Our guest today is Mr. Rigo Guadiana from Troy Products! Troy Products started in the 1930s as Troy Sheet Metal in Montebello, CA with a focus on general sheet metal. They shifted gears in the 90s becoming a manufacturing leader in the public safety sector.

Rigo has a fantastic story, beginning his time at Troy straight out of high school and ultimately taking over in 2017. Lots of lessons to be learned.
