On Sundays, We Turn Our Breathing Into A Prayer.

The Phrase “The Glory Of Yahweh” Refers To The Divine Person
Of The Consciousness Of Yahweh.

“Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of Yahweh rises upon you.”
Isaiah 60 verse 1

In Genesis Life Comes From The Will And Breath Of Yahweh.

As Followers Of Jesus,
We Know Jesus Is The Physical Incarnation Of “The Glory Of Yahweh”,
Right Out Of The Torah!

Our Sunday’s Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,
We Are Entering Into Theta Brain Waves, Relax Alertness With Meditation.

In Our Sunday’s Theta Meditation
We Sit Upright And Pay More Attention
To The Rising And Lowering Of Our Diaphragms,
Even Resting In A Slight Pause On Our Lowered.

While Our Delta Brain Wave - Sleep Prayer,
We Are Normally Laying Down For Our Sleep.
While We Gently Mentally Touch The Thought Of Our Diaphragm.

Meditating On Your Divine Breath Of Life

And Your Divine Sense Of Direction

Brothers And Sisters Of Jesus

Our Sunday Rosary Of Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,

Another Beautiful Day,

Cultivating Our 6th Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.

On Sundays, We Turn Our Breathing Into A Prayer.

The Phrase “The Glory Of Yahweh” Refers To The Divine Person

Of The Consciousness Of Yahweh.

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of Yahweh rises upon you.

Isaiah 60 verse 1

In Genesis Life Comes From The Will And Breath Of Yahweh.

As Followers Of Jesus,

We Know Jesus Is The Physical Incarnation Of “The Glory Of Yahweh”,

Right Out Of The Torah!

Our Sunday’s Devotional Diaphragm Breathing,

We Are Entering Into Theta Brain Waves, Relax Alertness With Meditation.

The Difference Between Our Delta Wave Sleep Prayer,

And This Our More Focus Theta Brain Wave Meditation.

Both Theta And Delta

Brain Waves Produce Slow Electrical Pulses In Our Brains For Deep Relaxation.

So Let’s Pray And Enter Into Some Theta Brain Waves.

The Physical Affects Of Our Jesus – Diaphragm Breathing

Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle

Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens.

This Diaphragm Breathing

The Lowering Of Our Diaphragms,

Expanding Our Upper Stomachs,

Increases The Oxygen Levels In Our Blood

By Maximizing The Amount Of Air Entering The Lungs.

Prayerfully, Exercising Of Our Diaphragms,

Stimulates Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms,

By Gently Massaging Our Vagus Nerve

With The Rising and Lowering Of Our Diaphragms.

This Reduces Stress by Lowering Our Heart Rates, Blood Pressure,

And Cortisol Levels.

Our Sunday’s Jesus Diaphragm Breathing Rosary

Is About Setting Up This Pattern For Our Diaphragm Breathing,

Cultivating Our Muscle And Synapses Memory.

Again Our Basics

Whenever We Say Or Think,

Meditatively,

The Word,

 Jesus,

We Will Inhale

When We Say,

Diaphragm,

Lower Our Diaphragms,

Again

That’s Expanding Our Upper Stomachs.

A Slight Pause,

Rest On Our Lowered Diaphragms,

Hold Our Breaths, Comfortably.

Enjoy, Feeling “The Glory Of God” Is Us.

When We Say The Word, Christ,

We Will Savor Our Exhales

Let Us Close Our Eyes,

And If You Want To Be Transported Into A Musical Sphere,

Mentally Visualize Our Bodies As Our Father’s Divine Tuning Forks.

Think Of Jesus As The Sacred Tuning Fork And Synchronize!

Our Father’s Family,

Our Creator Has Entered His Creation!

Let Us Savor His Breath Of Life!

Jesus And His Apostles’s

Life Style Will Never Goes Out Of Style,

Daily Prayer

In The Morning And Evening

To Our Father

And Participating In Jesus’s Sacrifice.

See You This Saturday Or Sunday

At The Lord’s Table

After Communion

Let us Visualize Our Bodies

As Being Transparent

With The Glory Of God

In Us

As The Bread And Wine

Becomes Our Flesh And Blood

Take For Granted

We Are Becoming Our Lord’s

Flesh And Blood

His Family
