Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus
Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

I Have Been Shortening
These Podcasts A Little So They Will Fit Better In Some Of These Formats.

I Pray Some Of The Liturgy Of The Hours,
Basically Terce And Vespers.

When I Visit My Local Monastery
I Can Get Up At 5:00 For The Lauds
With The Brothers, Other Wise At Home I Pray Terce.

The Opening Prayer For The Liturgy Is
“God, Come To My Assistance,
Lord, Make Haste To Help Me.

Basically
I View Jesus Diaphragm Breathing
As Another Prayerful Asset
Just To Take Time To
Breathe Devotionally, Gracefully.

Physically, The Exercising Of Our Diaphragms
Stimulates Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms,
This Reduces Stress by Lower Our Heart Rates, Blood Pressure,
And Cortisol Levels.

Remember,
Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle
Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

When Doing Our Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
We Expand Our Upper Stomachs
This Contracts And Flattens Our Diaphragms,
Drawing More Air Into Our Lungs.
Increasing The Oxygen In Our Blood
Relaxing Us.

In The Name Of Jesus Christ

And Your Divine Sense Of Direction

“God, Come To My Assistance,

Basically

Physically, The Exercising Of Our Diaphragms

Stimulates Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms,

Remember,

Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle

Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

When Doing Our Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,

We Expand Our Upper Stomachs

This Contracts And Flattens Our Diaphragms,

Drawing More Air Into Our Lungs.

Increasing The Oxygen In Our Blood

Relaxing Us.

On Our Exhale,

 Our Diaphragms Will Relax Back

Into Their Dome Shape.

Our Devotional Diaphragm Prayer

Paces Our Inhaling And Exhaling.

Again Our Sunday’s Devotional Diaphragm Breathing Rosary

Is About Setting Up This Pattern For Our Diaphragm Breathing,

Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

Exercising Our Diaphragm Muscle Is Subtle,

So Let’s Take Time

To Focus On

Lowering Our Diaphragms,

That’s The Same As Expanding

Our Upper Abdomen.

If My Pacing Is Off For You,

Feel Free To Slip An Extra Breath When You Need One.

This Is An Easy Prayer

You Can do Any Time,

Just To Relax And Direct Yourself.

So Let’s Aim,

 Whenever We Say Or Think,

Meditatively,

The Word,

 Jesus,

We Will Inhale

When We Say,

Diaphragm,

Lower Our Diaphragms,

That’s Pushing Out Our Upper Stomachs.

Then Hold Our Breaths,

Comfortably,

Feeling “The Glory Of God” Is Us

From  Communion.

When We Say The Word Christ,

We Will Savor Our Exhales

Let Us Close Our Eyes,

Mentally Visualize,

Our Bodies As Our Father’s Divine Tuning Forks.

Again

Bring Our Attention To Our Breathing

As We Cultivate Our Muscle And Synapses Memory,

…………………………..

Sunday Is A Good Time To Meditate,

Especially After Communion.

You Cannot Separate Meditation

From Us As Our Father’s Living Tabernacle.

To Breathe The Word Jesus

Is To Breathe His Life-Force.

Our Father’s Family,

Jesus Meditation

Is An Asset That Is Available To Us At Anytime,

During A Long Homily,

Laying In Bed.

Although My First Prayer Of The Day,

Is The Opening Prayer Of The Liturgy Of The Hours.

We Know

The Saying “You Are What You Eat And Drink” Is True.

We Are Also The Direction We Aim.

After Our Communion,

Participating In Jesus Sacrifice,

Let us Visualize Our Bodies

As Being Glorified

With “The Glory Of God”

In Us

As The Bread And Wine

Becomes Our Flesh And Blood

Take For Granted

We Are Becoming Our Lord’s

Flesh And Blood

His Family

Love James
