What to do in an Inhalation Essential Oil Emergency

Save this information in case you find yourself in a situation such as:

-you accidentally inhaled essential oil(s) not safe for you
-your kid accidentally inhaled essential oil(s) not safe for them
-you over-inhaled essential oil(s) even though they were not unsafe for you
-you thought you were diffusing carefully, but you reacted anyways
-a bottle fell and broke or spilled, causing a high concentration of essential oils to fill the room

and a number of other situations where essential oils are causing issues such as labored breathing, choking, nausea, headaches, etc.
