PLANTING THE EPHEMERAL: A NEW MOON IN PISCES

We are in a beautiful week. Here we discuss Friday's New Moon, the potency of Pisces and its opposite, Virgo, when they are integrated and vital as well as what the North Node in this territory of Pisces holds for us as individuals and within the collective.

Hi, I'm so glad I have this channel to be able to communicate with you the things that are taking place, because there's just so much that's happening at the moment. And it's certainly not something that I can simplify into a caption. This isn't a gorgeous week of astrology. And there's also a lot happening. Mars has just turned direct. in cancer. This is a brilliant time to be acting on the instincts, the intel that we've received emotionally, energetically in our inner world over the last couple of months. And we have this beautiful, tranquil new moon on Friday, which While it is only one degree away from being considered an eclipse it opens up this lunar cycle, which includes the eclipses, so it's like we're opening up the eclipse portal on Friday while it's not exactly an eclipse and there's something really gorgeous about that. It's like we're preparing the soil we're mixing up The ingredients of what we want to plant and root deep into the self, into the psyche, into the collective for this whole North Node movement Through Pisces, which started on the 11th of January and continues until July 2026. there's always these very beautiful patterns that are happening in the sky. part of being an astrologer is really being able to recognize the patterns, it's pattern recognition, and then being able to weave and decode the patterns. orchestration of movements. There's so much beauty in the orchestration that's impossible to transmit to you, but it's one of the things that for me personally gives me so much, uh, it's not faith, but it's like a wink at the cosmos. all this to say, the chance to be alive as a human on an incredible planet like this does feel like a blessing. So, the sun and the moon conjunct at 9 degrees of Pisces. We could call this an initiatory first dance in the palpable energy and energetics of the North Node in Pisces. The North Node represents the higher expressions of this archetype, which is being this conduit. It's an individual who is tapped into themselves, tapped into their body, tapped into the boundary of their individual being who is grounded and henceforth is able to access everything beyond time and space. We could say everything off world, though I would also say it's also inner world, right? In my inner world, in my imagination, there is no time, space, or gravity. In my physical reality, all three of them are very real. And this is part of the counterpoint of Pisces, which is Virgo. which is routine, daily habits. I'm alive. I'm grounded. I'm clearing myself energetically. I'm cleaning and clearing my physical environment. You know, cleanliness is next to godliness. That this is Virgo. Well, this is also the bridge of Virgo into Pisces. It's no use having the most beautiful inner world and inner life and daydream realities if your outer world sucks. Part of what this opposition does is, is we birth the world out in our imagination in our inner world or through a transcendental experience and then we bring the juice of that or the transmission of that into 3D reality through the structure, the refinements, the grounding of Virgo. So, it's very, very interesting that for this new moon there will be Sun, Moon, Saturn, Mercury, North Node, Neptune, all in Pisces at the same time. That's six planets and energetic bodies. That's wild. And, with the North Node. We have the ruler of Pisces, Neptune, still conjunct this, then our mind is there. How we're receiving information is also on this North Node and Neptune. So what we're able to access all of this week is beyond, let's say, beyond reality, or beyond the bounds of what's this reality looks like to you beyond the bounds of your perception of what is life. We're moving into a sense of feeling, an experience of, let's say, spirit, creativity, imagination, godhead, Love, tranquility, divinity that goes far beyond the mundane. How do you access that? Saturn is also here, as I've been saying for the last couple of weeks. Saturn is in this mix and has been for weeks and weeks. This is such interesting astrology. Saturn is the lord of time. Saturn is the bounds of reality. It is gravity. It is time and it is space. it's discipline. It's what we're in devotion to. How are you in devotion to, or how do you separate, or how do you balance the liminal, the ephemeral, the non tangible with your daily life? To me, this energy, this conjunction, it is the expression of being in, and I'm just going to say here a monastery or an ashram you know, it's like there's this confluence of dedication, cleanliness, organization, structure, discipline, and the liminal, the things that go way beyond what I can tangibly perceive. There's something about the, spiritual discipline and I would say creative discipline that is a gigantic theme of the next 18 months. While the last several years have felt like a disintegration and an entering of this more kind of void space, now it's about creation. And that requires all of us to discover or acknowledge or bring more consciousness to what our purpose is. And when I say purpose, I'm not talking about your career. Then there may be I'm meeting of the two there and that's fantastic, but what I'm talking about your purpose. Really I'm talking about you being you, embodying the fullness of yourself, your story thus far, the chapters ahead that you're here to write. To me, your purpose is the actualization of who you are. And again, this is a very, very big theme for the next 18 months. This beautiful, beautiful new moon is a time where, where in the void space of what that can be, or we're in the womb space of what that can be. It's building, it's growing, it's in the dark still. We're not able to play with. this figurative child just yet. It's growing our body when nurturing it, we're growing it on the inside. And this is very much representative of what a new moon is. And certainly this dark moon phase, which comes just before the new moon, which is wildly potent. The dark moon is a shedding. It's a time of absolute, inner work, rest, quietude. Part of the beauty of tracking the moon in the sky and following her movements, understanding where she will be. Will you see her during the daytime? Will she only be present during the night? Is she half full? Is she waxing? Is she waning? Is your seeing that unlike the sun, which is 24 7 on all the time, expressing itself? which is really so much of the world that we live in. There's this sense that we're always on, we're always creating, we're always producing, which isn't tenable in any way. But then if you start to hang out with the moon, she has eight phases. She's constantly shapeshifting. There are whole periods where you can't even see her, which is the dark moon phase. She is in retreat. You know, the moon represents your inner world. It's also so in that sense, it's like it's your sanctuary. It's your inner sanctuary, and it's also your domestic environment, the sanctuary that you've built your, your habitat. On the 24th. Monday, Mars will station and then begin to move direct. And it will be in a very good relationship to both the South Node and the North Node. So, this feels like action. But in cancer, it's a clarity of our instincts or I should say acting on the instincts, the intuitive information that has been percolating in our field for some time. So in this potent dark moon phase which will enter on Tuesday, what is the intel that you're receiving? What is your relationship to your intuition? How do you communicate with it? How does it communicate with you? It is you. It is your more subtle senses and we need to In a quiet, we need to be in our body. We need to be in present time to even catch that Intel. How do you discern What's intuition? What's fear? What's intuition? What's my mind? You have a very precisely dialed in set of intuitive receptors. Your natal chart speaks so precisely. So it pinpoints the way that you as an individual receive your intuition With the north node and these new energies and this new moon happening in Pisces this week with so much energetic, uh, potency and such a big spotlight happening in Pisces now this week. There's, we're wanting to look inwards. What am I being shown here? How am I being guided in this moment? Am I feeling held by life? What is my sense of purpose? What is the direction that I'm moving my life force? towards. How am I in devotion to actualizing those things? It's the things that call your name when you're quiet. We need to offer our peace, know ourselves, know how to regenerate our own energy, know how to be tapped into the beauty of our intuition. Be guided by our own inner world and inner, uh, inner connections. For our sense of power and validation and creation to come from ourselves so that we can very healthily be interdependent. So that we can very healthily be in communities that feel meaningful. Because collectively, there's so much focus on things right now and for the last several years that are wildly meaningless. And that makes people very sick, mentally, physically, it's like, what is the point? And part of the beauty of this year, part of the beauty of this week that we're entering in this new moon, we're in this, the Prima Materia, you know, which is a, which is a our chemical term for the force of this matter that hasn't taken form yet. It's alive, it's churning, it hasn't fully taken its form. And one way I'd love to have you think about this week, while we're here in Pisces season, with these incredible conjunctions taking place all week, and then on Friday. with the new moon, with the moon, moon also entering this Piscean soup is to think of the primer materia of your soul. You as the individual spark who decided, yeah, I'm going to earth. I'm going to give that one another shot or whatever it may have been. What does the premium materia of your soul, the essence of your being want? What is it actualizing itself into? What is it desiring to actualize itself into? And I would highly recommend any kind of visioning, writing, drawing practices to elucidate that, to bring more consciousness to that, so that you can firmly plant the seeds in whatever way you do that. It might be making an offering to the sea. It might be having a bath. in the herbs and the salts and the essences that call your name that day, whatever it is. What is most fertile to you? You, not somebody else, why are you you? I think that's all I have to say. I hope it's a really potent time for you. I hope that it feels so fertile and alive that you can hear the whispers and the guidance of your own spirit on this day, on every day. And if that's something that you're wanting to reconnect with, make the time. Make the time. Be in devotion to that. It will only ever, ever serve you. You being connected to your intuition, deeply, to your spirit, will never be a waste of your time. And what it may call forward within you are initiations that are uncomfortable. You know, it's, I heard somebody say during the week, and I so agree, it's very easy to want to have intuitive intel around the good stuff. On an intuitive level, we also get a lot of guidance around who to not spend time with, what relationship to not be in, or a relationship that may have met its course, or a job that is in the future. It's slowly killing us, whatever it may be, the amount of time that we're spending dissociating on the internet, uh, a lack of intentionality that we have or a misdirection that we've taken, whatever it is, what our intuition is always guiding us. And that's the thing. Sometimes it's a lot of the time it's calling us to fulfill the prophecy of our own soul, Ephemeral and only knowable to you. And I would argue if there's very good people around you, they'll be able to observe and offer you the feedback of what makes you feel alive. You'll know that yourself. I just highly recommend that in this kind of monasterial energy that I'm, was speaking to before. This is a quiet week. And I'm not saying that if you have a social week planned that you should cancel it. Do whatever the hell is calling your name. What I am saying is reflection is always a bountiful, a bountiful accessory to have in your toolkit. And this is a reflective time that we're in right now. It's wild. It might be a really beautiful week, well I would say for all of Pisces season, to reflect on what is so beautiful about existing and about you getting to exist. This is a sign that can really delve into the depths of depression and absolutely, uh, schizophrenia. You know, what is real and what is not is something that really gets, can get warped in this sign and in this season. And at the same time, it is the sign that can speak to the or transmit the poetics of life in a way that is completely transcendent and completely mystical and angelic.
