Hello, I'm Regina Swarn. Welcome back to another episode of Regina Swarn Audio Series. This is a little series I want to dedicate to those who need relaxing, especially for those children and those fussy babies that I receive so many emails about. I just want to dedicate this podcast to you. It won't be very long. It's called the calming effect. It's recorded to relax you.
Speaker 1:So if you're tired right now and you're just a hard worker, you too can relax to my voice, sit down and relax, sit down and relax. Sometimes, just all we need to do is relax, but we go so much in everyday life that we forget we need rest. Our bodies need to rest. And back to those little babies and those children who need to rest. Yeah, you need to rest because mommy needs to rest. So right now, for those fussy, fussy babies I received so many emails about, I hope you mom got the baby up against your chest or on your knee, or even in their little crib, saying Rock-a-bye baby, a-la-la-bye baby, mommy loves you or daddy loves you. This is a time to relax. This is the calming effect. I want you to relax right now If you're tired, if you had a hard, and we forget that we bodies need rest. These everyday bodies god's bodies, I call them needs to rest. So if you're a minister, or if you're a regular day hard day worker, a musician, an actor, a model singer I don't care what kind of profession you do, you need rest. And even if you are a caregiver oh my God, you really need rest as well. Caregiving is not easy, so you, too, need some rest right now. So listen to my voice. The calming effect yeah, relax, relax, relax. It's all about relaxing this particular podcast. It's all about relaxing this particular podcast.
Speaker 1:I'm creating a recording for you to relax yourself right now. Close your eyes, close your eyes and meditate on beautiful and wonderful things. We got your fussy little baby. Hold your baby, hold your baby tight. Give him a kiss on the head. Mommy loves you, daddy loves you. It's going to be alright.
Speaker 1:And I know this is a time that a lot of people are going through so much, so much hardship, they've lost so much and it's really hard to relax right now. But because you've been through so much and you've had such a hard time and so many things have happened in your life that's worked against you, even you, too, need to rest. So I'd like for you to rest, relax, close your eyes, relax, relax, relax. We gotta come aside and relax. Sometimes we gotta come aside and relax. Sometimes really we do.
