Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus,
Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing

We Continue Reinforcing
Our Devotional Diaphragm Muscle & Synapses Memory

We Use Our
Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
As A Prayerful Way Of Pacing Ourselves

Our Diaphragms is A Dome Shaped Muscle Located Across
The Bottom Of Our Lungs And Above Our Stomachs.

This Muscle During Our Inhalation Contracts and Flattens,
Our Chests Cavities Enlarges.
This Creates A Vacuum Which Pulls More Air Into Our Lungs.
Relaxing Us And Increasing The Oxygen In Our Blood.

Think Of Jesus
When He took A Deep Breath And Breathed Into His Apostles
And Said “Receive The Holy Spirit”

Devotional Diaphragm Breathing
Is Not Only A Prayerful Way Of Pacing Ourselves

But Our Means
To Establish Our Muscle And Synapses Memory
Of Lowering Our Diaphragm
After Inhaling On Jesus And Exhaling On Christ
