Hey, I want to talk about this full moon in Gemini. It's the last full moon of the year, and it was exact about 12 hours ago. I'm now recording this on Monday morning. And interestingly enough, Mercury, which is the ruler of Gemini, has just now gone direct 12 hours after the full moon was exact. which is always, as I've been touching on such interesting astrology or a really good example of what I'd almost refer to as being one of the cosmic jokes that I see time and time again in this weaving of this astrological tapestry. Right. You know, it's like, as we approached the full moon when things can really get strong and emotional and whatnot. Mercury was going backwards from our point of view, at least communication breakdowns or crossed wires, or almost like being able to dislodge thought patterns or analyze thought patterns that We're just off track off our own track. Let's say we'll have been really heightened. The full moon was looking at, or is looking at while we're in this phase, the less attractive qualities of Gemini, the less conscious qualities. I was wildly brave. And I did this actually without seeing the astrology of the day, which is kind of funny because I am an astrologer, but I hosted my astrology of 2025 class yesterday in this final day of a Mercury retrograde. And with this full moon actually being right on my natal sun. And. You know, there were wild things that happened. Like all of a sudden this link that had been working for weeks, suddenly stops working, you know, in the 15 minutes before the call, all these kind of weird, funny things, emails, just seemingly disappearing into the ether. However, we did it and it was, it was fun. It was a good one. Even that's just interesting astrology for me personally, you know, the sun is right now in the sky in Sagittarius is opposite my son. so it's like the sun is looking at my son and it was this day where I had the opportunity to hold space for now over a hundred people, which is wild. That's. The most people I've ever had in a workshop. And I think what's so exciting about that is that there is a lot of interest in the astrology of next year. there's more and more people turning on to these, let's say, archetypal waveforms or yeah, these celestial weavers, the less Conscious expression of Gemini is a real superficial understanding of things. It takes things into the intellect and then it lives there forever. Or it can live there forever. It's never deepened through experience, which is with this full moon, the absolute medicine of Sagittarius, Sagittarius as the experimenter, as this experiential energy. In Gemini, it can be this thing where we intellectually understand something, but we've gained none of our own wisdom or our own learned knowledge about a thing, which depending on what it is can really, yeah, be kind of one dimensional. It's easy for Gemini energy to absorb information. If you have. planets here, you're likely very, very good at this. It's a skill. And part of what Gemini needs to do as an archetype, which we all have within our chart in order to evolve evolve our expression of this energy, this, almost like cerebral antenna, this cerebral absorber is to curate. What we allow into our field. One of the things I joke about with clients is if you've got a lot of Gemini, you can really be like a Renaissance woman, you know, be very skilled in numerous things. There is this desire for the buffet of life. But on the other hand, if all that you're allowing into your field is, let's say I don't know, reality TV, then yeah, you can become an expert in the characters of reality TV. So the curation aspect is what are you applying this incredible skill, which we all have, which is our ability to take in information. What are you applying that towards and to curate that, to be conscious in going, okay, this is what I want to absorb today. Okay. And this is what I don't want to absorb today. So I'm going to put my phone down, for example, so from my view viewpoint, looking at the astrology, I've got the chart of right now in front of me. there's still this beautiful grand fire trine that I mentioned last week with retrograding Mars, the North Node in Aries, and now Mercury in Sagittarius, which is moving direct. So it's funny, right? We have this pressure cooker build up to the full moon, and then we wake up the next morning and Mercury goes direct. Suddenly things begin to make sense again, or there's almost this sense of flow and ease and naturalness now I think. year after year, part of the archetypal medicine of this particular full moon with the sun in Sagittarius spotlighting the unconscious aspects of the moon in Gemini is we get this viewpoint into where have I actually not learnt that thing? Where have I not fully embodied that thing yet? I'm still running with it on this more cerebral level. And I've never actually grounded it into my body or grounded it into my life. For me, it's like Gemini is on one hand information, and then this bridge over to Sagittarius, which can be knowledge and wisdom as I've been speaking about. It can also be dogma and fundamentalism and. Um, actual very narrow sense of reality and very judgmental, but in its higher sense, it's wisdom and knowledge. The bridge from information to wisdom and knowledge is it needs to be digested through the person. And so part of what this full moon is likely illuminating or may have is where am I still needing to take action to live. these ideas versus being able to spout these ideas, being able to debate and communicate these ideas, but they're not, I don't know, they don't live in my belly. They're not in my flesh. I haven't lived with them to the point where they're part of my cellular memory, you know? And again, because Mercury was retrograde for this full moon and the lead up to It feels like there will have been the capacity to see these narratives, ancient or current, that are within our mainframes. And if we did a reboot, That they would leave is one way of saying it. You know, these kind of narratives or ideas or thought loops that just don't serve. They likely will have been very, very obvious. Now, in the next days of this full moon phase, as Mercury goes direct, and it's in a fire sign, it's in Sag, we have this. beautiful opportunity to build new, write a new script again, we're in this gorgeous Sagittarian season one of my all time favorite times of the year because there's this broadness there's this clean slate and a capacity to vision a small or as large or as gigantic as you wish And with Mercury now moving forward through this sign, we have this ability to go, okay, well, I've just spent this time looking at what this year was, and now I get to look forward and cast out the visions. What do I want it to be? We have a very, very special new moon in two weeks that will take place on the 30th of December. Meaning that when we enter the new year, at midnight of the 31st, we will be in a new moon phase. That's a really great new moon to ritualize in some way. Whatever that looks like to you. It may be just putting pens to paper and lighting a candle or some incense while you do that. You can go as small or as large as you like. It's up to you. I actually just met somebody at the cafe this morning who was at this beautiful ocean pool that I'm in love with and go to frequently. And she met with a group of women and apparently they meet every full moon in this ocean pool and have a skinny dip. And it sounds just perfect. So I'm really hoping that I can get in on that full moon coven because I can't think of a more beautiful way to observe the moon than watching it rise at night time in a very safe body of water. No sharks allowed in the ocean pool. I am going to you take two weeks off now and I think I'll probably drop in just before this new moon in Capricorn because it's special and I want to yeah speak to it for you I hope you'll have a really really beautiful Christmas and just time off and I'll see you in the new year.
