Carmine Dedisco hosted the LaunchPad podcast to discuss a concern about service providers potentially destabilizing clients' thought processes through fear-based sales tactics. He explained how service providers might unintentionally create anxiety by suggesting clients must act immediately or face failure, rather than focusing on educating and empowering them. Carmine emphasized that service providers should aim to inform and build confidence in clients, not create unnecessary pressure, and shared examples of proper communication practices, including information about ECRM as an alternative approach for getting products into retail.
