Regina Swarn Audio Series Presents

Testimony and Prayer Service---Helicopter Crash To Healing, We Tell How Prayer Changed Everything

Regina Swarn Season 8 Episode 24

Fan Mail

A quiet prayer turns into a flood of testimony, the kind that pulls you to the edge of your seat and keeps you there. We open our hearts for a world in pain, then walk straight into stories of rescue and redemption: a soldier’s helicopter tailclips a treetop and spins toward the ground, a lightning strike snaps through a field tent, and yet mercy wins. Elder Davis shares the journey from early conviction to Alaska conversion, and why he now spends his days preaching Jesus on the streets where people expect a sale, not a Savior.

We sit with Donna as she thanks God for life after an aneurysm that should have written the final chapter. Her voice is steady, grateful, and certain: prayer carried her when data said otherwise. Dolores traces a path from porch preaching to tarrying prayer, then tells how a goiter vanished and Grave’s disease lost its grip after she filled her mind with faith scriptures and submitted to the laying on of hands. The pattern repeats across every moment: repentance, intercession, bold witness, and a God who heals and keeps.

Kathy rounds it out with two rescues—a stubborn medical crisis that confounded surgeons and a New Year’s shift where a man with a sawed-off shotgun circled the building. She had asked her team to pray in the new year; the doors held, and everyone went home. Throughout, we talk about street ministry in the toughest neighborhoods, the discipline of long prayer, and why simple, Bible-rooted obedience changes outcomes. If you need hope, healing, or a nudge to step into your calling, this conversation brings clarity and courage without hype.

SPEAKER_05:

Hello and welcome back to another episode of Legina Sworn Audio Series Presents. Today I have on some very special guests. I mean, very special. And it's not that everybody is not special. Don't get me wrong. But today I have on the men of God, the women of God, and they are here to bring the word however the Lord leads. And you know, this is not going to go in the order that I normally go in, because when I have a a podcast like the one I have today, I have to let the Lord lead accordingly. So I don't want to get in the Lord's way. So I do have on the line with me today, and I'm so so happy. I have Elder Leonard Davis on the line. Hello, my dear brother. Hello, sister. And uh also on the line, I have his beautiful wife, um, woman of God, um, Minnesota sister Donna Davis. I want to make sure I'm pronouncing you all right. Um, how you doing, my sister? I'm doing very well, praise the Lord. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And and I also have um my sister, Elder Davis, sister, um sister minister, sister Dolores. Um Davis is on here with us. Uh and hello, my sister, sister Dolores, how are you?

SPEAKER_04:

And um let's know you.

SPEAKER_05:

Thank you, Jesus. I'm so happy to have y'all on because I want my audience to know that they travel the world. And I literally mean this, you know, preaching the word of God, warning in these last days, and it's so needed. And, you know, they do street services, and you gotta have real bonus to get out on those streets, these streets that we are on today, you gotta have real bonus to get out there, and I just thank the Lord that God still have people like that because I do remember my brother, Elder Davis, my dear brother, years ago, and I'm talking years ago, over a decade, maybe over two decades, um, how he used to uh go on street services uh with sister and I and brother Rodney and and then we'll go back to church and some of the worst streets in Atlanta, Georgia. So, but over 20 years they're still on the battlefield for the Lord, which is that is so impressive to me. So I am going to turn the service pretty much over to my dear brother. However, the Lord leaves, I am getting out of the way, and we are not gonna be on a time frame either. So however the Lord leaves, y'all. I am gonna go for that. So my dear brother, I'm gonna hand you the mic.

SPEAKER_00:

Amen. Thank you. Thank you, my sister. We uh we like to go in prayer. I believe that we should start in prayer first, and then we'll give us our testimonies. We are grateful to be here today and glad that that we have this um we have um this opportunity to reach out to more souls and people just need help. You know, we're living in a time when the world really needs the word of God. The best thing that can help us, best thing we got, that solve our problems is the word of God. And uh we're gonna we're gonna go in prayer. Father, in the name of Jesus, God, we just come before you this day. We thank you, Lord God, for being on the air with my sister, Lord Jesus. God, reaching out. We ask you to move by your spirit, Lord, all around the world, Lord, save souls, Lord. Touch men, women's lives. God, you came to heal the broken heart. God, those that are oppressed, depressed, God, those that's hit with that typoon and over in the Philippines, Lord, move for them, God. Oh Lord Jesus. I heard so much destruction in that area. Lord, we had a brother, Lord, from Maker, and it just he was over there when the storm hit. And he sent back home for prayer. And we got in prayer for him, Lord, and all around him was destruction. But the area where he was, the very village he was in was spat and it didn't even flood. God, what a mighty God you are. All your awesome God to your prayer hidden, God, to protect him, Lord Jesus, because he went over on a mission for you. God, we ask you to move not just the Philippines, but other places, Lord, all around the world. You got a people, Lord God. You're gonna have a people that no man can number. God is gonna make it through these last days. And we pray for those, Lord. You said pray one for another. God, strengthen the household of faith. Strengthen us today, Lord Jesus. God bless my sister, Lord Regina Swan, entertainment, Lord. God bless it but the more in the name of Jesus. Bless this podcast and those that would hear this podcast, Lord, move for them, make ways. Let them know that you're the same yesterday, today and forever. You say in your word, for I am the Lord, and I change not. Hallelujah. We thank you, Lord, for being an unchanging God. Thank you, Lord Jesus. Yes, bless and touch today. In Jesus' name, we give you all the glory, give you all the praise in the name of the Lord Jesus. Thank you, Lord. Hallelujah. We just appreciate God for being here today, Lord. I got so many testimonies, and but I'll start out as a boy. I think I was about eight years old, and at that time you we had prayer in schools, you know, that they would come and gather the little children in the gyms, and they're they would teach us in a way that we could understand the word of God. Lord, and I and I remember that this one minister, he had a big large bag. Uh he showed us an illustration of a large bag being on a sinner's back. Like the weight in that bag was weighing them down. That was the illustration of how sin weighs people down. And Lord, I was sitting in those bleachers, eight years old, and God went on and gave us scripture. Lord, from Revelation, I think 3, verse 20. Where you said, Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If any man hear my voice and open up, I will come in and suck with him. Lord, I know that I was a chosen vessel, even from a boy. Lord, I got convicted that day. That's a little boy, Lord Jesus. And I was about to give my life to you. But I wasn't by eight, but I but I felt that conviction. And there was another voice that told me, you're too young. And I know that was the end in this voice. That was the devil's voice, Lord, and talk me out of give my life to you at an early age. We know Lord Jesus in the Bible you chose Jeremiah as a child. Asia, King Asia, was young when you chose to be a king over your people. Lord Jesus, and I know, Lord God, the enemy stole my salvation that day, but Lord, she's for such a merciful God. I went on, Lord Jesus, not receiving, and I grew on up. Finish school, let me back back a little bit. I will go to church and I will hear the preacher preaching, and I will get convicted. It wasn't just, I just didn't go just to sit in the church, but that word did something for me because I was a chosen vessel. Well, Lord, I'm not having any power to do anything about it. I didn't have any power to walk up right after that. Oh God, grew up and joined the army. And I'm gonna take you all the way to Germany. I joined the army station in South Carolina. Hallelujah. And that's where I took my basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. AIT. And they sent me to Germany. Lord, I never forget Germany. The people that listen to me, I never forget Germany. But while I was in Germany, hey, it was a church in Germany. I walked by that church for about two years. Never saw it. Hallelujah. I was in my sins then. Wasn't trying to serve God, wasn't talking about the Lord. But one day I walked by that church and I looked over, and I saw a big Baptist church, and you got my attention. And I think about today how Moses he saw a bush burning, and the bush was not burning up. It was not consumed. And Moses said, I will turn aside to see this great sight. And when he turned aside, a voice spoke to him. You spoke to him, Lord Jesus. Out of a burning bush, said Moses, Moses, take your shoes off. From standing on holy ground. Oh Lord, that bush got his attention in that church in Germany. I believe it's about 1978, somewhere now. But when I turned, when I looked at that church, you put in my heart, so you're gonna get saved. When you get back to the United States, and you're not a God that you should lie. You kept your word, and I was sent to Honor Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia. I had re-enlisted, and that's where I was that's where my next duty station was. While I'm at Han Arm Airfield, I ran into a brother that last time I know he was pastoring a church in Kentucky named Brother Elliot. And he invited me to church. He told me he hadn't been saved but six months, and he invited me to church, and you started dealing with you spoke to this pastor, also a woman pastor. You spoke to her. I said, way back in the back of the church. So somebody here wants to get saved. And I really, in my heart, I warmed to get saved. Lord Jesus, and she called me out. I saw people running around the church, lifting up their hands, praising God, and I wasn't used to that kind of worship. As I came up when people started shouting, they'll take them in the back room and get a fan. Hallelujah. But they were just running around the church, and I realized now that they was praising God. Hallelujah. And she called me up, and I went up and said the sinner's prayer. And I felt so good. I felt really good. I I felt special. And they they was having another service that night. And I was supposed to go back to that service, but here come that devil. But the Lord kept his word. He said, I'm gonna save you when you get back to the United States. I let the devil still again. Here come one of my classmates stationed there now too. He invited me to a house party. These are the words to you. He said, Bruh, we're having a house party. And I my my I'm knowing I'm supposed to go back to church that night. And I let the devil stole that, and I went through to that house party instead of going to church. And those under that did understand my voice, I'll tell you something. I went down and began to sin again, and but my conscience told me, you're supposed to just give your life to God today. And then I overrode my conscience. And um, let me tell you something. I might have walked away from God, but he some things began to happen after that. I tell you the truth. I got in my first helicopter. I was in an aviation battalion, but God is good. He's merciful. Got in my first helicopter after walking away from Jesus, after walking away from salvation, and the pilot was, you know, like training, like flying a mission, you know, as if we were in combat. So he started flying around the the area. And I remember he flew too low in the the rudder on the helicopter, Huey helicopter. It touched the top of a tree. And that helicopter started spinning round and round. It happened so quick, I really didn't know too much what was going on. And I heard the voice of the pilot. He said, We're going in. And in my mind, I said, Well, we're going in where we caught the ride at. Well, he was what he meant wheel fixing to crash. And that sliding doors on this helicopter. A friend of mine was on the other side with an open sliding door, and I was on the on the left side of the helicopter, open sliding door. And he I found out he threw his weapon down because he really realized what was going on. He didn't want that weapon to stick through him when we crashed. So as we was crashing, the helicopter was leaning toward my side, and it crashed on it. It didn't crash directly while a tree uh would stick through me, but it did crash on my side. It slammed to the ground, but the pilot, that the propeller of the helicopter was spinning around, and that slowed down the impact of that crashing, but it did hurt my bone in the back when it hit. And the crew chief said, It's gonna blow up. Now, here this man that had a chance to get saved running from the Lord. God did his part in him all in this trouble because I ran for the Lord. I was running from the Lord. Make me think about Jonah. God told Jonah, so I want you to go down the center of the city of Nineveh, and I want you to warn him that he was going to destroy that city. Here I am running. Co-pilots just gonna blow up. And the engine is in the back of the helicopter, and it caught on fire. And um looked like every man before himself. The co-pilots are gonna blow up, but he he didn't try to help nobody get out. I guess he figured everybody could just unfasten old seat belts and and take off running. And I tried my seatbelt, I couldn't get it loose for nothing. And I struggled and struggled in this far behind me. I'm trying to get this seatbelt loose. Finally, I got it popped up. And I took off running. Matter of fact, everybody took off running except the co-pilot. It was like every man for himself. Hallelujah. But the co-pilot, when he got out of the helicopter, he he made it forced the outside of the helicopter. He he got injured. The only one that got injured heard it's backing. We had gotten across the fence, and the pilot made us all go back across that fence to rescue him. And while this thing was burning, JP 4, fuel burning, and the co-pilot said it was going to blow up, then all this fuel burning. That thing burnt treetop high, but it didn't blow up. We went back across the fence to get the co-pilot and brought him brought him safely across the fence, and they flew another helicopter and landed it on the highway. And we all they flew us to the hospital in Florida, Camp Blende, Florida. Never forget, but here's a man running for God. Next year, we was having a field exercise in Hinesville, Georgia. And I was a switchboard operator. We was in tents. In this particular tent I was in, we had a new tent, but it was not waterproof. You know, when it's waterproof, it can't rain inside the tent, but our tent was getting water in it, and I'm operating switchboard, and a thunderstorm came up. And that streak of lightning came right to my tent while I had my hand. I was trying to call the captain or make a conference call. When I had my hand in the back of this wild line, that streak of lightning came down, and I was shocked by lightning. Still running from God. And this part is I know it's a hereafter. I hollered out, I remember hollering out, and I began to go head first. My body laying on the ground. I began to go head first down through this tunnel. I mean, I was gone. I know the Bible speaks a lot of bombless pit. Well, I was in that entrance to hell. So I know that the Bible is right. When Luke 16, Jesus spoke about the rich man and Lazarus. Hallelujah, many scriptures about hell. But I know, but this a man running from God, but all of a sudden, I was going ahead first. I don't know how deep I got in that place. I was gone, lost. All of a sudden, like I was rescued. And they were getting my body off the ground. Hallelujah. Man, you talking about somebody shook up. I was shook up. I needed somebody to tell me about the Lord Jesus right then. I might have given on up then, but I didn't have no man to tell me about Jesus right then. And that first sergeant came and said, You just have bad luck. That's what he told me. Hallelujah. But God was shaking me up, troubling me. Hallelujah. They offered me to go to the hospital. I made a mistake when I didn't go. Hallelujah. But I didn't go. And they flew me back. You know, I drove up there. We drove in Jeep, so they gave me the opportunity to come back to Savannah so I can come home for the weekend. I took another helicopter. I wasn't afraid to get in another one. It was a black hawk. I flew on a black hawk back to Savannah, and it took them about two days to get back to Savannah. I came on back to Savannah, claimed my weapon, and went, jumped in my car, and came to my hometown, Monticello, Georgia. But 1983, I was sent to Alaska. And I hadn't beat up, been there but a little while and a few months. And it was around Easter time and a brother invited me to church. I well, we were in the nightclubs talking about going to church. Let me back up a little bit. And I the next morning came, I changed my mind, but that was a little brother out witness and invited me to church. And he talked me back into going to church. So I went there and uh that was a brother, pastor, he was preaching the word. I watched my partner that we ran with, I ran around with, he gave his life to Jesus. And the Lord was dealing with me also. And um, I noticed his things he used to do that far this far the next week, he didn't want to do them anymore. I was still doing them because I didn't give my life to Jesus that day. But as we talked, I said, I'm gonna get saved next time we go back to church. The next time, this next Sunday, I gave up and gave up to Jesus, and I meant it. I was real this time. Hallelujah. I meant it this time. I want to get saved, and I know there's power in the blood of Jesus. Hallelujah. This time the blood of Jesus took away my all my own bad habits. And ever since I've been running for Jesus. Hallelujah. We went out on the streets in Alaska, and we'd knock on people's doors to tell them about our Lord Jesus Christ. And I had a dream while I was in Alaska, the Lord showed me that I had a work to do in Macon. And I was gonna go to South Georgia and I tried to get down there, but something happened. I ended up at Jackson Temple Holy Church. Hallelujah, according to the word of the Lord, because the Lord said I had a work to do in Macon, Georgia. Mother A. B. Jackson, our pastor, I was listening on the radio, Jackson Station, and she, man, I noticed something different about her praying. She was playing. Man, I I I recognized that anointing. Hallelujah, Prophet's Mother A. B. Jackson. I recognized something different about that voice. Hallelujah. Ended up that being my church. I was invited there by Overseer Brasswell, a friend of hers, and glory to God. And I ended up there, and I found out that they prayed like I was used to praying. And the last we prayed about an hour, and I found out that Jackson Temple Holy Church prayed about an hour also. I just blended right on in. But I want to speak about Mother A. B. Jackson, a woman of God. You're talking about a woman that was sold out to God, a woman that had power with God. I couldn't hardly touch her. Not feeling the power of God. Sometimes I go and embrace us, man. The Holy Ghost, Spirit of God hit me, man, and I they had to hold me. Because she had such an anointing. But while with being there, uh I ran into uh Sister Regina, Sister Laura, her mother, Mother Swan, and the Swan family. The Lord started sending us different places, and Sister Regina and uh um her sister, her family live in Atlanta. And God sent me and brother Rotten into Atlanta. But we didn't know where to go in Atlanta. We got with the swans, and you talk about they would lead us to the worst places to go in Atlanta. Hallelujah. I remember a place called Boat Rock. Man, we went down there. Her brother lived in that area, but we went down there and they started. They thought we was coming to buy drugs. And Brother Rodney said, we we didn't come to we come to bring you Jesus. One of the drug dealers, and we need that too. We preach the word right there now. There's another dangerous neighborhood. They didn't mess with us, they didn't bother us. Hallelujah. Let's get rid of this joy, just get used to this Georgia slame. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. But they you're talking about the worst neighborhoods. They would take us, but they took they took us where the greatest need was. I remember another place they took us. We're God on the streets. One day being on the street, somebody um they had a gun. So they thought we were hurting. We just want to pray. Glory to God. But I never forget those days and never forget the swans because, amen, they was a great help to us ministering in Atlanta. Thank you, Jesus. Amen of great support, have great encouragement, both of them. Thank you, Jesus. Go to God. I just thank God for the we still go out even today. Yesterday we were in Warner Robin, so me and Sister Mick and my wife. We were saying Warner Robin. We go out, and I sister and I. I'm just about doing my testimony, but we go we chair in Wandercell. We preached in Griffin, Georgia, Atlanta, Jackson, Georgia, Persythe, Georgia, um, Concord, Georgia, Barnesville, Georgia, Alabama. We've been traveling. Went to Peru about three years ago, two or three years ago, all the way to Peru, ministering the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. And hallelujah. This is this is what we enjoy doing, telling people about a man called Jesus that died on the cross 2,000 years ago. A man that went about doing good, healing all that was oppressor to devil. Hallelujah. That's what it's all about. Winning souls to Jesus, especially in these last days, last and evil days, God. We ever need the Lord. In such a time like this, the time is now. Hallelujah. I have my wife here. Thank God, Sister Kathy, she's here too. But we we have my wife here by by my side. She had something like an aneurysm last year. And the doctors about gave up. They thought she wasn't gonna make it the first night. So this will be a time to call the family. But I called Jesus. I got to call some brothers and sisters I knew at prayer, or would pray. Amen. And she's alive today. Getting strong and stronger. Can walk, drive the car, hallelujah. Didn't use no she didn't use, didn't lose no limb, no limb damage, but she can walk. Go in the store by ourselves, walk, talk. Hallelujah. The Lord Jesus was Him that done the work. That I was so great. But it was the power of the Lord Jesus Christ. Power in the blood. Glory to God. She stayed in Savannah. Hospital two months. She stayed in Pete Mont in Macon, Georgia two months. Something like that. No, about a month and a half. And about a month in summons for Scythe, Georgia. And we have.

SPEAKER_05:

Let the word have its way, my dear brother. Just that testimony that you just gave, oh my Lord. Oh my Lord. Powerful. So now his his wife is going to say something. And I'm this is really amazing because I'm here crying. But I thank God for that testimony that you gave. Oh my God. I'm so glad that y'all are here today. So I'm going to turn it over to your wife. I'm just so thankful. I'm so thankful. Go ahead. I'm sorry.

SPEAKER_06:

Amen.

SPEAKER_05:

Praise the Lord. Hallelujah.

SPEAKER_03:

Thank you, Lord God. Hallelujah. Glory to Jesus. Hallelujah. On February 13th, 2024. Yeah, that was last year. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. I had a uh aneurysm. Hallelujah. And I thank God, hallelujah, for being with me, because most people don't really survive an aneurysm. Hallelujah. But I thank God that he had his hand on me. Hallelujah. And saved me. Hallelujah. Even going through the sickness that I did go through, God was there. And I thank him. I thank him for everyone that he placed in my life to be there to help me. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. The uh testimony that my husband gave, I like the fact that he called upon brothers and sisters in Christ. Hallelujah. When the doctor gave him the news concerning me, instead of him calling my family, he called brothers and sisters in Christ. And they're my family too. You know, but he called on the right folks who can get a prayer through. Hallelujah. And I thank God, hallelujah. Thank God for my sister-in-law and my sister Kathy, hallelujah. Hallelujah. Thank God for them and thank God for their prayers too. Hallelujah. Thank you, Jesus. I just have so much thanks. I just thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah. That's my testimony right now. So just thank God. Thank God, hallelujah. Thank God, hallelujah, because he holds me in the palm of his hands and he'll never let me go. Hallelujah. I just thank the Lord. Thank God, hallelujah, for everything he's done and what he's going to do.

SPEAKER_05:

In Jesus' name. Amen. Thank you, Jesus. Thank God for that testimony. Sister Davis. I remember um my brother Elder Davis, you know, asking for prayer to pray. And like his wife just said, he called on the men and women of God. And I just thank God that my sister is here because I've known people with aneurysms to the brain working in the medical field that they don't make it. So my my sister thank God so much that you made thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus. I just thank God you made it. I thank God for prayers of the righteous. So I'm gonna turn it back over to y'all. Sorry. Thank you, Jesus.

SPEAKER_04:

Oh, thank you, Jesus.

SPEAKER_06:

Thank you, Jesus.

SPEAKER_04:

Yes, thank you, Jesus. Hallelujah.

SPEAKER_05:

So turn it over to your sister or whoever else wants to speak. You're you're at go ahead, you're you got liberty.

SPEAKER_01:

Let me turn it over to my sister. The Lord. Go ahead.

SPEAKER_03:

Praise the Lord. Thank God for you, my sister. Thank God for your inviting us to be on your podcast. You know, and people need to know about Jesus, you know, because it by his name, through his name, that's all of us are gonna be saved, you know, and delivered. Hallelujah. And thank God for you. Thank God for your love and your racial and God, you know, just all these years of how you know just fellowship and how we used to worship Jesus, you know, in this church and how we're still holding on to Jesus. You know, many have gone back, but we still have to race not giving us to the snip of the song. I said the one in the world to the end. And that's what it's gonna take. You know, and I'm gonna worship today, you know, somebody such a good guy. And I remember that as long as brothers have a great in a Methodist church, you know, a parents already ship the church that we didn't know about Jesus, and that's what's gone alive. I think we're going today, they're going into the building, but they're not becoming the church, or they're going into the church, and that's nothing wrong with me. But it's time to come to Jesus.

SPEAKER_04:

Hey, he's the one to deliver.

SPEAKER_03:

I can gossip and it's gone before I really long that God can take off me to lift my brother to live. Hallelujah. You know, I just remember taking my mother so much that I only see my brother. And you know, by love and God, and he's also my spiritual brother. You know, and it was here to be his life that I was introduced to Jesus through his life. And I remember he used to come and tell us 20 minutes, 30 years ago. He used to go out on the street and you know, tell us about Jesus always. And I know it was nice people always believe, but you know, he's actually nervous when he was in the service, when you know he decided to know the Lord and he didn't decide to be you know the first gentleman wants to know when you uh basically from Jesus when he says I'm not gonna tell you about Jesus. You know, how can everything and I remember white other as a younger children but he saved? And I just want to be hallelujah, you know, and I remember one day one day uh he was out here preaching in my court, and I can't remember that he that he was preaching, but I was out in preaching. You know, this this was not um didn't realize I was in that work. It was time for me to get it was time for me to give me life to the Lord and I'm not telling that if today especially if you're not home.

SPEAKER_05:

You know, and let me remember that I'm not as began as well, you know, of my telling my I don't even tell me my sister, this sister. I just want to come through just briefly. Um everyone may have to put their phone on mute because your phone is going in and out, and I want people to really hear this testimony. So while you're telling your testimony, maybe we have to make sure our phones are on mute so we can make sure that's clear because it's going in and out, and I'm like, oh my god, we gotta get this testimony. So Yeah, yeah. Okay. So and did you hear me clearer now? I can hear you. I can hear you. It was just going in and out, in and out, and I just want to make sure that you know people are able to hear it, you know, clearly because it's very in it's very important that they hear what you're saying.

SPEAKER_03:

Okay, okay. And I was just telling them how, you know, how um when my brother was introduced to Jesus, how he would write letters home to me as a young girl telling me what must we do to be saved, you know, telling me about the Lord. And Jesus forgave him one day to come. He's always um preached out in the streets, and he came up to my house on this porch one day, and I knew had that day was my day, and I knew that had I kept on living in my sins without repentance, without a change in my life, in hell I was gonna lift up my eyes. And I began to get con convicted through that word, and that word drew me. And I remember him saying this after he preached the word, and he repeated the sinner's prayer, and I knew that day I gave my life to the Lord. Everything didn't leave right right then, you know. But I praise God that I said that prayer and gave my life to Jesus, and my life never had been the same since. So, like I said, I was raised up in a Methodist church, and I knew um, I didn't get the word like I got, you know, there. You didn't hear anything about um, you know, hell, everything's a sweet word, and um everything. So anyway, and I remember, you know, it's good to get into a Bible-based church and to get somewhere where the word is being preached, and not only being preached, but a real pastor where they're living the life and teaching and concerned about the flock, concerned about souls. That's the main thing. Hallelujah. You know, and I remember, you know, him taking me down to Jackson Temple and um we had prayer. You know, a lot of people have gotten away from prayer now, but we have prayer at the altar, and we tear it, and we're taught to call in the name of Jesus because he is a deliverer, you know, and everything that you need is in the word of God, it's in Jesus. So I remember tearing and and seeking for the for the Holy Ghost and everything, and um Mother Jackson, you know, she was our pastor there at the time, and this was a true woman of God that lived a life and had a burden and you know, a yearning for souls. And um, I began to tear and call in the name of Jesus, and I remember, you know, the Lord had spoken to how He would fill me with the Holy Ghost in my sleep through one of the brothers, and and that's what the Lord did. He did fill me with the Holy Ghost. But you know, we got to turn. We we can't see Jesus if we continue in our in our sins, you know, and it's it's time we we get out in the heads and how we're in the streets and we preach love, but we also preach repentance, you know. Um the Bible says repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. You know, it's time for people to know Jesus, know the truth, know the word, and turn from your wicked ways. You know, the Bible says that we continue in our sins, that grace may abound. The Lord said, God forbid, you know. So we concerned about souls, we go here and there preaching Jesus, you know, because we want to see souls saved and delivered for the kingdom of God. You know, our loved ones, our co-workers, um, you know, just set men, women, boys and girls, you know, we have that love for souls, and you know, Jesus will let us go. And like I said, we went to Peru, we get out in the hedge and highways. We're not ashamed to lift up Jesus because we know where he's brought us from, he's delivered us from, you know, and he's such a good God, he's a mighty God, and he's able to do anything except fail. And he's concerned about his people, you know, and that's what he came to speak and say that which was lost. And he's concerned about people's souls. He loves, he loves us. He loves us and and we love people, and we're concerned about their souls and where they're gonna spend eternity. But we got to repent and turn from our wicked ways, you know. And um, I just I know that God he's not only a savior, but he's our deliverer, you know, and he said by his stripes we're healed. And I remember um he's he's delivered me and healed my body from a many things. But I remember years ago I was dying from um thyroid disease. And I had gone to the doctors and all of my blood work, my um CH, everything was just out of whack. And I lost so much weight, I didn't even recognize myself. Everything was out of order. I couldn't sleep day or night, you know, for my everything was just, and they told me said, you know, you have to. I remember going and sent me to the endocrinologist. And I remember taking at that time my brother and my late sister-in-law, because I knew at the time of you going through things, you need a people of faith, you know, and uh the doctors had done all they could do, and they told me I'd be on that medicine the rest of my life, and not only that, but the disease that turned into Gray's disease. And they told me, you know, after that there was no cure uh because it was so bad being death. But I began to call on the name of Jesus. And um we prayed and I believed and I knew God was a healer. And I remember telling uh my pastor many things that gone through except for God I live, for God I died. And he told him to yet you have to tell, you know, the Lord, sometimes, though you may slay me, yet will I serve you because we're gonna go through things, you know, hallelujah. Glory to God. But the main thing is to keep a faith in Jesus, hallelujah. And I knew that God was a healer. I suffered for a long time, but I knew that Jesus was a healer, you know, and I would have different um go through many um trials where people would talk about me, said I was on uh drugs, I was on this, I was on that, hallelujah, but I didn't let that stop me. I kept on working, I kept on by the strength of Jesus, hallelujah. I kept on because I knew God was a healer, He had helped me for many things, and I'm here to tell you that's nothing that God can't do. Whatever you might be going through, you might need your soul saved, most of all. But if you're going through any kind of sickness, hallelujah, you know, where there's no courage, man has done all he can do. It's time to trust Jesus, hallelujah, because he said by his stripes we are healed, hallelujah. You know, we were healed over 2,000 years ago. Hallelujah. I began to confess that. And I went to the doctor, and not only that, but I had a large garter that was in my throat. And due to the Graves disease, my eyes had budged out. And I remember being at work one day, and I didn't even recognize myself on a on a picture. So I went through much persecution because of that, because of the way, you know, I looked at everything. And um, but anyway, I remember going to the tent one night, and I had my brother and sister praying for me. We went to the doctor and everything, and I believed Jesus. And I remember going to the tent one night. Um, brother David Terrell was down there at the tent, and my brother had told me, said, You sit there before I went up to get prayer, he said, You read all read all your faith scriptures. You know, I knew what he had done for for Job and I knew what he had done for others, and I I knew that if Jesus could do it for for other people, he could do the same thing for me because he's not in, he doesn't have any respective persons. And so when I did read all those, I sat there and I listened to the word. Sometimes you'd hear a word and let your faith build up. Hallelujah. So that's what I did. I sat there and um let that word build up my faith. Hallelujah. And so, anyway, I did go up there to get prayer, and that large gutter that was in my throat, the man of God told that God disintegrated, and immediately that gutter went out of my throat, and I went back, it disappeared right then, and I went back to the doctors, and they were just shocked and amazed at that gutter disappearing like that. I ain't had any surgery or anything, I hadn't even taken the medicine, hallelujah! Glory to God, and the Lord immediately heals me, and my weight came back on, and that's been some years ago, and I'm here to tell you God is a healer, whatever you might be going through, it's not too hard for God, hallelujah. You might still have an incurable disease, hallelujah, but I'm here to tell you Jesus is a healer. If you just look to him, trust him, have faith in God, hallelujah. He can do anything except fail, and he heals me of that, you know, and many other things, hallelujah. The Lord is healed, hallelujah. And like I said, he don't have any respect of persons, and I'm just so excited, I'm happy to be here, hallelujah. Glory to God, and Jesus hasn't lost in the power that same thing that he done back then, he's the same God. He said, I am the same yesterday, today, and forever. And we just trust him and believe in him. Jesus can do anything except them. That's why we lift him up, hallelujah. And we love you, we're concerned about souls, hallelujah. We want to see center men, women, boys and girls, hallelujah, saved, used by God, hallelujah, because he doesn't have respect a person, he has a remnant that he's raising up, hallelujah, for his kingdom, for his glory, hallelujah. They go out into the heads of the highways and compel them to come in. And we just love, we just love people, and we just concern about those. And that's our desire to see souls saved and delivered for the kingdom of God. And I thank you for the time, hallelujah. Thank you for all the testimonies. I thank you because I know they're true, and you know, whatever you might be going through, God can do it. Hallelujah. He loves you, he cares for you, hallelujah. And just pray my continuance in the Lord.

And if you got your special guest I think, Kathy, please feel free. You got the platform.

SPEAKER_01:

Okay. Go ahead, Kathy.

SPEAKER_02:

Praise God. Praise God. Hallelujah.

SPEAKER_05:

Um put the phones on uh mute so we can make sure everything is so clear. Go ahead, my sister.

SPEAKER_03:

I'm Sister Kathy, I'm um Sister Deloys and my brother, um Elder Davis. They took me under their wing. Um, I was out there in the world myself. Um, my grandmother, she kept me in church. My grandmother and my mother had me in church. I was I come from Memphis. And um as a little girl coming up, you know, I was in church and then you know how you come into a teenager and you go when you wanna go, or your mama try to see you get you to you know, to be there. So as I got older, you know, I I I'm like, Lord, I don't wanna be like this forever, you know, because I was out there in the world doing anything and everything that I was bad enough to do. And when I lost my mom, I really kind of slowed down and started going to church, trying to give the Lord, you know, my life. But I I backslide. Then my sister, Delores, she um she always talked to me because we worked together where I'm at now. We worked together for years. And she talked to me, she talked to me, she she dreaded in me, she dreaded in me, she said, Sister, I don't want to see you lost out there in that world. And I had two testimonies. Um, my first one I got sick in two thousand and twenty two. Two thousand and twenty-two and um the church that I was at, um they had had her uh I think it was her anniversary uh uh um but anyway it was that Sunday, that Monday I was off and I said, Well, I think I'll just go to work and get um pick up me an extra day because I had like five days off. I said, I think I'll just go to work and pick up me an extra day. So I had talked to one of my co-workers, she was retired, and me and her was talking and everything, and she said, I gotta come to town to get some gas. I said, Okay then, well I'll let you, we'll just get on off the floor, off the phone, and I think I'll just um go on and get take my shower and rest up a little bit and go on to um work. So when I got off the phone with her, um my stomach started hurting real bad. So I said, Well, let me go to the bathroom. So when I did go to the bathroom, then nothing happened. And this this shawl of pain just like it was stabbing me in my stomach, just stabbing me in my stomach. And uh I called her back. I said, Sus, I called her twist and too, I said, Sus, I'm I'm sick. I said, I ain't never felt like this before. I said, I think I need to go to the mercy room. She said, Well, I'm on my way. I'm on my way, and I started kind of fading out, fading out. She studied, I can hear her calling my name, but I really couldn't answer. So when I um she got there, and she said, I'm gonna have to call 911. She said, 'cause I ain't gonna be able to get you in my truck. Then I said, Well, do whatever you gotta do, because this pain is really getting bad. So um she called 911, got me down, you know, everything, called my sister Dolores, and Sister Dolores called Elder, and um they said, Where you wanna go? And um I said, I don't know. I said, Wherever it is, just get me there. I said, I got to get there. And by that time I saw it be really sick. And uh he the MT said we gonna have to get her out of here because she done saw, you know, up chucking. And um, so they got they said, Can you walk to the ambulance? I said, Yeah, I can walk to the ambulance. And um, they had took my bottle signs and everything. My bottle sign was kind of out of wax. So um when I got when uh she called Elder Davis and the the uh MT said, Who is that that um young man standing right there at the at the door? And I said, That's my brother. And he was standing there at the door, and he said, When I can get in there, I'm coming in there where you at. So they get me in there and I had this big knot in my stomach, and we sat in the in the um emergency room for the longest till they could get me a bed down there and making colosine. So um the doctor came in now the next day and he had the worst attitude. So that kind of upset my cousin and my sister, the Lord. And they were gonna give me something and gonna send me home. And um they was like, You gonna send her home like this, you know, with this knot in her stomach? I'm just laying there in pain, looking at them and looking at him. And by the time my cousin and sister de Lord got through with him, he said, We'll do sur we'll do surgery on her tomorrow. So they did. They did the surgery and everything and my prayer was they she called them and they came in and brother Elder, he came in, he prayed for me, and sister Deloitte, she prayed for me. And um so that next day I had this surgery. I think it was the next day. But anyway, they took me down to surgery and um took, you know, did what they had to do and everything. So I was okay. And then later on that next day, I really was sick. I was throwing up bow. And I sent it to my cousin and I sent it to Deloitte and they like, What is that? And I said, This is what I up chuck. So um I called it, she said, Hey, you call the nursing now. And I said, No. She said, Well get the nursing there and let them know what's going on. So they did, and they ran tests and they was scratching their head like they didn't know what was going on. And every day I was down there for Thanksgiving and almost Christmas. So they was I was standing at the foot of my bed, five doctors, didn't know what was going on. And the surgeon that did the surgery on me, and I'm started looking at him like, now what have you did to me? You know. And I said, Lord, whatever it is, you know, take it away. So I was there. I had prayers day in, day out. My cookie would would go to work late, no matter what. She was walking in that door, being there to see, you know, what was going on with me. And, you know, prayers, just prayer. My prayer warriors, they, you know, was there for me. And they sent me home in December. I was a little weak. And um, you know, I started getting better, but I had to trust God. I had to put my faith in God. I really had to put my trust in him. I really had to put my faith in him because I didn't know if I they didn't know if I was gonna make it or not. Because of what I went through, and I'm in the back of my head, I'm like, have this doctor did something to me because he had an attitude and I soon, you know, they had to pretty much straighten him out. But God is good. And when I left out that hospital, I had they had to my stapeside, I was cut from my nails under my stomach because I was heavier well, I was heavier and um, so they sent me home and my sister, she would come over there and she would dress my dressing and stuff, and she was always they were always praying for me, holding my hand at the bed at my bedside where I couldn't do nothing but just lay on my back and pray. And my late house, and she told me, she said, you know what to do. She knows you know what I taught y'all to to pray, to pray, to trust God, to have my faith in him, because he gonna bring me through this. He gonna and he brought me through it. He brought me through it by all the prayers and the the righteous, you know, the ones that were for me, that that had me, you know, and God had me even more to bring me through, just to bring me through. And I thank him. I look back and I thank him so much because I had to trust him. I lost my insurance because I couldn't work, and I trust God. Trust God. And I'm telling you, donations was coming in, people were cooking for me, my breakfast, I had lunch, I had I never went hungry. I I never went without anybody caring for me, taking care for me. I got where I got my strength back a little bit more to be able to get in the shower, you know, just to have somebody there when I'm going what I'm going through, people that had me, what I was going through. And I thank God for that. I thank him for that. And God is good. I'd have been out there and could have been, it'd be, he could have done swiped me off this earth, but he gave me chance after chance after chance of being out there in this street, you know, knowing I know better, knowing I know God, but I fell short. I fell short. And I thank him. I thank him for saving me. You know, I thank God for the ones that prayed for me, for me to come away from out there. And now you can't even make me go out there. All I want to do is go to church, go to work, be at home. And I said, Lord, I just thank you. I just thank you for that. You know, that's one testimony. Last year, um, I was at work, I had to work New Year's Day. You need you New Year's Eve coming into a New Year's Day, you know. So we sit down and the guy that do the flow, he was down there on my hall. I'm sitting on the hallway, he was down on my hall, buffing the and stripping the flow. So um the next morning, the next night, the administrator, she came down and she said, I want y'all to see what was going on. New Year's, you know, New Year's night out in the parking lot. And so she pulled it up and everything. And I had told I me that we had prayer, I don't forgot who I was on prayer line with that that um that night. I and I was standing at the death at the desk and I told her, I said, ladies, we need to bring New Year's in, praying. So they like folded over the back. So I said again, I said, ladies, we need to pray. You know, bring New Year's in, let's pray, you know. So they see it and say nothing. They went on talking about they've been on said, you know, okay, let me go down my hall and sit down here, get on my phone, and get on my prayer line and um pray, pray the new year's in. So that's what I did. And so round about two o'clock on the on the camera on at two o'clock, it showed where this guy, what hall I was on, he was pulling the door. And I couldn't hear. We couldn't, me and the guy that was stripping the du the floor, we couldn't hear because he had the buffer gone and he was out, this guy was out here pulling the door, trying to get in. And he had a sawed off shotgun in his hand. And I said, Lord, I thank God for the shield. I prayed. You know, I prayed. I went down my hall and I prayed. I said, This cover us, Lord, this new year's coming in. I said, it's a new year and we need prayer. I said, with everything going on, we need to be praying. So he came to my um door, exit door, at 2 o'clock. The other door he went to, it was like he walked around. He hit that door about 2 30, 3 o'clock. He was just in the parking lot, in the parking lot, just going around, um, you know, just with the shotgun. And a couple a lady had gone out there to smoke. And you could see when she walked past the um the camera, it wasn't five or ten minutes before he walked behind her and she didn't even know it. Then the guy that was buffing, he went out there and he was trying to empty his stuff so he could finish up the floor. He didn't even see the guy. So I'm like, I thank you, God, for that share. Because he could have been worse than what it, you know. It could have been real bad. He could have came in there and just swiped all outside. With the door being on the back door being unlocked. He couldn't, you know, he could have got in any door, but God kept his she where he didn't make it in there at all. Didn't make it in there at all. So that's my little test, my little two test and morning. I thank God for I'm kind of shy, I don't really say that much, but I thank God for the still. Continue to pray for me and my family. Thank you. Praise God.

SPEAKER_05:

Don't worry about being shy, because you are welcome here. Y'all are welcome to come here and tell your testimony. That was so powerful right there, because I know when my sister, Laura, and I used to be riding in the car with Mother Jackson, and she all she would be saying is, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. And if someone would pull in front of uh the car, she would say that demon, but she always would say Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, because she said, you know, pray without ceasing. And when I was a little kid, I didn't know what that meant. I was like, How are you gonna pray all the time? But that's what it means to just keep God, you know, on your mind at all times. Because you don't know that was seen and unseen. My sister just told you, oh my God, that was a dangerous scene and unseen. The prayers of the righteous vi avail it so much. And I want to throw this in here when um I'm not I forgot who was telling the testimony, but I had accident reflux so bad back in 2001, and it was bad to the point of I could not work, and I was the one that was doing all the driving, like back and forth to work. And one Sunday I felt terrible. I you know, it was on commune Sunday, and Sister Laura called Mother Jackson, and um Mother Jackson said, Well, tell her to come to church and I'll pray for her, otherwise another on the phone. I was like, Oh my god, I can't even get out of the bed. But Mother Jackson said, If you come to church, I'll pray for you. So Sister Laura, you know, said okay, and then she gave me the message. I heard her, and I was saying, Okay, I said I feel better. I just knew I wasn't gonna feel better. She said I was just that doubt. But I went to sleep by the church praying so long, I started to feel better. So we caught the Greyhound bus in Hateville, Georgia. And by the time we was walking through the door, they were just getting up off of their knees. Thank God, because they prayed that just that long. And Mother Jackson saw me walk through the door, and she started, she caught me up there to where she said. Uh, one of the ministers, uh, Brother Rether, or whoever, they started praying for me. She was hitting me right there where the acid reflux was. And she hit me so hard right there, I was like, man, that because it was right there where everything was going on. And so I was, oh my god, he said, tell that devil he's a liar. I said, devil, you a liar. She said, You better stuff, you better tell that tell me he's a liar. You better sound like that. So I started saying, Debbie, you're liar, you're a liar. And then she hit me hard and she said, Ow, and they started calling him out, out. And I think my brother Mr. Davis, we can remember some of the how to pray for you. You call the devil out. And she was saying, Out, out. And that day I felt better. But the next couple of days I felt worse than ever. But I do want to tell y'all that how how powerful it is to have the woman and man of God pray for you. It felt worse two or three days later. But I want to tell you that was 2001. I have never suffered acid reflux again from that day to three days later to this one. And that's the testimony. God heal my body of that. Because so many people suffer from that acid reflux and have to go under the knife and have to get surgery. But God performed the surgery on me right there. And thank God I obeyed his voice instead of just laying there in the bed after I felt better. I came on to church because I really went prayer. My justice wasn't going to pray for me until I walked through those doors. And I thank God that I walked through the doors that day. So this this um this broadcast right here reminds me of Maddie B. Poole. I don't know if anyone remember her, but she used to have a testimony service on the air where people would just talk about their different testimonies, just one after the next, just great testimonies, and we need that. And I just want to say I thank y'all so much for for coming on telling those testimonies because one after the next has been so powerful, has touched my heart, and I know without a shadow of a doubt that the people that hear them, they're going to be moved. I already just know that. And so I want to thank y'all so much. If you um, I'm letting anybody, everybody out there know, if you I would love for you to support this ministry. Um my brother Elder Davis, his wife, uh, his sister, and they have others that they go out and they minister on the street. Support these ministers because, you know, they when you're going on the street like that, you give you putting your life out there, but at the same time, God is with them. But, you know, I think God please support these ministers. And if you all got anything, uh place where people can write to you, uh, Minister Davis, Sister Dolores, uh, you can just send it to my um send it to my email or send it to my phone so I could put it in the write-up so people can know where they could um contact you. And I just want to thank you again. I'm just uh I almost don't want to end. I almost don't want to end this. I mean, I because it I feel like I'm in church. I mean, and it feels so like I'm being fed. I feel full. I'm feeling full now. You know, before I got on here, I was just seeming like I just was wanting something, but I feel full since you know you you all was on and telling your testimony. So I just want to invite you back. I hope this is not the last time we could have a part two, part three, or just make it something that we just do on a Sunday whenever you're available. The doors are open because we need this, we need it so bad. So I want to thank y'all. Anything else you want to say? I'm st you see, I'm trying to keep you here. I think I go. But if you want to say anything else, you can do that before we close out.

SPEAKER_00:

Yeah, we we just appreciate for being on here tonight and sending the uh testimonies going out to a lot of people. So anybody wanna help us? We normally don't take up an offering. Uh but uh if anybody wanna help us go just get in contact with uh with Janus 1 Entertainment.

SPEAKER_01:

Or send an email and she'll help contact us. God bless.

SPEAKER_05:

I can. Thank you so much again. Um this is and we've been on uh an hour and almost an hour and thirty minutes, and like I said, when we're doing this, it's there's no time limit on it. I just I don't put a time limit on God. You know, this can go on for three hours, however God leaves. So I don't I don't like to put a time limit on God, but this has been so rewarding, so refreshing to me, to my soul. So I know that there are people out there that's gonna hear this broadcast and it's gonna be touched. So again, I want to thank each and every one of you that were uh came out today to to tell your testimonies, but they were a blessing. Oh my god, they were power pack, truth, and and then in the end, you always you know reverence God as God being the one that brought you out of the situation. I'm still thinking about that that helicopters crash that my brother was in. That's scary. That's so scary. And I'm thinking about again, my sister, sister Dolores, uh not Dolores, my sister, uh Donna Davis, my sister, with the aneurysm. I work in the medical field, and I know that many people they they lie there in comas and until they're finally gone. And and my my other sister, sister Dolores, that great testimony that she shared, and sister Kathy, thank you so much for that, because you know, we have to be vigilant out here in these streets, you know, children of God. We have to be visit we have to be watchful. Watch comes before prayer, watch and pray. And so we have to be very careful out here, you know, and we have to take God everywhere we go. So again, I want to thank y'all for for coming on and being a part of uh of this broadcast. I'm Regina Sworn. We're about to say goodbye. I I don't like to say goodbye, I'm just gonna say later until the next time, because they will be back. I would talk to them and think if they come back again. And um I'm loving this. I I I want them to come back because Sundays is just what my Sundays are for, it's just to have this broadcast for nothing but uh Sun um the Word of God. So and I got it set up where it's not you know set up where it's just nothing but testimonies or a broadcast. Gonna be playing against some uh Brother David Kara on Sundays. We're setting that up now. Prophet's mother A.B. Jackson, uh AA Allen, um Dr. Tarz family, just different things are gonna be on Sundays, um, coming up, and of course, what you just heard. So thanks again, and until the next time, and I pray to God there's a next time for us because this has been wonderful. We're gonna all say later, and again I thank God for you.

SPEAKER_04:

Later, thank God.
