Hey, hope you're well and, uh, feeling grounded in the wilderness of these times. Um, what I would love to speak about today is the astrology of this forthcoming week. It does feel a lot different and really. Yeah. Really, really different in a very positive sense, how that actualizes on a collective level. You know, it's really not my place to predict that, but for us personally, I wanna, I wanna locate that and, and discuss that. So the first thing that's happening this week, we're still, we're in the final week of this Mercury retrograde in. Uh, Pisces and on Thursday, this Thursday the 19th of March, uh, forgot what month it was at 12:23 PM Aussie time, uh, we have the New Moon and Pisces, and while that is happening, the mercury. In Pisces, which is Retrograding, will be retrograding at eight degrees of Pisces, and it will be exactly on the north node in Pisces. So as I was talking about last week, with that mercurial, more internal reflective energy happening, it feels very, very contemplative and. And it's sitting on the north node in Pisces. The north node in Pisces is opening us up to, uh, let's say a level of support, feeling held by something that's bigger than ourselves. That's bigger than us trying to control and analyze and understand everything ourselves and. You know, there's so many applications for that in our personal lives and also collectively. I think partly what can feel so overwhelming when things are getting so wild on a grander world stage is there's this. Sense of like, well, what are the answers? Like I can't do this by myself. And we're, you're really not meant to. It's not really up to us as an individual, as individuals to come up with the solutions. That's why part of what I've been saying for the last quite a while is like there is this necessity to be having big conversations with the people that we know and you know. Having these, like what I'm calling like collective brainstorms, a a around what else is possible. There are so many incredible legends throughout history that have contemplated different systems, different ways of operating. Um. So there's that. So this new moon, uh, the sun and the moon will be conjunct each other. And then further back in Pisces will have the retrograding mercury and the north node completely flush with one another. Mars will also be a part of that mix. They're a little further away. So there's a lot of energy in PIs and uh. It is a great new Moon for taking some space, getting to vision, having a sense of what is possible. Um, but it's not passive, you know? It's because, because Mars is there and again. It's funny, I was like, I don't wanna talk about world events today. But, uh, you know, I think, and, and it, Pisces can be an incredibly passive energy. That's one expression of it, right? Um, we, there's almost this sense when, when big things are happening on the, in the world where. We want to be able to escape, which is very pi. We want things to quote unquote go back to normal. We want it. It's almost like there is this feeling of, I want somebody else to figure this out, and then I'll go along with it, you know? But I think part of the activation of this new Moon is. Uh, what are these visions of what's possible for you as an individual, like within your own life this year? You know, this is the cusp of the astrological new year, this new moon. So it's like, what are you wanting to bring forth for yourself? But then this is also, Pisces is a transpersonal sign where we're talking about. Uh, collective energy here. So it's like what do you envision for yourself, but then within this grander context, um, yeah, that's what I'd say with Mars there, it's like your will, you as a individual being is part of this collective. Cauldron, you are part of the mix. Uh, passivity just really, I don't know, just doesn't really cut it anymore, you know? And I feel like there's been this lulling of our will, uh, this, this, uh, beautifully. I mean that, um, sarcastically. Orchestrated lulling and passivity of populations. Um, and I don't know, it just feels with, like with Mars here, that's just not, I mean, the following day is the Equinox, so it is just not really on the menu anymore. I don't mean, uh, necessarily taking to the streets, but what I do mean is, uh. What's your personal responsibility, um, in the future of your own life, uh, and then the extension of that out into a wider community? Uh, so the following day we have the Equinox, a Day of balance, so Thursday newness and, and we'll be in that New Moon for Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Uh, and Sunday,'cause it starts halfway through Thursday. So the, the second half of the week is a new moon flavor. There's like this freshness there. There's a new imprint, a new energetic imprint. Remember Pisces, when it's, when it's working in a stunning way, has no boundaries around. Its, its creative faculties. So solutions, um. The magic, the mysticism of, uh, way beyond the, the confines of our mind. There's so much that's able to come through with a Piscean, uh, through Piscean energy, right? And it's like this is a, a clean slate, a very, very clean slate within this. Energetic within this archetype, whilst the north node being, sorry, whilst Mercury in this reflective contemplative space is lined up perfectly with the newest, highest, uh, expressions of Pisces. So your your dream world. Whether that's awake or a, or sleeping is very activated. Uh, your imagination is very activated. Your creative faculties are very activated. Uh, and having a level of space to be contemplative is part of the recipe for that. Then the next day is the Equinox. So classically, a day of balance between the light and the dark there, it, daytime and nighttime are equal. Uh, sunlight and moonlight are equal. Um, the, the symbology of the equinoxes is always a stunning thing. Um. Which also heralds, and I just love that it's happening in a new moon. Uh, I don't know. It, there's a, it feels like there's a tranquility. I know that sounds so ridiculous to say, uh, with everything that's happening, but it does feel like there is, yeah, there's, there's just freshness arriving, and this marks the beginning of. A new season, a new astrological year. As soon as we hit zero degrees of Aries, we're in a cardinal territory. Where, at the beginning of autumn, or for you? In the north? The beginning of spring. Um, and. Cardinal signs have a lot of action energy in them. You know, it's like when that new season hits, we feel that activation to, to be doing more, to be, um, I don't know. It, it's, it's so beautiful to just observe with every cardinal, uh, sign, which, uh, is Aries Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. They begin these seasons of newness, of freshness, and then on that day, well actually on the 21st of March, mercury will go direct, so it will no longer be Retrograding and it will be direct. Still at eight degrees, so still conjunct the north node, but this time it's a forward momentum, which feels like a very, very creative energy'cause rather than it being the vision and percolating within that sort of more liminal, ephemeral, um, well within your imagination. Now there's that propulsion towards action. It's moving outside, it's being communicated outside of the self or through the self. Uh, whilst we step into zero degrees of Aries, which is action energy. And for this first week of Aries, the sun will be within, uh, uh, a conjunction. Of Neptune and of Saturn during this first week of Aries. So that's very, very activating strong, uh, astrology, you know, the last, the last few weeks have felt very, uh, introverted or, yeah, passive, uh, reflective. But pa it's been this passivity more than anything. And that's changing now and. I would even say like in a, on a collective stance, and I know some of you may have differing views on, on, on all of this stuff that's happening in the world, and I really welcome that. Um, I'm a Gemini. I greatly welcome uh, a little bit of debate. Uh, but there is this sense of this. Passivity that's been happening collectively. You know, it's like, do we have a say in this? All of these wild things have been taking place for years now, and it's like, do we just sit back and watch them? It feels like that. I don't know. Like there, it's almost like there's been this sort of psychological powerlessness, um, being. Pushed onto us. That's how it feels. And this week it just feels like, no, we're entering newness, we're entering balance. We're enter entering Cardinal energy. It's like my will, uh, my action energy, uh, is being activated and it's, I don't know. I hope that makes some sense for you, but again, it's like. Whether, whether that plays out in your individual life or you are putting that energy towards collective, like such a big part of the astrology, as I, as I keep saying, especially from mid-year onwards, is looking at individuation, looking at who you are as an individual and then. The more that the more that you are feeling the freedom and the self validation, uh, and the, the like creative beauty to be exactly who you are and to express that, that is you singing your part in this collective harmony that is you weaving your story within the collective tapestry. And that might sound, I don't know, for some of you that might sound like weak or passive, but I don't think it is. Um, you know, my, I mean, I feel like I'm Dr. Martin Shaw's number one fan goal. Um, because I talk about him pretty much in every class of astrology school. I'm referencing his work somewhere. But, um, he talks a lot in his writing, uh, about how. Beauty and attuning to beauty. Putting your, um, like tending to the beauty of, I don't know, uh, a natural landscape, a piece of art, um, whatever it is, is an incredibly powerful thing to do in a time that feels desperate and like there's nothing that you can do. And beauty transcendence. The transcendent experience of the sublime is a very PI thing. So spending your week, uh, ensuring that there is beauty before your eyes and not just the chaos and the destruction is a worthwhile activity. Uh, I hope you have a great week and I'll speak to you next one.
