Mike Kelly
Mike Kelly is the Executive Director of the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC), a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life and economic vitality across the Baltimore region.
With a strong background in public policy, governmental affairs, and coalition building, Mike leads the BMC in connecting the region—how people travel, work, and live—by developing collaborative strategies and programs. His leadership aligns the efforts of the BMC Board of Directors, which includes the chief elected officials from Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, and Howard counties, the Mayor of Baltimore, and representatives from Carroll and Queen Anne’s counties, the Maryland General Assembly, and the private sector.
He holds a Juris Doctor degree in Public and Governmental Service from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
