Catholic Meditation with James
I Highly Recommend Not Listening To One Of Our Podcasts While Driving, These Are Internal Visualization Exercises, Exercises For The Synapses Of Our Neuron Cells.
Catholic Meditation Is Divine Directional Meditation Based On The Frequency Of The Divine Consciousness Of Jesus. Rather Than Impersonal Mindful Meditation That Views The Physical Body As An Obstacle To Divine Consciousness, Catholic Meditation Views The Physical Body As Our Vehicle For Divine Consciousness. We Take Jesus As The Incarnation Of "The Glory Of Yahweh", Who Demonstrated Physical Through His Photon Explosion During His Physical Body's Glorification And Resurrection, That Our Body, Our Consciousness is Based On Divine Frequency. The Frequency Of Our Consciousness Is Based On Our Sense Of Sacredness. You Cannot Be In Life Without Eating And Drinking, That is The Reasoning Behind The Lord's Sacrifice.
In The Short Run, This Is An Subtle Exercise Psalm For The Illumination And Exercise, Of The Synapes Of The Neuron Cells Of The Lobes Of Our Brains.
In The Long Run, This Is For Exercising The Frequency Of Our Brain Waves, The Cultivation Of Our Sixth Sense, Our Sense Of Sacredness.
This Asset Is Available To Those Of Us Who Participate In Our Lord, Jesus' Sacrifice, And Take For Granted Our Bodies Have Been Designed And Sign By Our Father To Be His Living Tabernacles.
You Cannot Separate Meditation From The Tabernacle, The Way Of Sacred.
Let Us Take Time To Breathe With Our Lord and The Rest Of His Family, Increase Our Oxigen, Become Invigorated, And Exercise Our Neuron Cells.
Enjoy James

The Logic And Homily Of Sunday’s Jesus – Devotional Diaphragm Breathing.
Our Prayer Jesus – Diaphragm Breathing Is Emptying Ourselves For Jesus’s Breath Of Life.
All Creation Is The Mind Of Our Father. Through His Physical Incarnation Into Our Creation, Our Father Has Revealed His Divine Person, Our Lord Jesus.
Our Meditation Is Not Impersonal But Divinely Personal. We Are Basically, Saying Grace As We Breathe.
That Is Why Our Meditation Prayer Is Emptying Ourselves So We Can Synchronize Our Devotional Breathing To Our Lord, Jesus, And The Rest Of Our Father’s Family.
Visualize Yourself Listening to Our Lord, Giving The Beatitudes On The Sermon On The Mount. After Jesus Has Given The Sermon, Sit And Linger In His Presence. Feel The Beauty Of The Day And Just Breathe In His Charismatic Presence.
The Benefits Of This Divine Mindfulness Is A Sense Of Divine Direction.
God Has Physically Incarnated Into Inside Our Creation From Within Our Creation, And Now Breathes With Us.
If You Can Sit Upright And Bring Your Attention To Your Breathing. We Will Be Entering A Calm Meditative Theta Brain Wave.
Inhale On The Word Jesus. To Breathe, In With The Word, Jesus, Is To Breathe His Life-Force.
Our Diaphragm Is Dome Shape Muscle Separating Our Lungs From Our Abdomens. The Primary Aim Of Diaphragm Breathing ( Often Called Belly Or Abdominal Breathing) Is to Efficiently Engage Our Diaphragms.
The Lowering Of Our Diaphragms, Expanding Our Upper Stomachs, Increases The Oxygen Levels In Our Blood By Maximizing The Amount Of Air Entering The Lungs.
We Use Our Jesus – Diaphragm Breathing Prayer To Pace Our Inhaling And Exhaling.
Prayerfully, Exercising Of Our Diaphragms, Stimulates Our Vagus Nerve That Travels Through Our Diaphragms, By Gently Massaging Our Vagus Nerve With The Rising and Lowering Of Our Diaphragms. This Reduces Our Stress by Lowering Our Heart Rates, Blood Pressure, And Cortisol Levels.
With Our Diaphragms Lowered, We Will Rest On Our Diaphragms, In A Slight Pause, And Mentally Visualize Ourselves As Our Father’s Living Tabernacles For His Divine Breath, His Holy Spirit.
On Our Exhale, Our Diaphragms Will Relax Back Into Their Dome Shape, As All Tension Is Released From Us. Relax And Enjoy, The Holy Spirit In You, In Your Tabernacle.
Think Of Pentecost When Our Resurrected, Glorified Jesus Breathe On His Apostles.
