Pablo Gil Brusola: Embracing the Start-Up Life with GrowPro & PropHero
Today on Moonshot, I’m joined by Pablo Gil Brusola. Pablo is the 4th of five siblings, and was born and raised in Valencia. Although he studied civil engineering and worked at (PwC), his entrepreneurial spirit took him to Australia. Here, he created his first Startup "GrowPro", a company that had a turnover of 40 million euros in 2023 and of which he remains a shareholder today.
Pablo stumbled upon real estate investing almost by chance. His entrepreneurial mind began to think about how to create a business model that turns property investment into a process as simple as purchasing a product through Amazon. Together with his business partner, Mickael Roger,they created PropHero in Australia. They’ve since expanded PropHero in Spain, Indonesia and Ireland. In 2023, PropHero Spain had a turnover of 10 million euros and is expected to exceed 24 million euros in turnover this year. With the recent launch of "PropHero Portfolio", the company’s new app; the creation, growth and management of clients' real estate assets is as simple as "clicking" to acquire an investment property, and delegating the entire process to a team of more than 100 professionals around the world.
