.
600
Jeezy: change.gov has been.
601
Manny: Cheers.
602
Jeezy: And all the workers and the research team has been furloughed. So we can't even, I mean, where? Where are we getting these reports from now? Where? Where is the the credibility? In those things?
603
Manny: Well, you and you hit on him briefly. So Stephen Moore, a visiting fellow from the Heritage Foundation, was in the Oval office, and you know, trump loves him, a good chart on a on a diagram, and basically said that everyone is making 10 times as much. I forget the exactness, but like 10 times as much as they are under him versus
604
Manny: Brettie.
605
Manny: This is Biden and the the former Bureau of Labor Statistics, Commissioner William Beach, a trump nominee.
606
Manny: Said every number on the job chart presented to Donald Trump that he touted in the Oval office was wrong.
607
Manny: But how you get every number wrong.
608
Chuck: We didn't.
609
Manny: Every number, every number, all of them.
610
Manny: But we're playing spades.
611
Manny: They came in, said, I'm gonna run 4. Didn't get a single one. I'm gonna run a Boston. I didn't get a single book.
612
Jeezy: But the feeling of looking over at your partner and your partner say, Hey, look! I can get you 5, and I got maybe one possible, but I, for sure, can get you 5.
613
Chuck: Listen.
614
Jeezy: And that partner don't get you, but like one right.
615
Chuck: Violence that commences out of my eyes.
616
Jeezy: The cliche if Luke's could kill. Yes, sir, yes, sir.
617
Jeezy: my wife learned quick, she said. It's just the game it would see. That's what we messing up right there.
618
Manny: It's not a game.
619
Jeezy: The time out I got to talk to my partner.
620
Manny: I quit grade school because of recess.
621
Chuck: You got hair standing up on the back of my neck talking about somebody not getting all their books in space.
622
Jeezy: Broo. But but these numbers being flung, you know you put somebody in to give you these numbers just to make you feel good. But what are we going to know as far as the American people where we could before rely on this reporting
623
Jeezy: to give us accurate data.
624
Jeezy: you know, even down what you were saying last week, Manny, that even when they present a number they come back, and they still revise the number they give previously, just for clarity, just for transparency. Now, we're not going to have that anymore. So we're not going to have the accurate information on the economy.
625
Jeezy: We're not going to have accurate information on climate. We got sections of the Constitution being taken out, and I even think down to
626
Jeezy: when when it comes to the economy.
627
Jeezy: This really puts, which I'm sure trump did this.
628
Jeezy: But this is is aligning to put even more pressure on on Drone.
629
Jeezy: because when you have these reports. And and you have. Now, you're basically force feeding the American people
630
Jeezy: incorrect information just to sway the public opinion to say, Yeah, Jerome, he is doing the wrong thing. So when he wants to go and do whatever to to rid of Jerome in his position, he has the approval of the American people because he's force fed them. This incorrect data.
631
Manny: Every time across any of these changes, any of these revisions. And this is why people shouldn't be so cavalier with addressing these
632
Manny: there. There are 4 areas impact. There's a policy impact. There's a research impact. There's a public safety impact. And then there's a historical impact. So you brought it up earlier, you know, with them.
633
Manny: taking down some of the weather models.
634
Jeezy: Yeah.
635
Manny: So that means from a policy impact standpoint.
636
Jeezy: -
637
Manny: They now have problems looking at the data set, looking at historical trends and figuring out where money and resources need to be allocated for planning
638
Manny: from a research impact. They they will end up missing critical key points that will help getting ready to step into hurricane season where these data sets and historical trends help people identify patterns that keep
639
Manny: people safe and save lives again. Hurricane season.
640
Manny: We don't know. A hurricane is coming.
641
Manny: People can't react. People, can't. We have Hurricane Katrina like situations? And when you factor in global warming and everything and thing in these storms getting larger and more powerful, you're risking more and more lives because this data is missing and not there for these models. And then, historically, you just if just looking at the weather, people continue to lose and lose confidence in these institutions.
642
Manny: So now, when you get called and say, Hey, it's a hurricane we need to evacuate. Y'all didn't get it right? So I'm just gonna be here. Oh, man, now, I got a 15 foot wall of water.
643
Jeezy: Right towards my spot, right.
644
Chuck: And
645
Chuck: and you know this puts me in the mind of when that press conference came out, and they had that chart with all those numbers and trump is just standing there. Oh, the greatest numbers ever! And he stopped and posed to take a picture when they pulled the the.
646
Chuck: Billboard board.
647
Chuck: Yeah.
648
Chuck: Bye.
649
Chuck: Stopped.
650
Manny: He's like, Oh, yeah, shit.
651
Jeezy: In charge of that.
652
Manny: Somewhere else. Yeah.
653
Chuck: Yeah, but it puts me in the mind of Enron.
654
Manny: Bye they yes.
655
Chuck: Inflated and fluffed up. Oh, we're doing so great the numbers! And they Skyrocket and.
656
Chuck: And then within everything was exposed.
657
Chuck: the bottom fell out. And and that's what this feels like. Because, yeah, just last week
658
Chuck: the numbers came in. Okay, we need to make corrections. And
659
Chuck: these, the numbers that were presented before were not exactly what they are. And we have this difference. Now we come back a week later, and you're telling me that
660
Chuck: Biden's numbers were overestimated by 1.8 million, and that, you know you're growing the economy a lot better than anybody else has ever done. But consumer confidence is down.
661
Chuck: And yes, although the report came out that people are earning more this year versus last year.
662
Chuck: We're not talking about how much everything costs drastically more.
663
Jeezy: Right, right.
664
Chuck: What it did last year. So if I earn $5 more. But things are costing me $15 more, that's not doing.
665
Manny: I've got a pay cut.
666
Chuck: Exactly so. I, immediately watching that press conference, started. Enron.
667
Jeezy: Bro, it's it's crazy to me that this this information, being under siege in our nation, is
668
Jeezy: something that is more. People aren't
669
Jeezy: concerned with this as much as they should be like to Manny's Point
670
Jeezy: hurricane season. We live in North Carolina.
671
Jeezy: you know, Chuck, you're in Georgia. We we go through hurricane season, like, I remember growing up and seeing that. Okay, we knew
672
Jeezy: 2 weeks ahead like our Hey, get ready.
673
Chuck: Yeah.
674
Jeezy: But see, when you live in in the time that we live in and people panic so much.
675
Jeezy: you know, if you have, if you shorten that time of getting the information to people. You have that that panic that's always going to ensue, and then you can't get this information out in a timely manner. So what if there's someone elderly? They got to make plans to evacuate?
676
Jeezy: You know I may not be able to be able to do that as quickly as I need to, because this information is not getting out. And one thing that I noticed when I look at the news today.
677
Jeezy: I never hear about how these these natural disasters, these tragedies
678
Jeezy: are coming, but I hear about what we're doing after the fact. Where before I felt like, hey? There's been reports that there is going to be this coming this week, this coming next week. Now it just sounds like, Hey, there was a flood in Arkansas today. It's like.
679
Jeezy: did they know it was coming? Because I ain't heard nothing about it, like, at least, you know, when you look at national news. They kind of talk about stuff like that. Now, it's just all of that stuff seems to just be slow rolling, or either we're we're being reactive instead of proactive, because the the information that would be necessary to make those decisions is not there no more? Because someone is trying to shape and shift everything just for them to control the narrative they want to control.
680
Jeezy: But they don't know the implications of what that control does to the lives of people that, depend on it, there are people that are living rural areas that depend on Wrl coming on at 6 o'clock, or even bumped at the newspaper.
681
Chuck: There are some people that depend on that accuracy.
682
Jeezy: And if they don't get it
683
Jeezy: they don't have no no phone to give them the updates. You know grandma ain't gotta you barely get get away from the flip phone, she dying. They stay away from it.
684
Jeezy: She's not getting those updates. She ain't got the weather app. She ain't checking it. She's old school, you know what I mean. So the information got to come out quick. It got to come fast, but it has to come accurately to those people. But if we, if this information is under siege, then how can that even happen? Just because we have a President that just wants to say, oh, well, I don't want to hear anything about climate, because it's fake. It's not real
685
Jeezy: right. I don't know if you grew up in North Carolina.
686
Jeezy: But did he?
687
Jeezy: That I felt as a kid? We still played outside during the summer, growing up in North Carolina. You can't pay me to go outside.
688
Jeezy: It is he.
689
Manny: I used to lifeguard 7 days a week.
690
Manny: Yes, oh, my.
691
Manny: you know 8 HA day out in the sun, just unfaith you put me out in this sun right now for about 2 h.
692
Chuck: Right.
693
Manny: Sooner.
694
Jeezy: I'm with you. I don't even check the mail during the day.
695
Jeezy: I hate it.
696
Jeezy: Check it at Bro. I'll check it at night. I'll go right before that right before it's about to go down.
697
Jeezy: I'm going outside to get the mail, but I can't do it. I can't do it, so you you can't tell me that something ain't going, something going on.
698
Manny: Something going on.
699
Manny: Look, before we get too far off of this Jesus. Why, you need to go I don't know if it's in Georgia, but I know the Us. Postal service. What they will do. They have a service online where you can sign up for, and every and every day they send you a scan of everything that's coming to your mailbox on that day.
700
Chuck: I mean.
701
Jeezy: Oh!
702
Manny: The way I look. And I say, Oh, Nope, not going today, and I'll just wait. But oh, oh, I need to go get that okay, cool. Finally, go up.
703
Jeezy: I just go check it, maybe once or twice a week.
704
Chuck: We have access to that. But I am happy to say that I have a mail carrier that is pretty accurate on their delivery cycle.
705
Jeezy: Okay.
706
Chuck: They're normally here between 1030 and 1130 in the morning, because I can hear them
707
Chuck: pulling up. You know the little.
708
Jeezy: You know that saying.
709
Chuck: Know that sound. So I give them that, and if they hit that hit that window of time.
710
Chuck: you know I can scurry out there and grab it before. If I'm home
711
Chuck: before you know that high noon heat really starts hitting. However, like Jesus said, if I'm coming home in the evening I'm pulling in my garage.
712
Chuck: I'll wait till about 8 30, especially summertime.
713
Chuck: You know that sun's starting to go down a little bit. I can. I can get out there around then and then get right back inside, right? Anything anything before that is crazy.
714
Jeezy: If God won't do it.
715
Manny: It won't get done. It won't get done.
716
Jeezy: I will say this, and we'll move along.
717
Jeezy: My wife had called me this past weekend. She was about to get ready to do something, and she said, Hey.
718
Jeezy: I looked, and I got a nail in the tire.
719
Jeezy: And I'm like, Oh, man, so I'm in the office. And I said, okay. Well, I'll be home to take care of it
720
Jeezy: in my mind. I see this tire, this nail and this. It ain't a nail. It's like it looked like a boat.
721
Manny: Hmm.
722
Jeezy: So I'm lying man. Let me go ahead. I got the resources here at the house.
723
Jeezy: I'ma, plug the tire myself.
724
Jeezy: Be a good husband.
725
Chuck: Peace be adjourned.
726
Manny: Look. I can be a good husband, too. Go ahead and get this tow truck on the way up on this flatbread.
727
Jeezy: I was thinking. I'm like, you know, she got about 2 h, you know, before she got to pick the baby up from from daycare.
728
Jeezy: I'll just come home. Do it myself. Won't take me long, Bro. When I tell you.
729
Jeezy: By the time I finished plugging that tire I came in the house. My wife was like, you look like you just jumped out the pool.
730
Jeezy: I said. I don't know what be going on in this North Carolina heat, and it was only it was only 89 degrees out.
731
Manny: But you don't. You don't lost like 10 pounds in water weight.
732
Jeezy: Bro. I had to cut bruh! I was sitting like that that lady on that Popeye's bench.
733
Jeezy: I came here, she said. I was like, brother. Just give me a cold glass of water, old school.
734
Jeezy: you know your pops or somebody be out there, cut that grass, but you got to give that cold glass of water. I just need a cold glass of water. I'm like yo before, in 89 degrees you could you could go out
735
Jeezy: chilling, but it would be fine.
736
Jeezy: Bro. When we were kids we used to go outside man during the summer and play basketball on on them concrete courts.
737
Manny: Right.
738
Jeezy: But hours, and would be unfazed, unfazed.
739
Chuck: Now water out of water. Faucet.
740
Jeezy: All the host
741
Jeezy: get the hose. Bro, you are you good? I'm like I've been out here just for like an hour, and I feel like I have dropped like 10 pounds in water weight. This is crazy, and it's only 89 degrees.
742
Jeezy: Something going on with the climate.
743
Manny: Yep.
744
Chuck: Better believe it.
745
Jeezy: I'm just saying I'm just saying
746
Jeezy: don't need to piss on my leg and tell me it's rain.
747
Jeezy: All I'm saying.
748
Manny: But.
749
Jeezy: And all of these things, Manny. And to close out this segment.
750
Jeezy: I really do believe we're seeing an administration that's trying to reshape the foundation
751
Jeezy: of our of our country, and the way that you you do it
752
Jeezy: is by some of these subtle things that they're doing so, checking to see
753
Jeezy: if we're paying attention to what's on that on the the Library of Congress website. Seeing how we respond to these economic reports, taking away some of these climate reports. We've seen some of the things going on even now in North Carolina, where some some funding
754
Jeezy: for disaster relief is being withheld. Certain things, man are just happening and transpiring. It makes me think, man, that there's a serious situation that's going on, that the American people need to really wake up and pay attention to, because if we don't.
755
Jeezy: it'll be too late. Once it's already done.
756
Manny: Well, and we and it's a it's a situation where so much. And we talk about this all the time. It's so much happening
757
Manny: all at the same time breath.
758
Jeezy: Won't, weren't you the one that said that it was a method that somebody?
759
Jeezy: Oh, yes, so a whole storm, I mean, just storm it. Yeah, pulling right.
760
Manny: Can't fight at all
761
Manny: like, and I think now is the proper time for a shout out, you know we talk about the group chat chuck is in in the group chat and on the encompass podcast he has his segment.
762
Manny: Then we got a, we got a producer, frank. It takes 4 of us. Yeah.
763
Jeezy: Constantly posting what's happening to to help do this, and we still miss things. Yep.
764
Manny: Thanks. There are so many things we talk about during the week
765
Manny: that we just we don't have time in the podcast to to really go into depth. But there's so many things happening.
766
Chuck: Too much episode just to talk about it.
767
Jeezy: Bro, really.
768
Chuck: Anything else, out just.
769
Manny: Oh!
770
Jeezy: I mean it is is, and
771
Jeezy: it's a lot. And if it's a lot for us to do, and this is something that we enjoy bringing to our listeners and to our viewers.
772
Jeezy: Think about the average American person having to feel the pressures of what they're dealing with in life.
773
Manny: -
774
Jeezy: Having to try to sift through whether information is accurate or not.
775
Jeezy: If it's valid, or if it's even worth even being concerned with. Most Americans don't have that span.
776
Jeezy: and in a time when that information is being attacked that's dangerous. Go ahead.
777
Chuck: Yeah, I've had listeners. Tell me, man, I listen to the podcast. To get my information.
778
Jeezy: Bro, yeah. Bro, I had a guy. Tell me that today at church, man.
779
Chuck: Trying to trying to sift through what's real. Number one.
780
Jeezy: Yep.
781
Chuck: Areas. And where can I go to get the accurate information? And what I.
782
Chuck: So yeah, it's taxing, and y'all made mention of it before in regards to who to vote for. If you, if you're overwhelmed with getting the information on their platform and what they stand for. Just imagine trying to still get the information of what's happening on a daily basis.
783
Jeezy: Bruh.
784
Manny: There!
785
Jeezy: There is no way that you I mean, they're making it almost impossible.
786
Jeezy: and that's that it shouldn't be that way. It shouldn't be that way. But if you can control the information, you can control the narrative.
787
Manny: People.
788
Jeezy: And control the people.
789
Jeezy: So it's it's a it's a nasty game being played. We got. We got some.
790
Jeezy: We got some kung fu treachery afoot.
791
Chuck: Him in the room.
792
Jeezy: Came in the room.
793
Jeezy: But as we, as we go forward in in our in the coming months, in the coming years of this administration. We will see what those implications of reshaping that foundation looks like, and hopefully
794
Jeezy: we will. The American people will wake up to what's going on before it's too late. So
795
Jeezy: with that being said, guys wet that time in the episode, man.
796
Manny: -Oh.
797
Jeezy: We at none other than our pickle of the week. We got your pickle.
798
Jeezy: We got your pickle, we got your pickle.
799
Manny: All right.
800
Manny: Who we got into Braun this week.
801
Jeezy: Man. I'm gonna keep it simple this week, and nothing too crazy, nothing too crazy. There's a guy that has made a very lightning fast exit out of his position in the Government, and that is none other than Billy Long calls. I feel like.
802
Jeezy: Wow.
803
Chuck: Super wild.
804
Jeezy: So when they.
805
Manny: Thank you.
806
Jeezy: All the extracurricular.
807
Manny: Like.
808
Jeezy: Nonetheless, Billy Long was confirmed by the Senate in mid June of this year, and was sworn in on June 16, th
809
Jeezy: but on August 8.th
810
Jeezy: You guessed it. He was removed.
811
Chuck: Let's.
812
Jeezy: In 2 months into his position appointed by trump. Now
813
Jeezy: less than 2 months, he was removed from his position, making him the shortest.
814
Jeezy: and he looks like he might be a short guy in real life, but I don't. I don't know but for the pictures that look like it, but he's the shortest ever confirmed Irs Commissionership Commissioner since the office opened in 1862.
815
Manny: Right.
816
Jeezy: Since 1862. This is the longest tenure of a Irs Commissioner.
817
Manny: That's not even enough time to figure out where the good bathroom is in the irs.
818
Jeezy: Right.
819
Manny: Hello!
820
Jeezy: He just he probably just got in his little irs.
821
Manny: Little Little Fall, Little Pullover.
822
Jeezy: Come to work in.
823
Manny: Yep.
824
Jeezy: But up here.
825
Manny: Put up a picture of his family.
826
Jeezy: Oh, Bruh! He ain't even got any. He has no dust in his office. You hear me none, no dust. He ain't got his sin in there, yet
827
Jeezy: it still smell like the last commissioner that was in there. But apparently it has been rumored that this departure has came at the hands of a privacy clash over migrant data.
828
Jeezy: Just before his removal, long Pause reportedly resisted administration pressure to disclose taxpayer data to immigration authorities. The Department of homeland security, asked Irs to cross, check a 40,000 name list of suspected, undocumented individuals against Irs records
829
Jeezy: the Irs verified fewer than 3% and declined to provide further details, citing policy laws, and that friction is what has been reported is what likely contributed to his ousing. So
830
Jeezy: I appreciate it on business.
831
Manny: But like, why these immigrants like these should be the last, so that they're paying the taxes. This is what we want.
832
Chuck: Exactly exactly. You want them to stick around and contribute into the project.
833
Manny: How else are you going to get the gold in the Oval office from the Federal funds? If we don't have the people paying into it. Come on, now.
834
Jeezy: So, you know. Long stood on business pause, and
835
Jeezy: he calls him his job, but he has been reappointed to another position. He was stated on, I believe, his social media that he has been appointed the Ambassador of Iceland.
836
Manny: Oh, yeah.
837
Manny: And for.
838
Jeezy: So. Yes, yes, that's correct, brother.
839
Manny: And for those of you who are familiar with with D. 2, the mighty ducks, that Greenland is very nice. Well, sorry. Greenland is full of ice, and Iceland is very nice.
840
Chuck: Yes.
841
Manny: Man shout out to our stall, Oh, Lord!
842
Jeezy: Right.
843
Manny: No.
844
Chuck: Mighty Doug's hockey road.
845
Jeezy: So then go go into kind of what we said in our previous statement.
846
Jeezy: We had some. We now got somebody else. That's probably gonna get in that position.
847
Jeezy: and it's gonna do the bidding.
848
Manny: Do some things.
849
Jeezy: Because the man stood on business, and now it wasn't that he didn't. He didn't do it because he didn't want to. He cited
850
Jeezy: policy that was against him doing this. That's what you want. He's standing on business. That's his job.
851
Jeezy: Now he's the ambassador to Iceland. So
852
Jeezy: so so I will give Billy because I'm not gonna pronounce his like. I'm not gonna say his last name, but I'll give Billy his props, although he is the pickle of the week. He is a Mount Olive pickle, and not a classic pickle.
853
Manny: Vastly different.
854
Jeezy: Ashley. So you know, while while you are a pickle, Mr. Bill,
855
Jeezy: you're a pickle for a good reason you stood on business if you want to come here and air your grievances.
856
Manny: We here.
857
Jeezy: On how the Administration oust you out of your role as the Irs Commissioner. Or if you want to just tell us what's going on in Iceland.
858
Jeezy: You you're more than welcome to come here.
859
Manny: Yeah.
860
Jeezy: So as well, too, Mr. Billy.
861
Chuck: Look.
862
Manny: The Pod family would love to come to Iceland, you know, to to help with tourism.
863
Manny: and and we'll shoot an episode of the pod there with you.
864
Jeezy: You know, I feel like.
865
Manny: That's all I'm gonna say, you know what I'm.
866
Jeezy: Point me, brother Billy.
867
Jeezy: you in a pickle man, enjoy your nice job as the Ambassador of Iceland. I think, as I was telling manny and pre-show. I believe that these
868
Jeezy: being appointed as an ambassador, gotta be like
869
Jeezy: giving your seat up and going to sit in the back like you no longer get to play with the adults anymore. You you done.
870
Jeezy: We ain't gonna kick you fully out the room. But
871
Jeezy: yeah, don't say the kids, hey? You can come
872
Jeezy: giving dinner. But you got to sit at the kids table.
873
Manny: You've been demote. You've been demoted.
874
Jeezy: Been deleted.
875
Manny: Oh!
876
Jeezy: So, Brother Billy, you are. You are our pickle, and, as you all know, once we've reached the pickle, we are at the end of our episode. So
877
Jeezy: we have at the end our spotlights of the week. So, my brother Mandy, what's your spotlight or spotlights that.
878
Manny: I'm in.
879
Jeezy: Whether we.
880
Manny: I I got a couple. I'm gonna go through 3 of them very quickly, because I added one from pre pride to now. Pre-production to now, first, st
881
Manny: someone else who actually also might be in a pickle.
882
Jeezy: We got a prepick a little.
883
Manny: Yeah, yeah, Mike Johnson. So on August 6, th the campaign Legal Center filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Commission.
884
Manny: alleging that Johnson's campaign committee. Mike Johnson for Louis Louisiana, improperly used campaign funds at least $12,000.
885
Jeezy: No.
886
Manny: At least, no.
887
Jeezy: Brother Mike Johnson.
888
Manny: To pay his rent on his Washington, DC. Residence.
889
Jeezy: That ain't Craigslike.
890
Manny: I expect more, for from the the number 3 in the the United States, so that's the 1st one we'll we'll be watching that. See how that one plays out or gets, you know, swept under the rug.
891
Jeezy: Okay.
892
Manny: The second has to deal with our good brother Jerome, fighting a good fight.
893
Jeezy: Yes, sir.
894
Manny: Well, earlier this week.
895
Manny: President trump President Tom Top, that.
896
Jeezy: Come again!
897
Manny: President trump.
898
Manny: Tapped Stephen Miran, and his middle name is Ira. That's a wild middle name, but we're not going to go.
899
Jeezy: Ira.
900
Manny: Ira IRA.
901
Jeezy: Okay tapped him to serve out the remaining term as the a Federal governor.
902
Manny: As Adriana coolerg step down
903
Manny: to serve out. Her remaining term.
904
Manny: This is this is interesting because Marianne played a key role in setting up Trump's trade strategies, including the idea of reciprocal tariffs.
905
Jeezy: Oh, got it!
906
Manny: Yep.
907
Manny: So this is this is going to do a couple things what I could. What could it mean is that it's going to put more political pressure on the Fred on the fed.
908
Manny: a lot of what you've seen. The Fed doing has been in reaction to almost counterbalance what we're seeing with tariffs because he was the one who put it together. We might see Marion in favor of lowering rates, despite what inflation is doing.
909
Manny: And then, currently, this is one year. But what we've seen in this administration is, it doesn't take a lot of time to cause a whole lot of lot of things to happen.
910
Jeezy: Whole lot of work.
911
Manny: So this will be interesting to see kind of how this plays out. We said a couple episodes ago that we you could see trump. Do this. Start stacking the deck against Jerome, and you know
912
Manny: it could be playing out here.
913
Manny: And then my 3rd one, we're coming back to the good old State of North Carolina.
914
Manny: On August 8th the Washington Post reported that the Department of Homeland Security oh, face falling off Christy Noen
915
Manny: out of South Park, which oversees Fema has been delaying millions of dollars of already approved funds.
916
Manny: For North Carolina! Aid
917
Manny: of the 315 million requested in Federal reimbursement. Just 182 million has been received.
918
Manny: So yeah, the Feds o owe Josh Stein and State, North Carolina some money.
919
Manny: But again we're still trying to rebuild what's.
920
Jeezy: What's the purpose of that?
921
Jeezy: I mean?
922
Jeezy: What's if it's been? If it's been approved.
923
Jeezy: what is, what is the purpose of holding, withholding something that has already been approved.
924
Jeezy: Just give, just give the man his money.
925
Manny: Pressure, pressure.
926
Jeezy: I'm so sick of these games they play.
927
Manny: Pressure. So this is definitely going to impact recovery. You know, North Carolina has already spent close to a billion dollars in Western North Carolina, and here's the crazy part about it. There's still Fema requests that need to be filled from 2016,
928
Manny: from tropical storms, from them all the way up to now.
929
Manny: There's still stuff that has to be taken care of from Fema money, so
930
Manny: we'll be watching this. But what's already shaping up to be a pretty active hurricane season being above upon us. We'll see how all this plays out. So those are my, my 3 spotlights this week.
931
Jeezy: Well, my spotlight for the week will be happening actually, a few hours after the drop of this podcast
932
Jeezy: there will be a press Conference today at 10 A. M.
933
Jeezy: by President trump that will be held in the White House, and the purpose of this is that trump claims that the event will exceptionally stop. Essentially. Excuse me, stop violent crime
934
Jeezy: in Washington, DC. And he will start speaking about both ending crime and improving the city's cleanliness and appearance. So we know that he's been putting a lot of pressure on DC. And what he wants to do, and even down to some of the the antics that he's talked about. Of. Of what is it federalizing? DC. He's already
935
Jeezy: deployed about 120 FBI agents for overnight patrols, and is considering like like I said, federalizing DC. Police and even deploying the National Guard. Now I will say
936
Jeezy: that the violent crime in DC. Is actually falling.
937
Manny: And I believe it's on pace with, like every other large.
938
Jeezy: It is.
939
Manny: Better.
940
Chuck: And crime is down, down, across the board, across all major urban area cities in the Us.
941
Jeezy: 26 is a 20 for numbers purposes. This is a 26% drop in violent crime in DC and 12% fewer homicides year to year. But what really sparked this was. There was an assault on a former official, Edward.
942
Jeezy: Korsting.
943
Jeezy: he had the nickname for those of you that care his nickname that he was given by Elon, and apparently Trump was in on this as well was big balls. I don't know what job did you work.
944
Manny: Brush.
945
Jeezy: Want a grown.
946
Manny: No, no, no, that's the Doge guy that's like the 19 year old Doge.
947
Jeezy: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
948
Chuck: Yeah.
949
Jeezy: But you it was. It's acknowledged by Elon.
950
Manny: Brother. That's wild.
951
Jeezy: Y'all, hey? Y'all, hey? There's a whole lot of fans in DC. And I ain't talking about the line dance, either, but
952
Jeezy: but I don't know what in the world. But after that happened this talks really ramped up about trump doing these things, even though again DC.
953
Jeezy: Crime rates are down.
954
Manny: Gee, jeez! We usually don't.
955
Manny: Don't do this, but I got a thought here honest on us.
956
Jeezy: Satellite, really.
957
Chuck: Of spotlight.
958
Manny: Brett.
959
Jeezy: First.st
960
Manny: So we all know how Trump is, you know, kind of old, right.
961
Jeezy: Yeah.
962
Manny: What if he's doing this as a reaction to January 6? th And he just finally this now triggered him that he must do something to protect the Capitol because of January 6.th
963
Chuck: You're giving.
964
Jeezy: Right.
965
Manny: Too much.
966
Manny: Yeah, I'm sorry.
967
Jeezy: Way, too much craving.
968
Chuck: Was credit.
969
Manny: Like. Oh, they're storming the Capitol, I must. I must federalize DC,
970
Manny: just 4 years late, man, just 4 years late. We.
971
Jeezy: I'm interested to hear what he's gonna do.
972
Jeezy: And and I think we all have an idea of what he's going to do and how he's going to do it, because there has been house rules
973
Jeezy: when it comes to DC. And and what the President does and does not do. But
974
Jeezy: this is gonna be very interesting. Yeah. And you know, Mayor Bauer, I believe her name is.
975
Jeezy: It's gonna be some pressure put on the fight fight the good fight. Black Queen.
976
Manny: There we go!
977
Jeezy: Good fight, and hey! Shout out to DC, too, man! We love, we love.
978
Manny: We love. DC.
979
Jeezy: We love. DC. You know. I know Chuck is a fan of the great commanders.
980
Chuck: Yes, sir.
981
Jeezy: So you know
982
Jeezy: DC. Is is is like second home. My wife is from Maryland, so she's right there, about 15 min away from DC. And I love going over to Rfk. And I just love the culture that's in DC, so hey, man, trump, leave him alone. Bro.
983
Manny: And shout out to hitching post.
984
Jeezy: Oh, brother!
985
Manny: Shout out to him.
986
Jeezy: In DC. Go to hitching post. They got the best fried chicken. It's going to take about 2030 min for it to come out.
987
Jeezy: I'm not hot.
988
Jeezy: they only make it. They only make it when you order it when they come out. Is the grease still popping on it, but it's the best fried chicken you can get in. DC. So shout out to hit your post, but we.
989
Manny: Go with, go with friends, sit down, enjoy a meal, catch up.
990
Jeezy: Point. Now you might. You might get a crackhead and walk by. Ask you for a couple of dollars. But just they like that. Bro, just don't worry about them. Just chew it, and it'll go away.
991
Manny: Thanks. Big. Thanks.
992
Jeezy: But that is my spotlight. We'll see what what this leads to, and this may end up becoming a segment that we talk about depending on how extreme
993
Jeezy: the orange man gets. So.
994
Manny: Thank you, Chuck. What you got.
995
Chuck: Man. My spotlight is the Doj, issuing a subpoena to the New York Ag. Letitia. James.
996
Jeezy: Oh, yeah.
997
Manny: Oh, yeah.
998
Chuck: And so it's a twofold spotlight for me, of course, one. What could come from this.
999
Chuck: And you know how things play out. You know her. Her camp is saying that.
1000
Jeezy: Trump is essentially weaponizing. The Justice Department.
1001
Chuck: To go after his adversaries as.
1002
Jeezy: You don't say.
1003
Chuck: 4.
1004
Manny: Shocking!
1005
Chuck: But what makes this even more interesting for me is
1006
Chuck: depending on how things play out with this situation.
1007
Chuck: Does he weaponize the Doj to go after Fannie Willis.
1008
Chuck: Georgia in the in the Da for Fulton County.
1009
Chuck: As you know, she had her case against trump. Yeah. And
1010
Chuck: you know all the the rigmarole with that. But yeah, that's that's my spotlight one, because of how this can play out.
1011
Manny: Yeah.
1012
Chuck: And they're like, bring it on. We. We have the truth. We have the facts.
1013
Jeezy: -
1014
Chuck: You know they might treat us like the Epstein files, but.
1015
Manny: Not Epstein. Files ain't no Epstein Files.
1016
Chuck: That's right.
1017
Manny: I was told there are no Epstein Files.
1018
Chuck: Mandela. Effect.
1019
Jeezy: Brett, they Bro. They treating them like they treating the Fc. File like a floppy disk.
1020
Chuck: I was. Oh, I was about to tell you what they were treating them like, but.
1021
Jeezy: Bye-bye.
1022
Chuck: Not a Covenant House.
1023
Jeezy: Not a company house.
1024
Chuck: Company house, not a company house.
1025
Jeezy: But no, that's a good spotlight. Bro, that's a good spotlight, because the same thing that he complained about people doing to him.
1026
Chuck: Facts.
1027
Manny: Yeah, she's doing that.
1028
Jeezy: Doing it, and you're and and what you were claiming they were doing
1029
Jeezy: was in no way, shape, form, or fashion. What we're seeing you do here, and I would say that you know, Ms. Fanny.
1030
Jeezy: you might want to be on alert.
1031
Manny: Keep that head on the swivel.
1032
Chuck: Very much, so.
1033
Jeezy: And is trump called a peekaboo. James, with that one.
1034
Manny: That was a wild nickname
1035
Manny: I want. I want all those that are that are non-black, that listen to this, podcast to know that that is, that is very racist.
1036
Manny: extremely rage.
1037
Jeezy: I don't have time to explain it to you, but just know that it's very racist.
1038
Chuck: But.
1039
Jeezy: For him to call her Peekaboo James. But but, Miss James, fight the good fight system if you did. If you did right, you did right if you did wrong.
1040
Jeezy: Hey? You read about read Bible.
1041
Chuck: You know that case is going through the Appellate Court now.
1042
Jeezy: Okay.
1043
Chuck: in regards to Fannie. What makes it very interesting for me is she will be starting her campaign soon.
1044
Jeezy: Hmm.
1045
Chuck: Coming up, so.
1046
Manny: Isn't.
1047
Chuck: Kind of.
1048
Jeezy: That be? Why we see the delay.
1049
Manny: Sure.
1050
Chuck: Yeah.
1051
Jeezy: Could he?
1052
Chuck: Yeah.
1053
Jeezy: Oh, man Bro.
1054
Jeezy: Aha! That's will be one we got.
1055
Manny: We.
1056
Jeezy: We had to put a quarter in the parking.
1057
Jeezy: We gotta put a quarter in the parking meter on that one.
1058
Jeezy: We might have to revisit that when they're running.
1059
Manny: It's been a block.
1060
Jeezy: Yeah, when that reelection come back around when it's time for that to get popping off man to see how. See how trump acts. Man. Yeah.
