Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

On Sundays We Are Concerned
With Mentally Entering Deeply
Into Our Body, Creating A Pattern,
A Devotional Muscle And Synapsis Memory,
Of Saying Grace As We Breathe.

God Has Designed, Cultivate, And Realized
The Physical Bodies Of His Family,
As A Devotional Stream Of Consciousness.

As We Progress Into Divine Frequency
And Start Realizing Physical Immortality,
Our Perception Of The Current Of Time Will Slow
And Our Perception Of The Intensity
Of The Beauty Of Material Space Will Increase.

God Has Designed Us For Physical Immortality
In His Eternal Beautiful Gensis.

After Our Sunday Communion,
With “The Glory Of Yahweh” In Us,
From Jesus’ The Eucharist And The Chalice,
Let Us Empty Ourselves And
Give Grace Breathing.

Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle
Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

When Doing Our Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
We Will Expand Our Upper Stomachs
That Contracts And Flattens Our Diaphragms,
Drawing More Air Into Our Lungs.
Increasing The Oxygen In Our Blood.

On Our Exhale,
 Our Diaphragms Will Relax Back
Into Their Dome Shape.
Relaxing Us.

Our Devotional Diaphragm Prayer Will
Pace Our Inhaling And Exhaling.

Again Our Sunday’s Devotional Diaphragm Breathing Rosary
Is About Setting Up A Pattern For Our Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

Accept The Quality Of My Voice To Advocate

Meditating On Your Divine Breath Of Life

Again Our Sunday’s Devotional Diaphragm Breathing Rosary

Is About Setting Up A Pattern For Our Diaphragm Breathing,

Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

Exercising Our Diaphragm Muscle Is Subtle,

Let Us Focus On Expanding

Our Upper Abdomen

If My Pacing Is Off For You,

Feel Free To Slip An Extra Breath When You Need One.

Again

 Whenever We Say Or Think,

Meditatively,

The Word,

 Jesus,

We Will Inhale

When We Say,

Diaphragm,

We Will Lower Our Diaphragms,

That’s Extending Our Upper Stomachs.

Then Hold Our Breaths,

Comfortably,

Feeling “The Glory Of God” Is Us

From Today’s Communion.

When We Say Christ,

We Will Savor Our Exhales

Let Us Close Our Eyes,

And Bring Our Attention To Our Breathing

As We Cultivate Our Muscle And Synapses Memory,

Good Time For Jesus Diaphragm Breathing

Is During A Long Homily

When You Get A Priest

Who Thinks The Mass Is About Him.

Rather Than Looking At The Time

Mentally Prepare For The Living Word.

Our Father’s Family,

You Cannot Separate Meditation

From The Concept Of Our Bodies As

Our Father’s Living Tabernacles

The Saying “You Are What You Eat And Drink” Is True.

We Are Also The Direction We Aim.

After Our Communion,

Participating In Jesus Sacrifice,

Let us Visualize Our Bodies

As Being Glorified

With “The Glory Of God”

In Us

As The Bread And Wine

Becomes Our Flesh And Blood

Take For Granted

We Are Becoming Our Lord’s

Flesh And Blood

His Family

Inhale And Feel The Divine Scent

Love James
