Howdy, how are you? We're in a whole other week here on Earth and this week I wanted to, as I suggested last week, speak about love. It really is the season for it. You know where here in Libra season, and then we'll move into Scorpio season, both of which are signs that speak to. The relational signs, you know, uh, Libra is us amongst others like me, amongst we, who am I, amongst others. And then Scorpio is intimacy, deep intimacy with the self and another. Right now we have Venus in the final degrees of Virgo. We have the sun in Libra and we have Mars and Mercury conjunct each other in Scorpio. Uh, and as of Tuesday, Venus will enter Libra, so she'll be in home territory. So really there is just this mood for love, you know, and as I was saying in class last night, like here in in my side of the world, it's. It's spring and it's like, it's like, as everything blossoms, it just releases, it feels like it just releases pheromones, you know, it's, it's in the air. So let's talk about it. Uh, in astrology school in level two, we're just about to start. We've just finished transits and progressions, and as of next weekend we'll be spending three weeks. Looking at RY and composite charts and then bringing them together. And if you don't know what that is, RY charts are where we can look at your needle chart, your birth chart with another person's birth chart. And this could be anyone, it could be your best friend, uh, your enemy. So I wouldn't really waste time on that. Uh, a lover and. Uh, your child, your parents, your siblings, your be yeah, it, anyone. Uh, and it's very interesting because then we can flip it so we can see how each person's chart is interfacing with the others. You know, in one way it's like, where, where playing student and teacher to each other, where there's friction, where there's natural integration. It can be a very, very practical lens. On relationship, you know, with the, with any friction through a RY reading, we can really practically explain how two people can work on the friction, how they can utilize that and alchemize that into something that is consciously into integrated. So if you bring up a scenery chart and you find that it's all, uh, right angles. Yes, that could feel intense. It will feel possibly quite a like attraction, strong attraction, uh, but it will require a level of conscious work. Uh, but all I wanted to say there is like, don't mistake the red colored aspects for bad and blue for good. As with everything, uh, it's very, very nuanced and yeah. It goes deep. So, and then the composite charts, just to give you a sense of it, is the, the chart of the actual relationship between the two people, which is so, so tribune interesting. And you'll find sometimes that some relationships like a composite chart may favor one person more naturally over the other, or. There's a seamless blend or whatever it might be. But the thing to remember the composite is the relational chart, the chart of the relationship always gets what it wants. Um, so it's like the energy of the relationship. I, it's just, I love all this stuff so much. I find it so fascinating. And for those of you who know a little bit about astrology, for reference, I have my Chiron. In Taurus in the seventh house. So, so much of my own personal work and learning and um, experiential wisdom has come through the avenue of relationship and really grounding into my own worth and value through the framework of relationships. Um, and that's not in the sense of always having it, it's in the sense of not always having it and having to build it up. Um, but that's a side note. So a question that I get sometimes is around what sign am I most compatible with, or. I've heard I shouldn't date this sign because X, Y, z. Um, and you might've read this yourself if, uh, you've ever dabbled in the pop astrology realm. And what I say to that is that it's really not about somebody else's sun sign. The most important. Intel that you can gather is found in your chart. Self-awareness of you and what you need and what would most benefit you as an individual is gonna serve you far more than, uh, I don't know, having a. A lens where you block out everyone who isn't an earth sign and you're only focused on earth signs. You know, I've, I say this quite a lot, but you can have a really good looking chart, which to me is a very subjective thing. Like there's the things that I'm interested in, and so if I see that reflected in somebody's chart, I'm like, wow, I love this chart. But you can have a really good looking chart and play it like a. Like a dickhead. You know, just seeing if you are, if you're looking at somebody's chart, it's not going to necessitate what your relationship's gonna be like because we're going to want to know how the person is living into and playing that, as I've spoken about here, like there's a real spectrum of conscious and unconscious of. Mature and immature ways to play all of the 12 signs and all of the planets. And we come in with a template for the whole thing. We don't just, um, gracefully. Pirouette into the highest expression of everything. We're often holding low and high simultaneously. And the longer that we're here and the longer that the Sun consciousness is doing these full 360 lapse around our chart, the more we have self-agency and awareness and we're able to see how we're playing each of the signs in each of our planets. So. Really what's most interesting is your chart. Now, I'm not going to go through a full lecture here, um, but I'm gonna give you some tidbits and I'll use myself as an example just at the beginning. Um, something that I've said in class a couple of times now, uh, in, sorry, in astrology school is, you know, I have a Gemini son up there in the ninth house, so. On one hand, I am very, very open and intellectually very open. I'm, I'm curious, you know, and I could honestly, that part of myself could probably convince myself to, uh, be in some kind of, I don't know, polyamorous experience. For me personally, that's just. That's not what I'm interested in, but I know my son is like intellectually interested in that. I've read Sex at Dawn, I've read all those books because I'm very interested in relationship, relationship dynamics, um, the future of relationships, all that kind of stuff. I find it, I'm, I'm really open to learning about it. My liberal ascendant could really convince myself to fall in love. Yeah, my liver and ascendant could essentially convince myself to fall in love or talk myself into it, you know? Um, and then if I look at my Venus, which is right next to my mercury in cancer, that's a very, very, very different feeling and emotionally and energetically. That's the crab. She wants emotional safety and emotional security to really open up to somebody and to really feel that, um, affinity or safety to say the things that are on her heart. That's completely different energy to my son. Uh, and then we have my moon, which is there in the 12th house. Certainly a big part of what that's had to do over. The time so far, and I'm sure we'll continue to need to do, is to have emotional and energetic boundaries. The first one being, where's my consciousness? Am I here with myself? You know, in the past this has been the kind of thing which I can be the nurse maid, you know? It's like I can cross my own. Borderlands in terms of what is appropriate and what is inappropriate in terms of the behavior that I'm like, yes, that's allowed. No, that's not allowed. You know, from myself and from specifically from others. Um, and yeah, so if this is an area of interest for you, which I'm sure it is, because love is one of these great pillars that as. As humans, as earthlings, like we really naturally are drawn towards, um, what I would be looking at for you is your Venus. You know, she's gonna speak to who you are in relationship. It's also what you can be attracted towards, but it's also kind of how you show up in that relationship. Uh. Your moon is going to show you your emotional needs and wants. And again, these can be so different to your sun, like what makes you feel alive and vital. And so while the sun is interesting, sun compatibility isn't really a thing. I mean, it certainly comes up in Ry. Don't get me wrong. Uh, like it's, it's great to be on a similar page to somebody and speaking a similar language to somebody. Absolutely. But it's these other layers of the, of your chart, of your being that really need to feel like knowing what they need and what they desire is really important. The other one would be Mars as well, uh, because this is. This is very much about attraction. It's how we go after things. Um, it can be related to like sexual attraction, the sexual drive, these kind of things. Uh, and then the other part that I would just put out there in a relational sense is your Mercury. I'm always honing in on this. In a RY reading, you really want to know your mercury. And the other person's mercury by house, by sign. Um, and so this is, you know, let's just take business partners for an, for an example, as an example. Uh, understanding how you best take in information and then understanding how they best take in and receive information, how they process things is always gonna be bountiful knowledge to have. Um, this is a great one for children as well. Um, it's something that I always hone in on when I'm reading a child's chart too. Um, knowing how that, like, almost like knowing the energetic language that both of you speak is brilliant. You know, it's like a way to form a bridge there rather than an opposition, let's say. Or one person's looking this way, the other one's looking at a out at a 90 degree angle. Like you, you are not even in the same room. Um, understanding this part of yourself is really potent. Um, so another thing that I wanted to say here is because Venus, as of Tuesday, will be entering her home territory. Um, and she'll be there. Uh, for some time now we have the New Moon in Libra, a week on Tuesday, and Venus will be in Libra, so will the Sun, so will the moon, and then Mercury and Mars will still be here in Scorpio. Um, so this is a great time to be looking at our relational dynamics. How do we show up? How have we shown up historically in relationship? What have we brought in historically? You know, maybe there's a repeating pattern that you keep dancing or a repeating archetype that keeps showing up in relationship or via friendship or through colleagues at work. Just really being able, this is, there's a, a natural energy that is really supporting. Our capacity to dig in and look at these things right now. Relational patterning, relational dynamics, power dynamics, um, yeah, these kind of things. Um, yeah, that was the other thing I was going to say. And as I'm sure a lot of you know, Friday is classically Venus Day. Um, also known as Freya Day. Uh, and with the Venus Day aspect, this is always a beautiful one to honor ourselves in some way, or, you know, offer, uh, make offerings at the feet of Venus, whatever that looks like. You know, if you buy yourself flowers. Every week. Friday is a beautiful day to do that. Um, I usually put all of my beauty appointments on a Friday or massages on a Friday. Um, as much as I can. I'll carve out some time for myself just to be, uh, beautifying my house and buying the flowers and making everything gorge. Um, but this is a, a beautiful day to. As much as we can ritualize, and that could be as small as, you know, buying the really nice coffee that you love and making yourself an exceptional coffee as opposed to a mediocre one that's not as great as the baristas. You know, um, like putting in that extra effort with yourself. Uh, Venus in Taurus, the other expression of Venus really teaches us a lot about. The art form of everyday living and elevating that art form. However, that looks to you as an individual. It's not a prescriptive thing that you'll find on Instagram, though, you'll find so many people's points of view on it. I what's much more interesting is your own, um, like talismans of. Beauty and self love and showing yourself that you care for yourself. Uh, which goes much deeper than the bubble bath, though. They're all so fab. Um, okay. I think that's all I have to say to you. So I took so fast. I have, um, a lot of energy, uh, and that's what I'm gonna, I decided'cause I've just, well. In about four hours, I will have pressed scent on a big, um, working assignment, uh, which I'm really excited to finish and then to have, go out into the world. Uh, and so I thought, what could I, what's something fun that I could do? Uh, and so you'll find a link in the description here. I'm gonna offer, I don't know, maybe five, six mini readings. Um, um, any, and speaking very practically, you know, here, here is the spectrum. Here is the immature, here's the mature expression of this. Um, here could be some grounded practices to bring in. Um, you know, your mercury is specifically gonna need blah, blah, blah. Uh, your son is looking for blah, blah, blah. Your emotional self really feels safety and security in a relational sense when it has blah, blah, blah. Um, so it will have nothing to do with me saying like, steer clear of Capricorns or.
