To Give Him Glory is a podcast for Christian women and men who yearn to grow deeper in their relationship with God. Each episode will encapsulate the feeling of sitting down with your best friend and discussing ways in which you can serve The Lord in everything you do. We can’t be satisfied with a Sunday morning faith. Instead we should strive to live life with a heart posture set on doing everything to give Him glory. His Shekinah glory dwells within us and all around us, we just need to learn how to step into it. We live in a world that’s lost it’s Christian values, so how do we continue to faithfully serve Jesus, when the world wants us to do the complete opposite? In every episode we will discuss how we can give Him glory as we go about our everyday lives. We will look to scripture and learn how to apply their stories of faithfulness into our own lives. I’m excited to grow together as your friend and sister in Christ as we explore the heart of God.

Trusting Beyond Expectations
On this episode of the To Give Him Glory Podcast, we are going to be diving into the messiness of our plan verses Gods plan. We all have expectations and ideas of how God will show up, and what He will do. What happens when our expectations are not met because God has other plans? It can be painful, it can be confusing, it can even be maddening, but why? Our feeble plans don’t hold a candle to the plan that God has. Yet if we’re so hyper focused on what we think will happen, will we miss what God is actually doing? This episode we will look to scripture and take notice of certain people who looked at circumstances through the lens of their own understanding. From their stories we can learn how to listen when God speaks, even when it doesn’t look like the way we pictured it would. When we finally lay down our expectations of what we think should happen, and let God move in the way that He needs to, it leads us into a healthy life, with deeper faith and deeper understanding of how to give Him glory.
